Not long after arriving at the park, I wrote a few entries in my journal. I found a couple of friends, and we had a date yesterday. We went to a coffee shop; they sat on one side, and I sat on the other. The soft candlelight and gentle music created a warm atmosphere. We drank our coffee, looking at each other, and then we both laughed, breaking the awkward silence. We're the same age; the woman is very beautiful and petite. We talked a lot—about work, family, children, and society—and got along very well. The two of us men drank two beers, exchanged names, phone numbers, and addresses, and agreed to keep in touch and get together often. When we parted, the man let me kiss his wife goodbye. I was so happy and lucky! I'm looking forward to our next meeting. Thank you, 69 Park!
