Six ways to help women reach orgasm

Six ways to help women reach orgasm
Achieving orgasm during intercourse is usually due to the woman's conscious and active participation. During intercourse, she places a specific part of her clitoris, the most sensitive part, at the center of contact with the man's body, typically bringing it into contact with the genitals. Therefore, fundamentally, this clitoral stimulation during intercourse can be seen as self-stimulation by the woman. In summary, there are six basic ways to achieve orgasm during intercourse.
(1) Female-initiated sexual positions
The woman-on-top position is arguably the most effective method, allowing women complete freedom of movement to achieve self-gratification. This position also allows women to tighten and bring their legs together, or adjust the depth of penile insertion to suit their individual needs, ensuring their clitoris touches the man's pubic bone.
Another position that works for many women is with the woman's abdomen pressed against the floor. The woman lies face down on the bed, and the man inserts his penis into her vagina from behind. This allows the woman to rub against the bed and sheets in a way she is comfortable with, and the man on top of her provides her with increased pleasure.
(2) Method of rubbing the pubic area/genitals together
This friction method is similar to the woman-on-top position, but can be used in any position. The friction involves full insertion, leaving only a small portion of the penis inside the vagina for thrusting, or full insertion without thrusting, while one partner rotates and twists their body in circles. This causes the genitals of both partners to press tightly together and rub against each other, especially providing the woman's labia and vulva with intense and pleasurable frictional stimulation.
(3) During sexual intercourse, the pubic bones of both men and women come into contact with each other.
The man presses his pubic bone firmly against the woman's clitoris, stimulating it with each thrust of the penis. In most cases, the man performs the physical movements. The most common position is the missionary position, but one or both partners can also sit. The woman's legs can be in any position, such as thighs apart, bent upwards or backwards, or extended into the air. The principle is to ensure that the stimulation of the clitoris during penile thrusting is not too difficult, and that the woman's body movements are free.
When the male and female genitals are stimulated together through friction, women prefer the following methods:
Slow, gentle, sensitive, and powerful. Not a continuous, violent thrusting. Insert slowly and gently, squeezing the genitals at the end of penetration. Generally speaking, only women who cannot reach orgasm during intercourse prefer rough treatment.
During the "squeezing and friction" stimulation process, women prefer the following methods:
Gentle yet deep penetration—almost no thrusting, just lying there together, embracing tenderly, the penis deeply inside the vagina. But it should also be remembered that women need continuous stimulation to reach orgasm, the opposite of men who need moderate, intermittent stimulation. This requires maintaining an effective rhythm, even in the shortest of moments.
(4) Keep the penis inside the vagina and do not let it move back and forth.
The head of the penis is positioned between the labia, and the base of the penis is pushed upwards towards the clitoris, as if to cover the vulva. Paradoxically, what feels good to a woman can sometimes feel bad to a man; in this position, the penis is not deeply inserted, which can leave some men feeling unsatisfied.
(5) Repeatedly insert the penis into the vagina.
In this type of intercourse, penile penetration is even less than in the previous position. That is, the penis only moves near the inner edge of the labia, or even completely leaves the vulva with each thrust. As a result, the vaginal opening and labia are constantly stretched and stimulated.
(6) Before orgasm, provide ample clitoral or other forms of stimulation, then insert the penis into the vagina; the woman will reach orgasm shortly thereafter.
