Summary of penile exercise methods

With the aim of resource sharing, I've been browsing online forums a lot lately, and there's a huge variety of methods and techniques for men's health. Now I'll make a brief summary focusing on one specific aspect, mainly penile issues. I'm not an expert, so please forgive any omissions.
First of all, forget about erectile dysfunction drugs, premature ejaculation soups, and penis enlargement surgeries—they're all utter nonsense. Penis exercise methods: 1. The common Kegel exercise: This is something most people are familiar with; it's the feeling of holding back urine. You can do 3-4 Kegel exercises per urination. You can also try it when you don't need to urinate. Personally, I find it more effective when lying down because you're more relaxed and can concentrate better. 2. Ice and hot water stimulation method: I've been practicing this recently. Originally, I had premature ejaculation due to frequent masturbation, once every 1-2 days, sometimes even more. So I consulted a doctor who recommended this method, which is also available online. Since it's winter now, it's convenient. When showering, first fill a small basin with cold water and then wash your whole body, including your penis. You can massage the glans for 1-2 minutes. Then stop showering (after the bathroom temperature has risen, preferably with a heater). Put your penis in the cold water for stimulation and massage for 1-2 minutes. Repeat 2-3 times. Although online sources say the water temperature difference should be around 20 degrees Celsius, I personally think a larger temperature difference is better, as a stronger stimulation will be more effective. Of course, it depends on your own physical condition. (I've been using this method for almost a month now, and I feel the effect is quite noticeable; at least I don't ejaculate as easily during masturbation.) 3. High-pressure stimulation method: Similar to the second method, but done in summer. While showering, use the water heater probe to directly rinse the penis, using as much water pressure as possible. This will give the penis a stronger stimulation, making it easier to ejaculate. Remember to stop when you feel the urge, repeating 3-4 times. These are the three main methods. Whether other methods are scientific or harmful to the body remains to be verified, so I only recommend these for now. Secondly, dietary therapy. Inexpensive and easy-to-make dishes that nourish qi and kidneys: 1. Stir-fried eggs with chives. This should be known to everyone. Chives have a good aphrodisiac effect. 2. Yam. This is often used in traditional Chinese medicine. Stewing it with goji berries is also good. 3. Grind black sesame seeds and walnut powder into a powder, roast it, and then mix it with white sugar. Take one spoonful daily. I personally consume this; it helps prevent hair loss and nourishes the kidneys. It's easy to make and highly recommended! Additionally, acupressure may have a beneficial effect, but this is still under investigation, so I won't elaborate further to avoid misleading anyone. However, the Guanyuan acupoint, located about three finger-widths below the navel, can be massaged daily to regulate Qi and strengthen the kidneys. Finally, exercise, less internet use, more physical activity, and less masturbation are essential for developing healthy lifestyle habits. Unless you have a miracle cure, no one can save you if you don't change your bad habits. That's all I know for now; my knowledge is limited. I welcome any suggestions and feedback!
