I don't quite agree with this view. I'm not sure what illnesses this might cause, but it will definitely lead to spermatorrhea (weak ejaculation) over time. I've had it myself, and I'm currently doing Kegel exercises and urination control to increase my ejaculation strength. Also, it makes the time longer, and since I don't always focus on the main goal during sex, I can usually last around 30 minutes. My wife usually ejaculates after about 20 minutes, and then for the next 10 minutes, she keeps asking when I'm going to ejaculate, saying she can't go on, that it hurts, etc. This makes the feeling of almost ejaculating disappear. Sometimes, to appease my wife, I just stop and go to sleep with an erection.
