Cold Fragrance Valley [Complete] - 12

Chapter Twelve: The Beautiful Girl and the Rakshasa

. Seeing the three of them, Lan Tianpeng chuckled, "You three have holes, but I only have one treasure. How can I play with all of you at the same time?"

Chunhong smiled charmingly, "Brother Peng, your hands, and that treasure down there, can play with all three of us sisters at the same time."

Lan Tianpeng clapped his hands in delight, immediately stretching out his arms to lick and kiss Chunhong's delicate body, saying, "Sister Chunhong's strange idea is really good. Let's start playing."

Xia Lu smiled shyly and charmingly. Lan Tianpeng chuckled, reaching his hand between Xia Lu's pink thighs, rubbing her labia, saying, "Xia Lu is a beauty of unparalleled grace. I'm quite lucky."

Xia Lu felt sweet inside, but her genitals felt itchy and uncomfortable from his rubbing. "Gah! Bang!" she giggled. Jin Kui, after a flirtatious encounter, had fallen into a deep sleep. Xia Lu and Jin Ying lay on their backs with their legs spread wide on the edge of the bed. Chun Hong spread her legs and lay on the lower side. Lan Tianpeng pounced on Chun Hong's delicate body, his head resting on Xia Lu's chest.

Lan Tianpeng's erect penis hung down, and Chun Hong's slender fingers gripped it tightly. With her other hand, she spread her labia majora to allow the glans to enter. Lan Tianpeng felt the glans touching the tender flesh, and with a thrust of his hips, he plunged in. Chun Hong cried out, "Ouch! Brother Peng, slow down! It hurts so much down there!"

At this moment, Chun Hong's vagina was narrow, and his penis couldn't fit inside. At the entrance of her vagina, she felt a strange itch, which made her thighs sway anxiously. Her jade palm moved in and out of his penis a few times, saying, "Brother Peng, don't be impatient. Let Chun Hong's fingers guide you in." With that, she spread her tight labia as wide as possible. At this moment, Chun Hong was burning with desire, and her vagina was overflowing with slippery lustful fluid. Chunhong aimed the glans at her vagina and said, "Brother Peng, put it in..."

Before Chunhong could finish speaking, Lantian Peng thrust his hips forward, and with a "whoosh," a thick, hard penis was inserted all the way into her vagina. Chunhong gasped and moaned as a metal rod was inserted into her vagina, feeling a throbbing, painful sensation. When Lantian Peng's glans reached her clitoris, she felt a slow, tingling, itchy sensation. Lantian Peng rested his head on Xia Lu's chest, seeing her sparse pubic hair and her extremely fair and tender crotch, with no hair growing on her labia.

Lantian Peng couldn't resist caressing and kissing her passionately, his kisses falling like rain onto Xia Lu's chest, causing her to moan softly. Lantian Peng parted Xia Lu's labia with his fingers, revealing a bright red slit inside. Lantian Peng extended his fingertip and inserted it straight into her vagina. Xia Lu suddenly felt a tingling, itchy, and numb sensation surge from her lower body, making her whole body itch as if ants were crawling on her. Her slender waist and jade-like hips swayed, and she moaned softly from her cherry lips.

Lan Tianpeng used his fingers to spread Xia Lü's labia majora wider, his fingertips stirring vigorously inside her vagina, causing Xia Lü to gasp and cry out, her juices flowing like a spring. Lan Tianpeng reached out and touched Jin Ying's crotch. The youngest girl had no pubic hair, her skin smooth, soft, and slightly cool, her skin utterly captivating. Lan Tianpeng

parted Jin Ying's labia with his fingers, and with a "whoosh," his index finger slipped into her narrow virgin vagina. Lan Tianpeng's three-pronged approach indeed displayed his skillful hands. Chun Hong had already adapted to the pain of deflowering, and Lan Tianpeng's penis began to thrust rapidly, her vagina unbearably itchy, her juices flowing freely, her soft moans filling the air, her body limp and powerless with pleasure. Chunhong, consumed by lust, was intoxicated by desire. Her vagina was already overflowing with fluids as her penis slid in and out, reaching its clitoris.

Suddenly, Chunhong let out a soft cry, her lower abdomen arching as she trembled and cried, "Brother Peng... oh... my... fluids are coming out..." Lantian Peng felt an indescribable pleasure in his glans, but his hard penis still couldn't ejaculate. Seeing that Chunhong had ejaculated, Lantian Peng knew she had satisfied her craving. He gently withdrew his penis from her vagina, kissed her face, and said, "Sister Chunhong, you should rest for a while..." Chunhong hummed softly, her legs still wet with fluids, and turned over to sleep.

At this moment, Lantian Peng saw two naked young girls. Xia Lu was alluring, while Jin Ying was delicate; each had her own unique beauty. Xia Lu was already dripping with lustful fluids. She immediately raised her jade-like legs and placed them on Lan Tianpeng's shoulders. Lan Tianpeng held his erect penis and slowly rubbed it against the hymen of Xia Lu's vagina. Xia Lu's jade-like buttocks swayed, and she let out a soft moan and said, "Brother Peng, stop rubbing, Xia Lu is so itchy inside..."

After hearing Xia Lu's words, Lan Tianpeng used his fingers to part her labia majora and forcefully thrust his erect penis into her vagina. As the glans slid into her vagina, Xia Lu cried out, "Ah...ah..." Her jade-like buttocks trembled, and she pleaded, "Brother Peng, be gentle, Xia Lu is in so much pain."

Lan Tianpeng had to pause after inserting his penis halfway into her vagina. He then used his hands to caress and rub her pair of jade-like breasts. While his hips swayed, he slowly inserted his penis into her vagina. As Lan Tianpeng rubbed and kneaded Xia Lu's breasts, her lustful fluids flowed down her lower body again. Lan Tianpeng thrust his large buttocks forward, and with a "whoosh," his thick, hard penis was fully inserted into her vagina, and he began to thrust rapidly.

Xia Lu's delicate body trembled, her jade-like buttocks swayed rapidly, and her delicate, fair skin and fragrant sweat flowed out. She cried out softly, "Brother Peng, slow down, Xia Lu's lower body hurts so much... I can't take it anymore."

As Lan Tianpeng thrust, he stroked her snow-white skin, saying with great tenderness, "Xia Lu, just bear with it, it won't hurt in a moment."

Lan Tianpeng's speed varied, his penis sliding in and out of Xia Lu's vagina. Soon, sure enough, Xia Lu's cries of pain turned into soft moans of "uh," "uh." Lan Tianpeng gently patted Xia Lu's jade-like buttocks and asked, "Xia Lu, how do you feel now? Does your vagina still hurt?"

Xia Lu's face flushed red, and she said weakly, "Brother Peng... good brother... sister doesn't hurt anymore... it itches... it itches so much inside..." After saying this, she automatically swayed her jade-like buttocks. Jin Ying was the youngest of the four girls, only fifteen or sixteen years old, just beginning to experience the stirrings of love. Seeing the two men's flirtatious antics, her face flushed red, and she felt a persistent itch in her vagina. While watching them play, she couldn't help but fidget with her fingers.

"Smack!" She slapped Lan Tianpeng's large buttocks and said, "Brother Peng, you've been playing with Sister Xia Lu for so long, why aren't you done yet? Should I ask you to give you some extra effort?"

Lan Tianpeng stood on the edge of the bed, his penis erect, and inserted into Xia Lu's vagina. In the midst of his passionate thrusting, he didn't answer Jin Ying. Jin Ying suddenly jumped off the bed, completely naked, and threw herself against Lan Tianpeng's back, her firm breasts rubbing and kneading against his back. She spread her legs wide, her vaginal labia pressed against Lan Tianpeng's large buttocks, rubbing them against him. Her soft, yielding body pressed against Lan Tianpeng's back and buttocks, causing a pleasurable itch that made his swollen member swell even more, thicker and hotter.

Suddenly, Xia Lu felt a tingling, itchy sensation, rising from her lower body with soft moans and indistinct cries of "uh," "uh." Lan Tianpeng knew her vaginal fluid was about to flow, so he tightly gripped Xia Lu's legs and buttocks, shaking them, and thrust his penis head into the depths of her vagina, straight into her cervix. Lan Tianpeng suddenly felt a burning heat on his penis head, and her vaginal opening contracted and relaxed as Xia Lu's legs clamped tightly around him.

Xia Lu cried out softly, "Ah," "Ah," as her vaginal fluid gushed out like a hot stream. Having experienced her first time in love, Xia Lu was exhausted after the intense passion. After withdrawing his penis, Lan Tianpeng hurriedly picked up Jin Ying, spread her legs, and sat her face to face on his lap, cupping her face in his hands and showering her with passionate kisses. His erect penis rubbed against Jin Ying's vulva. The young girl's face flushed red, and she tightly hugged Lan Tianpeng with her arms, her lower abdomen thrusting against the glans.

Soon, Jin Ying's vaginal fluids flowed out, and Lan Tianpeng used his fingers to part Jin Ying's labia and slowly inserted his penis. Although Jin Ying was young, her vaginal flesh was looser than Xia Lü's. Jin Ying moaned softly, swaying her pink buttocks, automatically enveloping his penis in her narrow vulva. Lan Tianpeng held Jin Ying's soft waist and gently asked, "Jin Ying, does it hurt down there?"

Jin Ying hugged Lan Tianpeng's chest and waist tightly with her arms and said softly, "It hurts a little, and it itches a little too."

“Brother…Brother Peng…my brother…ah…it hurts…it’s numb…brother…be gentle…slower…slower…you can go deeper…oh…hum…” Jin Ying’s lower body began to awkwardly meet Lan Tianpeng’s thrusts… “Brother…um…sister doesn’t hurt anymore…so beautiful…so comfortable…good brother…um…” Jin Ying squinted her eyes, her hands sliding down to Lan Tianpeng’s waist, holding him tightly, afraid that his treasure would run away. Lan Tianpeng began to thrust gently, from slow to fast, gradually thrusting and withdrawing forcefully. After about a hundred thrusts, she suddenly trembled all over, panting and saying, “Ah…brother…sister…um…sister is going to…pee…my…good man…ah…I…it’s flowing out…Brother Peng…sister is going to die…oh…oh…”

Suddenly Jin Ying collapsed onto the bed, her body trembling violently, the walls of her vagina spasming, a stream of virgin heat spraying onto Lan Tianpeng’s glans. Lan Tianpeng also felt a strange itch, and with a lift of his hips, his treasure thrust straight in. The two suddenly cried out "Ah! Ah!" and embraced tightly, their yin and yang essences flowing out simultaneously. The four women and one man lay sprawled on the bed.

A few days later, Lan Tianpeng was finally leaving. Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi, recalling their passionate embrace the night before parting, felt a sense of fulfillment. Lan Tianpeng had to go to rescue someone and could not stay any longer. Huangfu Hui looked out from behind the screen and instructed, "Chunhong, quickly tell Master Guo to prepare the 'Bloodfire Dragon' horse and pack the travel supplies. Master Lan Shaogu is going down the mountain tonight on business; have him inform him." As soon as she finished speaking, Chunhong's reply came from outside the screen.

A short while later, Chunhong returned and bowed to Huangfu Hui, saying, "Reporting to Miss, the horse is ready." Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng immediately got up to leave his seat. Seeing this, Huangfu Hui immediately waved a "wait a moment" gesture and instructed Chunhong, "Chunhong, go to my room and bring me the warm jade folding fan."

Lan Tianpeng was confused as to why Huangfu Hui wanted Chunhong to bring him the folding fan. By the time he composed himself and was about to ask, Chunhong had already respectfully agreed and hurried up to the pavilion. In the blink of an eye, he heard Huangfu Hui say, "Brother Peng, going to intercept Lanxiangji will naturally require spies and manpower. As long as there are towns with branches of our association, you can show them your folding fan to give them a hint..."

Before she finished speaking, Chunhong had already taken out the elegant warm jade fan and hurried downstairs. Huangfu Hui took the fan and handed it to Lantian Peng, continuing, "Although the branches and sub-branches under our jurisdiction don't know Sister Zi and me, they all recognize this fan. If necessary, show it to them, and they will obey."

Lantian Peng took the fan and gratefully replied, "Yes." The folding fan was very light and still had a lingering warm fragrance. On both sides of the fan ribs, one side was engraved with a dragon playing with a pearl, and the other side with a phoenix facing the sun. When the fan was opened, it was as thin as cicada gauze, shimmering with gold and silver stars, and the dragon and phoenix were faintly drawn in the shadows. If you looked closely, you couldn't see them clearly. Before he could finish watching, Ouyang Zi said with a smile, "Brother Peng, wave it and see."

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng immediately waved the fan twice. With a slight wave, Lan Tianpeng was greatly surprised, because as soon as he waved it, the dragon and phoenix faintly visible on the fan surface actually leaped and danced in the gold and silver gauze. Lan Tianpeng regained his composure and immediately said in a flustered manner, "Sister... such a priceless treasure... I absolutely dare not carry it on my person."

Huangfu Hui smiled elegantly, but said with some sadness, "This folding fan is indeed my sister's family heirloom. It was kept by my master in the past, and after his passing, it was returned to me. Now, you have inherited my master's mantle. When you fight someone without needing to draw your sword, you can use this fan instead."

Ouyang Zi, who was standing to the side, suddenly said seriously, "Sister Hui cherishes this folding fan very much; she even keeps it by her pillow when she sleeps. But she values even more your inheritance of my father's mantle and his reputation. This fan rarely left my father's hands in the past, and it became one of his symbols. Therefore, if you want to regain your place in the martial arts world..." "To revive my father's former reputation, I must wield this fan and restore his former prowess in the martial world—white robes, a silver sword, and a warm jade fan."

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng found it difficult to refuse. He rose from his seat, bowed, and solemnly said, "Please rest assured, elder sisters, I do not wish to boast. After I descend the mountain, I will prove it to you both with facts."

Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi stood up simultaneously and asked, "Are you planning to leave like this?"

Lan Tianpeng replied without hesitation, "Saving lives is urgent. To bring Lanxiang Ji back as soon as possible, it's best to set off sooner."

Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi could only nod and say, "In that case, elder sisters will see you off."

Lan Tianpeng knew he couldn't refuse their offer, so he simply said "Thank you" and turned to leave the pavilion. After passing through the pavilion gate and dozens of fences, he had just stepped onto the corridor when Xia Lu hurriedly came to greet him. Upon seeing Lan Tianpeng and the other two, Xia Lu immediately exclaimed, "Miss, another urgent message has arrived!"

Lan Tianpeng had no choice but to stop. Huangfu Hui took the small note and read it simultaneously with Ouyang Zi. Suddenly, Huangfu Hui's expression changed drastically, and she angrily exclaimed, "This person is really going too far! If we don't teach her a lesson, who knows what other tricks she'll come up with to cause trouble... If this continues..."

Lan Tianpeng was somewhat bewildered and unconsciously asked with concern, "Sister, what is it?"

Ouyang Zi immediately looked up and said, "It's that..." However, she was stopped by Huangfu Hui's gaze. After exchanging a glance with Ouyang Zi, Huangfu Hui, fearing Lan Tianpeng might misunderstand, quickly explained, "Don't distract him; let him focus on the first matter."

Lan Tianpeng frankly said, "If I happen to be passing by, wouldn't it be good if I could take care of it for you two sisters?"

Huangfu Hui immediately shook her head and smiled, saying, "No need. You should intercept Lan Xiangji as soon as possible." Hearing this, Lan Tianpeng had no choice but to turn and walk away. Upon reaching the corridor, they discovered the exquisite garden and a main gate adorned with a beautiful array of colorful flowers. A straight corridor led from the gate to a vast mansion, clearly the true command center of the "Dragon and Phoenix Society"—its headquarters.

A magnificent, fiery red horse stood at the corridor's exit, its saddle a silver-orange saddle, adorned with gold and jade carvings. It appeared even more spirited and imposing than "Little Tyrant's" crimson horse. A pretty young woman in red, carrying a sword, led the horse, making her appear exceptionally dashing. Two other guards led the horses of Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi, while "Double Palms Shake the Universe" stood to one side, leading his black horse.

Upon seeing the red horse, Ouyang Zi immediately smiled and asked, "Brother Peng, do you like this 'Bloodfire Dragon'?"

Lan Tianpeng quickly replied, "I love it! I've long dreamed of owning such a fine horse." "

Ouyang Zi continued with a smile, "This horse originally belonged to Sister Hui, but she thought it was too fast and too spirited, so she never rode it. Consider it a gift from Sister Hui to you."

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng quickly bowed to Huangfu Hui gratefully and said, "Thank you so much for the horse, Sister. I am very grateful."

Huangfu Hui immediately smiled with satisfaction and said, "As long as you like it, I'm relieved. Get on the horse."

Lan Tianpeng walked down the steps, first greeting "Double Palms Shake the Universe," and then took the tall and magnificent "Bloodfire Dragon" from the female guard. Huangfu Hui, still standing on the steps of the long corridor, looked at "Double Palms Shake the Universe" and said, "Sect Master Guo, you escort Young Master Lan down the mountain alone! My sister Zi and I have important matters to discuss."

"Double Palms Shake the Universe" was taken aback at first, then respectfully replied, "Yes," and then bowed respectfully to Lan Tianpeng, saying humbly, "Young Master, please mount your horse."

Lan Tianpeng was certain that Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi's sudden change of mind about not seeing him off must be related to the urgent news they had just received. At this moment, he said "Take care" to Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi again, then mounted his horse with "Double Palms Shake the Universe" and rode straight towards the pine forest to the east. When they reached the pine forest, Lan Tianpeng looked back and saw Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi still standing under the corridor. Although their gazes were still on him, the two were clearly talking.

Seeing Lan Tianpeng look back, Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi immediately raised their delicate hands and waved a few times to say goodbye. Lan Tianpeng, seeing this, also hurriedly waved his golden jade fan a few times, but he was puzzled that Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi's horses hadn't moved. Entering the pine forest, the horses immediately quickened their pace, and Lan Tianpeng gestured to "Double Palms Shaking the Universe" to follow. "Double Palms Shaking the Universe" had no choice but to urge his horse forward and ride alongside Lan Tianpeng.

Emerging from the forest, they were at the foot of a peak, where low pine forests and rocks grew below, barely reaching the horses' heads. Before coming here, Lan Tianpeng had heard Huangfu Hui say at the ferry that the high-ranking leaders of the "Dragon and Phoenix Society" all used a shortcut, a secret passage; this must be the one they were now taking. Before he finished thinking this, he saw a cave entrance appear ahead, and inside, lights flickered, and the end was nowhere in sight. This cave was clearly a long, deep tunnel. As they approached, Lan Tianpeng noticed several pine trees had sprung up on either side of the tunnel. A dozen or so pulleys were still nailed to the ground, indicating that the tunnel entrance had been sealed off when not in use.

Upon reaching the tunnel entrance, the wind suddenly picked up, and he could see that every few feet inside, a windproof lamp hung. Although the light was dim, the terrain was clearly discernible. Upon entering the tunnel, four female guards bowed to Lan Tianpeng and Chief Guo. "Double Palms Shake the Universe," returning the bow, smiled at Lan Tianpeng and said, "This is a shortcut for our senior leaders to descend the mountain; it's much shorter than taking the mountain path."

Lan Tianpeng, not wanting to admit he already knew, could only nod in agreement. Entering the tunnel, he immediately slowed his horse. Lan Tianpeng, unsure if he could catch up with Lan Xiangji, asked anxiously, "Chief Guo, after Lan Xiangji was abducted by 'Liaojing,' what direction did she go?" "

Double Palms Shake the Universe" pondered for a moment and said, "We haven't received any further reports on their direction yet, but they are numerous and advancing in a mighty force. Their progress must be slow, so we shouldn't worry about not being able to find out their whereabouts." He paused, seemingly understanding Lan Tianpeng's thoughts, and then smiled and said, "Young Valley Master, don't worry. As long as you ride the Bloodfire Dragon Horse, let 'Cleanse' travel for another ten days. If you ride at full speed, you can catch up with them before even leaving Zhejiang. Although this 'Bloodfire Dragon' is not as good as Guan Yu's Red Hare, I haven't heard of any hero's horse having such miraculous speed."

Lan Tianpeng hadn't paid much attention to this red horse, especially since it hadn't reared up or neighed when he mounted it. Now, hearing "Double Palms Shake the Universe's" words, he couldn't help but pay more attention to it. Looking down, he found that the "Bloodfire Dragon" was riding lightly, appearing very docile, showing no sign of a violent personality. "Double Palms Shake the Universe" chuckled and said, "Young Valley Master, this kind of steed is as swift as a rabbit when moving and as gentle as a maiden when still. But when it gets angry, it's very difficult to control unless the rider is highly skilled." He paused, then smiled mysteriously and said, "My master cherishes this horse exceptionally much. He rarely rides it except to participate in the annual Huangshan Gathering. Miss Huangfu first gifted me a warm jade fan, and then this steed. I don't need to explain her intentions; Young Valley Master should understand."

Lan Tianpeng smiled happily and said, "Of course, she is my senior master's chief disciple and also my senior sister. I am their junior brother, so naturally, the two sisters treat me with great care."

"Double Palms Shake the Universe" frowned slightly upon hearing this and unconsciously asked, "Does Young Valley Master know that Miss Huangfu and Miss Ouyang have a very good relationship?"

Lan Tianpeng replied without hesitation, "Of course." At this moment, his eyes lit up, and the tunnel exit was not far away, where four burly men in tight-fitting clothes were clearly visible. "Double Palms Shake the Universe" furrowed her brows even more, and continued, "The two young ladies, Huangfu and Ouyang, share a vow. Does the young master know of it?"

Lan Tianpeng smiled and shook his head, saying, "What do you mean?"

"Double Palms Shake the Universe" explained, "They swore an oath to heaven to stay together for life and share one husband."

Lan Tianpeng laughed, "That's only natural. To never be separated, they had to marry one husband, didn't they?"

"Double Palms Shake the Universe" was taken aback, and just as she was about to say something, they reached the tunnel exit. Upon exiting the tunnel, the view immediately broadened, revealing a winding valley filled with trees, its path leading nowhere. Entering the woods, the two spurred their horses onward. "Double Palms Shake the Universe" glanced around every now and then, as if she had something to say.

After passing through another narrow valley, Lan Tianpeng realized that "Double Palms Shake the Universe" had something to say to him, but seemed hesitant to speak directly. So he smiled and asked, "Does the Grand Master have something to ask me?"

"Double Palms Shake the Universe" smiled and said, "Nothing much. I just wanted to ask if, when the young master was in Cold Fragrance Valley, the old hero Lan had arranged a marriage for him. I felt it was presumptuous, so I hadn't dared to ask."

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng was startled to realize that "Double Palms Shake the Universe's" question must have a reason. He smiled and said, "My father thinks it's inappropriate to discuss marriage since I'm not yet twenty and still diligently practicing martial arts..."

Before he could finish, "Double Palms Shake the Universe" nodded in relief and said, "That's good then."

Lan Tianpeng noticed the meaning behind "Double Palms Shake the Universe's" words and continued, "However, my father and aunt intend for me to marry my cousin Xiao Qionghua as soon as I turn twenty."

"Double Palms Shake the Universe" was startled and asked with concern, "Do my two leaders know about this?"

Lan Tianpeng smiled and said, "Sister Zi and Sister Hui already know. I have obtained their understanding. Headmaster, thank you for your concern for me and my two senior sisters. We will definitely invite you to the wedding banquet." At this moment, Lan Tianpeng completely understood what "Double Palms Shake the Universe" meant. He must have seen through Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi's feelings for Lan Tianpeng, which was why he was so concerned.

Upon hearing this, "Double Palms Shake the Universe" laughed heartily, "So, I was worrying too much. With the young master's words, I am relieved and happy for the two leaders." Having taken a shortcut, the sun had just disappeared below the horizon when the two reached the foot of the mountain. "Double Palms Shake the Universe" escorted Lan Tianpeng to the main road before clasping his hands in a humble manner, saying, "I sincerely wish the young master to intercept Lan Xiangji soon and return to Kuocang Mountain as quickly as possible."

Lan Tianpeng thanked him first, then apologized, "I will rescue Lan Xiangji, but I may not be able to return."

"Double Palms Shake the Universe" was taken aback and asked in surprise, "Why? Young master, haven't you reached an agreement with the two ladies?"

Lan Tianpeng smiled sadly and said, "The revenge for my master is not yet complete, the hatred for the destruction of my family is not yet avenged, and my master's legacy needs to be carried forward. I truly have no heart to lead the 'Dragon and Phoenix Society.' I have already asked my two senior sisters for their understanding of these difficulties. Chief Hall Master Guo, we'll meet again." "

Double Palms Shake the Universe" was taken aback. By the time he composed himself and waved his hand as if to say something, Lan Tianpeng's red horse had already galloped several dozen feet away. Lan Tianpeng headed northwest along the official road. He decided to first go to Da Dong Town, where Lan Xiangji had been kidnapped. If he could learn some details about the kidnapping there, perhaps he could help him track her down. As dusk fell, there were no pedestrians on the official road. "Bloodfire Dragon" was indeed a fine steed. With its hooves unleashed, it moved like thunder, the earth spinning and the wind whistling in its ears.

In less than an hour, a cluster of lights appeared ahead. It was now the appointed time. The night sky was deep and full of stars. The shadows and boundaries of the town ahead were clearly visible, obviously a large town. "Bloodfire Dragon" was indeed a fast horse, and it reached the town in an instant. Lan Tianpeng looked around. The town stretched from south to north, and there were still pedestrians on the streets, and many shops were still doing business. Upon seeing Lan Tianpeng galloping towards them, the innkeeper at the town's entrance immediately bowed and greeted him.

"Sir, it's time to go to bed. Please stay here; there won't be any more lodgings after we reach Da Dong Town."

Lan Tianpeng's heart stirred, and he spurred his horse, leaping to the ground. The innkeeper, seeing this, immediately rushed over with a beaming smile to help him up. Lan Tianpeng, however, quickly waved a "wait a moment" gesture, smiling modestly, and said, "I have urgent business to attend to; I just wanted to ask you something, sir."

Lan Tianpeng first took out a piece of silver from his waist, smiling, "This is for you

, sir, to have some tea." Upon seeing this, the innkeeper smiled even more warmly than before, bowing repeatedly and saying, "Sir, you're too kind. Please, just tell me what you need."

As he spoke, he had already taken the piece of silver and put it in his pocket. Lan Tianpeng smiled naturally and asked, "A few days ago, there was a young man in a blue robe, riding a horse and leading another..."

Before he could finish speaking, the shopkeeper suddenly smiled and said, "Sir, I know, that young man encountered some old Taoist priests..."

Lan Tianpeng also nodded hurriedly and said, "Yes, yes, that's the one."

Upon hearing this, the shopkeeper immediately said proudly, "Sir, don't worry, I'm not doing this for free. Although I don't know the details, I'll find a brother who saw it with his own eyes to tell you." After saying that, he turned and ran into the shop, loudly asking towards the small door of the accounting room, "Mr. Wang, is Zhang Laowu here?" As

soon as he finished speaking, a loud voice replied, "What do you want?"

The shopkeeper immediately said cheerfully, "Brother Zhang Wu, come quickly, a gentleman is looking for you." As he spoke, a robust middle-aged shopkeeper walked out of the accounting room with a swagger. Upon seeing Lan Tianpeng leading the red horse, the shop assistant known as Zhang Wu immediately changed his obsequious attitude and walked out alongside the original shop assistant.

The original shop assistant, as he followed Zhang Wu, said with a smile, "Young master, I've come to inquire about the blue-robed gentleman's encounter with a group of old Taoist priests yesterday. The reward money is with me; we'll split it fifty-fifty each..." As he spoke, he took out the piece of silver from his pocket and waved it in front of Zhang Wu. Zhang Wu's eyes lit up when he saw that the piece of silver was at least an ounce. Before he could say anything, Lan Tianpeng had already taken out another piece of silver, even larger than the first.

So, as soon as Zhang Wu approached, Lan Tianpeng immediately smiled and said, "You two don't need to divide it; this is for this young waiter."

Zhang Wu was initially surprised and stunned, then took the loose silver with both hands, bowing repeatedly and smiling, saying, "Sir, please ask me anything. Would you like to come inside for a bowl of tea?"

Lan Tianpeng shook his head and smiled, saying, "No need, let's talk here." He then continued with concern, "Young waiter, did you personally witness my brother being forced away by a group of evil Taoists?"

The waiter, Zhang Wu, immediately became serious and said, "Yes, that midnight I was here greeting customers when I was discovered to be a Taoist priest of about forty years old, leading three other Taoist priests and a middle-aged man in a gray-green robe..."

Lan Tianpeng's heart skipped a beat, and he immediately asked with concern, "Where did they come from?" "Is there an inn?"

The innkeeper, Zhang Wu, shook his head and said, "They all came on fast horses, but they all stopped when they arrived here." The old Taoist with the gold hairpin in his hair said angrily, "Strange, if there's no inn here, we'll have to go to Xianju City." The middle-aged man in a long robe following behind the Taoist said, "Third Master, I heard Miss Lan say that she should go to Xianju to find Master Yan Qi first." The old Taoist with the gold hairpin in his hair looked at another old Taoist with a silver hairpin in his hair and said, "Songfeng, you go and guard the north entrance of the town. I'll wait outside the town." After saying this, the old Taoist with the gold hairpin spurred his horse towards the town entrance. Just as the old Taoist with the silver hairpin turned his horse around, the old Taoist with the gold hairpin suddenly reined in his horse and shouted, "Songfeng, hurry up! It might be someone surnamed Lan." Upon hearing this, the four of them spurred their horses towards the town entrance. After a while, a young man in a blue robe arrived with an empty horse. The old Taoist with the gold hairpin immediately rode to meet him.

Hearing this, Lan Tianpeng couldn't help but interject with concern, "Did they have an argument?" The

shop assistant, Zhang Wu, immediately nodded repeatedly, saying, "Yes, yes, but I couldn't hear what they were arguing about because I was busy serving customers." Lan Tianpeng glanced at the town entrance, about seven or eight zhang away, and felt that Zhang Wu wasn't lying. At such a distance, it was difficult for someone working to hear conversations. Therefore, he continued with concern, "What happened to them afterward?"

Shop assistant Zhang Wu continued, "While serving customers, I kept glancing at them, hoping they would come to my shop for a bite. Once, as soon as I turned my head, I saw the old Taoist priest with the gold hairpin, his face full of anger, whipping the middle-aged man in the long robe and angrily saying, 'So it was you, you dog, who caused this trouble!'"

Before he could finish speaking, the old Taoist with silver hair suddenly withdrew his sword and angrily said, "Hu Hu, you're clearly acting on behalf of the Sanqing Temple, yet you dare to frame your second master!" With that, he swung his sword at the man. The young man in blue, seeing this, suddenly shouted, "Songfeng, stop!" The old Taoist called Songfeng, terrified, quickly lowered his sword and remained silent.

The young man in blue, however, continued angrily, "Songfeng, cripple this fellow's martial arts! I want to keep him alive to see my cousin!" Just as the old Taoist called Songfeng was about to act, the old Taoist with a gold hairpin in his hair interjected, "Let me do it." He then touched the middle-aged man in the long robe a few times…

Lan Tianpeng, hearing this, knew something was wrong and hurriedly interjected, "Which direction did they go?"

The shopkeeper, Zhang Wu, said, "I don't know where they went, but that young man in blue seems determined to find someone surnamed Yan." Upon hearing this

, Lan Tianpeng concluded that they must have gone to Xianju City to find Yan Qi. Therefore, he waved to the two shop assistants and said modestly, "Thank you, brothers." Having said that, he leaped onto his horse and galloped straight north.

Although there were still a few pedestrians on the street and many restaurants and inns were still doing business, it seemed much quieter than when he had arrived. Seeing this, Lan Tianpeng felt a growing anxiety; he feared he wouldn't be able to enter Xianju City by the time he reached it. In a flash, he was already outside the town gates. Looking up, he saw a faint light rising in the northwest, which he determined was Xianju City. Lan Tianpeng had two reasons for going to Xianju City again. First, he wanted to find out the time and direction of Lan Xiangji's departure so he could pursue her correctly.

Second, assuming that "Liao Jing" truly had a good personal relationship with the "Lishan Twin Demons," he certainly hadn't crippled the middle-aged man Hu Hu's martial arts and had let him escape midway, leaving Lan Xiangji without a witness in front of "Yu Xu." Of course, "Liao Jing" wouldn't allow Lan Xiangji to go to Yan Qi either; assuming Yan Qi didn't know Lan Xiangji had been kidnapped, he would still be waiting in Xianju City.

Lan Tianpeng pondered his thoughts, unaware that the lights and shadows of houses outside Xianju City were already in sight. By this time, he was completely convinced of the astonishing speed of the "Bloodfire Dragon," which had covered twelve miles in less than half an hour. Reaching Dongguan Street outside Xianju City, although the first watch of the night had passed, the street was bustling with far more people than Da Dong Town. Lan Tianpeng dismounted and proceeded along the street, inquiring about the whereabouts of Lan Xiangji and Yan Qi at every inn he passed. However, all the innkeepers shook their heads and replied, "We haven't seen them."

Even at the last inn near the city gate, they still said they hadn't seen the group pass by. Since the city gate was closed, Lan Tianpeng couldn't enter the city and had to stay at the last inn, Da Lai Inn. For convenience, Lan Tianpeng had specially chosen a quiet, secluded courtyard, ordering only a pot of fragrant tea and personally instructing the innkeeper to take good care of the horse and not to disturb it without being summoned. This was exactly what the innkeeper wanted; he closed the gate and left.

As soon as the shopkeeper left, Lan Tianpeng immediately went out of the room. He was determined to go into the city to find the "Rope Whip" because he was certain that Yan Qi was still waiting for Lan Xiangji inside. He walked to the courtyard, slightly elongated his body, and only saw the outside. He found it deserted, with the shop wall just a few feet away. Lan Tianpeng then gathered his inner energy, gracefully leaping across the narrow passage and landing outside the shop.

Outside was a dark, deserted alley, at the end of which lay the city wall and moat. In a single leap, Lan Tianpeng reached the alley entrance, peering out. Although there was a road along the riverbank, it was completely silent, without a single person in sight. Looking up at the city wall, he saw only two or three bright spearheads and red-tasseled arrow quivers under the watchtowers; there were no soldiers patrolling the area. Lan Tianpeng hesitated briefly, then leaped across the river, soared onto the city wall, crossed the two-zhang-wide wall, and landed inside the city, immediately entering a small street. The small street was dark, with only vendors and pedestrians.

Lan Tianpeng walked along the small street towards Le Guan Street. He deduced that "Rope Whip" Yan Qi had come to Xianju from Tiantai. Although he should have entered Beiguan, people usually waited for someone and found an inn in a prominent location at the street corner in front of the person so that they could be easily found. "Rope Whip" Yan Qi knew that he and Lan Xiangji had gone to the headquarters of the "Dragon and Phoenix Society" at Kuocang Mountain. Yan Qi's inn must be inside the city, not one of the inns outside Dongguan.

In the blink of an eye, he arrived at Dongguan Street. His gaze immediately lit up. Although the city gates were closed, the street was still bustling. In the teahouses on West Street, storytelling and opera performances were taking place; in the famous restaurants, people were playing drinking games; and the night market in the square was packed with people. Lan Tianpeng was certain that Yan Qi wouldn't be waiting for him in the small inn on the street, because in his imagination, Lan Xiangji must have come to Xianju City with him. However, Lan Tianpeng was still afraid of missing his chance, so he went to a smaller inn at the street corner to inquire.

Sure enough, he asked at three inns in a row, but no one had that name. However, at the fourth inn, a large one with a luxurious restaurant called "Xinglongxuan," he asked. The waiter immediately smiled and said, "Are you Young Master Lan?"

Lan Tianpeng was delighted and nodded, replying, "That's right, my surname is Lan."

The waiter quickly bowed respectfully and said with a smile, "Sir, please come in. Master Yan has already given instructions." As he spoke, he guided him in while explaining with a smile.

Lan Tianpeng was too lazy to say much, only nodding occasionally to indicate his understanding. This inn was indeed grand in scale; passing through two large gates led to a series of individual garden courtyards. After passing two more courtyards, the innkeeper pointed to a courtyard with a gauze curtain hanging from its gate and said, "Sir, it's right here."

Lan Tianpeng was greatly surprised. On either side of the vermilion gate were snow-white walls and green tiles. Outside the courtyard, only an elegant small building could be seen, connected to a winding pavilion. Inside the pavilion and building, only dim lights shone. This large inn had three or four such magnificent courtyards; it seemed this was perhaps the most grand inn in Xianju City. Upon closer inspection, they arrived at the vermilion gate. The shopkeeper, without even climbing the steps, knocked twice on the gleaming door knocker. A clear, girlish voice immediately rang out, "Who is it?"

The shopkeeper cheerfully called out, "Little Lotus Leaf, open the door quickly! It's Young Master Lan!"

The girl inside responded with a "Yes," and hurried in. But just then, a rapid whooshing sound of clothes rustling through the air filled the air! Immediately afterward, the door bolt clicked open, and the one who opened the door was none other than Yan Qi, the "Rope Whip," dressed in grey, his expression one of delighted surprise and his eyes gleaming. Seeing Yan Qi rush out to open the door, Lan Tianpeng, judging from the situation, had already heard that Lan Xiangdan had been taken back to Mount Kongtong by "Liao Jing" and the others. Therefore, he hurriedly cupped his hands and said with a smile, "Uncle Yan..."

Before he could finish speaking, Yan Qi said anxiously, "Young Master, you've come at the right time." With that, he waved a dismissive gesture to the shopkeeper and immediately invited Lan Tianpeng in with a respectful bow.

Lan Tianpeng, sensing the gravity of the situation, showed no humility and climbed the steps into the courtyard. A young maidservant, about fourteen or fifteen years old, dressed in green, immediately closed the gate. Inside was a wall covered in vines, and the courtyard was filled with fragrant flowers. Beyond the wall, there was only a winding pavilion in the courtyard, at the end of which stood the small building. Although small, the building was a floor higher than the pavilion. What puzzled Lan Tianpeng was that the third floor of the small building, previously dimly lit, was now brightly lit. Upon reaching the brightly lit pavilion, Yan Qi immediately bowed respectfully and said, "Young Master, let's talk in the pavilion." They

entered the pavilion and climbed the stairs. The lights on the upper floor were now also bright, and a young maidservant dressed in yellow greeted them at the top of the stairs. Upon ascending the pavilion, the furnishings were exceptionally luxurious: brocade stools and jade tables, landscape murals, a large scarlet carpet spread on the floor, and eight exquisite gauze lanterns. Moreover, the front door of the pavilion was wide open, offering a panoramic view of the city's nightscape and the rooftops of the houses. Yan Qi, known as "Suozi Bian," hurriedly bowed and invited Lan Tianpeng to take a seat. Lan Tianpeng repeatedly declined, but finally sat on the brocade stool at the head of the table. Yan Qi, however, sat on a stool to the side, saying to Lan Tianpeng with some surprise, "I didn't expect Young Master to return so quickly."

Lan Tianpeng, seeing that Yan Qi hadn't asked about Lan Xiangji, and that Lan Xiangji hadn't returned with him, wasn't surprised, further confirming that Yan Qi already knew about Lan Xiangji's abduction. Therefore, he bowed and replied, "I rushed here after hearing the news that Miss Lan had been abducted by 'Liaojing' and taken to Mount Kongtong."

Yan Qi's brows furrowed, and he asked in confusion, "How did Young Master know?" "

Lan Tianpeng immediately replied, "I only learned about it from the people of the 'Dragon and Phoenix Society'."

Yan Qi's expression changed in surprise, and he hurriedly asked, "Young Valley Master, have you already been to the 'Dragon and Phoenix Society'?"

Lan Tianpeng nodded and said, "Yes, I left Kuocang Mountain this afternoon and arrived in the city just a moment ago." As soon as he finished speaking, the tinkling of jade pendants came from the stairs leading to the small building on the east side. Lan Tianpeng was startled and turned around to follow the sound. When he turned around, his starry eyes suddenly lit up, and he was stunned. Lan Tianpeng was indeed dumbfounded. The beautiful girl he was helping down was none other than Lan Xiangji, who was rumored to have been abducted by "Liao Jing" to Kongtong Mountain.

Looking closely at Lan Xiangji, her skin was like solidified cream, her face like a delicate flower, and her high-coiled hair was adorned with pearl phoenixes and golden flowers. Her head was slightly lowered, as if she were both shy and smiling. She was truly beautiful. Lan Xiangji came downstairs and naturally looked up. Seeing Lan Tianpeng staring in disbelief, her heart fluttered, and she couldn't help but cover her mouth with her sleeve and chuckle. Lan Tianpeng hurriedly stood up, his handsome face slightly flushed, and tried to explain, "I heard that Sister Lan was forced to return to Mount Kongtong by 'Liaojing,' and seeing Sister Lan here so suddenly, I was momentarily confused." As he spoke, Lan Xiangji had already approached, and Lan Tianpeng quickly went to the lower bench. Upon

seeing him, Lan Xiangji immediately said with a sweet laugh, "Brother Peng, you are a guest; you should sit in the seat of honor."

Lan Tianpeng smiled humbly and said, "You are the elder sister; you should sit in the seat of honor." Lan Xiangji's face flushed slightly, her lips blushing with shyness. She gazed deeply at Lan Tianpeng, then, without further hesitation, went straight to the brocade stool where Lan Tianpeng had just been sitting and sat down.

Yan Qi, the "Needle Whip," who had been standing quietly with a smile, simply stood by and watched happily until Lan Tianpeng and Lan Xiangji were both seated before he sat down himself. At this moment, a green-clad maidservant brought three cups of specially brewed tea from downstairs and placed them in front of Lan Tianpeng and the other two. Lan Tianpeng asked with concern, "Sister Lan is still here. Could it be that the news was a mistake? But a shopkeeper in Da Dong Town witnessed 'Liao Jing' arguing with you..."

Before Lan Tianpeng could finish speaking, Lan Xiangji sighed sadly and said, "It's absolutely true, but I managed to shake off 'Liao Jing' and didn't go." "She paused, glancing at Lan Tianpeng with annoyance, and continued, "That night at Tiancong Manor, after saving Miss Jiang, I should have had you kill Hu Hu, the henchman of the Lishan brothers, on the spot. Not only would the Lishan brothers have been spared, but this trouble would have been avoided as well."

Lan Tianpeng also said with some annoyance, "When the 'Lishan Twin Demons' went to Tiancong Manor to find you, sister, we should have thought that Hu Hu might be spying on us in the dark..."

Lan Xiangji immediately said with worry, "I'm not afraid of him spying on me. What I'm worried about is him realizing that my holding back when I fought the Lishan brothers was for a reason. That would be terrible."

Lan Tianpeng naturally knew she was referring to the seven sword techniques, and thus said worriedly, "If that fellow really did see through it, Sister Lan, what should we do?"

Lan Xiangji smiled smugly and said, "Now I'm not worried about that anymore."

Lan Tianpeng immediately asked in confusion, "Why?"

Lan Xiangji smiled faintly and said, "When I saw 'Liaojing' leading 'Songfeng' and others waiting for me in Dadong Town, I knew that 'Liaojing' and the others knew about your killing of the Li Shan brothers." She paused and suddenly looked at Lan Tianpeng, asking seriously, "Did you know that Liaojing and the Li Shan brothers had a particularly good personal relationship?" Lan Tianpeng, fearing that it would cause trouble and affect Lan Xiangji's ability

to continue, could only shake his head and say, "I didn't know."

Lan Xiangji continued, "Although the Li Shan brothers were driven down the mountain by my eldest cousin, they still maintained contact with 'Liaochen' and 'Liaojing' in secret, and their personal relationship was very good. My eldest cousin heard about this, but pretended not to know." Upon hearing this,

Lan Tianpeng couldn't help but ask with concern, "So, if 'Yuxu' Shangren knew that you killed the Li Shan brothers, he would definitely be furious and send a large number of experts to be your enemy."

Lan Xiangji deliberately smiled coldly and said, "Their hostility towards you began long after the Gao Family Tower incident." He paused, then immediately changed the subject: "However, I'm not worried about that. What I fear most is that Hu Hu will come back to Kongtong with me."

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng was puzzled and said, "Strange, the shopkeeper said that you had 'Songfeng' cripple Hu Hu's martial arts, and even insisted on taking him back to the Kongtong headquarters to see Master Yuxu?"

Before he could finish speaking, Lan Xiangji laughed and said with some pride, "Others use 'feigned indifference' to lure people in, but I do the opposite. I use 'feigned indifference to lure people in'..."

Lan Tianpeng's heart skipped a beat, and he immediately lowered his voice and said, "Sister, are you intentionally letting Hu Hu escape?"

Lan Xiangji nodded with a smile and said proudly, "That's right. I first exposed that Brother Lishan had harassed Miss Jiang, and then sent Hu Hu to use lewd methods to secretly drug her, attempting to abduct her to Tianqing Temple on Tiantai Mountain..." She paused, then looked at Lan Tianpeng and said seriously, "Brother Peng, if my cousin finds out about this, do you know what crime 'Songfeng' has committed?"

Lan Tianpeng could only shake his head and say, "I don't know." "

Lan Xiangji immediately said seriously, 'He was to be skinned alive, his tendons and skin peeled off, until he bled to death. So, when I brought up the actions of the Lishan brothers and Hu Hu, 'Songfeng' pretended to be furious and immediately drew his sword to kill Hu Hu to silence him.'

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng immediately asked, puzzled, 'Sister, wouldn't it have been better to just let Songfeng kill that scoundrel? Why did you stop him?'

Lan Xiangji smiled and said, 'If 'Songfeng' had killed Hu Hu, how could I have been sitting leisurely in this inn waiting for you?' Lan Tianpeng was stunned, not understanding why.

Lan Xiangji continued with a smile, 'Liaojing is Songfeng's master, so of course he would protect his disciple. Therefore, I asked 'Songfeng' to break Hu Hu's martial arts, but 'Liaojing' preemptively struck Hu Hu twice.'

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng asked, confused, 'Why did 'Liaojing' rush to act?' "

Lan Xiangji smiled and asked, "Do you think 'Liaojing' really intends to cripple Hu Hu's martial arts? What he's worried about is 'Songfeng' actually breaking Hu Hu's skills, and I, too, hope so." Lan

Tianpeng asked, somewhat puzzled, "What's the difference between Songfeng faking it and 'Liaojing' faking it?"

Lan Xiangji was about to explain when Yan Qi interrupted with a laugh, "Songfeng should call my young lady 'Ninth Master.' If he's done something wrong, my young lady can report it to Master Yuxu for punishment, and he can be executed on the spot. If 'Liaojing' makes a mistake, given his advanced age and being Master Yuxu's disciple, my young lady naturally can't say anything, but can only report it to Master Yuxu for handling. Valley Master, you don't know, Master Yuxu is notoriously protective of his own." Before he finished speaking, Lan Xiangji's expression changed drastically, and she suddenly stood up, blurting out, "Ah, Money Without Shadow!" Lan

Tianpeng was startled and quickly stood up and turned around. He saw a person whose face and body were completely covered by a specially made golden cloak standing on the rooftop seven or eight zhang away, staring into the room with a sharp, piercing gaze. From that gaze, Lan Tianpeng knew the other person was furious to the extreme, but he couldn't tell if it was Huangfu Hui or Ouyang Zi. Seeing Lan Tianpeng standing beside the ethereal Lan Xiangji in a daze without greeting her, the cloaked figure stomped its boots in anger and turned to gallop eastward.

Lan Tianpeng was startled and blurted out, "Sister, please stop!" With that cry, it leaped forward, chasing after the cloaked figure.

Lan Xiangji and Yan Qi, seeing Lan Tianpeng call out to "Golden Thread Without Shadow" as their sister, were confused but instinctively began to move lightly, quickly following after Lan Tianpeng. Looking up again, the two saw the "Golden Thread Without Shadow" ahead, her movements faster than lightning. Her figure was like a golden thread cutting through the air, soaring over the city walls, tracing an arc, and landing outside.

Lan Xiangji and Yan Qi were indeed astonished; her speed was unexpectedly incredible. Her reputation as the "Golden Thread Without Shadow" was well-deserved. However, Lan Tianpeng, who was chasing after her with his full lightness skill, saw the incredible speed of her movements and concluded it was Huangfu Hui, not Ouyang Zi. By the time Lan Tianpeng reached the city wall, the streak of lightness was already over a hundred feet away, and was continuing its incredible speed towards a village.

Lan Tianpeng was greatly surprised and unconsciously stopped, staring blankly at the streak that had flashed into the woods, thinking, "Sister Hui's lightness skill is so terrifyingly high?" Lost in thought, he unconsciously uttered the words to himself.

Just then, a yellow shadow flashed, a fragrant breeze wafted over, and the celestial-like Lan Xiangji landed beside him. As soon as Lan Xiangji landed beside Lan Tianpeng, she eagerly asked, "What did you just call 'Golden Thread Without Shadow'?"

Lan Tianpeng, regaining his composure, could only mumble hurriedly, "'Golden Thread Without Shadow' is one of us; Aunt Lan knows her too."

Lan Xiangji was startled and asked in shock, "What? You mean my mother knows her too?"

Lan Tianpeng hastily nodded and said, "Let's go after her first. I'll introduce her to you after I catch up."

Lan Xiangji immediately retorted, "She's not even a shadow anymore! How can you introduce her?"

Lan Tianpeng looked closely and, sure enough, the golden thread had already disappeared into the vast starlight of the night. Yan Qi, the "Rope Whip," exclaimed in shock, "That movement technique is too fast! It's unbelievable!" Seeing Lan Tianpeng still staring blankly in the direction the golden thread had vanished, Lan Xiangji urged, "We can't catch up now, let's go back." She glanced at the arrow tower on the city wall and continued, "It wouldn't be good

if we were discovered."

Lan Tianpeng pointed to a cluster of houses outside the city and said, "My inn is right next to the moat, come sit with me."

Lan Xiangji was eager to know what had happened to Lan Tianpeng on his journey to Kuocang Mountain, and how he had become so intimate with the "Golden Thread Without Shadow." Therefore, without hesitation, she looked at Yan Qi and said, "Uncle Qi, you should go back first." Yan Qi

, the "Rope Whip," had already noticed that Lan Xiangji was deeply in love with Lan Tianpeng. Moreover, upon suddenly discovering Lan Tianpeng, she even called out "Sister Jin Xian Wu Ying" (Golden Thread Shadowless)—her anxiety, unease, and jealousy were palpable. Her mind raced, and she immediately smiled and said, "I'd better hurry back to the inn. I don't want those two young girls to get scared and run to the front shop, spouting nonsense." With that, she leaped up, displaying her light-footed skill, and sped towards the inn.

Lan Xiangji felt a surge of anger fueled by jealousy and sighed, "Let's go..."

Lan Tianpeng quickly composed himself, letting out a soft "Oh," and repeatedly said, "Alright... I'll lead the way."

Before he finished speaking, he had already soared into the air, his toes barely touching the city wall, his body instantly shifting headfirst to the ground, executing the "Azure Dragon Enters the Sea" move, flying directly to the other side of the moat. Lan Xiangji, dressed in elegant lady's attire and adorned with all her jewelry, even if she possessed such skill, dared not attempt it. Taking this risk, she leaped from the city wall, her body plunging rapidly down. The moment her feet touched the ground, she took off again, flying straight towards the opposite bank of the moat.

At the same moment she took flight, Lan Tianpeng had already reached the other side of the moat. Looking back, Lan Tianpeng saw Lan Xiangji soaring across the river, her skirts and sleeves fluttering, a truly beautiful sight, like the Moon Goddess descending to earth. Lan Xiangji hadn't expected Lan Tianpeng to descend so quickly. Seeing him staring intently at her, her heart skipped a beat, and her face nearly plunged into the river. Fortunately, she had reached the bank. In her haste, she yanked her arms, took off again, and flew towards the bank once more.

Just then, a flash of light, a gust of wind, and a pair of strong, powerful hands caught her as she fell. Even in her haste, Lan Xiangji's heart pounded with shame, her face burning. She could only gather her inner energy and fly straight to the bank. As soon as her feet touched the shore, Lan Tianpeng appeared beside her like a shadow.

Seeing Lan Xiangji's flushed face, Lan Tianpeng smiled and said, "I never expected your lightness skill to be so exquisite, possessing the inner strength of 'Seagull Three Skimmings of Water'."

Hearing Lan Tianpeng's praise, Lan Xiangji was naturally pleased. Remembering his earlier caring support, her heart sweetened, and she couldn't help but smile shyly, her sleeves fluttering in the breeze. She sighed, "It's all your fault." Lan Tianpeng's heart fluttered at the sight, and just then, a soft groan suddenly came from ahead.

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng and Lan Xiangji were both startled and hurriedly looked up, letting out a soft "Ah!" as they froze. On the rooftop seven or eight zhang away stood two people, their heads and faces completely covered by specially made golden cloaks, both staring at them with envious eyes. Lan Tianpeng immediately recognized them as Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi. However, he was truly puzzled as to how the golden figure that had vanished into the woods seven li away just moments before had suddenly reappeared on the main street outside Dongguan. And why had she brought Ouyang Zi with her? Lan Xiangji, standing

beside him, was even more confused as to how two or three "golden shadows" had suddenly appeared. She wondered if the "Dragon and Phoenix Society" had three, or even four, female leaders. Especially since her earlier behavior of acting coquettishly and bossing Lan Tianpeng around must have been witnessed by the two of them. Standing on the rooftop, Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi had naturally witnessed the scene just now, which they perceived as flirting.

Especially seeing Lan Tianpeng's dazed expression and his lack of warm greeting, they were even more infuriated. This also made them realize that Lan Xiangji's abduction was entirely a trick by the Kongtong Sect. Because if Lan Xiangji had been abducted, it was impossible to intercept her so quickly; their meeting was clearly pre-arranged. Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi stamped their feet and leaped eastward with incredible speed. From Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi's soft snorts to their turning and disappearing, only a blink of an eye had passed—just a fleeting moment for Lan Tianpeng and Lan Xiangji to react. Upon

seeing this, Lan Tianpeng quickly composed himself and cried out, "Sisters, please stop! Please let me explain..." With that urgent cry, he leaped into the air and rushed towards the front of the house.

Upon hearing this, Lan Xiangji was also indignant, wondering how many sisters Lan Tianpeng actually had. Therefore, she followed closely behind. However, when the two climbed onto the roof, Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi were nowhere to be seen. Lan Tianpeng looked around anxiously, concluding that his two senior sisters must be hiding in the shadows beneath the roof, as he knew of Ouyang Zi's lightness skill. In his haste, he could only use his "Body Movement Step" technique to rapidly change positions, hoping to find them where Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi were hiding.

Lan Tianpeng's movement technique was like a miraculous "Great Shift," and coupled with his eagerness to find them, he unleashed his full lightness skill and inner strength! Suddenly, three or five bright figures appeared on the roof, then seven or eight snow-white figures, instantly transforming into twenty or thirty Lan Tianpengs, finally merging into countless chain-like silver circles and rainbows. Lan Xiangji, standing on the roof, was initially just surprised, but gradually she became stunned. Finally, she dared not look directly at him, feeling dizzy and unsteady.

Finally, unable to bear the dizziness, she cried out in a shrill voice, "No..." The cry had barely left her lips when her delicate body plummeted towards the floor below. Hearing the sound and looking down, Lan Tianpeng was horrified. He spun around like lightning, a flash of silver light, and shot straight down from the roof. Just as Lan Xiangji was about to hit the ground, Lan Tianpeng reached out and caught her. Looking down, he saw that Lan Xiangji's phoenix eyes were tightly closed, her face pale, and her teeth clenched tightly. Lan Tianpeng was immediately shocked.

He quickly pressed his ear to Lan Xiangji's breasts, listening intently. Her heartbeat was slow, clearly caused by resentment and anxiety; he needed to massage her acupoints to avoid damaging her internal organs. He anxiously carried the unconscious Lan Xiangji towards his inn. He lit the lamp and then closed the door to prevent any sudden interruptions during their actions. Having finished, he immediately focused his mind, gathering his energy in his palms, and massaged Lan Xiangji's breasts several times. Lan Xiangji let out a soft moan and began to breathe. After a while, Lan Xiangji slowly opened her eyes.

Upon seeing this, Lan Tianpeng immediately said with concern, "Sister, please be quiet. It would be best to gently circulate your energy first to see if the pent-up emotions have been dispelled." Lan Xiangji glanced at Lan Tianpeng and immediately closed her eyes again. Lan Tianpeng couldn't help but ask with concern, "Sister, how are you feeling? Is your inner energy still not flowing smoothly?"

Lan Xiangji stretched her arms and sat up, saying, "I'm fine now. Now we should talk about your trip to Kuocang Mountain."

Lan Tianpeng knew Lan Xiangji was angry about this matter, so to ease the tension, he deliberately smiled and said, "Sister, let me finish telling you about 'Liaojing' taking you back to Kongtong first, and then I'll tell you about my trip to Kuocang Mountain." "

Lan Xiangji was in no mood to talk about her own affairs at this point, but she couldn't remain silent. So, in a somewhat impatient tone, she hurriedly said, 'My matter is very simple. After leaving Dadong Town, Liao Jing secretly released Hu Hu. I then used the excuse that without Hu Hu as a witness, I resolutely refused to go to the main altar. Liao Jing felt guilty and knew he was in the wrong. He was no match for me even if he tried to force me, so he led Song Feng and the others away under the pretext of pursuing Hu Hu.' As she spoke, she gave Lan Tianpeng a reproachful and coquettish look and continued to say in a reproachful tone, 'I thought you might come looking for me, so Uncle Yan and I decided to wait for you in Xianju for half a month. I didn't expect you to come so quickly.'

Lan Tianpeng quickly explained, 'I heard from the people of the Dragon and Phoenix Society that they went to report...'

Lan Xiangji smiled coldly and said, 'Just now you said you heard that I was taken back to Emei by Liao Jing. I found it strange. How did you know about this?'" "Of course, 'Golden Thread Without Shadow' is your sister..."

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng could only anxiously explain, "Anyway, I heard that my sister was kidnapped by 'Liaojing,' so I rushed over quickly."

Upon hearing this, Lan Xiangji's heart immediately warmed. Although she wanted to laugh, she still pretended to be angry and said, "Now it's your turn?"

Lan Tianpeng knew that she was asking about his trip to the "Dragon and Phoenix Society" headquarters, so he could only smile and say, "My story is even simpler..."

Before he could finish speaking, Lan Xiangji said angrily, "Even if it's simple, it doesn't have to be explained in just a few words, does it?"

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng knew that Lan Xiangji was afraid of being perfunctory, so he smiled and said, "Of course, but after I finish telling you, I still need to go find my two sisters."

Lan Xiangji was startled and blurted out, "You mean there are two 'Golden Thread Without Shadow,' and they are both your senior sisters?"

Lan Tianpeng nodded and said, "That's right, but only one sister can know, not even Aunt Lan or Senior Ji."

Lan Xiangji's heart stirred upon hearing this. Her bright eyes darted around, and instead of answering, she asked, "However, I also have a request, and you must promise me one thing." Lan

Xiangji nodded solemnly and said, "I've already told you, and I firmly believe you won't tell anyone else..."

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng immediately said seriously, "Don't worry, sister. Do you think I'm the type to gossip?"

Lan Xiangji nodded immediately and said, "Of course, I'm telling you because I trust you. However, now that I've told you, you will definitely agree without hesitation."

Hearing the words "without hesitation," Lan Tianpeng knew it was a serious matter and listened attentively. Lan Xiangji asked in a low voice, "Have you heard about my eldest cousin passing on Guang Chengzi's secret sword technique to 'Liaoyin'?"

Lan Tianpeng nodded seriously and said, "Most people know that."

Lan Xiangji sighed sadly and said, "How could outsiders know these things?" ...It was all a rumor spread by Liao Chen and the other two outside, but it turned out to be true, forcing my eldest cousin to teach the sword technique to Liao Yin..."

Lan Tianpeng said dismissively, "If this hadn't happened, why would Liao Chen and the other two spread this rumor?"

Lan Xiangji explained, "Initially, my eldest brother called all four of them to his presence and demonstrated a sword technique in front of them. Afterward, he made them practice to test their comprehension. As it turned out, Liao Yin had the strongest comprehension, so my eldest cousin praised Liao Yin highly and told the other two to work harder in the future." Since then, the three of them, Liao Chen and Liao Yin, have been spreading rumors without any basis, saying that my eldest cousin deliberately criticized Liao Chen for being mediocre and passed on his special skills to Liao Yin, intending for Liao Yin to succeed as the leader of the Kongtong Sect. Initially, my eldest cousin may not have had this intention. After hearing the rumors, he simply taught Liao Yin Guang Chengzi's secret sword techniques, but he absolutely never said he wanted Liao Yin to succeed him as the leader of the Kongtong Sect.

Lan Tianpeng immediately chimed in, "Assuming Master Yuxu isn't biased, all four disciples should learn together. As for how much they learn, that's their own business. I believe that Master Yuxu's actions, though not explicitly stating that Liaoyin will succeed him, are only a matter of time."

Lan Xiangji slowly nodded and said, "I've thought about that sometimes too, but I can see that once Liaoyin truly takes over the position of sect leader, Liaochen and the other two will inevitably gang up on him."

Lan Tianpeng's heart stirred, and he suddenly asked seriously, "What are Liaoyin's thoughts and opinions?"

Lan Xiangji immediately replied seriously, "Liaoyin is very distressed. He's happy to learn swordsmanship, of course, but bearing the stigma of vying for the sect leader position, he naturally loses interest in it. Although he doesn't approve of my eldest cousin's lack of open denial, he doesn't dare to say it directly." He hoped things would proceed according to the rules of the martial arts world, with the Kongtong Sect leader, "Liao Chen," taking over. No matter how cunning and treacherous "Liao Chen" was, if it was his turn, he should do it.

Lan Tianpeng's brow furrowed, as if speaking to himself yet also to Lan Xiangji, "So, 'Liao Yin' is quite a good person."

Lan Xiangji said seriously, "His character and heart are upright, which is precisely why his swordsmanship has progressed, and why his swordsmanship is slightly inferior to mine."

Lan Tianpeng immediately asked with concern, "I heard 'Liao Yin' is currently in seclusion."

Lan Xiangji nodded solemnly, "My eldest cousin saw that his skill wasn't quite there yet, so he made him seclude himself to cultivate."

Lan Tianpeng nodded knowingly, immediately steer the conversation back on track, saying, "We've talked for so long, but we still haven't gotten to what you want me to promise."

Lan Xiangji didn't even glance at him, feigning a sigh, "After all this talk, haven't you figured out what kind of help I need?"

Lan Tianpeng's heart skipped a beat upon hearing this, and he suddenly seemed to understand, saying, "You want me to help 'Liaoyin' seize the position of sect leader?" Lan

Xiangji immediately said seriously, "It's not about helping 'Liaoyin' seize anything, but about supporting 'Liaoyin' and exposing the insidious schemes of 'Liaochen' and others."

Lan Tianpeng immediately asked in confusion, "You mean you want me alone?"

Lan Xiangji immediately gave Lan Tianpeng a deep look and said seriously, "Of course, it's the two of us." Lan Tianpeng

asked with concern, "What kind of schemes do 'Liaochen' and the others have?"

Lan Xiangji immediately smiled and said, "I'm not trying to keep you in suspense, sister. I'm currently investigating this matter in depth. When the time comes, as long as you help me, I'm sure we'll succeed."

Lan Tianpeng nodded and said, "Of course, I support you, sister."

Upon hearing this, Lan Xiangji immediately said excitedly, "Okay, it's decided then. Now let's talk about 'Golden Thread Without Shadow.' No matter what the secret is, sister promises to keep it a secret, including my eldest cousin and my mother." Lan Tianpeng immediately smiled with relief and said, "

After I left you, I headed straight south. Soon I arrived at a ferry crossing, and in a small breakfast shop, I encountered Bai Yufu, whom you and I had sparred before..."

Upon hearing this, Lan Xiangji immediately interjected seriously, "That must have been pre-arranged, deliberately arranged to meet you there."

Lan Tianpeng was startled, realizing that Lan Xiangji indeed possessed rich experience in handling affairs, and thus nodded, saying, "Indeed, I didn't know at the time, but I was already on high alert..."

Lan Xiangji asked somewhat impatiently, "Is she the real 'Golden Thread Shadowless'?"

Because the news of the "Silver-Clad Swordsman's" passing was not yet known to many in the martial arts world, and although Lan Xiangji had promised to keep it a secret, Lan Tianpeng still vaguely said, "Indeed, she is just one of the legendary 'Golden Thread Shadowless'..."

Lan Xiangji, however, interrupted in confusion, asking, "Why do they need two people to impersonate one person?"

Lan Tianpeng thought for a moment and said, "This is also a means of controlling the 'Dragon and Phoenix Society'." Lan Xiangji said impatiently, "

Why don't you talk about how they became your senior sisters? As far as I know, Master Ding of 'Flying Cloud's Last Words' only accepted you as his disciple. Before you, he never accepted any female disciples."

Lan Tianpeng said vaguely, "They are all senior sisters in our sect..."

Lan Xiangji was even more confused and said, "But your master's wife, Chen Tianli, didn't accept any female disciples besides her daughter, Ding Mengmei." Seeing that Lan Xiangji knew his sect's details very well, Lan Tianpeng didn't hide anything and told her the truth. Lan Xiangji further asked, "They didn't want you to stay and co-manage the 'Dragon and Phoenix Society'."

Lan Tianpeng said without hesitation, "Of course..."

Upon hearing this, Lan Xiangji's expression changed instantly, and she blurted out, "You agreed?"

Lan Tianpeng smiled calmly and said with exceptional composure, "Since I promised you, how could I agree to them?"

Upon hearing this, Lan Xiangji's beautiful face blossomed into a smile, her heart filled with joy and a deep sweetness rising from within. She gazed at Lan Tianpeng with affection and asked shyly, "Is what you're saying true?" Lan Tianpeng, upon hearing this ,

couldn't help but laugh and cry at the same time. He could only smile and say seriously, "Isn't it true that I'm sitting right in front of you now?"

Lan Xiangji nodded in satisfaction and then asked with concern, "How will you go to find your two senior sisters later? You should know that I don't want you to ruin the harmony between you and your fellow disciples because of me."

Lan Tianpeng thought of the scene where Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi had stormed off in a huff earlier, and his two sword-like eyebrows immediately furrowed together. After a long while, he said sadly, "I think they must be suspecting that the matter of 'Liao Jing' kidnapping my sister to Mount Kongtong was a premeditated plan we had arranged beforehand." Upon hearing this

, Lan Xiangji immediately dismissed it, saying, "You don't need to worry about that at all. Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Jiangxi are the sphere of influence of their 'Dragon and Phoenix Society.' They have spies in every town and village. 'Liao Jing' and my actions have long been under their surveillance. Otherwise, the news that I was kidnapped by 'Liao Jing' wouldn't have reached your ears."

Upon hearing this, Lan Tianpeng's spirits lifted, and he blurted out, "Yes, sister is right."

Seeing that Lan Xiangpeng's spirits lifted immediately upon hearing that "Golden Thread Without Shadow" wouldn't be misunderstood, Lan Xiangji felt a pang of jealousy. Unconsciously, she coldly asked, "What are you so happy about?" Lan

Xiangpeng was taken aback, realizing Lan Xiangji was jealous. He felt he needed to clarify things, so he said seriously, "Sister Lan, I have something to tell you."

Lan Xiangji replied, "Go ahead."

Lan Xiangpeng said, "Sister Lan, what I want to tell you is that my two senior sisters are like you..." He then recounted the affairs of Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi, even mentioning Xiao Qionghua, Ding Mengmei, and Gao Lianying. After listening, Lan Xiangji pondered for a while. Lan Xiangpeng was filled with apprehension, worried that Lan Xiangji's displeasure might affect future harmony in their private quarters, which would be disastrous.

Lan Xiangji raised her head and said, "Brother Peng, were you worried I was angry? I know I was a little jealous just now, but after thinking about it for a while, I realized I was being too selfish. Take your two senior sisters, for example. They went to great lengths to help you. And yet I was still jealous of them. I'm so ashamed. I didn't know before, but now that I do, I feel truly ashamed. I feel unworthy to be your wife. Brother, now I understand. To be your wife, the first thing is not to be jealous. Don't worry, brother, I won't be jealous anymore."

Lan Tianpeng happily said, "Sister Lan, thank you. Actually, I should be the one ashamed. I can't give you both complete love."

Lan Xiangji said, "I've figured it out. Someone like you, possessing the essence of heaven and earth, no girl can resist you. If a girl monopolizes you, she will be punished by heaven. Brother, as long as you have me in your heart, I'm satisfied. I don't care about any titles."

Overwhelmed with emotion, Lan Xiangji embraced Lan Xiangji and kissed her, expressing his gratitude for her affection. After a while, Lan Xiangji pulled away and said to Lan Xiangji, "Brother, our two sisters have some misunderstandings about us. You should go find them quickly. They might have left in a huff since you haven't gone to see them for so long."

Lan Xiangji replied, "Regardless, I will still search for them near Dongguan. What about you, sister?"

Lan Xiangji thought for a moment and said, "Then I'll go first. Remember to put in a good word for me with our two sisters." She then stood up.

Lan Xiangji immediately stood up and asked, "Sister, are you still going back to Kongtong?"

Lan Xiangji replied without hesitation, "Of course! Are you still going to see my eldest cousin?"

Lan Xiangji also replied without hesitation, "Everything will proceed according to sister's plan."

Upon hearing this, Lan Xiangji smiled sweetly and said, "It's a deal. I'm leaving." With that, she leaped out the door, her slender waist arching, and flew straight onto the roof. Lan Xiangji followed closely behind, also leaping onto the roof.

Lan Xiangji glanced back at Lan Tianpeng with a smile, softly said "Goodbye," and then used her lightness skill to dash towards the city gate! Lan Tianpeng stood smiling, waving goodbye, watching Lan Xiangji fly away. Only after Lan Xiangji, like a fairy in mid-air, flew onto the city wall, turned back to wave, and flashed into the city did Lan Tianpeng, feeling utterly lost, head east. He knew the hope of finding Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi was slim, but he couldn't give up. Therefore, he stopped to examine each higher rooftop.

Suddenly, he noticed a golden thread flash and disappear on the northeast corner of the city wall. Lan Tianpeng was startled and used his lightness skill to give chase. He had no idea whether that flash of golden thread was Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi, because his eagerness for the golden thread to appear was perhaps just a mirage. Just as he was chasing along the river and north, he suddenly saw two golden threads appear simultaneously on the northeast city wall, also flashing and disappearing in an instant. Upon seeing this, Lan Tianpeng's confidence soared. He was certain he hadn't misjudged the situation, so he unleashed his full lightness skill to give chase. As he sped along, he couldn't help but feel confused. He had clearly seen a golden thread appear, so how could Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi have reappeared in the city at the same time in the blink of an eye?

Then, a thought struck him, and he suddenly realized something, while also being startled. The golden thread he had first noticed must have been the person who had recently been wearing the specially made golden veil, impersonating "Golden Thread Without Shadow." This realization sent a chill down his spine. If the person he had discovered at the inn in the city was the one impersonating the female leader of the "Dragon and Phoenix Society," even if Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi caught up, they would likely be no match for her. In terms of lightness skill alone, Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi were inferior. In the blink of an eye, he reached the corner of the city. To observe the direction the three had gone, he had no choice but to leap across the moat and soar onto the city wall.

Looking around, his eyes lit up. Sure enough, two or three miles away, three golden streaks were rushing north at breakneck speed! However, Lan Tianpeng could tell that the golden streak figure ahead was indeed the one he had chased out of the city from the inn. The other party clearly hadn't used his full lightness skill. If he maintained a distance, neither wanting to escape nor be caught, but merely keeping a distance, it was obviously a trap with ulterior motives.

Thinking of this, Lan Tianpeng became secretly anxious. He was afraid that Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi might be lost, so he leaped down from the city wall, crossed the moat, and gave chase with all his might. However, when he thought of the person impersonating "Golden Thread Without Shadow," whose eyes were filled with resentment and anger the moment he saw him and Lan Xiangji, what was the reason for that? Then, he suddenly realized that the person impersonating "Golden Thread Without Shadow" must also know him, Lan Tianpeng. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been spying outside the inn, much less leaving in anger.

But who was that person? Judging from their height, it was a woman, but there are plenty of short men too. Suddenly, he heard the whistling sound of clothes whistling through the air. Lan Tianpeng was startled and quickly focused. Ahead lay a sparse, withered forest. The branches of the trees and the fallen branches on the ground had mostly been cut down by woodcutters, leaving only bare, dry trunks.

Countless shimmering golden shadows darted and danced among the sparse, withered trees. Lan Tianpeng quickly focused his gaze and discovered that the two figures in the flash were only using special techniques to fight; they hadn't withdrawn their swords, clearly indicating that they both knew the other was someone with whom they had a connection. Standing to the side was someone—either Ouyang Zi or Huangfu Hui—he couldn't tell from their gaze which of the two was on his side. Then, he stared intently and suddenly realized that his assumption that Ouyang Zi and Huangfu Hui couldn't distinguish who was who was in the other group was wrong.

Because one of the two spinning figures used the "Body Technique Steps" from the "Vajra Subduing Demons Manual," that person was clearly Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi. However, the other person's movement technique was also extremely magical. Although it wasn't the "Body Technique Steps" from the "Vajra Subduing Demons Manual," it was remarkably similar. Judging from that person's nimble movements, their lightness skill was clearly superior to Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi's, yet that person showed no intention of attacking.

While observing, Lan Tianpeng had already reached the edge of the forest, leaping onto a withered tree. Taking advantage of Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi turning their heads to look, he blurted out urgently, "Sister, please stop! We're all family!" As soon as he finished speaking, the two swirling golden figures suddenly separated.

Three people dressed in identical styles, of the same material, and all wearing golden cloaks stood in a "品" (pin) shape. Aside from the one on the left, whom Lan Tianpeng knew was either Huangfu Hui or Ouyang Zi, he couldn't tell which of the other two was impersonating "Golden Thread Without Shadow." However, all three women were staring at him with the same resentment, none of them showing any intention of speaking to him. Lan Tianpeng was stunned by this situation. Although he had called them over, claiming they were family, they had actually stopped fighting, and he couldn't explain their relationship. A moment of silence followed, their six gleaming eyes still fixed on him.

Seeing this, a thought suddenly struck Lan Tianpeng. He felt that the most urgent thing was to find out which of the two who had stopped fighting was Huangfu Hui or Ouyang Zi. Then, he could try to find out who the other person was, whether by capturing them or interviewing them, he would get to the bottom of it. With this thought in mind, he decided to use a "self-inflicted injury" ruse, falling from the treetop. If it was Huangfu Hui or Ouyang Zi, they would surely rush to his rescue without hesitation. At that moment, the person standing still was the one impersonating "Golden Thread Without Shadow," and he could have pounced on her and captured her.

In that instant, he conjured an image of inner anguish, speechless frustration, and utter grievance. Suddenly, he staggered, letting out a startled cry: "Sister—" The word "sister" barely left his lips before his eyes closed, and he plummeted headfirst towards the tree.

Just as he tumbled downwards, the three women in golden threads cried out in unison, "Brother Peng!" With these cries, one of them lunged at the falling Lan Tianpeng, moving with incredible speed. Despite the distance, she passed between Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi, and was the first to reach out and catch Lan Tianpeng.

As soon as Lan Tianpeng was caught, he prepared to leap up, but the person who caught him struck his "Black Resting Acupoint" with a finger. Fortunately, Lan Tianpeng had already begun practicing "Acupoint Shifting Technique." Although he couldn't yet move his acupoints, he had gained some resistance, remaining in a semi-conscious state. Realizing he had been acupoint struck, he was genuinely startled, powerless to resist, and could only let the person who caught him carry him away like lightning. At the same time, Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi, who were rushing towards Lan Tianpeng, were both shocked and shouted angrily, "Put him down! Put him down!" With these shouts, the two displayed their lightness skills, giving chase.

However, the person in the golden cloak carrying Lan Tianpeng was too fast. Although initially only a ten-foot difference, after catching him, the distance suddenly increased by several feet, and the chase only widened further. Huangfu Hui and Ouyang Zi were both surprised and anxious. Although they recognized the person's golden cloak and concluded they were likely connected, the fact that the person addressed Lan Tianpeng as "Brother Peng" puzzled and confused them. The two kept asking themselves, "Who is this person in the golden cloak with such extraordinary lightness skills? Why did they take the opportunity to kidnap Peng?"
