My miserable business trip began on the second day in Nanjing. I forgot to drink the local water, and ended up with water and soil acclimatization problems. I finally felt better. Thankfully, although I got scolded, the overall situation is okay. My booth was still the most impressive, and so was Ningbo's. I couldn't stay up any longer in the afternoon, so I finished up and went back to the hotel. My handsome friend kept me company on QQ until around 2 AM, and this morning he was concerned about my cold. He came over this afternoon to bring me fever-reducing patches. I had a fever but wasn't sweating, and then, as expected, the fever broke after I was put through the wringer twice. My fever did go down, but my legs were still weak. Now I'm resting, and tonight we'll stroll around Nanjing, have dinner, and then watch a movie. He can stay with me until the end of the next few days. Tomorrow I can relax and find a more comfortable hotel. I'll enjoy these two leisurely days in peace. Then I'll go back to Shanghai to resume my normal life.
