I wrote some on my phone yesterday, but unfortunately I couldn't upload it and the content is gone. What a waste of time!
With the child back at school, it was just my wife and me at home, and Zhou Ge started calling more often. Since my sister-in-law was still in school, he mostly called my wife directly.
Today is Monday. I arrived at my building around 6 a.m. My wife answered the phone and said, "Just come up, it's okay, I'll open the door for you."
He came in smiling and said, "Little brother, you're still half asleep, aren't you? Don't wake him. Put these mountain produce in the kitchen; a friend brought them over last night. You haven't brushed your teeth yet, mmm." I knew they were kissing.
"Alright, alright, come inside. Aren't you going to work today?" my wife asked Brother Zhou.
"I'm not going. My wife is coming back at noon, and I have to pick her up." My older brother entered our bedroom: "Little brother, you're a first-class sleeper, completely naked, haha."
My wife put the things in the kitchen and came back: "He sleeps like this all year round, even when the kids are home. Let him move over a bit, you can lie down and rest, I'm going to wash up."
I rolled over, pretending I had just woken up, and said, "Big brother's here. Let's pick up sister-in-law today."
"I'll go pick him up. You go to work. I don't want you to be late for work all the time." The older brother leaned against the headboard, in the spot where my wife had just been sleeping.
