I support the original poster's analysis. Humans are not as adept at flying as insects and birds, nor as adept at swimming as fish and shrimp, nor as fast as herbivores who have access to grass everywhere, nor as strong as carnivores with sharp teeth and claws. Humans are intelligent, and tribal living is the way to survive. Group living inevitably leads to group sex, which in turn leads to incestuous marriage, resulting in unhealthy offspring and ultimately, the extinction of the tribe. Through war, capturing female captives became the only way for tribes to survive. If they won, male captives, old captives, and young captives, who could not produce any offspring, were all killed and eaten. Only the women were kept to bear children. However, even captured women were not spared during famine years. Those who were ugly, had rough skin, or were disobedient were chosen and killed first. Therefore, in order to survive, female captives were genetically predisposed to be more beautiful, fair-skinned, and submissive to men. They even had to learn to dress themselves up, to seduce men, and to be lewd and depraved during intercourse until they gave birth to healthy and intelligent sons.
