This couple is using the guise of couple-based dating to swindle money: the man and I first add each other on QQ to discuss the timing and process of our "couple-based dating" session, and the woman adds me on WeChat (for making payments). They then repeatedly ask for things like booking a hotel room, buying gifts (phones), buying sex toys, booking restaurants, a "meeting gift," and a hotel deposit. After the final payment is transferred, they immediately block me on WeChat and QQ, and I can't contact them anymore. Please, fellow enthusiasts, be vigilant when making friends and don't fall for this scam. How can we combat these scammers and restore a clean dating environment to the 69 platform?
