Chapter Three: Teacher Ji invited me to dinner.

Back home, I checked my phone and saw many missed calls, all from classmates. I called them back one by one. None of them were up yet, and they were all complaining that I had stood them up yesterday and hadn't gone back to drink with them. I had no choice but to apologize and promise to treat them to a meal to make up for it. After hanging up, I lay in bed, recalling what had just happened. I knew I must have had physical relations with Teacher Ji, but I didn't feel anything at all.

I suddenly felt incredibly stupid for not reacting at all. But then I thought, let it be, it's just that it might be awkward if I saw Teacher Ji again. Because I was still quite tired from yesterday's drinking, I took another nap at home. I slept soundly without being disturbed. Later, I was woken by a phone call. It was Teacher Ji. I answered and asked her what was up. She said she wanted to have dinner with me that evening. I hesitated for a moment, then agreed. After washing my face, I realized it was already 7 pm. I took a taxi to the restaurant.

Ms. Ji had already ordered the food and was waiting for me. I sat down and asked her what she wanted to see me for. She smiled and said, "If there's nothing wrong, I can't invite you to dinner." I smiled and replied, "No, it's not that. If anyone should be inviting someone, it should be me treating you, not the other way around." Ms. Ji laughed and said, "Alright, you're so sweet-talking. Just eat." This eased the atmosphere considerably, and I felt much more relaxed. I thought about how last night's events were over, and everything was peaceful now. After dinner, I insisted on paying the bill and we left the restaurant.

Ms. Ji wanted to go for a walk in the park. Although I didn't want to go, I couldn't refuse, so I went with her. The park was full of elderly couples and young lovers. Ms. Ji and I walked side by side, looking quite mismatched.

Teacher Ji didn't say a word the whole way, just walked slowly, seemingly preoccupied. I asked, "Teacher Ji, what's wrong? You don't seem to be in a good mood. Tell me what's wrong." Teacher Ji looked up at me and said, "Let's sit on that bench over there." I nodded in agreement.

After sitting down, I instinctively sat a little away from the teacher, but Ms. Ji moved to sit next to me, very close. She didn't say anything, just looked up at the sky. A while later, I checked my watch and it was already past 9 o'clock; the park was about to close. Just as I was about to suggest going home, Ms. Ji spoke. Her question put me in a very difficult position. "Do you like your teacher?" Ms. Ji asked. This question left me speechless.

Not knowing how to answer, I could only awkwardly lower my head. Suddenly, Teacher Ji took my hand and said, "I know, a boy your age must like young and pretty girls. I'm older, and not as pretty anymore, so you probably wouldn't like me." I quickly explained, "No, who said you're old? Slightly older women have mature feminine charm, much better than these young girls." Teacher Ji's eyes lit up at my words, and she quickly asked, "Really?" I nodded and smiled. Teacher Ji still wouldn't let go of my hand.

She asked me softly if it would be alright to come to my house later. My heart skipped a beat. Go to her house? What for? This was clearly Ms. Ji implying something. My thoughts were incredibly conflicted. I had no memory of yesterday's events, but it definitely happened. It could be considered a case of drunken indiscretion. But today my mind was clear. If I were to do something like that with her again, it would be unforgivable. Yet, in reality, I had already had physical relations with her; once or twice made no difference. And last time, I felt nothing at all. The sight of her naked body aroused me greatly. Ms. Ji looked at me without expression. Disappointed, she asked, "Don't you want to go?" Looking at her, I felt a pang of heartache. After all, when a woman actively asks a man to do these things, it's hard for any man to refuse, especially since Ms. Ji, while not as glamorous as some fashionable girls...

She was incredibly feminine, and her special status stirred a forbidden passion within me. I nodded, indicating I would go. Teacher Ji was delighted. She stood up and we left the park. We hailed a taxi and went to her house.
