Many things are predictable, yet require time and money to work out.
A few years ago, by chance, I added a female government official on WeChat. We hit it off and I was ready to make my move. She told me she was getting married soon, so to avoid trouble, I deliberately distanced myself, exchanging only brief messages and liking/commenting on her WeChat Moments. Three years later, she got married and had a child. One day, she sadly told me she was divorced (when a woman is sad, contacting you means she trusts you). At the time, I was working out of town and busy, so I could only offer verbal comfort; the little energy I had at home was spent feeding my wife.
During the pandemic, I wasn't busy, so I slowly started flirting with her. She told me about her experiences of being harassed by government officials after being dragged out drinking parties. Because she was a divorced woman, she immediately attracted a dozen or so concerned men, all sorts of hypocrites and pretentious men.
Yesterday, my business trip went smoothly, and I headed back without staying overnight. I texted her when we were still over an hour apart, saying I'd come to see her tonight (she lives alone), and I'd be there in ten minutes. She kept saying no. Twenty minutes later, she asked me to take a video. I said I was still on my way, and she called me a liar and a scumbag. This is the indirect consent a woman needs, so I had to step on the gas. She sent me her location, an old neighborhood in the city, without specifying the building or number, and told me to find it by following the directions, saying to knock on the door when I found it. Damn, it was 11 PM, and I searched for almost half an hour before finally confirming it was her house by looking at the couplets on the door. Seriously pretentious. I knocked for ages, then said I couldn't do anything inside. I was on the sofa, and I said my morality was condemning me for letting a strange man in. She opened the door, immediately ran into her room, and locked it. I rested on the sofa for ten minutes, partly because I was tired from driving up the stairs, and partly because the girl was cold. Ten minutes later, I knocked again, asking her to bring me a blanket. She knocked for several more minutes, again lecturing me about morality, making me feel like I was being unreasonable. At this point, I showered her with compliments and flattery. Finally, she relented and went in without turning on the lights, only allowing me a brief hug. Sigh, Chinese women always have their own moral boundaries. Once inside, I didn't turn on the lights either. She hugged me for half a minute, then started pushing me away. I had to use my hands and mouth, and soon I was moaning and responding. After two hours of fussing, during my last attempt to tease her, she grabbed it and put it inside herself; she must have been really hungry.
It cleared up around 5 AM, so we had sex again—no need to turn off the lights. Haha. I swim three times a week and play soccer once a week, but my stamina isn't what it used to be; I eventually felt a bit weak, or maybe being a housewife is too hard on my back.
We didn't spend a penny; we just chatted about literature, music, and movies that interested her, and I tried to comfort her when she was feeling down.
