So I try my best to make up for it at home and with my in-laws. I also try to be cooperative in our sex life, even if I don't feel anything, I let him release his pent-up emotions. The second reason was that our families were well-matched; we are both only children. I told Chao Niu that marriage isn't about finding a boyfriend; matching social status is very important. Find someone who likes you, not someone you like. Chao Niu and I chatted until after 8 pm, sitting on a bench by the river, each with a can of beer, enjoying the evening breeze. Chao Niu told me she's never really wanted to get married; having a stable home makes her feel constrained, and that feeling doesn't suit her.
