Seeking methods for uploading high-resolution images.

My pictures are all high-resolution, but when I upload them, either the head or the legs are missing. I then use screenshot software to take screenshots and upload them again, but the pictures aren't high-resolution anymore. I have no other solutions. If any expert has a solution, please advise.
