Was she subjected to any unspoken rules or exploitation?

My girlfriend used to work in housekeeping at a hotel, on a three-shift system. For a while, she suddenly had a lot of night shifts. During our conversations, she mentioned a manager in a certain department a few times, saying she got along well with some people in her department and that he would even buy her breakfast. Once, my girlfriend went to visit a friend in a neighboring city. When she called to say she got a ride back with that manager, I asked her why. She said her wife and kids were in the neighboring city, and he worked here; he was just coming back after visiting them on the weekend, so she hitched a ride. I was quite angry about this and told her not to do that again to avoid owing him favors. Later, my girlfriend said she was transferred to the finance department. She said it was because she majored in accounting in college, and the hotel had only recently started operating and was short-staffed, so she was transferred there. She got a raise, and her working hours became administrative shifts instead of the three-shift system.

However, in her new position, she would frequently tell me she had to work overtime, like night audits at the hotel. Since we weren't living together yet, we each slept at our parents' houses. Sometimes I was so tired that I fell asleep before I even received a text from her saying she was coming home. Sometimes it was past 1 a.m., sometimes she wouldn't reply at all, and the next day she'd say she was worried about disturbing my sleep. That's when I started to get suspicious. Finally, one time, she lied and said she was working overtime, but my friend saw her at a karaoke bar. My friend was very drunk and called me, asking why my girlfriend was out drinking with a man, and even tried to hit her and the man. Later, my girlfriend took the phone and said she was having a gathering with some colleagues, both men and women, and told me not to overthink it. I hung up in anger and went to sleep. The next day, my girlfriend apologized profusely, saying she wouldn't lie to me about going out again. After that, she really didn't say she was working overtime anymore, and when she went out with friends, she sent me photos and videos to prove she was only singing with a few female friends.

Later, my girlfriend suddenly went to the gynecology department, saying she had a vaginal infection, caused by some kind of bacteria. She also told me that she felt uncomfortable every time we had sex and advised me to be careful about hygiene. However, I did some research and found that if women could have that infection, men could too, but I didn't experience any symptoms. Also, my girlfriend and I almost always used condoms during sex; we rarely didn't. Therefore, considering all this, I strongly suspected that my girlfriend had been having an affair with that manager.

I then checked my girlfriend's call history, noting down several numbers that called frequently. I then used those numbers to find her WeChat account. One number had been called a lot, almost every morning very early and every evening after my previous calls. Although she was called more often, she also initiated many calls, some of which were quite long. After searching her WeChat profile picture, I found it belonged to a man in his thirties, and I confirmed that this was the manager. After adding him on WeChat and accepting his request, I directly asked him about my relationship with my girlfriend. He asked who I was, and I told him it was none of my business, as I assumed he had a wife and children and they probably didn't want to know such things. He immediately changed his tune, saying he had no relationship with my girlfriend, only treating her like a close younger sister. I said, "Even if we're close, why would I need to wake her up every morning and put her to bed every night?" After a while, he said, "I understand, I won't contact her anymore." At the time, I didn't directly ask if he had slept with my girlfriend, knowing he would definitely deny it. When I got home, I asked my girlfriend, "I checked your call history and told the manager." She said she knew, and that she would receive a text message notification when the manager checked, so she could check, since it didn't seem like a big deal. The manager also asked her if the person who added him on WeChat was her boyfriend, and she said yes. I then asked her why the manager called her every day, and she said she didn't know, but he just kept calling her, and she couldn't very well not answer. I then asked her about the caller ID. My girlfriend said that when she was working in housekeeping, several people in her department were close to the manager and would ask him to bring them food, so she was the one making the calls. He also said that since it's nothing with this person, it's fine if you say it.

In short, I think my girlfriend was definitely sexually assaulted, but she will absolutely not admit it. I don't have any concrete evidence, and now I'm really conflicted about what to do.
