(First) Replenishing the body's blood and qi, and basic daily breathing techniques. This

is unrelated to body shape or muscle mass. Humans experience birth, aging, illness, and death—this is the natural order. However, maintaining good physical and mental health can undoubtedly slow down aging.

Humans eat grains and other foods, so the blood and qi in our bodies are inevitably mixed, meaning they are prone to imbalance and illness. The five internal organs and six viscera are also damaged to varying degrees due to human emotions and desires; this is unavoidable. We can't

all become monks, can we? To replenish the blood and qi in the body and nourish the five internal organs, we must start with breathing techniques. Most healthy people use thoracic breathing. Over time, this causes constant friction in the lungs, leading to premature cell aging. For those with lung problems,

this breathing method is even worse. Athletes often use abdominal breathing. This method involves inhaling (expanding the abdomen) and exhaling (contracting the abdomen).

Why do they use this method? It massages the abdomen constantly, exercising the large and small intestines and stomach, enhancing digestion and absorption, increasing appetite, and thus converting more nutrients into vital energy! When your vital energy is sufficient, other organs will also be affected, receiving nourishment and gradually becoming fuller from deficiency.

You may feel uncomfortable at first, but after about a week, you'll find you've gotten used to this breathing method. You won't need to consciously try; it will just happen naturally. After a few weeks, you'll notice a slight increase in appetite!

If you feel bloated in your abdomen, it means you're trying too hard to breathe, and your muscles are too tense. Relax and breathe naturally with your usual rhythm.

(Second) Guiding exhalation based on reverse abdominal breathing.

After completing the first step, your spirits will be good, and your vital energy will be relatively abundant. Next, you should guide your exhalation appropriately. Why do this? (We oppose practicing Falun Gong, -_-!) Don't be nervous; it's not difficult or evil.

Under normal circumstances, your body's blood and energy circulation is very stable and quiet. Note that this refers to blood and energy. When you are tense, exercising, or startled, your breathing becomes rapid, and your blood and energy surge. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that humans have essence, energy, and blood, while Western medicine only mentions essence and blood. In fact, the interdependence between Qi and Blood is much closer than you might imagine. Both

Qi and Blood are essential material foundations for human life activities. Their relationship can be summarized as "Qi is the commander of Blood, and Blood is the mother of Qi." The *Neijing* states, "What a person possesses is only Blood and Qi." Qi and Blood share the commonality of being derived from the body's essence (including the essence of food and water and kidney essence). Qi generates, circulates, and retains Blood. What

we need to do is appropriately stimulate the flow of Qi and Blood within the body. As for why we need to go to unnecessary trouble, I won't elaborate, but simply put, proper breathing allows Qi and Blood to circulate more rapidly and cleanse the entire body! You know that vigorous exercise feels great, like you've gotten a workout…

but we don't need this kind of mechanical exercise to strengthen our bodies. We only need to appropriately stimulate the flow of Qi and Blood within the body; 10 minutes is equivalent to 30 minutes of mechanical exercise.

Take a deep breath, exhale slowly, slightly contracting your abdomen, feeling the exhaled air engage your abdominal muscles—this is called "Qi sinking to the Dantian," feeling the exhaled air finally settle in your abdomen! Continue this cycle three times a day, 10 minutes each time! After finishing, you might feel a little dizzy, even a little numb and sweaty in your abdomen—that's normal! You'll feel a bit tired afterward because it's equivalent to running 1 kilometer.

Singers often use this method to train their breath, making it long and deep! However, they guide the breath more gently to nourish it, while we guide it to cleanse—the purpose is different.

Over time, this strengthens the abdomen, and some of the blood and energy will stagnate in the abdomen, nourishing the abdominal meridians. The kidneys and liver on both sides will also receive nourishment and cleansing from the blood and energy! The lower abdomen is where all the body's meridians converge, so it's very important; I won't go into details here.

After two weeks, you'll feel refreshed and energetic! The kidneys govern essence, and the liver governs blood; with this exercise and nourishment, deficiencies will be restored. Those with kidney or liver problems may experience pain; this is a normal reaction to the blood and energy impacting the affected area, so don't worry. You should still see a doctor for a checkup.

If you feel a burning or bloating pain in your lower abdomen, please stop guiding your breathing. This is usually caused by improper guidance, such as trying too hard to exhale in a dramatic way without following the rhythm. Do not guide your breathing with rapid exhalations; instead, breathe gently and relax.

(Third) If you have achieved some success in your training, guide your breathing to blow on your scrotum.


This section is hidden, and you have already replied. The following is the hidden content.
After the above two steps, if you haven't experienced much depletion, such as excessive sexual activity, you will feel more energetic, and your previous fatigue and weakness will improve. Your eyes will no longer be dull, and your libido will be somewhat stronger. Due to excessive blood and energy, some people may feel irritable and have dry lips in daily life.


However, I advise everyone not to waste your vital energy. The body needs time to recover from depletion! Even if you feel good, don't do this. Maintain nutrition and a little daily exercise to consolidate your results.

Then... proceed to step three:

Everyone knows that the testicles are extremely important to men. No need to elaborate, everyone understands. Some older men even believe that massaging their testicles can prolong life and rejuvenate their penises, though this depends on individual circumstances.

Haha, some guys try to develop strong sexual ability by hanging heavy objects from their scrotums—that's foolish! Don't try this! Such methods might be effective, but you should absolutely not attempt them!

Breathing at this point. Each time you inhale, gently lift your scrotum; each time you exhale, relax your scrotum.
This process doesn't need to be too deliberate! You already have the foundation from the previous steps, so a little effort is enough. No need to exert force; rushing will make you breathless. Do this three times a day, 10 minutes each time.

Why do this? A man's kidneys and testicles in the scrotum are closely related. Massaging the scrotum is equivalent to massaging the kidneys, so the purpose of this step is to fill the scrotum and make the testicles vigorous and active!

When a little blood and energy reaches the scrotum, it will produce a vigorous reaction. This blood and energy is different from before; it is very pure and abundant. Its inherent vitality stimulates the testicles in the scrotum! They will become active!

Brothers, please be careful at this step. Don't overdo it! When you feel the scrotum swell and remain swollen for about a minute without relaxing, you can stop and rest for a while! It doesn't have to be swollen for a full minute; just feel the movement in your otherwise calm scrotum. Wait for the scrotum to relax again, then continue, using 10 minutes as a guideline.

Remember, stop when it swells and doesn't relax. Also, stop after 10 minutes; haste makes waste! For sexual happiness, what's wrong with enduring a few days? Hehe.

After about a week, whenever you exhale, you will feel your scrotum swell and become warm. Some brothers with strong Yang energy may also feel a tingling pain in the perineum, below the scrotum! Don't worry!!

However, after experiencing this reaction, temporarily stop practicing step three and switch back to your usual first step of daily abdominal breathing. Don't guide the blowing on the scrotum.

Don't worry about this reaction; it's a normal response to the flow of vital energy and blood to the perineum. This is a good thing, proving that your body's vital energy and blood are abundant. At this point, you can resume sexual activity in moderation, just don't overdo it.

At this stage, you'll feel very comfortable, as if you've become much lighter, your spirits are high, your libido is strong, and you'll feel an urgent need to release. Some may feel irritable and want to hit objects.

Note: For physically strong men and unmarried men, step three only needs to be practiced briefly. Blowing on the scrotum excessively every day without release can be detrimental to your physical and mental health.

Therefore, those who are physically weak or have a history of excessive sexual activity can practice step three more times. As for erectile dysfunction, I don't expect it to have much effect, but for normal men, it will enhance sexual function. This is something I can guarantee. Addendum: After practicing Step 3 for a few weeks, nocturnal emission may occur, which is a normal reaction. If the frequency of nocturnal emission is excessive, it indicates that your kidneys were previously weak, and the seminal gate is loose. After 10 minutes of guided scrotum blowing, perform the following two steps for 3 minutes to consolidate the essence:

1) Before going to sleep, after completing Step 3, lie flat with your legs apart and toes gripping the ground (meaning bending the legs; generally, the Yongquan point and Huiyin point are prone to leakage of essence, gripping the ground with the toes and contracting the anus can tighten them), cup your scrotum with your hands, take a deep breath, contract the anus and scrotum, and exhale without paying attention. You will feel the testicles in your scrotum turning upwards with your inhalation and contraction of the anus. 2 minutes.

2) Gently massage your lower abdomen clockwise with your hands, while gently breathing abdominally, allowing the essence that previously descended to flow back to the lower abdomen. 1 minute, then go to sleep.




(Step 4) Daily consolidation and attention to details.

The last step is also very important.

In daily life, although you are in good spirits through exercise, do not indulge in sexual activity every day. This is not good.

Penis care: Personal hygiene is crucial; those who only shower every three days have a bad reputation. Showering cleanses the body and relaxes blood vessels, but more importantly, wash your penis with cold water. You can shower with hot water, then rinse your penis with cold water afterwards. The scrotum prefers coolness; a hot environment, aside from affecting sperm motility, can actually strengthen your penis. Just like winter swimming strengthens the body, washing your penis with cold water is beneficial.

Also, if you have phimosis, keep the glans dry after showering. Don't leave it damp. Trim pubic hair regularly; in short, keep it dry and hygienic.

Answer: Your breathing is too deliberate. Don't try to control the expansion and contraction of your abdomen while breathing, as this will cause tension in your abdominal muscles and make it easy to hold your breath. Try to relax. Don't practice deliberately; just get used to it. In the beginning, don't practice breathing while doing other things. In a quiet place, slowly feel the expansion and contraction of your abdomen, and let it rise and fall naturally with gentle exhalation and inhalation (don't exhale through your mouth, inhale through your nose).
