I think it's better to establish an open sexual relationship between husband and wife. My personal experience and feelings are like what a friend said: both cuckoldry and being cheated on exist. The one who cheats on another's wife enjoys it, while the wife who is cheated on suffers! That's just how people are; they like to apply double standards. I'm no exception. When I was cheating on another man's wife, I thought, why is that husband suffering so much? I like your wife, I treat her well, and I bring her happiness—is it really necessary? It wasn't until I accidentally became a cuckold myself that I realized how painful it was! The woman I trusted and loved so easily betrayed me, so easily taken by another man—how could I not be in pain! My wife scolded me: "Why didn't you consider my feelings when you made a mistake? Now that I've made a mistake, you're so angry!" I'm applying double standards again. As a husband, I couldn't resist temptation and betrayed my marriage first. Now I can't accept my wife's betrayal. What happened to empathy? Sigh! Empathy is easier said than done! Human selfishness is displayed so vividly. I consider myself to be of good character and gentle in nature, but I'm not one to be selfish and apply double standards like this. After several days of agonizing torment and an open conversation with my wife, I feel that establishing an open and sexual relationship is better. As a couple who transitioned from love to marriage, we should give each other relative freedom within the confines of marriage. With mutual honesty, we should allow each other some freedom to explore outside the confines, even going on trips together, like a vacation. After enjoying ourselves, we should return home promptly to share our happiness!
Every couple who transitions from love to marriage will face the fading of passion and the loss of novelty, and will face the temptation of passion. What to do? Suppressing oneself for love and marriage, trapped in the confines of marriage for life—how oppressive is that! Or should both partners cheat on each other, having affairs? If it goes undetected, everyone is fine, but once exposed, can the cheating husband easily forgive his unfaithful wife? Anger, arguments, suspicion, and endless accusations will harm both partners and the family. At this point, whether they go their separate ways or divorce, it's a breakdown of love and marriage. After much thought, perhaps establishing an open sexual relationship between spouses is the best solution. It can ensure the preservation of love and marriage while satisfying the human desire for novelty and excitement. Once tired of the "walled city" of marriage, a trip outside the walls is welcome, but ultimately, one will want to return to the "city"—home is the harbor, the refuge!
