I may have accidentally washed the pot.

My wife and I met in 2004. We were young and healthy then, and we made love every day. One day, my wife said she was going to the city to visit some friends, and I didn't think much of it. She didn't come back until the afternoon, and then we started making love. My wife was very aroused, and we tried several positions. In the end, she produced a lot of white foam. I asked her why this happened, and she said she didn't know. She didn't understand anything back then; she just felt very excited.
Later, she watched porn and learned that if there's semen inside the vagina, it will produce white foam during sex.
We've been married for over ten years, and this has only happened once. Although we've made love many times, it's never happened like that. Even when my wife is very aroused and very wet, it just feels slippery, and there's glistening fluid on my penis and vagina. Sometimes it even runs down my wife's buttocks, soaking the sheets.
Can anyone who knows please tell me if it's normal for white foam to appear during sex? Did I accidentally wash the pot?
