Chapter 133 Unexpected Calamity: Consort Zhuang (Part 1)

Ge Xiaoyao's worries were inevitably confirmed.

Shen Gongbao returned, and upon hearing rumors throughout the court that there was still a demon in the palace, he immediately became restless. King Zhou also learned of this news and ordered the Grand Preceptor Shen Gongbao to capture the demon as soon as possible.

Of course, he also learned that Jiang Ziya had already descended the mountain and arrived in Chaoge. Jiang Ziya's threat made him uneasy, but he couldn't worry about that now; capturing the peach blossom demon in the black pig demon's mouth was the priority.

With Shen Gongbao's magical power, capturing a small demon was not difficult, but the difficulty lay in encountering the same problem as Ge Xiaoyao, because the demon was a woman, and she looked exactly like Consort Zhuang!

"Peach blossom, do you know what crime you have committed?" Shen Gongbao said coldly.

Bitao, petite and trembling, huddled in a corner, her face pale with fear. She hadn't yet understood why, after just two days of peace following the killing of the black boar demon, she had been captured again. And judging from the young appearance, this seemingly sinister-looking immortal master was no benevolent being.

"Reporting to the immortal master, this lowly demon has borrowed the beauty of Consort Zhuang!" she stammered.

"Hmph, how dare you! What kind of place is this palace? Even after becoming a demon, you haven't fled far, yet you dare to swagger about here!" Shen Gongbao said, his eyes fixed on the beautiful body, a growing itch in his heart.

In truth, Shen Gongbao was also a lecherous man. Lonely in Chaoge, he had conspired with Shiji. Since Shiji entered the palace as a celestial concubine, he had been alone again. He had longed for several of King Zhou's concubines but dared not act rashly. Unexpectedly, he had captured a demon here who looked exactly like Consort Zhuang. How could he not be tempted?

Bitao clearly saw the lust in Shen Gongbao's eyes. She subconsciously tugged at her clothes and took a few steps back. "Immortal Master, please forgive me! I beg you to have mercy and spare this little demon this time. I will remember this forever and repay you one day!"

"Hehe," Shen Gongbao stroked his chin, pondered for a moment, and suddenly said, "Do you know what the King will do to you if I hand you over to him?"

Bitao looked at Shen Gongbao and shook her head in fear.

"The black boar demon has already tasted the torture of branding. As for you, this delicate little demon, I'm afraid the King won't mistreat the soldiers of the Tiger Might Camp!" Shen Gongbao chuckled.

Bitao understood Shen Gongbao's meaning and quickly pleaded, "Please, Immortal Master, spare this little demon!"

Shen Gongbao chuckled again, "Spare you... let me think about it..."

"Think about what? Does the Imperial Preceptor really intend to spare her?" Suddenly, a slightly stern, high-pitched female voice rang out, and an alluring fragrance wafted through the air. A graceful woman suddenly appeared in the room.

"Ah, it's Lady Shiji. Of course, I don't want to spare her, but..." Shen Gongbao hurriedly said.

Shiji smiled enchantingly, "Such a beautiful person, of course I don't want to spare her, is that right?" At the end, her voice suddenly became stern, clearly implying something.

Shen Gongbao was startled, then chuckled again, "What are you saying, Your Highness? I am acting on the King's orders to capture the demon. There's nothing wrong with interrogating her here first!"

Shiji nodded with a smile, "Imperial Preceptor, please come with me for a moment. I have a few words to say to you!"

Shen Gongbao had already bound Bitao with his magic and was not afraid that she would escape. He immediately agreed and followed Shiji to a secluded place.

Shi Ji glanced at the room, her alluring eyes flashing, but she retorted, "You've interrogated her first, but haven't you touched her yet?"

Shen Gongbao placed a hand on Shi Ji's bare shoulder and chuckled, "What are you saying, Your Highness..."

Shi Ji slapped Shen Gongbao's hand away and said, "Don't think I don't know what you're thinking!" After thinking for a moment, she added, "But it's also difficult for you. If you can subdue her, it will be of great help to us! Moreover, we can proceed with the next step!"

Shen Gongbao was both surprised and delighted that Shi Ji had agreed to his request, and hurriedly asked, "What step?"

Shi Ji smiled mysteriously, "This is called using the real to confuse the false, and the false to exchange for the real... Consort Zhuang's brother is one of the four great lords, and lately he hasn't been very obedient to the Shang Dynasty!"

Shen Gongbao immediately understood Shi Ji's meaning. Chong Heihu, the Marquis of Bei in Youzhou, was Consort Zhuang's own brother. She must want to use Consort Zhuang's transformation into a demon as an excuse to lure Chong Heihu over and eliminate him together, thus resolving a hidden danger that was so close to Chaoge City. "This plan is excellent," said Shen Gongbao. "However, will that Black Tiger be so easily eliminated?"

"Foolish! When did I ever say I would eliminate that Black Tiger?" Shi Ji retorted. "Wouldn't it be better if that Black Tiger were at my disposal?" Shen

Gongbao was confused.

Shi Ji continued, "With Consort Zhuang as the intermediary, wouldn't that Black Tiger be willing to risk his life for us?"

Shen Gongbao suddenly understood the true meaning of Shi Ji's "exchanging the fake for the real," and hurriedly nodded, "Good! Good!"

Shi Ji nodded. "You can handle this matter yourself; I will no longer be involved. However, the fact that Consort Zhuang is a fake must not be known to anyone else!"

Shen Gongbao hurriedly said, "That's right, that's right..."

Shi Ji suddenly smiled, her figure transforming into a gust of black wind and disappearing.

Seeing Shi Ji leave, Shen Gongbao chuckled lewdly and hurriedly went into the house.

Inside, Bitao was terrified and at a loss. Seeing Shen Gongbao approach, she hurriedly begged for mercy, "Immortal Master, spare me! Immortal Master, spare me!"

Shen Gongbao chuckled and said, "I can spare you, but you must follow my instructions!"

Bitao nodded hastily, "Bitao will certainly follow Immortal Master's instructions!"

Shen Gongbao nodded, "Tomorrow I will present you to the King. You must truthfully confess that you are a peach tree spirit who cultivated into a demon, and that you are impersonating Consort Zhuang!"

Bitao's mouth dropped open in disbelief, and she cried out for mercy again, "Immortal Master, won't this little demon be doomed?"

Shen Gongbao chuckled, "As long as you listen to me, not only will you not die, but you will also rise to the top and become a phoenix!"

Bitao asked doubtfully, "Really?"

Shen Gongbao said, "Of course it's true, and you'll be allowed into the main hall, openly and legitimately, much better than sneaking around here as a demon!"

Bitao was still somewhat skeptical, staring at Shen Gongbao, not understanding what he was talking about.

Shen Gongbao leaned close to Bitao and chuckled, "You and Consort Zhuang are the same person! What if I switched you during the execution? What do you think would happen?"

Bitao was startled and quickly said, "No, no! Although I'm a demon, I dare not do such evil!"

Shen Gongbao chuckled, "You are a demon, how can you be a demon if you don't do evil! Hehe, it's fine if you don't!" Shen Gongbao's eyes suddenly filled with murderous intent, "Then I won't switch you..."

"Please, Immortal Master, spare this little demon..." Bitao pleaded.

Shen Gongbao chuckled again, his hands reaching for her chest. Bitao struggled, but couldn't break free.

Shen Gongbao lewdly pounced on her.

Bitao remained motionless, but a few crystal tears silently slid down her jade-like face.

When Bitao emerged from the house with Shen Gongbao, her face was flushed, but her eyes flashed with a bewitching allure.

Ge Xiaoyao saw Bitao the next morning.

In the imperial court, all the officials coldly stared at Consort Zhuang kneeling in the center, unable to understand why she had fallen to such a state.

Consort Zhuang's clothes were disheveled, her hair was loose, and her eyes were lifeless as she stared blankly at the empty throne. King Zhou had not yet arrived.

Shen Gongbao stood beside her, a smug look on his face. These days, he was the center of attention in the palace, and no one dared to offend him. Seeing Consort Zhuang in such a sorry state, although everyone was suspicious, no one dared to speak up. However, some shrewd individuals had already secretly instructed their men to send a messenger to Chong Heihu in Youzhou.

A short while later, King Zhou entered the court yawning repeatedly. His weary eyes glanced around, but he went straight to the throne.

"Damn! This lecherous king must have overindulged in lust again yesterday!" Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, also wondering why Consort Zhuang was there. But then he suddenly remembered the peach blossom spirit he had captured that night, which looked remarkably like Consort Zhuang.

Sure enough, Shen Gongbao stepped forward and said, "Reporting to Your Majesty, I have successfully captured the peach spirit alive!"

King Zhou then saw the peach spirit kneeling on the ground and was greatly surprised, saying, "Isn't this Consort Zhuang?"

Shen Gongbao said, "Your Majesty, do not be deceived by this demon's appearance. She is not Consort Zhuang, but a peach tree in the imperial garden of the harem that has cultivated into a demon, merely borrowing Consort Zhuang's appearance!"

King Zhou was startled again and said with half-belief, "Where is Consort Zhuang? Quickly summon Consort Zhuang to the palace!"

At that moment, a messenger rushed off to invite Consort Zhuang.

King Zhou asked, "Since this demon is transformed from a peach tree, does she possess demonic arts?" Shen

Gongbao replied, "This demon's cultivation is very shallow; she has only transformed into human form. Her demonic arts are not high, but she is still a great hidden danger!"

King Zhou nodded. "Grand Preceptor, then let her return to her original form. I will see for myself before I believe it!"

Shen Gongbao immediately obeyed the order and shouted sternly at Bi Tao, "Demon, why don't you return to your original form? What are you waiting for?!"

Bi Tao trembled and hurriedly said, "Immortal Master, spare my life! Your Majesty, spare my life!" As she spoke, her delicate body turned, and a wisp of white smoke dissipated.

When the white smoke dissipated, King Zhou and his ministers exclaimed in surprise.

It turned out that there was no trace of Consort Zhuang in the court. Only a very lush peach tree remained.

"Damn! So it really is that Bi Tao demon..." Ge Xiaoyao, who cultivated immortal arts, naturally knew that Shen Gongbao was not lying. The one who had returned to her original form was indeed Bi Tao. He couldn't help but think to himself.

Just then, Consort Zhuang arrived at the court. Seeing the ministers and King Zhou staring in astonishment at a peach tree, she was puzzled and knelt down, saying, "Your Majesty, I, Consort Zhuang, greet you all. May I ask why Your Majesty has summoned me?"

King Zhou pondered for a moment and said, "Consort Zhuang, I have summoned you to witness a strange event!" He then said to Shen Gongbao, "Have her return to human form!"

Consort Zhuang looked at Shen Gongbao, unsure of what King Zhou meant. Shen Gongbao smiled at Consort Zhuang and said, "Your Majesty, please do not be surprised!"

He then said to the peach tree, "Bitao, quickly return to human form!"

Another puff of white smoke rose and spread, and another Consort Zhuang appeared before everyone.

"Ah!..." Consort Zhuang exclaimed in surprise, her face changing drastically. "What is going on?"

Bitao had obviously also seen Consort Zhuang, her face flushed, but she lowered her head.

King Zhou laughed heartily, "Consort Zhuang is so beautiful that even the peach tree demon borrows her beauty; it's truly a strange thing. Considering our connection..." He then turned to Shen Gongbao and said, "If she hasn't committed any evil deeds, spare her life and banish her from the palace!"

Chapter 134: Unexpected Calamity

for Consort Zhuang (Part 2) The courtiers erupted in uproar, most praising King Zhou's compassion and benevolence. If he treated a demoness so well, how much more so the common people? Several sycophantic ministers hurriedly stepped forward, showering him with nauseating praise.

"Damn! Why is King Zhou so kind today? His attitude is completely different from that black pig demon the other day. He's clearly a lecherous king; he can't even bring himself to kill a beautiful demoness!" Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself. However, he had no intention of getting involved in this mess. After all, Bi Tao wasn't Consort Zhuang; her life or death was none of his concern.

The ministers finished their flattery, and King Zhou was quite pleased. But then Shen Gongbao's words were like a bucket of cold water poured on everyone. “Your Majesty, although this demon has not committed any serious evil, she is indeed impersonating Consort Zhuang. Firstly, she is guilty of disrespecting Your Majesty, and secondly, if she causes trouble outside, wouldn't that ruin Consort Zhuang's reputation? This crime is already extremely serious, so I urge Your Majesty to reconsider!”

“Damn! What is Shen Gongbao up to?” Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, watching coldly how King Zhou would decide.

King Zhou pondered for a moment, then nodded and asked, "According to the Grand Preceptor, what should be done?"

Shen Gongbao replied decisively, "Kill!"

A commotion erupted among the courtiers. Shen Gongbao continued, "Everyone knows that demons harm people, so this Demon King of the Demon Alley must not be tolerated. Otherwise, if demons run rampant in the Shang Kingdom, it will be a disastrous situation!"

Ge Xiaoyao chuckled inwardly, "Damn, what a high-sounding statement! You yourself aren't a demon, but isn't Shi Ji a monster? Demons running rampant, hehe..."

King Zhou nodded, pondered for a moment, and said, "Alright, as the Grand Preceptor says, take her out of the palace and execute her according to the Grand Preceptor's methods!"

"Thank you, Your Majesty!" A smile appeared on Shen Gongbao's face.

Immediately, guards stepped forward, seized the Demoness Bitao, and pushed her out. The court adjourned, and Consort Zhuang returned to her palace.

Ge Xiaoyao sensed something was amiss. Shen Gongbao had always been obedient to King Zhou and was never one to argue his case. He was certainly guilty of capturing the demon, so why was he so determined to kill Bitao? It couldn't possibly be for Consort Zhuang's sake or for the righteous cause of vanquishing the demon, as he claimed.

"Damn! There's definitely something wrong here!" A chill ran through Ge Xiaoyao. He suddenly remembered Shen Gongbao's last smile—undoubtedly a sinister one.

"Where's the key issue?" Ge Xiaoyao pondered, the faces of Shen Gongbao, Consort Zhuang, and Bitao flashing through his mind. Suddenly, a thought struck him: "Damn! A substitution!"

Ge Xiaoyao realized that Shen Gongbao was referring to the Bitao demon, but in reality, to Consort Zhuang. "Damn!" he cursed under his breath, but disregarding everything else, he hid in a secluded corner and used invisibility to chase after Consort Zhuang, who had already returned to the palace.

Halfway there, Ge Xiaoyao confirmed his guess, for he saw two invisible little demons secretly following Consort Zhuang's carriage.

"Damn it! I was right! But I'm not the same as before; playing with you two little demons is a piece of cake!" Ge Xiaoyao leaped past the two demons in a few bounds and entered Consort Zhuang's carriage. "

Consort Zhuang, it is Ge Xiaoyao!" Ge Xiaoyao announced himself, his form concealed. Consort Zhuang, sitting in the carriage, almost cried out in surprise.

"Consort Zhuang, there are two little demons behind you, plotting to harm you! Don't be afraid..." Ge Xiaoyao said.

"Ah, Marquis Anle, what are you doing here? What should I do..." Consort Zhuang said.

Ge Xiaoyao had already devised a plan to turn the tables, saying, "Find an excuse to get out of the carriage at the bend ahead, and I'll use my magic to replace you here!"

"What?" Consort Zhuang seemed not to understand Ge Xiaoyao's meaning.

Ge Xiaoyao said urgently, "Alright, just get off at the corner ahead, I'll take care of everything!"

Consort Zhuang thought for a moment and said, "Okay!"

Ge Xiaoyao smiled, stepped out of the carriage, and found that the area outside the courtyard was the palace's livestock pens. With a little skill, Ge Xiaoyao tied up a white sheep, then used his magic to transform the sheep into Consort Zhuang's likeness. He quickly led it to a secluded corner.

Consort Zhuang's carriage had already arrived, and Consort Zhuang suddenly said, "Stop the carriage!"

A maidservant stepped forward and asked, "Your Highness, what are your orders?"

Consort Zhuang whispered a few words, and the maidservant lifted the carriage curtain and helped Consort Zhuang out. Consort Zhuang then walked alone towards the secluded spot.

After a short while, the fake Consort Zhuang got into the carriage, and they continued on their way.

Two gusts of foul wind swept by, followed by a scream from Consort Zhuang's carriage, then silence.

Ge Xiaoyao secretly thought it was a close call, and blew another breath of magic onto Consort Zhuang's eyes. Consort Zhuang immediately saw that the two little demons were holding the white sheep disguised as her.

"Brother Ge! What are they doing?" Consort Zhuang asked pitifully, her face pale with fright.

"Let's go! This can't be hidden for long!" Ge Xiaoyao knew that the white sheep couldn't be hidden from Shen Gongbao. Once Shen Gongbao discovered it and wanted to search for Consort Zhuang, she wouldn't be able to hide. The only way now was to immediately send Consort Zhuang to a safe place.

The place Ge Xiaoyao thought of was still Ma's Village outside the city, where Jiang Ziya was.

"I'll explain to you then!" Ge Xiaoyao picked up Consort Zhuang, his body floating invisibly, and soon they were out of the city, quietly arriving at Jiang Ziya's place.

Jiang Ziya was also surprised by Ge Xiaoyao's visit, but seeing that Consort Zhuang already knew things were going badly and had set up two more layers of protective magic around the house, he felt relieved enough to speak with Ge Xiaoyao and Consort Zhuang.

"Brother, Consort Zhuang will hide here with you for a few days. After things calm down, I will send her back to Youzhou!" Ge Xiaoyao said to Jiang Ziya.

Jiang Ziya nodded. "Has something happened?"

Ge Xiaoyao said bitterly, "Brother, do you remember the night we encountered the Peach Blossom Demoness when we were catching demons?"

"I remember, she borrowed Consort Zhuang's appearance!" Jiang Ziya said.

Consort Zhuang also said, "Is she the demoness in court today?"

Ge Xiaoyao looked at Jiang Ziya, then at Consort Zhuang, and said, "If I'm not mistaken, Shen Gongbao must be planning to openly kill the Peach Blossom Demoness, but actually kill Consort Zhuang, and then use the Peach Blossom Demoness as Consort Zhuang to further control King Zhou..."

Jiang Ziya nodded silently, but Consort Zhuang exclaimed in surprise, unable to speak.

Ge Xiaoyao continued, "Moreover, I think things aren't that simple. They definitely want to use Consort Zhuang to control the Marquis of Bei in Youzhou!"

Consort Zhuang's face was already pale, and she murmured, "Brother!"

Ge Xiaoyao sighed, "Fortunately, I rescued Consort Zhuang in time. However, Shen Gongbao's magic is powerful, and he could easily see through my switcheroo. If he comes after us, it will be hard to say!"

Jiang Ziya nodded, smiled slightly, and said, "That's alright. I will conceal Consort Zhuang's whereabouts, Brother Ge." " Brother, don't worry!"

Ge Xiaoyao said. "Brother, Shi Ji and Shen Gongbao have already taken control of the palace. They only act on the orders of the leader of the Jie Sect, which is extremely disadvantageous to us!"

Jiang Ziya also sighed and said, "The world is in turmoil, demons are running rampant, and everything has only just begun!" He then added, "Brother Ge, you must be very careful in the palace. With your magic power, you can hide yourself, but you must not confront Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji directly. If all else fails, you can devise a plan to kill that lecherous king and escape in the chaos!"

"Damn it! My elder brother, why are you only saying this now? If you had said this two years ago, I would have suffered much less!" Ge Xiaoyao said.

Consort Zhuang did not understand what Ge Xiaoyao and Jiang Ziya were talking about, and lowered her head without speaking. Jiang Ziya called over Madam Ma and took Consort Zhuang to the back hall to rest.

"Brother Ge..." Consort Zhuang looked pitiful and was about to shed tears.

Ge Xiaoyao could only comfort her, saying, "These are my sworn brothers and sisters-in-law, both extremely kind people. Stay here and I will definitely come to see you after this time!"

Only then did Consort Zhuang reluctantly leave with Madam Ma.

Seeing Consort Zhuang leave, Jiang Ziya coughed softly and laughed, "Brother Ge, you have quite a few confidantes!"

Ge Xiaoyao chuckled, offering no explanation, and said, "Brother, why are you only letting me kill King Zhou now? I might as well go back and kill him right away!"

Jiang Ziya smiled and said, "Absolutely not! Heaven's will is hard to defy, the time is not yet ripe, and even if you were forced to, you might not succeed in killing King Zhou!"

Ge Xiaoyao hated the word "Heaven's will" the most, and immediately smiled bitterly, "Heaven's will? How will I know what Heaven's will is if I don't try?"

Jiang Ziya said, "Brother Ge, don't be impatient. The chaos is yet to come; why get involved now?"

Ge Xiaoyao thought he was right, so he said, "Alright! If Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji stop harming my people, I will leave them alone for now, and settle all grudges later." Report! "

Jiang Ziya smiled and said: "That's it, everything is arranged by God. Big brother is here to reveal a message to you. The world will be in chaos, and a catastrophe of immortals and demons is coming. Whether you will be involved in this catastrophe or stay out of it, it all depends on a thought!

Ge Xiaoyao smiled and said: "I can still stay out of it, that's great!"

Jiang Ziya also smiled heartily, "However, this is not as simple as talking. Everything has to be determined by fate!" Brother Ge, remember what your elder brother said. Now that the signs of troubled times are about to appear, you must practice diligently to prepare for the disaster!

Ge Xiaoyao said: "Yes!"

Jiang Ziya smiled and nodded, "Brother Ge has a very high level of understanding and has improved a lot in a short period of time. He will definitely achieve great success in the future!" "

While Ge Xiaoyao and Jiang Ziya were chatting and laughing, Shen Gongbao was furious.

The two little demons were as cold as ice in front of him, and they were so scared that their whole bodies were like chaff.

"Two trash! Shen Gongbao scolded, "Where is Concubine Zhuang really?" "

The two little demons just kept begging for mercy, and they couldn't say anything else.

Shen Gongbao turned away in anger, his brows furrowed.

His carefully laid plans had been ruined; how could he not be furious!

The two little demons secretly replaced Bitao with the abducted Consort Zhuang.

Bitao headed straight for Consort Zhuang's palace. Meanwhile, Shen Gongbao put on a show, his dragon-patterned sword gleaming. He chanted incantations, and a golden sword light soared into the air, circling twice before crashing down on Consort Zhuang's head.

Blood splattered, and the crowd trembled.

A beautiful head rolled to the ground, eliciting gasps from the crowd.

The demons were gone, and the crowd gradually dispersed. After the guards cleaned the execution ground, Shen Gongbao remained standing there, his face ashen.

He had only just realized, when he struck, that the one tied to the execution post wasn't Consort Zhuang, but a goat!

However, the charade had ended there; he would continue the act. Where was the real Consort Zhuang? Of course, he didn't know that Ge Xiaoyao had orchestrated this.

Chapter 135 Unexpected Calamity: Consort Zhuang (Part 2)

To Shen Gongbao's dismay, although Bitao had successfully ascended to the throne of Consort Zhuang according to their plan, her position was far from secure, as the greatest threat was the mysteriously disappeared real Consort Zhuang.

"What should we do?" Shen Gongbao asked.

Shi Ji remained calm and sneered, "A mere Consort Zhuang wouldn't be able to disappear on her own. There must be some powerful figure in this palace!"

Shen Gongbao asked suspiciously, "Shi Ji, do you think that Marquis of Youzhou, Chong Heihu, has some powerful spies in the palace?"

Shi Ji shook her head, "That's not necessarily true. Chong Heihu is straightforward and hot-tempered; he doesn't have such cunning. Besides, only someone from the Immortal Demon Path could do something like this. Chong Heihu couldn't possibly do it!"

Shen Gongbao nodded and asked again, "Who could it be?"

Shi Ji smiled coldly, "Who it is isn't important now. What's important is that Consort Zhuang doesn't return alive! We're now in the open, while the enemy is in the shadows. The situation is complicated!"

Shen Gongbao chuckled and flattered Shi Ji, "Your Highness Shi Ji is very shrewd; you must have a plan in mind!"

"Haha..." Shi Ji laughed, "Well, Grand Preceptor, have Bi Tao write a letter in Consort Zhuang's name to Chong Hei Hu, who is far away in Youzhou. Tell him that there is a witch in the palace who uses her appearance to do evil. She has now escaped from Chaoge. If she returns to Youzhou and bewitches people, tell him not to ask any questions and to kill her immediately!"

"A brilliant plan, a brilliant plan!" Shen Gongbao clapped his hands and said, "Lady Shiji is truly resourceful! I admire you wholeheartedly! I'll go find Bitao right now!"

Shiji smiled faintly and said, "What's this? Just follow me, follow the Patriarch, and I guarantee you endless wealth and glory!"

Shen Gongbao leered, his hands restlessly reaching for Shiji's body again. "I don't care about wealth and glory, but I do yearn for Your Highness's jade body..."

Shiji slapped away Shen Gongbao's hand and spat, "That little vixen Bitao isn't enough for you! Now, I'm a celestial concubine, so don't touch me!"

Shen Gongbao hurriedly said, "Okay...okay...I'm leaving now!" He chuckled and left.

Shiji watched Shen Gongbao's retreating figure and suddenly muttered to herself, "The next one should be the Marquis of Xibo!"

Outside Chaoge City, on the dusty official road, a fat warhorse galloped at full speed.

Riding a horse was a soldier in cloth armor, carrying a waterproof letter pouch. The bright red character "Shang" on his vest was striking and intimidating.

He had just received a letter from the palace and was now rushing towards Youzhou. He had just changed to a faster horse in Chaoge City, packed enough provisions, and planned to travel at a rapid pace to reach the nearest post station before nightfall.

Ge Xiaoyao watched the galloping warhorse, smiled coldly, and pointed with both hands. The warhorse suddenly stopped, unable to move.

The soldier on horseback was caught off guard; the immense force of the impact threw him far away without mercy, and he fell to the ground, unconscious. He still couldn't believe that someone would dare to kidnap a military officer right under the walls of Chaoge, the capital of the Great Shang Dynasty.

Ge Xiaoyao sneered, stealthily approached, and unceremoniously untied the waterproof letter pouch on the soldier's back, taking out the letter. Upon reading it, the smile on his face vanished instantly, his brows furrowed, and his face turned ashen.

"Damn it! Shi Ji and Shen Gongbao, you're so ruthless!" After a long while, Ge Xiaoyao looked around. People were already approaching in the distance. He sighed, deftly put the letter back into the pouch, tied it up, and then gently patted the soldier's face.

The soldier slowly opened his eyes, feeling pain all over his body. "Damn it, even men and horses can stumble! Why did I have to be the one to get caught?"

He moved, finding no injuries, and slowly got up. He checked his pouch, finding everything normal, and then relaxed. He mounted his horse and continued on. However, this time he moved much slower.

Ge Xiaoyao shook his head, muttering incantations. His body floated up, the wind and clouds clearing before him, and the imperial city and its houses flashing past. When he landed, he was already in Jiang Ziya's courtyard.

Ge Xiaoyao knew that Consort Zhuang had been replaced, so naturally he needed to pay close attention to her movements. When he saw Shen Gongbao lecherously entering Consort Zhuang's palace from afar, he knew something important must be happening.

Ge Xiaoyao couldn't approach, as Shen Gongbao's cultivation was far superior; if he did, Shen Gongbao would surely discover him, and he would lose control.

When Bitao's maid handed a letter to the soldier responsible for daily relays, Ge Xiaoyao sensed something was amiss and thus conceived the idea of intercepting the messenger.

"Brother Ge!" Jiang Ziya greeted Ge Xiaoyao as soon as he landed.

"Brother, how is Consort Zhuang?" Ge Xiaoyao asked.

"Thank you for your concern, Brother Ge. I am now Chong Yuran, not Consort Zhuang anymore!" Consort Zhuang, dressed in simple clothes, walked out hand in hand with Madam Ma.

Ge Xiaoyao was taken aback, thinking that Consort Zhuang, in simple clothes, possessed a different kind of charm. He immediately laughed, "Whether you are Consort Zhuang or not is irrelevant, but now you probably can't even return to Youzhou!"

"Why?" Chong Yuran, Jiang Ziya, and Madam Ma were all surprised.

Ge Xiaoyao sighed inwardly, "That Shen Gongbao actually had an affair with that fake Consort Zhuang, and wrote a letter to your brother saying that someone is impersonating you and committing evil deeds, and has now fled back to Youzhou. If he finds you, he will kill you immediately."

Everyone gasped, "What a vicious plan!"

Jiang Ziya thought for a moment and pondered, "If we can't return to Youzhou, Shen Gongbao will definitely not let it go. He will definitely find an excuse to conduct a large-scale search inside and outside Chaoge City!"

Ge Xiaoyao laughed, "Does Brother really think they will find Yu Ran?"

Jiang Ziya smiled and shook his head, "Brother Ge, what are you saying? If it weren't for Shen Gongbao personally..." "Come on, let them search, they won't find it!"

At this moment, Chong Yuran frowned and asked, "Brother, have you seen the letter?"

Ge Xiaoyao nodded, "Yes!"

Chong Yuran asked again, "Did you see the three ink marks on the left corner of the letter?"

Ge Xiaoyao thought for a moment and shook his head, "There are no ink marks!"

Chong Yuran smiled sweetly, "That's it. The person impersonating me has now revealed himself. Brother Ge, I have indeed caused Brother Jiang and Sister-in-law a lot of trouble here. Why don't you send me back to Youzhou?"

Her smile puzzled the others, who wondered why she dared to return to Youzhou.

Chong Yuran continued, "The three ink marks in the left corner of the letter are a secret mark that my elder brother and I agreed upon before I entered the palace. Only my brother and I know about it, so my elder brother certainly won't believe it!"

Everyone was relieved. Ge Xiaoyao said, "That's good. Without further ado, I'll send you back to Youzhou!"

Jiang Ziya said, "With Brother Ge's cultivation, it would take at least three days to send Miss Yuran back to Youzhou and back. If you're not in the palace during those three days, many things might happen! How about this, I'll take care of it for you, you can rest assured!"

Ge Xiaoyao smiled and said, "With my elder brother taking care of it, what do I have to worry about!"

But Chong Yuran said sadly, "After this parting, I don't know when we'll meet again!"

Ge Xiaoyao was also stunned, and after a long while, he sighed.

Madam Ma laughed, "What's the big deal? It won't be long before Brother Ge comes to see you! If that doesn't work, Brother Ge can stay here tonight and have a good talk with Miss Yu Ran; it'll be some comfort!"

Hearing Madam Ma's blunt words, Chong Yu Ran retorted, "Sister-in-law, what are you saying!" Two red clouds rose to her cheeks.

Jiang Ziya simply smiled at Ge Xiaoyao without saying a word.

"Alright!" Ge Xiaoyao readily agreed, "I won't leave today, sister-in-law, you must prepare a sumptuous farewell feast!"

The others were amused by Ge Xiaoyao's words again, and Madam Ma said, "Of course, of course..."

That night, Ge Xiaoyao stayed at Jiang Ziya's house.

The tens of millions of taels of gold that Ge Xiaoyao had accumulated in the palace over the past two years were all kept by Jiang Ziya. Jiang Ziya had already renovated the mansion, doubling its size, and there were plenty of empty rooms.

Dinner was indeed sumptuous, and the group drank heartily, all slightly tipsy.

Under Madam Ma's arrangement, Ge Xiaoyao and Chong Yuran stayed in the quietest room.

The night passed without a word, only tender moments of affection...

Silence is golden, and this precious night was rare. At this moment, Chong Yuran had already set aside her identity as Consort Zhuang and was completely immersed in Ge Xiaoyao's embrace. Everything...

the entire room was filled with an atmosphere of boundless spring. Holding Chong Yuran's soft, delicate body, Ge Xiaoyao said, "Yuran, don't worry, I will definitely come to Youzhou to see you in the future!"

Chong Yuran said softly, "Brother Ge, although I'm no longer a princess, I'm much happier than when I was!"

Ge Xiaoyao smiled slightly, then suddenly thought of Shiji and Shen Gongbao, and sighed, "Yuran, when you return to Youzhou, be sure to instruct General Black Tiger not to be careless, to reorganize the troops, and not to come to Chaoge unless it's absolutely necessary, just in case!"

Chong Yuran looked deeply at Ge Xiaoyao with her beautiful eyes, "Brother Ge, is something about to happen?"

Ge Xiaoyao nodded, "Now that you've left the palace, treacherous people will surely incite King Zhou, the Marquis of Bei is holding onto his troops, and many people in the court are already..." "Full, I'm afraid it will be detrimental to the Marquis of Bei!"

Chong Yuran nodded: "I know all this! When I return to Youzhou, I will definitely tell my elder brother and tell him to be more vigilant!"

Ge Xiaoyao sighed: "I'm afraid the world is about to descend into chaos!"

Chong Yuran buried her head in Ge Xiaoyao's arms and said softly: "Elder brother, you must also be careful! If someone harms you in Chaoge, then come to Youzhou to find me. Even if it costs the entire Youzhou army, my elder brother and I will protect you!"

Ge Xiaoyao felt a chill in his chest, lifted Chong Yuran's fair neck, and saw two lines of clear tears hanging on her jade face. His heart ached, and he gently wiped away the tears, laughing: "What nonsense are you talking about? If someone really harms me, with my cultivation, I don't need any soldiers to protect me! However, when the world is in chaos, please don't act rashly, lest you be used by others!"

Chong Yuran chuckled and nodded.

Seeing her smile lightly, her cherry lips slightly pursed, so adorable, Ge Xiaoyao couldn't resist leaning down and kissing her...

After seeing Chong Yuran off, Ge Xiaoyao returned to the Paradise Pavilion. A messenger had already come to report that tomorrow was the eighth day of the ninth month, and King Zhou would be going to the Nuwa Temple outside Chaoge City to offer incense and pray for blessings, ordering Ge Xiaoyao to accompany him.

"Damn! How could I almost forget about this!" Ge Xiaoyao slapped his forehead, remembering that Jiang Ziya had informed King Zhou of this, but he hadn't mentioned what would happen, and now he was off to Youzhou to see Chong Yuran off. Ge Xiaoyao frowned and thought to himself, "My brother must have a deeper meaning in sending King Zhou to the Nuwa Temple to offer incense. I'll just have to wait and see!"

Chapter 136 The True and False Nuwa (Part 1)

Twenty miles east of Chaoge City, there was nothing much to see.

However, today was an exception. For twenty miles along the way, every ten feet there was a fully armed soldier in iron armor with a long spear, stretching all the way to a brand-new temple.

Along the way, swords and spears stood in rows, and armored warriors stood imposingly, adding a touch of grandeur to the area outside Chaoge City.

King Zhou's carriage slowly drove out of the palace and out of Chaoge City, followed by a long procession of followers.

Ge Xiaoyao was in the middle of the procession, near the front, with Shen Gongbao ahead of him, while Shi Ji

rode in the same carriage as King Zhou. "Damn it! What's Shen Gongbao up to? It's just a pilgrimage to offer incense and pray for blessings! Why is he making such a fuss? It's not like we're going to war!" Ge Xiaoyao, mounted on his horse, looked at the Tiger Might Army standing guard around him, as if facing a formidable enemy

. Shen Gongbao was responsible for organizing King Zhou's trip. He had already emptied the Tiger Might Army camp, and the official road twenty miles outside Chaoge City had been searched four or five times, with a strict ban on civilians passing through, all to welcome King Zhou for his prayers.

Ge Xiaoyao craned his neck but didn't see a single civilian. Everywhere, besides King Zhou's retinue of ministers, there were only fully armed Tiger Might Army soldiers, as if King Zhou were personally leading an army.

Twenty li (approximately 10 kilometers) was covered in just one hour. King Zhou and his retinue dismounted and arrived at the Nuwa Temple.

The Nuwa Temple was a magnificent and imposing structure, its green tiles and blue bricks standing out vividly.

In front of the temple stood a huge stone incense burner, its flames burning eternally.

From afar, one could see the couplet inscribed on either side of the temple gate: "The mysterious gate stands out on an extraordinary path; the wondrous way, illuminated by lamplight, reveals a different realm."

King Zhou and his entourage walked, ascending the eighty stone steps, slowly reaching the mountain gate.

Shen Gongbao stepped forward and said with a smile, "Hearing that Your Majesty is coming to the temple of the Goddess Nuwa to offer incense and pray for blessings, the people have spontaneously donated to renovate the temple. Is Your Majesty satisfied?"

King Zhou laughed heartily, "How could I not be satisfied when the people love and respect me so much!" He looked around and indeed saw signs of recent construction on the doors and walls. Overjoyed, he praised, "Grand Preceptor, when was this Nuwa Temple built? Is the incense burning well?"

Shen Gongbao replied, "This Nuwa Temple has been built for a hundred years, and the incense is still burning brightly. Today, the eighth day of the ninth lunar month, is said to be the birthday of the Goddess Nuwa. If it weren't for Your Majesty's visit, the people would be celebrating like it's a grand festival."

"Oh!" King Zhou said, "In that case, wouldn't I be disturbing the people!"

Shi Ji smiled and said, "Your Majesty's prayers for the blessings of the Shang Dynasty are something the people are eagerly awaiting. How could you say it's disturbing the people!"

King Zhou was delighted and said, "What the fairy consort says is absolutely right!" After lighting incense in the incense burner in front of the door, he entered the temple.

Incense smoke curled through the temple, and gauze curtains fluttered in the breeze. In the center of the hall stood a sacred image of the Goddess Nuwa. Ge Xiaoyao observed that the image was over two zhang tall, with a human head and a snake's body. Her features were delicately arched, her face fair and her lips red, her smile serene and peaceful, possessing a divine and ethereal beauty.

King Zhou addressed the image, saying, "King Yin Shou of Shang prays to Goddess Nuwa..." followed by a lengthy prayer.

After the prayer, a guard brought a basin to wash King Zhou's hands. King Zhou held sandalwood incense, lit it in the censer, and placed it in front of the image of Nuwa.

The offering of incense and prayer was complete. King Zhou and his ministers stood silently in the hall, awaiting the manifestation of Goddess Nuwa.

Soon, incense smoke curled from the censer, gathering towards the image, slowly forming a delicate figure before it.

Immediately, a whispered exclamation rippled through the court: "The Goddess Nuwa has manifested!"

King Zhou raised an eyebrow, his gaze fixed on the graceful figure formed by the gathering smoke. Shi Ji, however, wore a faint smile.

Ge Xiaoyao observed all of this. Although he hadn't used any magic, his intuition told him that it wasn't the Goddess Nuwa manifesting, but rather a gathering of demonic energy.

"Damn! How can there be demonic energy in the Nuwa Temple?" Having seen through the mystery, Ge Xiaoyao was puzzled, thinking to himself, "Brother Jiang guided King Zhou to this Nuwa Temple, could it be to let him see demonic energy?"

As Ge Xiaoyao pondered this, the figure formed by the smoke grew increasingly solid, gradually revealing a beautiful face. Another whispered exclamation rippled through the court.

"Damn! This is a trap!" Ge Xiaoyao thought, remaining secretly vigilant, his eyes fixed intently on the human form formed by the swirling demonic energy.

At this moment, the smoky humanoid figure suddenly spoke, its voice like the ethereal chanting of celestial beings, "Ministers, please depart. Goddess Nuwa wishes to speak privately with the King!"

"Damn! A private conversation with King Zhou? I really don't know what they're up to!" Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, but with Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji nearby, he couldn't use his magic for fear of being exposed.

The ministers began to retreat, and Ge Xiaoyao mingled with the crowd as well, leaving King Zhou alone in the hall.

"Lord Anle, what do you think Goddess Nuwa will say to His Majesty?" a minister with whom Ge Xiaoyao was usually quite friendly asked.

Ge Xiaoyao shook his head and smiled, "Nuwa is a celestial being, and Your Majesty is a human king. They are naturally speaking heavenly secrets. How would I, a mere subject, know such things, let alone dare to speculate!"

Although he said this, he thought to himself, "What good could come from whispering secrets with a demon? If King Zhou isn't bewitched and a fake King Zhou is created, I'll be thanking my lucky stars!"

Shen Gongbao, however, said, "Why do you say that, Marquis Anle? Although Nuwa is a celestial being and Your Majesty is a human king, what they are talking about must be how to make the Shang Dynasty prosperous and the people happy. There's nothing to be afraid to speculate about!"

Ge Xiaoyao smiled faintly and said, "The Imperial Preceptor sees through the secrets of heaven; indeed, he is extraordinary. It must be so!" He then gave Shen Gongbao a deep look, thinking to himself, "Damn it! It's all your fault! Nobody believes your nonsense!"

Shen Gongbao asked, "Does Marquis Anle know the origins of the goddess Nuwa?"

Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, "Damn it! Even if I knew, I wouldn't tell you!" He shook his head and said, "I am but a mortal physician; I have only heard the name of the goddess Nuwa, how would I know her origins! The Imperial Preceptor is extremely knowledgeable and can be of great importance..." "Let me explain!"

Shen Gongbao laughed and said, "Very well! Legend has it that Nuwa was an ancient goddess. The Xuanzhen Book says: Nuwa, an ancient goddess and emperor, had a human face and a snake's body. She could transform seventy times a day, her belly transforming into this goddess, and she molded clay into human form. In ancient times, the four poles collapsed, the nine provinces cracked, the sky could not fully cover the earth, the earth could not fully support it, the fire raged without ceasing, the water was vast and endless, fierce beasts devoured the people, and birds of prey seized the old and weak. So Nuwa refined five-colored stones to mend the sky, cut off the legs of a giant turtle to support the four poles, killed a black dragon to save Jizhou, and piled up reed ash to stop the flood."

"Damn it! What is she talking about? It's all a jumbled mess!" Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, then laughed and said, "In that case, Nuwa is indeed an ancient goddess with vast power and blessings. Your Majesty, you are fortunate to receive guidance from Nuwa this time!"

Shen Gongbao said, "Of course, of course..."

The ministers echoed in agreement.

While Ge Xiaoyao and his ministers were discussing the origins and deeds of Nuwa, King Zhou was experiencing an extraordinary adventure inside the Nuwa Temple.

"How is Your Majesty?" The ministers withdrew, leaving King Zhou alone in the hall, feeling a chilling aura. He then saw the graceful figure formed from the swirling smoke slowly retreat behind the statue of Nuwa, which began to emit a soft golden light. Then, King Zhou heard an extremely beautiful voice ask,

"King Zhou of Shang greets Goddess Nuwa!" King Zhou said.

"We are old friends, why be so polite? Brother King Zhou, please come with me!" the beautiful female voice said. The golden light from the Nuwa statue flickered continuously, gradually rising and enveloping King Zhou.

Surrounded by golden light, King Zhou felt a sudden dizziness, as if floating on clouds. A cold wind whistled past his ears, and he instinctively closed his eyes

. Then, the beautiful female voice reached his ears again: "Brother King, do not be afraid. This is to the foot of Shiji Mountain, where Nuwa will meet you!" King Zhou nodded, saying, "Good...good..." but his eyes closed even tighter.

Soon, the wind subsided, and a strange fragrance filled his nostrils. He heard the melodious calls of some unknown bird, like the tinkling of gold and jade, soothing and delightful.

The beautiful voice said again, "Brother King, please open your eyes!"

King Zhou opened his eyes as instructed and exclaimed in surprise.

Before him stretched jade trees and flowers, celestial herbs and glistening dew. The light was soft and serene, and a strange floral fragrance filled the air. Large, colorful butterflies danced and fluttered, and unknown, beautiful birds sang their melodious songs—truly like entering a fairyland.

Looking around, King Zhou saw no one. He felt as if he had entered a painting, surrounded by the sounds of birdsong and babbling brooks, and surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant red blossoms. He thought of his own celestial palace and Penglai paradise, which he considered less than a fraction of this place. He couldn't help but sigh.

"Why do you sigh, King Zhou? Are you dissatisfied with this place?" the beautiful voice called out again. King Zhou

looked in the direction of the voice and saw an extremely beautiful woman emerge from among the jade trees and flowers. Her face was radiant with smiles, her eyebrows delicately drawn, her lips red and her eyes full of affection, exactly like the statue of Nuwa in the Nuwa Temple. However, she stood on her own two feet, unlike the snake-tailed statue. She wore a pale yellow gauze dress, her hair flowing like clouds, her jade pendants jingling softly, and her movements were indescribably graceful.

King Zhou had just marveled at the beauty of the statue of Nuwa, but now, seeing her in person, he was so stunned he couldn't speak, standing there speechless.

"Brother King, why are you standing there so still?" the beautiful woman said, covering her mouth with a handkerchief, her eyes sparkling with a spring-like smile.

King Zhou then snapped out of his daze and laughed, "The celestial Nuwa is so captivating, I've been blinded by her beauty!"

Nuwa chuckled softly, covering her mouth, and said, "Brother King, we are old friends. Don't you feel any sense of familiarity, only admiration?"

King Zhou hurriedly replied, "Yes, yes..." but his eyes remained fixed on Nuwa, as if afraid she would suddenly disappear.

Nuwa continued, "Brother King... this is a celestial abode of mine in the mortal realm. Though small, it is clean. Today, I have some free time and have specially invited you here for a visit!"

King Zhou didn't know what to say, only humming and stammering.

Nuwa chuckled softly, "Brother King Shang, you've been down in the mortal realm for several years, have you become so foolish?"

King Zhou finally came to his senses, understanding Nuwa's meaning, and laughed, "Not at all, not at all..." But then, feigning composure, he put on what he considered an air of superiority, saying, "Immortal Nuwa, where shall we sit and chat?"

Nuwa chuckled again, her eyes filled with affection, and her red lips playfully chided, "What immortal? Brother King Shang, just call me Sister Nuwa from now on..."

Chapter 137 The True and False Nuwa (Part 2)

King Zhou was stunned, overwhelmed with gratitude. Startled, he whispered, "Sister Nuwa!"

Nuwa immediately covered her mouth and giggled, then stepped forward and took King Zhou's arm, saying, "Brother King, shall I show you around this fairy garden?"

King Zhou felt a strange sensation waft towards him; the jade arm that held him was soft and smooth, and when he accidentally touched that soft, delicate body, he felt slightly drunk even though he hadn't been drinking. He hurriedly said, "Okay...okay!" His lustful eyes couldn't help but linger on her profile. On Nuwa's snow-white neck, some extremely fine hairs stirred a tingling feeling in his heart.

Nuwa's breath was as fragrant as orchids, which further amplified King Zhou's intoxication. "Then let's go! What are you standing there for!" she said, pulling King Zhou's hand and leading him forward.

With the beautiful scenery and the company of a beautiful woman, King Zhou was truly drunk, quite drunk indeed. Several times, consciously or unconsciously, he tripped over the pebbles under his feet, staggering, but fortunately Nuwa caught him to prevent him from making a fool of himself. However, King Zhou also took advantage of the situation, at least embracing that soft, jade-like body more than once.

"King Zhou, you're so naughty! Always..." Nuwa finally couldn't help but say coquettishly.

Her pouting, rosy lips made King Zhou's heart flutter, and he laughed, "Beautiful scenery and beautiful woman, I'm really a little intoxicated, please don't be offended, Sister Nuwa!"

Two blushes appeared on Nuwa's face, making her even more beautiful, "I was just teasing you...hehe! Since you're drunk, then you won't be allowed to drink the celestial wine!"

Upon hearing about the fine wine, King Zhou was unwilling to part with it and hurriedly said, "Sister Nuwa, please don't be offended, where is the wine?"

Nuwa pointed ahead, "Look, isn't it over there?!"

King Zhou looked in the direction Nuwa pointed and indeed saw two maids in green robes standing on a spring pavilion, filling jade cups on the table with pots. Even from a distance, he could faintly smell the aroma of the wine.

"Hmm, good wine...Sister Nuwa, let's go quickly!" This time, King Zhou took the initiative to speak.

Nuwa nodded, allowing King Zhou to pull her forward quickly.

Upon closer inspection, King Zhou saw several exquisite fruits and vegetables laid out on the table—rare and exotic fruits he had never heard of, seen, or tasted before—along with a pot of celestial wine and two jade cups. The wine in the cups was golden in color and emitted a rich, fresh aroma. He then realized that the two maids in green were also stunningly beautiful.

"Brother King Zhou, Nuwa offers you a cup!" Nuwa said, her jade-like hand holding the cup to King Zhou's lips.

How could King Zhou refuse a woman offering him wine? But lust arose within him, and he immediately took her hand and drank the wine, instantly feeling a refreshing coolness and immense comfort.

Before they knew it, the two had finished the entire pot of wine.

King Zhou, who had boasted of his immense capacity for alcohol in the palace, was now even

more intoxicated by the company of beautiful women. He repeatedly raised his cup, causing Nuwa's face to flush red, burning hot to the touch, and she cried out repeatedly, "I'm drunk, I'm drunk!" Nuwa, slightly tipsy, had her beautiful eyes even more hazy and dreamy, and she softly said, "So hot..."

As the alcohol took effect, King Zhou also felt a bit stuffy, and Nuwa even half-unbuttoned her robe, revealing a patch of her snow-white breasts, fanning herself incessantly. Her seductive manner was enough to make any man's nose bleed.

King Zhou, being a guest, still had some sense of his own. He looked around, but the two maids were nowhere to be found.

"So hot, so hot... Brother King, if it doesn't offend your eyes, I'd like to take a bath in that pool!" Nuwa said, her body burning from the alcohol.

"Of course, of course, please go ahead, Sister Nuwa..." Such a wonderful thing, King Zhou was naturally more than willing to do.

Indeed, before this pavilion, there was a hot spring. Steam rose from the spring, creating a layer of fragrant mist that filled the air. The water flowed into the pool, forming a clear, emerald-green expanse. Most remarkably, the mist, though contained within, did not rise to the surface. Thus, the water, though rippling, was crystal clear, revealing the colorful, round stones at the bottom.

King Zhou stared wide-eyed, speechless at the scene before him.

Nuwa, with a touch of shyness, turned away, gently loosening her robe to reveal her rounded, fragrant shoulders and jade-like body, leaving only a bright red bodice and undergarments. She slowly stepped into the water, shrouded in mist, like a fairy.

King Zhou felt his blood surge, spilling his wine cup and feeling a chill run down his spine.

In the emerald water, her fragrant shoulders and jade-like body revealed, Nuwa turned and smiled, captivating King Zhou's soul by seven-tenths.

"Mmm..." Nuwa let out a captivating moan. The pool water was clearly very warm, turning her snow-white body a delicate pink.

Her jade hand gently stirred the water's surface, creating ripples that spread outwards, ring after ring, embracing her flawless pink skin, while simultaneously igniting King Zhou's desire to its peak.

"Mmm..." The stimulation of the water made Nuwa's eyes glaze over, one jade hand lightly touching her lips, making an extremely alluring expression.

King Zhou's blood rushed to his head, his entire body yearning to recklessly plunge into the water and tear that jade body apart.

Just as King Zhou was at his wit's end, unable to contain his anger, Nuwa, who was in the water, suddenly smiled seductively and said, "Brother King, if you are also burning with desire, why not join me for a bath?"

King Zhou's blood rushed to his head, and he was speechless, only chuckling lewdly. He hastily began to remove his royal robes, but in his haste, one silk clasp remained stubbornly in place.

King Zhou was sweating profusely, but the more he tried, the more confused he became, and the clasp seemed to be deliberately toying with him, tightening with each twist. King Zhou wanted to tear it apart, but the silk was incredibly strong and wouldn't budge.

"Ah...ah..." King Zhou cried out in despair, but to no avail.

In his frantic state, King Zhou suddenly felt an alluring fragrance waft towards him, and a pair of boneless, soft hands rested on his waist. It turned out that Nuwa, seeing King Zhou's clumsiness, had quietly swum to the shore to adjust his clothes.

Nuwa deftly straightened the ribbon, her jade-like hand gently lifting it to untie it, leaving King Zhou completely naked.

"Ah!..." Nuwa cried out softly, then covered her face with her hands and submerged into the water, but the water was as transparent as glass; how could she hide? However, this cry and this attempt to hide transformed King Zhou's previous agitation into an insatiable lust.

King Zhou took a large step, his body already leaping into the water, splashing up white spray that rippled outwards in waves...

"Brother King, do you find the scenery of this hot spring beautiful?" Nuwa's soft call pulled King Zhou back from his lustful fantasies.

"Good! Good!" King Zhou raised his hand and drank the wine in one gulp. He put down the cup, unbuttoned the silk button on his collar with one hand, and said, "It's so hot... so hot..."

Nuwa chuckled and said, "Does King Zhou wish to take a bath in this hot spring?"

King Zhou thought to himself, "Of course I'd love to... haha, if it were as I just imagined, that would be even better..." He nodded repeatedly

and said, "The water is clear and the current is pleasantly warm. If I could take a bath, even death would be worthwhile!" Nuwa scolded, "It's just a bath, why talk about death!" Her eyes sparkled, and she said, "If King Zhou really likes it, why don't we tour this fairy garden first, and then come back to bathe?"

King Zhou thought to himself, "Why tour the garden? Bathing first is much better!" But he said aloud, "Okay..."

Nuwa's beautiful eyes shimmered, and she slowly rose and walked with King Zhou into the depths of the garden.

"King Zhou, actually, I brought you here because I have another request!" Nuwa said.

King Zhou, still reminiscing about his dream by the hot spring, thought to himself, "Everything is negotiable!" He readily agreed, "Sister Nuwa, please tell me what you need. I will do whatever it takes to help!"

Nuwa smiled and said, "Actually, it's nothing serious. Shiji was originally one of my maids, but she later cultivated herself into an immortal. Our sisterly bond remains. I hope Your Majesty will treat her well!" King Zhou

replied, "Of course! The immortal consort is beautiful and talented. I am already fond of her enough; how could I mistreat her?" He secretly thought, "Haha, if you two sisters were with me, I certainly wouldn't mistreat you either!"

Nuwa then... "Thank you, Brother King Zhou!" she said, her expression turning solemn. "Brother King Zhou, now that you are the Emperor, in your moment of great joy, you must be mindful of the hearts of the surrounding lords!"

King Zhou's mind suddenly sank. "What do you mean by this

, Sister Nuwa?" he asked. Nuwa smiled and said, "Nothing much. I have traveled far and wide, and I understand the hearts of men. I have learned that several powerful lords seem to harbor disloyalty towards you, Brother King Zhou, so I spoke to you to warn you. I have no other intention!"

As they spoke, the two reached a sheer cliff. King Zhou looked at the opposite cliff, where a withered pine tree stood, surrounded by several newly sprouted cypress trees. His heart... King Zhou was suddenly struck by a sudden thought and said, "Sister Nuwa, could you tell me which treacherous lords dare to harbor rebellious intentions?"

Nuwa smiled and pointed to several trees on the opposite cliff, saying, "This is a secret of heaven, which I cannot easily reveal. However, brother, do you not see on the opposite cliff, a withered pine tree and a thriving cypress tree in each of the four directions?"

King Zhou frowned, seemingly understanding something, and muttered to himself, "Southeast, west, north, cypress trees, lords... Ah!" He was startled, but quickly bowed and said, "Thank you, Goddess Nuwa, ah... it was Sister Nuwa who reminded me!" He then gritted his teeth and said, "Hmph, those traitors..." "You scoundrels, I will deal with you sooner or later!"

Nuwa smiled and said, "Brother, there's no need to worry too much. Enjoy yourself while you can. Hmm, seeing this cliff, we've reached the end of the fairy garden. Why don't we turn back now? Didn't you want to bathe in that hot spring?"

King Zhou saw Nuwa's beautiful eyes sparkling with charm and her alluring demeanor, and his mind flashed back to her wanton appearance in the hot spring. The matter of the princes' rebellion had long been forgotten, and he immediately laughed and said, "Yes, yes, let's go back now!"

In the hot spring, the water flowed gently. Nuwa raised her jade hand lightly, her pink face lowered to King Zhou's chest, and slowly unfastened the silk buttons of his royal robe one by one.

King Zhou's face was full of lust, and his mind imagined the enchanting spring scenery in the boundless pool. His hands couldn't help but place them on Nuwa's fragrant shoulders, and slowly slid them down.

"Brother King, don't be in such a hurry!" Nuwa gently brushed aside King Zhou's laughter, raising her head to glance at him sideways. Her gaze, a mixture of reproach and delight, stirred King Zhou's heart and ignited his desire.

"Ah! The water is so warm..." King Zhou gently slid into the water, looking at Nuwa's blushing face on the shore.

Chapter 138 The True and False Nuwa (Part 2)

King Zhou's vision blurred, and he found himself back in the Nuwa Temple. Looking at the statue of Nuwa, who was smiling at him with a blush on her cheeks, he felt a lingering sense of longing. Thinking of the enchanting fairyland and the enchanting spring affair he had just experienced, King Zhou was still not satisfied. As he pondered, he realized that since he had come here and met such a beautiful fairy as Nuwa, it would be inappropriate not to leave something behind.

"Why not compose a poem here in this temple to express my longing and remembrance?" With this thought, King Zhou drew his sword and inscribed a poem on a pillar in a flowing, elegant style: "The phoenix-adorned tent is a magnificent sight, its gold-painted design exquisite; distant mountains rise in verdant hues, fluttering sleeves reflect the rosy clouds. Pear blossoms, glistening with rain, vie in beauty; peonies, shrouded in mist, display their alluring charm;

none can compare to the enchanting beauty of the celestial palace, to be brought back to serve the king at the Star-Picking Tower." King Zhou admired the poem, quite pleased, before sheathing his sword and preparing to return to his palace.

At that moment, as he inscribed the poem, he was unaware that auspicious clouds were slowly descending from another Nuwa temple, more than ten miles away.

"Nine-Tailed Fox… go and see if King Zhou has arrived yet?" On the lotus-shaped cloud, Nuwa, with a benevolent expression, spoke to the alluring woman beside her.

The woman nodded, saying, "Yes, Your Majesty!" "

Then it descended from the clouds and entered the temple. After a short while, it emerged and rose back into the air, looking around. Then, it returned to the auspicious clouds and reported to Goddess Nuwa: 'Your Majesty, the Nine-Tailed Fox just entered the temple. It was empty, not a soul in sight. But ten miles away, banners fluttered and crowds thronged. What has happened?!'

Nuwa exclaimed in surprise, 'In previous years, on my birthday, the eighth day of the ninth month, the temple was always bustling with incense and devout men and women. Today, however, it is deserted. Truly a strange thing!' She then said, 'Very well, let's go and see over there!'

The auspicious clouds surged and headed towards them. Before they even got close, the Nine-Tailed Fox suddenly laughed, 'Your Majesty, so the temple over there is empty, but a new temple has been built here, and there are quite a few devout men and women offering incense!'

Nuwa smiled and said, 'Look closely, who are those people?!'"

Nine-Tailed Fox looked closely and noticed something amiss. "Eh, Your Majesty, those seem to be soldiers, but why are there also a few demonic wisps?" Nuwa

said, "That's it! There must be some demon causing trouble!"

Nine-Tailed Fox's alluring eyes widened, and she angrily said, "What kind of demon is so bold as to dare to forge Your Majesty's temple!"

Nuwa smiled calmly, "The demon here has a certain background. Let's go and see what's going on. Since the soldiers are here, King Zhou must not have left either."

Nine-Tailed Fox nodded and said, "Alright!"

Nuwa added, "I didn't want to disturb the world when I came here. Let's put away our auspicious clouds and hide ourselves!" "Saying this, she put away the auspicious cloud, and the two of them descended into the temple.

Upon entering, the Nine-Tailed Fox, with her sharp eyes, noticed the lewd expression on the statue of Nuwa on the altar. Startled, she dared not speak but stole glances at Nuwa's expression.

Nuwa, however, seemed oblivious, merely smiling calmly.

At this moment, King Zhou was still carving something word by word on the pillars, muttering, "Sister Nuwa... Sister Nuwa..."

Nuwa whispered to the Nine-Tailed Fox, "Go out and wait for me on the cloud. Don't stray and cause trouble. I'll deal with King Zhou myself!"

The Nine-Tailed Fox nodded, quietly leaving and ascending to the cloud. Looking down at the crowd, she suddenly felt a chill; she had spotted Ge Xiaoyao among them.

"Ah, how come this kid is still alive?" the Nine-Tailed Fox exclaimed, carefully observing Ge Xiaoyao, thinking to herself, "This kid's immortal roots have matured, and his cultivation has increased considerably. That's strange. Could it be that Sister Tianxin didn't succeed?" However, she immediately laughed: "Hehe, Sister Tianxin, since you didn't succeed, don't blame your sister for taking this blessing for you!" Just as she was about to turn down, she suddenly remembered Nuwa's instructions and dared not go down to cause trouble, so she said resentfully: "Boy, I'll let you off this time. I'll come find you again when I'm free in a few days!" "

You ask who this nine-tailed fox is? She is the nine-tailed fox demon from Xuanyuan Tomb. She went to meet the Heavenly Heart Fox Maiden at Hundred Herbs Cliff on Dream Maiden Peak, but unexpectedly encountered Ge Xiaoyao, who had mistakenly eaten the Hundred Herbs Divine Pill. Seeing that Ge Xiaoyao's power was weak, she devised a plan to lure the spirit ghost Yin San away, intending to intercept Yin San herself and let the Heavenly Heart Fox Maiden seize his blood essence to digest the Hundred Herbs Divine Pill. After

a fierce battle with the spirit ghost Yin San, the nine-tailed fox demon finally subdued Yin San with her Seven-Colored Bewitching Net, but unexpectedly, she was subdued by a distraction of Nuwa's spirit and forced to become Nuwa's maid.

Although she now has a noble status, she has lost the carefree life she had as a demon in the mountains. She originally thought that the Heavenly Heart Fox Maiden had obtained Ge Xiaoyao's Hundred Herbs Divine Pill..." The Nine-Tailed Fox , seeing Ge Xiaoyao unharmed, suddenly revived her scheme from two years ago.

As the saying goes, Heaven's will is clear, karma is repaid, and the gods are watching. This fleeting thought of the Nine-Tailed Fox already proved the will of Heaven, ultimately leading to her extraordinary fate with Ge Xiaoyao. But that's a story for another time. Now,

after Nuwa sent the Nine-Tailed Fox away, her faint smile instantly turned into a grimace. In truth, seeing the fake temple and the lewd image of Nuwa's statue had already filled her with anger, but with the Nine-Tailed Fox present, she couldn't vent her fury. Now, as soon as the Nine-Tailed Fox left, she couldn't help but curse, "What a bold demon! How dare you treat this palace so disrespectfully!" Nuwa

was furious, but she still harbored a sliver of hope that she could persuade King Zhou to return to good; otherwise, she wouldn't have had Jiang Ziya invite him to the Nuwa Temple. She moved gracefully behind King Zhou to see what he had carved on the pillar. What she saw shocked her.

Nuwa's face flushed crimson with shame and anger. She hadn't expected that King Zhou secretly loved her, and that he had written such a lewd poem.

Nuwa was too ashamed to look at the poem, but seeing King Zhou sheath his sword and about to leave, she hurriedly called out, "King Zhou, please wait!" She then revealed her true form.

She had expected King Zhou to be overjoyed and bow down upon seeing her, but instead, he was startled. Seeing Nuwa appear, he was both surprised and delighted, exclaiming, "Sister Nuwa, I've missed you terribly!" He opened his arms to embrace her.

Nuwa quickly dodged, angrily saying, "King Zhou, please have some self-respect! I am Nuwa!"

King Zhou chuckled and said, "Sister Nuwa, what's wrong with you? We were just whispering sweet nothings in the hot spring, how come you're so distant now?" Nuwa

blushed, thinking to herself, "What a lecherous king! When have I ever been so intimate with you in the hot spring?" She immediately said, "King Zhou, please have some self-respect! When have you ever seen me?"

King Zhou said, "Just now! Sister Nuwa, didn't you take me to visit the Stone Cliff Immortal Garden? We even drank immortal wine together, admired the mountain scenery, and bathed in the immortal spring together... Oh, this is a poem I specially wrote for you to express my longing and love!" As he spoke, he vanished, revealing the lewd poem that had just been carved on the pillar.

Nuwa was both anxious and ashamed. She took a deep breath, cleared her mind, and quickly figured out the truth. She thought to herself, "You audacious Stone Cliff demon, how dare you tarnish my reputation like this! And this shameless King Zhou, as a king, he has no self-respect and is incredibly lewd!" "I must..."

Thinking this, he initially intended to reveal himself and, in front of all the officials and soldiers, capture and kill Shi Ji, thus punishing this lecherous king. However, he hesitated, then angrily disappeared into the clouds to find the Nine-Tailed Fox, leaving King Zhou there, completely bewildered. He muttered to himself, shook his head, and walked out of the temple gate in a daze.

Meanwhile, the officials busied themselves welcoming the king, but seeing his gloomy face and silent demeanor, no one dared to ask him anything. The incense offering and prayers were now complete, so they set off to return to the palace. Shi Ji and Shen Gongbao, knowing that the matter had been successfully completed according to plan, were overjoyed. They exchanged flirtatious glances and followed the procession back to Chaoge. However, they were unaware that King Zhou had encountered Nuwa just before leaving the temple.

Meanwhile, the Nine-Tailed Fox, standing on the clouds, was only focused on Ge Xiaoyao, unaware that Nuwa had already arrived before her.

"Yes, Nine-Tailed Fox is here, Your Majesty..." Hearing Nuwa's angry and resentful call, she abruptly withdrew her gaze and replied, "Your Majesty, what are your orders?"

Nuwa, suppressing her anger and shame, regained her composure and said, "That tyrannical king is wicked, and demons are causing chaos. I order you to descend to the mortal realm to rid the people of this scourge. Are you willing?"

The Nine-Tailed Fox was puzzled by Nuwa's words but replied, "Nine-Tailed Fox will naturally obey Your Majesty's command and dare not disobey in the slightest!"

Nuwa nodded, thought for a moment, and said, "I order you to enter the Shang Dynasty's harem as a concubine, to bewitch that tyrannical king, to let him be led astray by his beauty, ultimately causing him to be abandoned by his people, burn himself to death, and be branded with the infamous name of the tyrannical King Zhou!" The

Nine-Tailed Fox was shocked, wondering what King Zhou had done to offend Nuwa and receive such a cruel decree. She hurriedly replied, "Nine-Tailed Fox obeys!"

Nuwa continued, "What else do you want to do? " The plan was to eliminate Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji, and ensure their infamy lasts for a thousand years, cursed by all!

The Nine-Tailed Fox was startled again, thinking, "How ruthless! How ruthless! So this ancient god's anger is such that he wants people to be unable to rise again for ten thousand years!" She nodded repeatedly, "Nine-Tailed Fox will obey Your Majesty's decree!"

Nuwa felt a little relieved, her smile no longer as stiff as before. After thinking for a moment, she said, "That's good. Nine-Tailed Fox, remember one thing: as long as you can accomplish these two things, I will allow you to commit a million acts of murder… However, it must be related to my decree; you must not commit evil recklessly!"

The Nine-Tailed Fox was overjoyed and hurriedly said, "Thank you, Your Majesty! Nine-Tailed Fox will remember and will never dare to commit murder recklessly!" The Nine-Tailed Fox was not a benevolent demon; getting her to do good was easy, but not doing evil was extremely difficult. Seeing Nuwa grant her permission to commit murder, she was naturally overjoyed.

Nuwa nodded in satisfaction, finally showing a natural smile.

The Nine-Tailed Fox, no ordinary being, saw that Nuwa's anger had subsided and said, "There's something I need to discuss. That lecherous king and the demon were both present. Why didn't Your Majesty personally eliminate them and vent your anger? Why go through all this trouble..."

Nuwa smiled and said, "Hmph, two mere little demons and a lecherous king—why should I lower myself? Besides, after humiliating me like that, I cannot let them get away with it so easily!"

Hearing those words, the Nine-Tailed Fox felt a chill run down her spine and secretly sighed, "How vicious... even I, the Nine-Tailed Fox, am ashamed!"

Chapter 139: Meeting Daji Again (Part 1)

Chaoge City, the Imperial Palace.

When Ge Xiaoyao learned of the news, it was already too late. Shen Gongbao had already ridden quickly towards Marquis Su Hu of Jizhou.

"Damn it! Chu Yu... Shen Gongbao, Shi Ji, one day you will get your retribution!" Ge Xiaoyao smashed the stone table in front of him with his fist and flew towards Ma's Village outside Chaoge City. He felt that he had to take drastic action now, otherwise all his efforts would be in vain.

Here's what happened.

After returning from the Nuwa Temple, King Zhou had a dream that night. In the dream, a woman of unparalleled beauty smiled at him and introduced herself as Su Daji, the daughter of Su Hu, the Marquis of Jizhou.

"Oh my god! Chu Yu, Chu Yu… how could you let this lecherous king dream of you?" Ge Xiaoyao sighed inwardly, unaware that this was one of the methods Shi Ji and Shen Gongbao used to try and control the various lords.

Therefore, King Zhou invited the Grand Preceptor Shen Gongbao to verify the dream. This matter was originally transmitted to King Zhou by Shen Gongbao using his dream-shifting technique; how could he say the dream wasn't real? He immediately sent Gao Fenyong to Su Hu, the Marquis of Jizhou, and brought the beautiful Daji to the palace.

"With your daughter as a hostage, even if the Marquis of Jizhou has the greatest courage, he won't dare to rebel against Chaoge!" Shi Ji chuckled, and Shen Gongbao nodded repeatedly.

"Hmm...we can rest assured about Chong Heihu in Youzhou now. With that little vixen Bitao around, that black tiger will definitely obey. If the Marquis of Jizhou follows our commands, it will be a great achievement! The Patriarch will surely reward us handsomely!" Shiji laughed.

Ge Xiaoyao was completely unaware of all this. He was engrossed in his cultivation at the Paradise Pavilion, never imagining that Shen Gongbao and Shiji's evil claws had already reached for Jizhou.

Ge Xiaoyao hurriedly arrived at Ma's Village, but only found Ma's wife at home. "Sister-in-law, where is my brother?" Ge Xiaoyao asked.

Ma's wife said with a worried expression, "Brother Ge, I was just about to ask you. That old man went to escort Miss Chong Yuran, and he hasn't returned yet!"

"What?" Ge Xiaoyao was shocked. No wonder he couldn't find Jiang Ziya even using the sound transmission technique. "It's been so many days, he should have been back by now. Could something have happened?"

"I don't know! I'm worried too... That old man is so stubborn, could he have gotten into a fight and been arrested?" said Ma's wife.

"Damn it! Who can catch Jiang Ziya!" Ge Xiaoyao chuckled inwardly, but Jiang Ziya's absence was indeed a fact. It seemed he would have to figure out a solution for Chu Yu's matter himself.

"Damn it! What the hell, I might as well fight it out..." Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself.

Madam Ma noticed Ge Xiaoyao's unusual expression and asked, "Brother Ge, what happened?"

"Alright, let's tell her first. If Brother Jiang comes, we can pass on the message!" Ge Xiaoyao thought for a moment and then said, "Sister-in-law, do you remember when we ran the pharmacy in Chaoge, we saved a girl?"

Madam Ma thought for a moment and nodded, "Ah... I remember now, her name was Chu Yu, wasn't she? Wasn't she your confidante?"

Ge Xiaoyao said, "That's her! You know, King Zhou had to dream about her, and now he's sent people to capture her and bring her to Chaoge!"

Madam Ma was also startled, "What should we do?"

Ge Xiaoyao said, "That's why I came to you for help, brother. Alas, now I have to figure it out myself!"

Madam Ma sighed, "I wonder where that old man went. After such a big incident, he just disappeared without a trace!"

Ge Xiaoyao had no choice but to comfort Madam Ma for a few moments before returning to the Pleasure Pavilion.

However, Ge Xiaoyao was far from happy upon returning to the Pleasure Pavilion. His mind was filled with Chu Yu's image. "Damn it! I can't worry about that now. If I don't go, the readers will all call me a coward!"

Ge Xiaoyao secretly calculated that the journey from here to Jizhou was over three thousand li. If he rode at full speed, it would only take five days. With Shen Gongbao's wisdom, he wasn't dedicated enough to fly there himself. Therefore, if Ge Xiaoyao flew at full speed, he might be able to catch up with him and take Chu Yu away. He was ready

to go immediately, not caring about much else. He simply informed King Zhou that he was going to Chaoge Mountain to gather herbs and would be back in a few days. King Zhou readily agreed, since Ge Xiaoyao had used the excuse that the aphrodisiac was running low. After

bidding farewell to King Zhou, Ge Xiaoyao concealed himself and disappeared into the clouds, traveling at a rapid pace.

Although Ge Xiaoyao's cultivation had improved considerably recently, reaching the level of flight, his magic weapon was too low-grade to be used for flying. Therefore, Ge Xiaoyao expended a large amount of immortal energy to prevent himself from suddenly falling from mid-air.

After traveling for a day, Ge Xiaoyao had not found any trace of Shen Gongbao, and the city of Jizhou could already be seen in the distance. "Damn! Has Shen Gongbao already arrived?" Ge Xiaoyao was anxious, disregarding the fact that his immortal energy was almost depleted. He forcefully inhaled a breath of spiritual energy and rushed towards Jizhou City.

The royal palace of Jizhou City was easy to find; it was the largest building in the city center. However, when Ge Xiaoyao suddenly fell from the sky, he was almost collapsing to the ground.

"Damn! Luckily I was invisible, otherwise I would have been mistaken for a beggar and beaten up..." Ge Xiaoyao leaned against the large stone lion in front of the gate and slowly stood up, taking two deep breaths, finally regaining some strength.

"Damn, I'm even more tired than those carrier pigeons!" Ge Xiaoyao's long flight had almost completely depleted his immortal energy. He did manage to catch a few carrier pigeons along the way, but he released them all.

Ge Xiaoyao quietly slipped through the huge, heavy vermilion wooden door, only to find the palace completely empty, without a single person in sight. "Damn! No way, such a huge palace and no one at all? That's outrageous! There should be at least three or five hundred guards!"

Ge Xiaoyao circled the palace twice and quickly noticed something unusual. The servants were all rushing around, busy with something, and soon a red carpet was laid out in the courtyard, and lanterns and decorations were set up.

"Damn! What's going on here?" Ge Xiaoyao stood in front of the inner palace, watching the servants bustling about. Suddenly, he heard one servant complain, "It's not even the King himself, just the Imperial Advisor, yet they're making such a big fuss!"

Another servant said, "Hehe, you don't know, I heard this Imperial Advisor is extremely powerful, able to summon wind and rain, and turn beans into soldiers. Even the King respects him. Didn't you see Lord Su leading all the officials of the city to greet him twenty miles outside the city?"

"Damn! Shen Gongbao is really making a big show of himself, even having the Marquis of Jizhou personally go to greet him! But soon he'll know what it means to invite a god but have a hard time sending him away!" Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself. "Damn! I shouldn't think about all this. Finding Chu Yu before Shen Gongbao arrives is the most important thing!"

With that thought, Ge Xiaoyao walked towards the inner palace. It was common knowledge that most family members stayed in the inner palace. "However, I hope this Marquis of Jizhou isn't like King Zhou, with his three palaces, six courtyards, and seventy concubines, and maybe even three or five hundred princes and princesses. Otherwise, he won't be so easy to find!"

Ge Xiaoyao walked around, observing his surroundings. Everything was quiet, as if the Marquis of Jizhou didn't have that many concubines.

"Chu Yu!" When Ge Xiaoyao saw Chu Yu, she was embroidering a picture of mandarin ducks by the window. She was even more beautiful than two years ago; no wonder King Zhou dreamt of her and insisted that Shen Gongbao bring her the real person. "Wow, even I, if I dreamt of such a beauty, would be captivated and would desperately want to see her in person!"

Ge Xiaoyao quietly slipped into the inner chamber of her boudoir and felt a wonderfully sweet fragrance waft towards him. He took a deep breath, and his whole body immediately felt much more comfortable.

Ge Xiaoyao had already noticed that there was no one around; it seemed that Marquis Su Hu of Jizhou was indeed not a lecherous man. Approaching Chu Yu, Ge Xiaoyao slowly revealed himself and softly said, "Chu Yu!"

Ge Xiaoyao clearly saw Chu Yu's delicate shoulder tremble slightly. She turned around, saw Ge Xiaoyao, and was overjoyed, yet seemed to doubt her own eyes. After regaining her composure, she said, "Brother Xiaoyao..."

"Yu'er, it's me, Ge Xiaoyao..." Ge Xiaoyao nodded hurriedly.

Chu Yu stood silently, the embroidered mandarin ducks slipping silently from her slender fingers, two crystal tears gently rolling from her beautiful eyes, sliding down her flawless, delicate face. "Brother Xiaoyao..." she cried out sweetly, throwing herself into Ge Xiaoyao's arms.

"Yu'er, it's alright, it's me, it really is me!" Ge Xiaoyao hugged Chu Yu's shoulders, murmuring words of comfort. Those two crystal tears had struck his heart like a hammer blow, shattering it into pieces.

"Yu'er, are you doing well?" Ge Xiaoyao wiped away Chu Yu's tears.

Chu Yu nodded, murmuring, "Brother Xiaoyao, you know, I've thought about you every day for the past two years!"

Ge Xiaoyao nodded, but a shadow fell over his heart. He hurriedly said, "Yu'er, do you want to come with me?"

Chu Yu was taken aback and asked, "Brother Xiaoyao, where to?"

Ge Xiaoyao didn't know how to explain to Chu Yu for a moment, then thought for a moment and said, "Yu'er, are you Daji now?"

Chu Yu nodded, "What's wrong? Brother Xiaoyao..."

Ge Xiaoyao said, "How many daughters does the Marquis of Jizhou have?"

Chu Yu said, "Just me!"

Ge Xiaoyao pondered for a moment, then decided to tell the truth, "That's right, King Zhou has already sent people to send you to the palace!"

"Ah?" Chu Yu was surprised and said, "Really?"

Ge Xiaoyao said, "Really, if we leave now, it's still not too late!"

Chu Yu pondered for a moment, "If I leave, what will happen to Father?"

Ge Xiaoyao said, "We can't worry about that now!"

Chu Yu thought for a moment, then suddenly said, "Brother Xiaoyao, I can't go with you now!"

"Why?" Ge Xiaoyao asked.

“Brother Xiaoyao, tell me, if I leave like this, won’t Chaoge and King Zhou punish Father?” Chu Yu asked softly.

Ge Xiaoyao was taken aback and sighed, “Yes!”

Chu Yu shook her head, “Then I can’t leave even more… I am Daji now, Father’s daughter. If I implicate Father because of me, wouldn’t that be unfilial?”

“But, but…” Ge Xiaoyao was speechless. “But you are Chu Yu now, my girlfriend, not Daji!”

Chu Yu shook her head again, “Brother Xiaoyao, to you, I am Chu Yu; but to Father, I am Daji, his only daughter…”

Ge Xiaoyao then realized that things were not as simple as he had imagined, that he could rush to Jizhou and elope with Chu Yu!

His mind was in turmoil. He managed to calm himself down, but then he heard the sound of gongs and drums in the distance. He was startled and exclaimed, “Oh no, Shen Gongbao is here!”

“Chu Yu, do you know Shen Gongbao?” Ge Xiaoyao asked.

“Shen Gongbao, is he the villain in the Investiture of the Gods?” Chu Yu asked. Although she was now in the Shang Dynasty, like Ge Xiaoyao, she hadn't lost her modern memories. However, unlike Ge Xiaoyao, her identity was now confined to Daji.

Chapter 140 Daji Again (Part 2)

Ge Xiaoyao was still Ge Xiaoyao, but Chu Yu was no longer just Chu Yu. She had another identity: Daji, the daughter of Su Hu, the Marquis of Jizhou.

"Damn it! Could she be King Zhou's concubine again?" Ge Xiaoyao gritted his teeth, forcefully grabbing Chu Yu's hand, saying, "I can't worry about that now, Chu Yu, come with me, or it'll be too late!"

Chu Yu didn't push Ge Xiaoyao away, but still struggled desperately, "No! I can't leave now!"

Ge Xiaoyao hugged Chu Yu, but Chu Yu bit his arm hard.

Pain, Ge Xiaoyao felt. The pain in his hand was nothing compared to the heartache that was enough to break him.

"Yu'er..." Ge Xiaoyao was stunned, and after a long time, he said, "You've changed..."

"Brother Xiaoyao, you've changed too..." Chu Yu also said.

Ge Xiaoyao sighed. Just then, the sound of gongs and drums came from the front hall, and a maidservant outside called out loudly, "Miss, Miss... His Highness wants you to go to the front hall!"

Chu Yu said leisurely, "Brother Xiaoyao, you should go! My current identity is Daji, and I must do what Daji must do!"

Ge Xiaoyao gritted his teeth, the tears not falling, but his broken heart was covered with knife wounds, bleeding profusely like tears...

He could still hear the deafening sound of gongs and drums. The vast Jizhou Marquis's mansion was already bustling with people. The arrival of the Shang King's special envoy, the Grand Preceptor Shen Gongbao, was undoubtedly a great joy in their eyes, and the festive atmosphere was indescribable. Ge Xiaoyao jumped over the high wall, abandoning everything, without looking back.

Chu Yu didn't even see Ge Xiaoyao's back before he disappeared from her room, as suddenly as he had arrived, but she knew that Ge Xiaoyao's state of mind was completely different after his arrival and departure. After a long silence, she sighed and murmured, "Brother Xiaoyao, please don't blame me, I had no choice..."

Dressed in a flowing gown, her black hair tied high, her face fair and lips red, she resembled a celestial being. With a solemn smile, she bowed and said, "This humble woman, Daji, greets the Grand Envoy, Imperial Preceptor!

"

Everything seemed to be going against his wishes. "Damn it! Why is this happening!" Ge Xiaoyao shook his head violently, the heartache and headache making him feel as if he were in an ice cave.

He took a deep breath, closed his eyes, and staggered around Jizhou City. He wished he could just crash and die; he didn't care about anything else. What did it mean to be heartbroken and desperate? People in despair often find it hard to save themselves. The noise around him no longer bothered him, because it was all strange exclamations. People were either inexplicably knocked down or had their stalls overturned.

A carriage rushed by, and Ge Xiaoyao fell to the ground as the carriage rumbled past.

A foot stepped on Ge Xiaoyao, and the foot felt something soft and yielding. The person was startled and quickly moved away, taking a few quick steps, still muttering to himself, "What the hell..."

Blood flowed down his cheek and into his mouth, tasting salty. Ge Xiaoyao chuckled to himself and lay there motionless. It wasn't

until that damned, vulgar downpour began, and Ge Xiaoyao lay in the mud, that he awoke. "Damn it! Is this all fate? What is fate? Who the hell is playing tricks on us!"

Suddenly, Ge Xiaoyao no longer hated the vicious Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji, nor the tyrannical King Zhou, nor even Chu Yu who wouldn't leave him—now she was Daji. He began to hate something he didn't know, whether it was human, god, immortal, ghost, or something ethereal and intangible. That thing's name was Heaven! The rain continued to pour

, lightning flashed, and thunder rumbled. Ge Xiaoyao drank the rainwater in large gulps, thinking, hating, or perhaps what could represent Heaven!

"Damn it! To hell with it... I, Ge Xiaoyao, refuse to accept this!" He got up from the ground, covered in mud and water, swaying and leaning against a wall, as if he had returned to that cold, gloomy summer.

When Ge Xiaoyao crawled up from the corpses, he felt the same way. Then, the piercing sirens of police sirens reached his ears, and a surge of strength, seemingly from nowhere, drove him to run wildly. He told himself he couldn't be caught by the police, or he'd never get his revenge. He also said to himself, "Damn it! To hell with it... I, Ge Xiaoyao, refuse to accept this!"

He remembered the following winter when Ge Xiaoyao strangled that man to death; the man had only said one sentence: "Kid, you're ruthless!" His eyes were empty.

Ge Xiaoyao then left the Black Dragon Gang and opened his own aphrodisiac shop, living a life of uncertainty amidst the bleak autumn winds. It wasn't

until he transmigrated to this damned Shang Dynasty that he felt he had any meaning in life.

"Damn it!" Ge Xiaoyao cursed under his breath. The rain washed over his wounds, causing a tearing pain again, but he didn't care now. Before, he would have bandaged and medicated them himself to prevent infection. Heh heh, with the circulation of immortal energy, the wounds healed quickly.

Ge Xiaoyao learned this national curse word when he was in the Black Dragon Gang, and he could never get rid of it. Before that, he never cursed, or rather, he cursed without using any vulgar language, until he survived a pile of corpses. "Damn!" He even thought the curse word was quite cute, no wonder it became the national curse.

"Let her be... as long as she's happy!" Ge Xiaoyao glanced in the direction of the Jihou Palace. The rain was heavy, and everything was shrouded in mist. He finally sighed inwardly and thought to himself. He recited the incantation, and his body floated up. Now he had to hurry back to see if Jiang Ziya had returned.

Just as Ge Xiaoyao rode away on the clouds, an extremely beautiful and enchanting face appeared faintly on the horizon. She looked at his back and sneered, and her graceful body lightly descended towards Jizhou City.

Shen Gongbao, flattered and somewhat smug, hadn't expected to receive such high honors in Jizhou City. When he explained his purpose—to fulfill his dream of King Zhou and his desire to take his daughter Daji back to the palace—the Marquis of Jizhou was clearly taken aback.

The Marquis of Jizhou was over fifty years old, with a dark complexion, long hair, and a magnificent beard, but his imposing physique and resonant voice indicated that he was once a tough man who had fought on the battlefield. But at this moment, his lips trembled slightly, and after a long silence, he sighed and said, "Grand Preceptor, since His Majesty has such a kind intention, I am naturally overjoyed!"

He then whispered a few words to his attendant, who turned and left. Marquis Su Hu of Jizhou bowed respectfully to Shen Gongbao and smiled, "Grand Preceptor, I have a few more words that you need to convey to His Majesty in private. May we discuss this in the secret chamber?"

Shen Gongbao nodded, stood up, and said, "Please, Lord Marquis!"

The two entered the secret chamber and closed the heavy stone door. Shen Gongbao looked at the chamber and was slightly surprised. Guess what? The secret chamber was filled with countless treasures and rare artifacts; any one of them was priceless.

"What is the meaning of this, Lord Marquis?" Shen Gongbao asked.

The Marquis of Jizhou smiled and said, "There are no outsiders here, Grand Preceptor, so I will speak frankly. As you know, I only have one daughter, Daji, whom I cherish dearly. I truly do not wish for her to enter the palace and leave me. I hope you will understand; these things are merely a small token of my appreciation, and I earnestly hope you will accept them!"

Shen Gongbao chuckled inwardly, "It seems the Marquis of Jizhou truly has a deep father-daughter bond with this daughter. However, the more so, the more determined Daji is to enter the palace!" He then coldly replied, "Marquis of Jizhou, why do you do this? Let alone the fact that I, Shen Gongbao, am not a greedy person, just consider that your daughter has gained..." " The king's favor is indeed a wonderful thing. When that happens, you will be the king's father-in-law,

and your status will be several times more noble than that of the Marquis of Jizhou." Su Hu sighed and pleaded, "Grand Preceptor, you don't know, but I only have one daughter, Daji, whose mother died early. I only wish for her to be by my side so that we can enjoy family life. I beg you, Grand Preceptor, to do me a favor. I am willing to give everything to repay you."

Shen Gongbao sneered inwardly, but said aloud with difficulty, "My lord, you don't know, but the king did indeed meet your daughter in a dream. If he hadn't seen her in person, given his temper, the consequences would have been unimaginable." "But this humble subject would never dare to deceive Your Majesty!"

Shen Gongbao's words were blunt, immediately thwarting Su Hu's plan. Su Hu was embarrassed but helpless, and could only force a smile, saying, "Grand Preceptor, you jest. How could Su Hu dare to instigate you to deceive Your Majesty? My only intention is for you to say a few good words to Your Majesty, so that my daughter will not suffer!"

Shen Gongbao immediately replied, "Of course, even if you hadn't said anything, I, Shen Gongbao, would have taken good care of Miss Daji. However, you are overthinking it. At that time, Miss Daji will be second only to the king, above all others, so how..." "Will it be painful?"

The two exchanged a smile, but Shen Gongbao's smile was smug, while Ji Zhou Hou Su Hu wore a bitter smile. Su Hu said, "Very well, when will the Grand Preceptor depart? I'll let my daughter prepare. These treasures will be packed and transported to the Grand Preceptor's residence!"

Shen Gongbao thought for a moment and said, "How could I dare to accept that? Actually, His Majesty's decree is to bring Miss back to the palace immediately, but seeing the deep affection between you and your daughter, I am willing to risk the crime of disobeying the decree. I have used the excuse of heavy rain damaging the roads to delay our journey by two days, and we will depart early the day after tomorrow. Please spend two more days with Miss."

Su Hu immediately thanked him profusely. He had spent ten thousand taels of gold for just two short days, but he didn't know how to tell Daji that he wanted to send her to the palace to become King Zhou's concubine.

"Alas... Heaven, why do you play such cruel tricks on people!" Su Hu sighed, looking up at the sky, tears streaming down his face.

Inside her boudoir, Daji sat alone in front of the bronze mirror, heartbroken.

Su Hu entered quietly, dismissing the maids, but remained silent.

Daji's face was remarkably beautiful in the bronze mirror, something Su Hu had once been proud of. Having such a beautiful daughter was enough for him; even more remarkable was her filial piety and understanding nature.

Daji's mother had died young, and for over a decade, despite his high rank as a marquis, he had relied solely on his only daughter.

After a long silence, he sighed softly.

Hearing the sigh, Daji snapped out of her reverie and saw her father standing behind her. She quickly stood up, offered him a seat, and prepared to order a maid to prepare tea.

However, Su Hu stopped her.

"Father, what brings you here at this hour?" Daji asked.

Her soft, sweet voice struck Su Hu's heart like heavy hammer blows, making his mood even heavier. He sighed again, gestured for Daji to sit down, and then looked at her, saying, "Daji, I am sorry for your mother, that she died young..."

Seeing her father's displeasure, Daji quickly smiled and said, "Father, look at you... why did you suddenly bring this up?"

Chapter 141 Meeting Daji Again (Part 2)

Marquis Su Hu of Jizhou did not answer Daji, but sighed again and said, "Daji, don't blame your father..."

Daji asked in confusion, "Why, Father? What happened?"

Su Hu hesitated for a moment, looked at Daji's bewildered face, and sighed heavily, "In two days you will be going to the palace with the Imperial Preceptor to serve the King, Daji... I am sorry... I couldn't protect you..." At this point, Su Hu turned his head away, unable to continue.

Daji was silent for a moment, then said, "Father, I already know about this! Father, please don't blame yourself!"

Su Hu was surprised, thinking that Daji would cry, refuse, and hate him. "How did you know?"

Daji's face was calm, and she said lightly, "I knew as soon as the Grand Preceptor arrived! I am willing to go to Chaoge, Father, please don't make things difficult for me!"

"Daji, is that really what you think?" Su Hu could hardly believe his ears. "You should think it through. Once you enter the palace, it's like entering a deep sea; ten years will pass in the blink of an eye!"

"Yes..." Daji's face remained calm. "Father, Daji has already thought it through!"

Su Hu was silent for a long time before sighing. He really hadn't expected Daji to be like this. In fact, he had already made up his mind to risk his life to let Daji escape.

“Daji, please don’t make things difficult for yourself. Your father has a very good relationship with the Marquis of Bei in Youzhou.

Why don’t you go there to take refuge for now? Your father will naturally have a way to deal with that Grand Preceptor!” Su Hu said after thinking for a moment. “No need, Father! I really want to go to Chaoge…” Daji said, “When do we leave, Father

?” Su Hu sighed and said, “The day after tomorrow!”

“Alright, Father, you must be tired today. Go and rest! I will come to see you again tomorrow!” Daji said.

Su Hu nodded and glanced at Daji again. Only then did he realize that his daughter, the daughter he had raised for more than ten years, had become so unfamiliar that he almost couldn’t recognize her.

Unbeknownst to anyone, after Su Hu left, Daji, who was sitting there, sighed softly and murmured, "I'm sorry, Father... I'm sorry, Brother Ge... I had no choice but to do this..."

"Haha... Su Daji, you don't have to do this!" A shrill, seductive voice suddenly rang out. Su Daji trembled and hurriedly stood up: "Who is it? Who is it? Speak up!"

However, the room and the surrounding area were empty; there was no one there.

"Whoosh..." A flash of light appeared, and Ge Xiaoyao tumbled through the air. The silver scalpel drew a beautiful arc in mid-air, as if it had a mind of its own, winding around several large rocks and slicing precisely at the ancient pine tree.

"Boom..." The ancient pine tree collapsed in response, and Ge Xiaoyao landed heavily on the ground, standing silently with his hands at his sides. The gleaming silver scalpel continued to spin in front of him.

Jiang Ziya nodded and smiled, saying, "Hmm, not bad, not bad... Brother Ge, your comprehension is exceptional, and your cultivation has reached the Immortal stage. Congratulations..."

Ge Xiaoyao gave a bitter smile and sighed, "What is there to be happy about? It's a pity that my cultivation is too low right now, otherwise I would definitely dissect those Shi Ji and the fake Shen Gongbao like corpses!"

Jiang Ziya smiled slightly again and said, "Brother Ge, there's no need to be impatient. As the saying goes, Heaven's will is clear, and cause and effect are repaid. You have gone through many hardships, so this tribulation is what you deserve!" Ge

Xiaoyao nodded and said, "Brother is right. I think that I, Ge Xiaoyao, have been able to reach this point. Besides your help and guidance, it is truly Heaven's will!" But in his heart, he thought, "Damn it! To hell with Heaven's will... If Heaven has eyes, it would never make things difficult for me, Ge Xiaoyao!"

Ge Xiaoyao sheathed his sword and walked back into the house with Jiang Ziya. Jiang Ziya nodded slightly, stroking his beard, and said, "My journey to Youzhou was uneventful, except for a few mischievous demons who peeked out along the way."

"Oh?" Ge Xiaoyao said, "Could it be that someone knows my whereabouts, brother?"

Jiang Ziya shook his head, "They probably don't know my location, but they seem to have made preparations, setting up an ambush on the road from Chaoge to Youzhou, apparently intending to kill Miss Yu Ran."

Ge Xiaoyao said bitterly, "It must be Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji's doing again!"

Jiang Ziya shook his head and smiled, "That's not entirely true... those fake Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji are not enough to cause trouble. This should be a premeditated action by the Jie Sect!"

"The Jie Sect?" Ge Xiaoyao asked. "Could it be the Tongtian Sect Master, the junior brother of Yuanshi Tianzun?"

Jiang Ziya smiled and said, "That's him!"

The two sat down, and Madam Ma had already prepared wine and dishes in the room. Ge Xiaoyao poured Jiang Ziya a cup of wine and said, "Brother, why did you take so long to go to Youzhou? Were those little demons very powerful?"

Jiang Ziya toasted Ge Xiaoyao with a cup of wine before saying, "Those little demons were just ordinary. However, I went to a certain place on this trip! I also met two people who are very close to Brother Ge!"

Seeing that Jiang Ziya spoke mysteriously, Ge Xiaoyao laughed and said, "Where did you go, brother? It wasn't the palace, was it?"

Jiang Ziya chuckled. With a smile, Jiang Ziya shook his head and said, "Of course not. This time, I went to my sect—Kunlun Mountain!"

Ge Xiaoyao was both surprised and delighted, and hurriedly asked, "So, Brother, you went back to your mother's home. Did you see Duomei and Xiaosan?"

Jiang Ziya smiled, "Of course I saw them..."

Ge Xiaoyao asked, "How are they?"

Jiang Ziya smiled and said, "They're both doing well. Duomei is now a fourth-generation disciple of Kunlun, and Yin San has also entered the sect as a secular disciple!"

Ge Xiaoyao finally had a bit of good news, and his mood improved considerably. He quickly poured a full cup of wine for both himself and Jiang Ziya, and raised his cup, saying, "Thank you, Brother. I'll toast you!"

After the wine was in his stomach, Jiang Ziya slowly recounted his journey to Kunlun in detail. It turned out that on the day Mengnu Peak was attacked, Duomei took a wisp of Zi Lingyan's soul and rushed to Kunlun. They happened to meet the Kunlun Sect Master, Yuanshi Tianzun, who, with his divine energy, saved Zi Lingyan's life. Only then did Zi Lingyan realize that she had gone astray in the past few years. Especially the return of Shen Gongbao's primordial spirit filled her with joy, and her resentment towards him vanished. The two finally reunited and became immortal couples.

Seeing Duo Mei's exceptional intelligence, Yuanshi allowed her to enter Kunlun as a fourth-generation disciple for cultivation. The spirit ghost Yin San, who arrived later, was also taken in by Yuanshi, who allowed him to practice cultivation first, and later find a suitable body for his substitute.

Hearing this, Ge Xiaoyao finally felt relieved and said, "Brother, you didn't just go home to visit Kunlun this time, did you?"

Jiang Ziya nodded and said, "Of course not. This time, Master Yuanshi summoned me, so I returned to Kunlun."

Ge Xiaoyao asked, "What is it? Brother, can you tell me?"

Jiang Ziya said, "It's alright to tell you. It's nothing more than the conflict between the Chan and Jie sects!"

"The conflict between the Chan and Jie sects?" Ge Xiaoyao asked doubtfully.

"What, does Brother Ge know about it?" Jiang Ziya asked.

Ge Xiaoyao nodded and said, "I've heard a little about it. I learned it from Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji. At that time, Shi Ji wanted to recruit me into the Jie Sect, but I didn't agree. Because of this, Shi Ji almost killed me!" As Ge Xiaoyao spoke, he thought of Consort De, who died to save him. She was Han Yun, the former Holy Maiden of the Dongyi Holy Sect, and felt a pang of sadness in his heart.

Jiang Ziya said, "Yes, I'm afraid this will be an unprecedented contest, involving thousands of immortals and demons. The Chan and Jie sects will finally be decided!"

"Really?" Ge Xiaoyao asked, "How will they be contested?"

Jiang Ziya pondered for a moment and said, "Brother Ge, do you know that the demon Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji are both members of the Jie sect?"

Ge Xiaoyao nodded and said, "I also know that they are scheming to deal with the concubines in the palace, definitely wanting to control King Zhou and then control the entire Shang Dynasty! Could it be that the Jie sect intends to use the Shang Dynasty to deal with the Chan sect?"

Jiang Ziya's expression became solemn, and he nodded and said, "That's right, Brother Ge is right! The Tongtian Sect Master really intends to do just that. Do you also know that the Jie sect has infiltrated the various lords in all directions, and the Shang Dynasty is about to fall into the hands of the Jie sect?"

Ge Xiaoyao understood, of course, that if the Shang Dynasty was controlled by the Jie sect, the Chan sect would naturally have no place to stand, and at that time, the entire Shang Dynasty would inevitably be overrun by demons and monsters. Thinking of this, Ge Xiaoyao said, "Does the Chan Sect have no countermeasures?"

Jiang Ziya said, "Of course the Chan Sect will not allow the Jie Sect to act so recklessly. We have already united with several major lords, prepared our troops, and are ready to overthrow the tyrannical King Zhou of Shang!"

"Damn! The world is really going to be in chaos!" Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself.

"Is the world really going to be in chaos?" Chu Yu asked.

The alluring woman in front of him said, "Daji, in fact, you are also the culprit of this chaos, and you will be cursed for eternity!"

Chu Yu nodded, "I know, but my identity now is Daji, so this is all I can do!"

The alluring woman showed a charming smile and gently shook her head, "No, there is another outcome. Do you want to know?"

Chu Yu shook her head leisurely, "No, I don't want to know... This is the will of Heaven. What can I, a mere weak woman, do?"

"Wrong... Do you want your father to feel guilty for the rest of his life? Or do you want your lover Ge Xiaoyao to be disappointed for the rest of his life?" the woman said again.

Chu Yu was startled and looked up, asking, "Who are you? How do you know Brother Ge?"

"Haha... Brother Ge... um," the woman laughed, "Never mind who I am, but only I can help you now!"

Chu Yu hesitated for a moment, "What do you want?"

The woman said, "Actually, I don't want anything. I just want to borrow your identity! But you must disappear..."

Chu Yu asked, "What do you want? Borrow my identity? How?"

The woman smiled sweetly, then leaned closer to Chu Yu and whispered, "I just want to eat you..."

Chu Yu was shocked, his face turning deathly pale.

The woman let out a shrill laugh, her five long fingernails reaching for Chu Yu's head.

With a scream from Chu Yu, a wisp of white smoke billowed out…

When the smoke dissipated, the woman had vanished. Chu Yu remained standing there, a bewitching smile on her face, gazing into the sky and saying, “Go, Goddess Nuwa will give you a bright future!” Then, she let out a shrill laugh, “From now on, I am the true Daji!”

Chapter 142 Supreme Mystic Art (Part 1)

Chaoge City, Shen Gongbao's Mansion.

“Shi Ji, that Daji is much prettier than you! Are you confident you can handle her?” Shen Gongbao said, pulling Shi Ji into his arms.

Shi Ji, dressed only in her undergarments and without a brocade quilt, revealed a dazzling expanse of snow-white skin. She chuckled, "How can a mere mortal like her possibly contend with me, Shi Ji? Besides, even if she's prettier than me, so what? Does she think she can please King Zhou more?"

Shen Gongbao laughed, "Your Highness Shi Ji is absolutely right. However, that Daji will likely only enjoy temporary glory in the harem! After all, King Zhou's fickle nature is incurable!"

Shi Ji giggled, poking Shen Gongbao's head with her finger, and said coquettishly, "You men are all fickle. Even if Daji is favored for a while, so what? Once King Zhou tires of her, won't she just be another lonely ghost in the harem?" Then, she suddenly added seductively, "Shen Gongbao, how are that little vixen's skills? She's much more tender than me, Shi Ji, isn't she?!"

Shen Gongbao quickly hugged Shi Ji tightly, shaking her as he said, " "Yes, this Shang Dynasty will ultimately belong to both of us. What are you talking about? How can that Bitao compare to you, Your Majesty?"

Shi Ji laughed heartily, but suddenly her face hardened. "Don't think I don't know, you and that little vixen are getting along very well..."

Shen Gongbao grinned, his hands restlessly groping Shi Ji's body. "Sister Shi Ji often accompanies King Zhou, and I, Shen Gongbao, have no one to keep me company, so I'm just finding someone... Why bother, sister?"

Shi Ji snorted and stopped speaking. After a moment of contemplation, she asked, "Is Marquis Su Hu of Jizhou willing to send Daji to the palace?" Shen Gongbao

smiled sinisterly and said disdainfully, "He doesn't want to, but what can he do? He still obediently sends his daughter here!"

Shi Ji nodded and said, "It seems that Su Hu has not yet colluded with the Chan Sect, otherwise, like Consort Zhuang, we would be in a difficult situation!"

"What happened to Consort Zhuang?" Shen Gongbao was startled. Had something happened to Consort Zhuang during his trip to Jizhou these past few days?

Shi Ji said, "To be honest, the information I received is that Consort Zhuang, Chong Yuran, has already arrived in Youzhou, but she hasn't made any moves yet. I think it won't be long before Chong Heihu rebels! Moreover, it seems that Chong Yuran was sent out of Chaoge by people from the Chan Sect!"

"People from the Chan Sect? Who has such audacity and such great ability?" Shen Gongbao said coldly.

"Hmph..." Shi Ji sneered, "We don't know who this person is yet, but according to my guess, it should be that brat from the Paradise Pavilion!"

"What... Ge Xiaoyao?" Shen Gongbao's mouth dropped open, but then he shook his head and questioned, "No way, although that brat Ge Xiaoyao has immortal roots, he doesn't know any immortal skills at all. In terms of martial arts, he's not even as good as the palace guards. How could he possibly deceive my men and rescue Chong Yuran?"

Shi Ji also nodded and said, "This is just my guess. Even if it's not him, there must be people from the Chan Sect in this palace. Brother Shen, you should be especially careful in the future..."

Shen Gongbao silently said, "Okay..." With a warm and fragrant body in his arms, he had lost all interest. However, after saying these words, seeing Shen Gongbao's serious expression, Shi Ji giggled, flipped over, and pinned Shen Gongbao down.

At this time, outside Chaoge City, in Ma's Village, in Jiang Ziya's residence.

Ge Xiaoyao swung his hands, and a huge ball of energy gradually formed in front of him. With his movements, the ball of energy shrank little by little, becoming compressed and eventually coalescing into a bead the size of a goose egg. It spun wildly in front of his chest, emitting a dazzling golden light.

"Brother Ge, quickly swallow the golden pill!" Jiang Ziya instructed from beside him.

Fine beads of sweat had already appeared on Ge Xiaoyao's forehead, and his breathing was uneven. It was clear that he was struggling quite a bit to compress and control the bead. Hearing Jiang Ziya's voice, Ge Xiaoyao suddenly shouted, and with both hands, he quickly scooped up the golden bead, which suddenly shrank to half its original size, like a pill, and was thrown into his mouth and swallowed.

"Guide your energy with your mind, and send the bead into the sea..." Jiang Ziya continued.

Ge Xiaoyao remained expressionless, his eyes focused inward. He could now see his blood and qi surging within him, as if the entire body's blood was boiling from the heat of the bead, yet continuously flowing from every meridian towards it. He quickly sat cross-legged, lowering his focus, and guided the bead downwards little by little, as Jiang Ziya had instructed.

Jiang Ziya, on the other hand, was incredibly tense, his forehead beaded with even more sweat than Ge Xiaoyao's, yet he remained silently anxious, his eyes fixed intently on Ge Xiaoyao.

Finally, Ge Xiaoyao let out a long sigh. A great weight was lifted from Jiang Ziya's heart, and he felt much lighter.

Ge Xiaoyao stood up, opened his eyes, and a golden light flashed within them, making it difficult to look directly at him. After a moment, the golden light gradually faded, and Ge Xiaoyao returned to his original appearance.

"Haha, Brother Ge, congratulations..." Jiang Ziya wiped the fine beads of sweat from his face and laughed, "Congratulations, Brother Ge, on mastering the first level of the Supreme Profound Skill!"

Ge Xiaoyao also smiled and said, "Thank you for your guidance, Brother, which allowed me to cultivate this skill!"

Jiang Ziya said, "Brother Ge, you're too kind. It's because Brother Ge has extremely high comprehension and exceptional talent..." He paused here and continued, "Do you know that this Supreme Profound Skill was created by the Kunlun Ancestor, Daoist Hongjun? In the entire Immortal Path, only my master, Yuanshi, and others have cultivated it!"

Ge Xiaoyao laughed and asked, "Then why didn't you cultivate this Supreme Profound Skill, Brother?

" Ziya shook his head and said, "Brother Ge, you jest. I know I am dull-witted and wouldn't dare take such a risk. If it weren't for my master, Yuanshi, divining the heavens and bestowing upon me a supreme profound skill before I left Kunlun, I would never have let Brother Ge take such a risk! Do you know that if someone with shallow fortune tries to practice this supreme profound skill, they are very likely to suffer a qi deviation and fall into an abyss of no return?"

Ge Xiaoyao laughed again, "Then shouldn't I, Ge Xiaoyao, be even more grateful to Master Yuanshi?"

Jiang Ziya nodded, then shook his head and said, "Under normal circumstances, that would be true, but Brother Ge's fortune is extraordinary, so it's a different story!"

"Damn! He's flattering me again, I can't stand it..." Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, feeling nauseous from Jiang Ziya's praise. He squinted and smiled, "I was just a mediocre doctor, a mere mortal. What kind of destiny could I possibly have?"

Jiang Ziya replied, "Brother Ge, you are mistaken. In fact, Master Yuanshi also said that Brother Ge's future achievements should surpass his. Master Yuanshi studied under Ancestor Hongjun and can already foresee events in the Three Realms over a thousand years. His words are surely not wrong!"

"Ah..." Ge Xiaoyao was truly speechless this time. At this moment, even if he racked his brains, he couldn't imagine how he could be more powerful than Yuanshi Tianzun. He secretly chuckled bitterly, "Damn it! Whatever... who cares!"

Jiang Ziya continued, "This Supreme Profound Art is not only incredibly powerful, but it also has a major benefit!"

Ge Xiaoyao wasn't interested in whether he would ultimately be more powerful than Yuanshi Tianzun, but he was very curious about the benefits of this Supreme Profound Art. He hurriedly asked, "What other benefits are there?"

Jiang Ziya smiled slightly and said, "The biggest benefit is that after practicing this Supreme Profound Art, if someone doesn't intentionally reveal it, no matter how high their magical power, no one can tell that they are a cultivator!"

"Hehe, that's not bad, that's what you call being unassuming!" Ge Xiaoyao laughed.

Jiang Ziya nodded, "I'm afraid my Primordial Master passed on this supreme profound skill to Brother Ge for a deeper reason!"

Ge Xiaoyao thought for a moment, then suddenly understood. As his immortal cultivation progressed, he would inevitably reveal his abilities intentionally or unintentionally. Moreover, someone with discerning eyes could see through his cultivation, which would definitely be detrimental to his actions within the inner palace. With this supreme profound skill, this worry was naturally eliminated. "Hehe, that Primordial Heavenly Venerable is quite understanding!" he thought to himself.

Jiang Ziya then said, "Since Brother Ge has already mastered the basics of the Supreme Profound Skill, further advancement is just around the corner. Brother Ge, shouldn't we celebrate properly?"

Ge Xiaoyao smiled and said, "Celebrating is of course the answer; you've gone to great lengths for me, Brother! However, Shen Gongbao must have already returned to Chaoge by now. I wonder if Daji has entered the palace yet? I'd better go back and check first!" Although he was disappointed by Chu Yu's ruthlessness, he was still worried. After all, as long as there was a glimmer of hope, Ge Xiaoyao wouldn't stand by and watch Chu Yu fall into ruin. Little did he know, however, that Daji was no longer Chu Yu, but someone else entirely.

Chaoge City, Deer Terrace.

Ablaze with lights, sparkling pearls.

King Zhou squinted, looking at the sleeping, beautiful woman before him, his heart filled with joy.

According to the rules of the Shang Palace, any beautiful woman entering the palace to serve King Zhou must fast for three days before she could sleep with him. Therefore, after entering the palace, Daji was placed in the Deer Terrace, where she bathed and fasted, awaiting the auspicious day three days later to meet King Zhou.

However, King Zhou, captivated by her beauty, could hardly contain himself. Taking advantage of his slight intoxication, he went straight to the Deer Terrace.

"Hmm, indeed the beauty of my dreams..." King Zhou thought to himself, signaling his guards to carefully light the lamps, and quietly approached Daji, sitting to admire the beauty's sleeping posture.

Daji's jade-like body lay sprawled on the soft couch, her delicate form exquisite, inspiring endless fantasies. Her hair was tied high, her beautiful eyes were closed, her jade face seemed to be in a dream, her bright red lips slightly parted, and with each breath, a fragrant scent wafted through the air. Suddenly, her lips moved, giving King Zhou a mesmerizing smile.

King Zhou was instantly thrilled, thinking to himself, "The beauty smiled, the beauty smiled at me!" But when he glanced at his guards, they too were drawn in by the sleeping beauty. Upon seeing King Zhou's gaze, the guard snapped back to reality and smiled at him, only to be met with utter disgust.

Had it not been for the fear of waking the beauty, King Zhou would have already erupted in fury, for the guard's smile was so drastically different from the beauty's, it was beyond his comprehension.

King Zhou waved his hand dismissively, signaling the guard to return, and then, holding his breath, he slowly retreated from the fragrant chamber.

Once outside the Deer Terrace fragrant chamber, King Zhou no longer needed to restrain himself. He clapped his hands and laughed heartily, exclaiming, "Beautiful...beautiful...truly a beauty that could topple kingdoms, a national treasure! Why didn't Su Hu bring such a beautiful daughter to see me sooner? If it weren't for the beauty's affection and my own desire, wouldn't we have missed our chance to meet in a dream?!"

The guard, carefully holding a lamp, chuckled at King Zhou's mutterings, but having almost been scolded by him earlier, he dared not utter a sound. The two of them slowly descended the Deer Terrace, one after the other.

Chapter 143 Supreme Mystic Skill (Part 2)

It is said that King Zhou went to visit Daji late at night, while Shen Gongbao and Shi Ji, after their lovemaking, hatched another treacherous scheme. Shen Gongbao said, "That Ge Xiaoyao might really be our enemy, not our friend. Why don't we go and investigate to see what's going on with this kid's immortal roots?"

Shi Ji's voluptuous body clung tightly to Shen Gongbao, looking as if she hadn't had enough, and she said in a seductive and coquettish voice, "Hmm... Brother Shen, that's fine... If you're tired, you can rest here. I'll go by myself!" Actually, she had plotted against Ge Xiaoyao before, but she was also puzzled as to why Ge Xiaoyao hadn't exploded and died after taking so many aphrodisiacs. This time, she was determined to find out.

Shen Gongbao chuckled, then realized he was indeed weak and sore all over. He thought to himself, "These past few days, that little fairy Bitao has weakened my body. Today, I barely managed to deal with Shiji, and I'm really struggling. Oh well! Let her go by herself!" Thinking this, he said, "Sister Shiji is indeed considerate. Alright then... But please, don't hurt that boy... If he doesn't have any magical powers, it won't hurt us. If anything happens, he'll be a good scapegoat!"

Shiji smiled charmingly, her long, smooth fingers stroking Shen Gongbao's chest a few times, and she said with a cloying laugh, "Hehe, scapegoat? You even thought of that? You wouldn't have had your fill of playing with that little fairy Bitao and want to frame that boy Ge Xiaoyao, would you...?"

Shen Gongbao chuckled, "Sister Shiji, go quickly... I'll arrange those things later!"

Shi Ji reluctantly got up, and under Shen Gongbao's lecherous gaze, slowly dressed before drifting away, not forgetting to give him a flirtatious wink before leaving.

Shen Gongbao chuckled, lay heavily on the bed, and fell asleep.

Ge Xiaoyao, who had just returned from Jiang Ziya's place, had just arrived back at the Pleasure Pavilion, changed his clothes, and was preparing to go to the Deer Terrace to visit Daji, but a gust of black wind swept by, startling him.

He instinctively felt that the person who came was definitely not a good person.

Then, sure enough, he heard that familiar lewd laughter.

"Brother Ge, how have you been... You look even more radiant these past few days, hehe..."

"Damn! What's this old monster doing here? Hmph... Today, I'm not afraid of you..." Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself. His cultivation was advancing by leaps and bounds, and with the addition of the wondrous techniques of that supreme profound art, he had become quite confident in his abilities. Even if he couldn't defeat Shi Ji, he wouldn't be crushed like an ant in a few moves, and he was quite confident of escaping. Moreover, he had no more worries in this palace now. At worst, he could abandon this damned Marquis of Anle and wander the world as a fugitive. With changes in his mindset and abilities, he had become more calm and mature.

"Ah ha... So it's the Celestial Consort gracing us with her presence! I wonder why Your Highness isn't serving the King in bed so late at night, but instead has come to this Pleasure Pavilion? Is there some unspeakable ailment that you're afraid of gossip during the day?" Ge Xiaoyao said sarcastically.

Shi Ji chuckled and said, "Brother Ge, you have quite the sharp tongue. Indeed... I have a secret ailment, which is why I've come to Marquis Anle for treatment..."

"Damn! So damn slutty! Give her a little sunshine and she'll be all smiles, give her a broken basket and she'll lay eggs..." Ge Xiaoyao thought disdainfully, but laughed heartily, "Very well then. Since Your Majesty trusts me, please sit on the bed, and I will take Your Majesty's pulse!"

Shi Ji smiled seductively again, nodded, and swayed her ample hips as she walked unceremoniously to the bed. Leaning against the headboard, she turned to Ge Xiaoyao and gave a lewd laugh, saying, "Then let's begin!"

"Ugh... Looks like I really have to play the veterinarian this time!" Ge Xiaoyao shook his head inwardly, but smiled and asked, "Your Majesty, are you feeling unwell?"

Shi Ji feigned weakness and said, "My body is sore and weak all over..."

Ge Xiaoyao nodded seriously and said, "Let me take Your Majesty's pulse first..." He took two steps forward, pulled over a chair, and sat down in front of Shi Ji. At this moment, his supreme profound skill was already activated, ready to guard against any ill-intentioned sneak attacks from Shi Ji, but he knew that Shi Ji couldn't detect that he possessed profound skills.

Shi Ji moved to sit on the bed, extended her left wrist, her slender, white fingers slightly curled, letting Ge Xiaoyao grasp them.

"I didn't expect this old hag to have such well-maintained skin..." Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, concentrating his mind and pressing on her pulse. As soon as he pressed, he felt a tremendous elasticity coming from her wrist; an ordinary person would definitely feel their hand go weak and their muscles go numb. Ge Xiaoyao had already activated his profound inner power and was completely unaffected by the elasticity. However, to avoid revealing the truth, he still jumped up suddenly, shaking his hand and asking, "What does Your Majesty mean by this?"

Shi Ji had already been testing Ge Xiaoyao when she extended her wrist earlier, and now that she saw that Ge Xiaoyao indeed did not possess any immortal power, she chuckled, "Lord Anle, don't be afraid. I was careless just now and startled you. However, taking your pulse might not be enough to accurately diagnose your condition. Why don't you feel my heartbeat, Lord?" As she spoke, she pretended to frown, acting as if she were extremely weak, and said in a coquettish voice, "I feel my heart beating very fast..."

Seeing Shi Ji's seductive charm, Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, "Damn! This..." " Isn't she obviously trying to seduce me, Ge Xiaoyao? Hehe, anyway, I'm in a bad mood today, and having a beautiful old hag like you to relieve my boredom is good... Hmph... Let's see how I deal with you..."

Thinking of this, Ge Xiaoyao chuckled and said, "Since the Fairy Consort has such intentions, then Ge Xiaoyao will respectfully comply..."

Shi Ji was already unsatisfied with Shen Gongbao, and now that she had discovered that Ge Xiaoyao had no immortal skills and was harmless to her, and seeing that Ge Xiaoyao was a handsome young man, she felt lustful and her whole body went numb. She couldn't help but say, "Come on... Lord Marquis!" As she spoke, she gently untied the ribbon of her skirt.

Ge Xiaoyao chuckled. He sat down in front of Shi Ji, directly facing her jade-like body. His eyes were immediately filled with a vast expanse of snow-white skin. Seeing Shi Ji's seductive, lustful expression, he thought to himself, "What a seductive fairy! Old hag, to be able to infiltrate the palace and bewitch King Zhou, she's certainly no simpleton..." Thinking this, he chuckled again, "Hehe, too bad you've met me, Ge Xiaoyao... Today I'll make you pay!" Without hesitation, he chuckled lewdly and reached out his right hand to touch her snow-white flesh.

"Hmm... Oh... Good..." The moment Ge Xiaoyao's hand touched Shi Ji's body, she let out a undulating moan.

"Damn it! This slut, it hasn't even started yet, what are you yelling about? It's like you haven't seen a man in centuries!" Ge Xiaoyao cursed inwardly, his heart filled with disdain. He already harbored a deep hatred for Shi Ji, and now he wasn't flirting but venting his hatred. So, he struck with great force, and the force kept increasing. Several red marks were immediately left on Shi Ji's originally smooth, snow-white skin.

However, Shi Ji was a lewd woman. The harder Ge Xiaoyao touched her, the more excited she became. Her seductive moans grew louder, more melodious, and increasingly arousing…

Ge Xiaoyao's resentment, under Shi Ji's allure, quickly transformed into a burning desire. His recent cultivation had continuously strengthened his body and improved his stamina. Once his pent-up desire erupted, it was like a volcano; his muscles bulged, his face sharpened like a knife, and the lust in his eyes could melt anything…

Shi Ji let out an extremely alluring cry, her entire body sprawling out like a starfish, allowing Ge Xiaoyao to caress and kiss her. As her embroidered dress slowly slipped away, clear fingerprints, lip prints, and teeth marks were left on her snow-white skin.

Desire burned, and the entire room was instantly filled with boundless spring-like passion.

Shi Ji suddenly sat up, her naked body pressed tightly against Ge Xiaoyao's. Her slender, jade-like fingers forcefully tore off his clothes, and the two finally rolled onto the bed without any resistance.

"Ah...ah..." Shi Ji's eyes were glazed with desire, her fiery red lips parched from the heat of passion, thirstily awaiting Ge Xiaoyao's nourishment. "Lord...faster, faster..."

Ge Xiaoyao deliberately tempted Shi Ji, ignoring her wanton moans beneath him, only ravaging her body with his hands, without taking any further action. "Hmph...old slut, go ahead and call me that!" Ge Xiaoyao chuckled inwardly, increasing the pressure on his hands. "Sister Shi, what did you call me just now?" Ge Xiaoyao chuckled lewdly.

Shi Ji was already burning with desire, wanting nothing more than to pin Ge Xiaoyao down. Seeing Ge Xiaoyao's question, she disregarded everything else and immediately said, "Lord, Lord Anle..."

Ge Xiaoyao chuckled, gritting his teeth, "What?" and grabbed her hand heavily.

Shi Ji groaned in pain, her eyes glazed over, and hurriedly said, "Ah, it's Brother Ge, Brother Ge..."

Ge Xiaoyao chuckled again, teasingly saying, "Is that so?" His hands, however, reached down along her smooth waist and back.

Shi Ji slightly opened her eyes, seeing Ge Xiaoyao's lewd grin, and said with a seductive smile, "Uh...no, it's Brother Ge, Brother Ge...please..." She stretched out her smooth jade arms, tightly embracing Ge Xiaoyao's waist, her hot body rubbing against his.

Seeing that Shi Ji could no longer resist, Ge Xiaoyao chuckled and said, "Good...good...I like this title..."

Shi Ji continued to rub her body against Ge Xiaoyao's strong body, repeatedly saying seductively, "Brother Ge...Brother Ge...I like you, brother..."

"Damn!" Ge Xiaoyao felt a wave of nausea and cursed inwardly. He took a deep breath and roughly pressed Shi Ji's jade-like body down beneath him, thinking, "Old slut, that was just the prelude. The real show is yet to come!"

Shi Ji groaned heavily, a smile appearing on her face as she responded to Ge Xiaoyao's movements. Her snow-white body lay limp on the bed, boneless, at his mercy.

At this moment, although Ge Xiaoyao saw Shi Ji's alluring face, the images of Yan Qiang, Consort De, Consort Zhuang, and Yue Xin kept flashing through his mind. Each beautiful face shifted in his mind, transforming into a sorrowful and mournful expression... Ge Xiaoyao's hatred surged again. Suddenly, he looked up at the sky and roared, unleashing an incomparably powerful force as he slammed down on Shi Ji, who lay on the bed.

Shi Ji let out a groan of pleasure.

"You old slut, you'll be unhappy soon!" Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, his rough movements as he grabbed Shi Ji's two jade-like legs and dug his large hands into her snow-white, delicate skin...

Chapter 144 Supreme Profound Skill (Part 2)

Shi Ji groaned and cried out, "Good... Brother Ge..."

"This old slut is indeed extraordinary. I, Ge Xiaoyao, may not be able to beat you, but I will make you suffer a crushing defeat in this aspect!" He gritted his teeth, gathered all his strength, and stirred Shi Ji into wave after wave of climax in the raging sea of desire.

At first, Shi Ji felt extremely happy, but after a few rounds, she was secretly alarmed. "I didn't expect this kid to have such abundant energy. I'm already full, and he still..."

Her alarm did not affect Ge Xiaoyao's emotions at all. Shi Ji's body became softer and softer, and her breathing became heavier and heavier. She seemed to be unable to bear it anymore, which aroused Ge Xiaoyao's fervent lust even more. His movements were merciless, like a whirlwind sweeping away fallen leaves, extremely sharp.

"Brother Ge... alright... alright..." Shi Ji finally begged for mercy.

Ge Xiaoyao chuckled inwardly. He had finally seized this opportunity; how could he let it slip away so easily? "No... I must enjoy myself to the fullest!" Ge Xiaoyao said roughly.

Shi Ji wasn't particularly skilled in seductive arts; her ability to bewitch King Zhou relied on her innate demonic intent. Meeting Ge Xiaoyao, a master of the arts, was truly her misfortune. What she hadn't expected was that Ge Xiaoyao not only possessed immortal roots but had also cultivated an intangible and supreme profound skill, forging his physical body into something as strong as steel and bronze.

As Ge Xiaoyao's movements became increasingly fierce, waves of indescribable pleasure surged through Shi Ji's mind, making her dizzy and on the verge of collapse. The feigned daze in her eyes had become genuine, and the feigned moans from her mouth had become real moans. The immense pleasure made her almost lose control of herself.

"Ah..." Shi Ji let out a wild cry, her last shred of consciousness snatched away by Ge Xiaoyao. She was now completely enveloped in his embrace.

Ge Xiaoyao felt a surge of triumph. Based on experience and intuition, he knew Shi Ji was at her final moment. He gritted his teeth and activated his ancestral Yin-Seizing Technique at full speed, like a powerful whirlwind sweeping over Shi Ji's body.

"Damn! What's going on?" Ge Xiaoyao suddenly felt a warm current spreading from Shi Ji's body into his own meridians. At first, it was only a little, but it grew faster and faster, surging through his meridians like a restless wild horse, causing him pain all over.

Ge Xiaoyao was shocked. Looking at Shi Ji, she seemed to have fainted; her once flushed face was gradually turning pale.

"Damn!" Ge Xiaoyao cursed under his breath, but he couldn't care less. He activated his supreme profound skill, temporarily stopping the invasion of the warm current, but carefully observed the situation of the heat that had already invaded his meridians.

Ge Xiaoyao's Supreme Profound Skill had another wonderful feature: it allowed him to observe the flow of his meridians and blood at any time, checking and healing internal injuries. Ge Xiaoyao wouldn't have been bothered if he hadn't looked, but upon seeing it,

he almost tumbled off Shi Ji. "Damn it! What the hell is going on?" Ge Xiaoyao saw that the hot current resembled black blood, emanating a thick black aura, clearly visible amidst his milky-white meridian immortal energy.

Ge Xiaoyao panicked, simultaneously circulating his internal energy to block the black current's intrusion and using his Supreme Profound Skill to try and expel it from his body. However, when he used his Supreme Profound Skill to guide his internal immortal energy, the energy seemed to disobey him, suddenly spreading out and enveloping the black current, dividing it, melting it bit by bit, and merging it together.

Ge Xiaoyao felt his internal immortal energy churning, suppressing his internal organs with a burning pain. He was suddenly startled, remembering the same agony he felt after mistakenly consuming the Hundred Herbs Divine Pill years ago.

Ge Xiaoyao felt a burning sensation within his body, and his mind became agitated and restless. He struggled to suppress it with his supreme profound skill, but it was far from enough. Just as he was becoming anxious, Shi Ji suddenly awoke.

It turned out that Ge Xiaoyao's use of his power to block the invasion of the black current had awakened Shi Ji. In her dizziness, Shi Ji suddenly felt her demonic energy leaking out wildly. She knew something was wrong and used her demonic power to stop the leakage. She opened her eyes abruptly and saw Ge Xiaoyao looking as if he were on fire. She understood seven or eight parts of the situation.

"Hmph! Boy, I didn't expect you to know such an evil skill that absorbs people's power!" Shi Ji gritted her teeth. Just as she was about to use her power to attack Ge Xiaoyao, suddenly everything went black, and she felt dizzy. She then realized that in her carelessness, Ge Xiaoyao had absorbed most of the power she had cultivated for thousands of years. Now she was dizzy and lightheaded, and she didn't even know if she could protect herself, let alone attack Ge Xiaoyao.

"You brat! Just you wait!" Shi Ji said angrily, gritting her teeth as she channeled her demonic power. Her naked body transformed into a black gust of wind and swept away through the window.

Back on the Deer Terrace, Shi Ji collapsed heavily onto the bed, still feeling exhausted. Recalling what had just happened, she was filled with doubt. Judging from Ge Xiaoyao's expression, he seemed completely unaware that he had absorbed her two thousand years of internal energy. She now regretted not staying longer to observe the situation. She also thought that in this brief exchange, Ge Xiaoyao might have already digested the energy. Even if she had gone, she probably wouldn't have gained any advantage in a fight with him! She sighed deeply, resigning herself to her bad luck. But thinking back on what had just happened, she exclaimed, "So close...so close! Thank goodness...thank goodness..." Upon reflection, she realized that when her power leaked out, it had actually only been blocked at the opening of her dantian. She didn't know how Ge Xiaoyao had managed to prevent the power from flowing into his body, thus leaving her with half of it. Otherwise, Shi Ji would probably have already turned back into a stone on Shi Ji Mountain.

Shi Ji broke out in a cold sweat, filled with lingering fear. Just then, a maidservant came to inquire after her well-being. Shi Ji could only lazily say, "I'm not feeling well, please don't disturb me..."

The maidservant, usually quite clever, said, "Your Majesty is unwell. Should we inform the King and ask Marquis Anle to come and examine Your Majesty?"

Mentioning Ge Xiaoyao filled Shi Ji with both anxiety and anger; she wanted nothing more than to tear him to pieces and devour him! However, with her current level of power, this wish was unlikely to be fulfilled. Shi Ji's anger flared, but her face remained impassive. She smiled sweetly and said, "No need, I'll be fine after a rest. Come and massage my legs..."

The maid agreed, walked to Shi Ji, half-squatted down, and began to massage her legs. Shi Ji chuckled inwardly, her long, slender fingers resting on the maid's thin shoulder, slowly moving up to the top of her head...

The maid felt a sharp pain in her head, looked up abruptly, and saw Shi Ji's狰狞扭扭 (zhengning - a distorted, ferocious face) face. She immediately let out a shrill scream...

Ge Xiaoyao helplessly watched as the black current that had invaded his body slowly merged into his meridians and immortal energy. However, when Shi Ji uttered the evil phrase "absorbing people's power," Ge Xiaoyao suddenly realized that the black current was actually Shi Ji's power. He was overjoyed. Shi Ji fled in panic, and he had no intention of chasing after her.

In fact, although he knew that the black stream was undoubtedly a source of internal energy, he did not know what effect it would have on him if it absorbed his own energy. Now that Shi Ji had escaped, he could relax and carefully observe the situation of the black demonic energy.

He could clearly see the meridians of his limbs and the internal organs of his body. The black demonic energy from Shi Ji had been gathered around his dantian by his immortal energy and was being refined bit by bit, merging into the energy cluster within his dantian.

After about the time it takes to drink a cup of tea, Ge Xiaoyao watched as the black stream became thinner and thinner, until the last thread merged into the immortal energy in his meridians. Only then did he let out a long sigh. Looking at his meridians again, they seemed to have expanded more than twice as much as before.

Ge Xiaoyao was overjoyed. He withdrew his supreme profound technique and immediately felt light and healthy, sensing that his cultivation had increased by more than double.

"Damn! I never expected the Supreme Mystic Art to have such a wonderful use!" Ge Xiaoyao thought to himself, casually stretching and letting out a long yawn. "Damn it, if I had known this would happen... I would have absorbed all of that old slut's power! Sigh... well, I'll let her off this time, but next time it won't be so easy!"

Ge Xiaoyao casually circulated his immortal energy a few more times, and nothing unusual happened. Shi Ji's power had now been completely converted into his own immortal power. "Haha, Shi Ji, Shi Ji... this time I'm not afraid of you anymore!"

Having tormented Shi Ji half to death and accidentally absorbed most of her power, Ge Xiaoyao finally vented his anger. He felt smug for a while, then suddenly thought to himself, "Damn! Since this Supreme Mystic Art has such effects, won't my power increase by leaps and bounds in the future? However, I wonder if this method has any side effects. It seems I should consult my elder brother Jiang Ziya!" Pushing aside the corpse, Shi Ji wiped the blood from her lips with satisfaction, touching her skin. The numerous wounds inflicted by Ge Xiaoyao's brutality were completely gone, restoring her original fair and delicate appearance. She sneered inwardly, "Ge Xiaoyao, one day I will make you taste the bitterness of wishing for death!" She closed her eyes and circulated her inner energy, feeling that her demonic power had recovered somewhat.

At this moment, a series of dragging footsteps came from downstairs. "Why is that lecherous king here at this time?" Shi Ji thought to herself, but smiled coldly, raising her hand to release a black mist that enveloped the withered corpse in front of her. The black mist dissipated, leaving the area empty. "Haha, beautiful fairy..." A burst of laughter rang out, and King Zhou had already pushed open the door and entered. Shi Ji's face immediately broke into a seductive smile as she rose and bowed, saying, "This concubine greets Your Majesty!" King Zhou laughed heartily and hurriedly said, "Fairy Consort, no need for formalities..." He stepped forward, helped Shi Ji up, and pulled her into his arms. Shi Ji's eyes became hazy, her face flushed with shyness, and she said sweetly, "Your Majesty, it's very late..." King Zhou chuckled lewdly, looking at Shi Ji's jade-like face, his hands restlessly moving downwards. Shi Ji let out a seductive moan, turning her head away shyly, but a cold smile suddenly appeared on her face, "It seems I'll have to take some nourishment from this lecherous king tonight!" Shi Ji turned back, her face once again incredibly alluring and seductive. She wrapped her arms around King Zhou's waist and said coquettishly, "Your Majesty can enjoy yourself, but please take care of your health..." One of her jade-like hands reached out, caressing and teasing King Zhou's chest. King Zhou chuckled lewdly, "With a beauty like my fairy concubine in my arms, how can I possibly take care of my health... Haha..." With that, he scooped up Shi Ji and placed her on the jade bed. Shi Ji let out a soft cry, but seemed limp and boneless, letting King Zhou press down on her. His lightly draped brocade robe was ripped open, revealing a body as smooth and white as jade and ivory. Instantly, the room was filled with the scent of spring... In another room on the Deer Terrace, Daji slowly opened her eyes, glanced at the spot where King Zhou had just stood, and a profound, enigmatic smile appeared on her face...
