Volume 6 Chapter 1 Yue Ban Nong

"Deadly danger is approaching its countdown, sixty seconds left!"

"Master, wake up quickly, or you'll become a roasted pig's head!"

A harsh and urgent voice rang incessantly in Zoni's mind, waking him from his brief coma.

Zoni shook his head, his consciousness returning, and he remembered what had just happened. He had been knocked down and trampled by dozens of charging dragons. If it weren't for his extremely resilient body, he would have been crushed into mincemeat. Then a huge crack appeared in the ground, and everything around him began to collapse, including the dragons, who all fell into the magma and perished. Zoni, however, escaped because he was much smaller and lighter than the dragons.

After regaining consciousness, Zoni found himself in an extremely dangerous environment.

Above him was a sliver of pale blue sky, beneath his feet was hard earth. He was now deep underground, surrounded by muddy soil and rock walls. Before him lay a vast fissure stretching to an unknown distance, and deeper still, surging magma, its intense heat capable of destroying everything, rising and threatening to erupt onto the slightly raised platform he was on in no time. For

some unknown reason, this massive fissure had opened, reaching deep into the magma. Had Zoni not been lucky enough to land on a raised platform, he would likely have already fallen directly into the magma: the consequences were unimaginable; his Vajra-level body might not have been able to withstand the deadly heat.

The White God's voice was coldly counting down, signifying that the surging magma was about to reach the platform. If he didn't do something in this time, he would probably be bathing in the magma.

To Zoni's surprise, he heard the evil voice, which delighted him. However, now was not the time to rejoice; escaping was the most important thing, otherwise it would be too late once the molten lava surged up.

Zoni quickly scrambled to his feet and began to climb frantically. If a pack of wolves were chasing after him, most humans would unleash their full potential, their strength and speed increasing dramatically. But now, chasing him was molten lava, a thousand times more terrifying than wolves—a terrifying substance capable of melting even steel.

Zoni's strength and speed were already extraordinary, and now, under the pressure of this deadly danger, he pushed his formidable abilities to the limit, his body climbing upwards with the agility of a monkey.

However, on this near-vertical cliff, even a monkey couldn't move with incredible speed. Zoni could clearly feel the surrounding heat rising rapidly, indicating that the molten lava beneath his feet was approaching at an even faster pace. If he didn't run quickly, he would probably be bathing in the lava in no time.

"Master, there's a passage seven meters to the right and above. Scanning confirms it leads to the surface."

At this critical moment, Bai Shen finally brought Zoni some encouraging news. Without hesitation, Zoni climbed in the direction Bai Shen indicated, and soon a dark crack appeared before him. In fact, as the crack in the ground widened, many fissures appeared in the soil, but most of these were dead ends.

Zoni didn't bother to check for danger and immediately plunged inside.

The crack wasn't wide, but it was large enough for one person to squeeze through. Zoni, slightly bent over, moved quickly forward, while the roaring sound of lava behind him grew closer, like a monster chasing its prey.

Zoni charged forward, forcing his way through the somewhat winding passage. His strong body allowed him to ignore the hard obstacles, and his eyes, which could see in the dark, helped him quickly escape the deadly danger surging from behind.

"I see it!"

Soon, Zoni saw a glimmer of light—the exit to the surface! He immediately used both hands and feet to quickly climb up.

When Zoni successfully crawled out of the ground, he found that the ground had changed drastically, and the crisis was far from over. On the contrary, the real test was just beginning.

Looking around, the land was ravaged, littered with rubble, mud, and burning flames, and even some dragon corpses.

Although dragon blood and scales were precious and rare materials, Zoni dared not approach them. Not far away, Ice Spring Peak erupted like a volcano, flames and smoke shooting into the sky, obscuring most of the heavens. The ground was shaking violently, revealing a massive, chasm-like fissure, with countless smaller cracks extending outwards in a torrent-like pattern.

These smaller cracks were only relative to the larger fissure; even they were large enough for an elephant to easily fall into.

Flames shone from all the cracks, indicating that magma from deep underground was rapidly rising.

Zoni glanced around instinctively, but didn't see Sylvia and the others; they had apparently already fled. Without a second thought, Zoni sprinted away from the cracks in the ground, buying himself time to escape.

A continuous, deafening roar filled the air; the ground trembled, and even the sky seemed to shake—a scene of utter apocalyptic destruction.

Zoni knew only to run, to reach safety before the ground completely collapsed.

His incredible strength and speed saved him; he felt the tremors lessen, not because the disaster was abating or ceasing, but because he was moving further away from the epicenter.

Zoni ran an unknown distance, a distance that even his superhuman stamina struggled to sustain: he was panting, staggering, and nearly exhausted.

Unable to continue, Zoni leaned against a boulder, catching his breath. Thankfully, this distance kept him safe for now, but in the distance, the cataclysmic apocalyptic scene showed no signs of stopping; instead, it intensified.

Smoke and dust blanketed a vast area, obscuring the sky. The earth groaned and struggled amidst the flames and intense heat. The expansive Ice Spring Peak had completely collapsed and vanished. A deafening roar relentlessly tested Zoni's eardrums. Finally, the smoke and dust settled, revealing a rare sight.

Centered on Ice Spring Peak, the entire area within several kilometers had collapsed, forming a bottomless crater. Lava gushing from the depths of the earth had transformed this area into a lake—a lake filled with lava.

Flames burned on the lake's surface, threatening to spread outwards. Zoni, having regained some strength, turned and ran, sprinting a great distance before finally escaping the danger.
Ice Spring Peak was gone, and so were the pleasant ice springs. His former safe haven was gone; everything had been drastically altered.

"What is this? An earthquake or a volcanic eruption?"

Zoni couldn't comprehend what was happening. In his memory, nothing like this had ever happened in Wenshak. It was as calm as cold, unchanging snow, unchanged year after year. Such a cataclysmic event shouldn't have occurred in Wenshak.

"It's a geological change. There's a powerful seismic source deep within the earth's crust, so intense it's beyond detection limits,"

White God's voice remained as harsh as ever, far less so than Wan'e's.

"Oh, it feels so good to be restarted! Master, you've become powerful again, congratulations!"

"Oh, Wan'e, it's so good to hear your voice again!"

"Me too, Master. It's a great honor to fight alongside you again!"

"I have a question. What's with this White God?"

"Oh, you mean that stubborn guy? He's New World Number Two. He has higher authority than me, more data, and more and more powerful functions. But he's not an intelligent computer; he doesn't have artificial intelligence."

Wan'e's tone was a little frustrated, but also a little proud.

"In short, that White God is just a stupid, stubborn guy. He only speaks when Master is in mortal danger or when Master asks him questions. He's a passive guy. Even if I yell at him now, he won't say a word. I'm different from him. I possess unparalleled intelligence... second only to Master's intelligence. I also have rich emotions and various beautiful voices. I can be your best friend..."

"Enough! Shut up!"

Zone, unable to bear it any longer, interrupted Wan'e's incessant rambling.

"Tell me, what abilities does White God have that you don't?"

"Oh, its functions are far more powerful than mine. Its detection capabilities are extremely strong, and its reaction speed is faster, its data processing is smoother, and its calculation ability is more outstanding... However, it's not as flexible as me. I have thoughts and intelligence, so I have creativity! Oh, what an outstanding ability! I love this ability! Unlike that rigid guy, I'm the most understanding computer."

The evil one kept rambling on and on, but it was indeed as sensible as it said, knowing that its master didn't want to listen to its nonsense, so it quickly got to the point.

"White God's greatest strength is its calculation ability, so any complex problem can be handed over to it to handle. However, it won't actively and reasonably describe the calculation results, while this is my strength. If we use them together, the functionality will be perfect."

Zoni's eyes lit up, remembering something that had always puzzled him.

"You evil spirits and the White God, look at this!"

Zone showed his wrist, displaying the ring on his finger, adorned with a three-petaled flower at the top: it was his mother's keepsake, an epic weapon stolen from an elf named Anubis, who called it "Moon Half-Nong." He had secretly tried to use it many times but couldn't; it remained in the form of a ring. According to Sylvia, epic weapons of each race choose their own masters, and without the recognition of the so-called weapon spirit, one cannot use the weapon.

Clearly, Zone hadn't gained Moon Half-Nong's recognition. Perhaps only pure elves could gain its approval, but Zone was unwilling to give up. He prepared to use the White God and the evil spirits' abilities to unravel the mystery of this elven divine weapon.

"Oh, what an ugly thing... uh, I mean, it's exquisite, the workmanship is very fine, the material is metal, but it's an unknown metal, and there's a special kind of fluctuation inside. Due to my limited abilities, I can't analyze what exactly that fluctuation is."

While Wan'e was still rambling, Bai Shen had already finished scanning and given a report. Its computing power was indeed far superior to Wan'e's.

"Unanalyzable metal, containing high-frequency electromagnetic waves. According to the data records, the closest thing to this electromagnetic wave is this humanoid creature."

Bai Shen projected the image of Anubis into Zoni's mind, which confirmed his guess. Sure enough, only pure elves could gain the recognition of this weapon.

Although Wan'e's computing power was far inferior to Bai Shen's, it could think, which was indeed an unparalleled advantage.

"The creatures of this era are completely different from those of the past, but each creature still possesses its own life electromagnetic waves. These high-frequency electromagnetic waves are somewhat similar to those of a creature called bats from the past, far exceeding the frequency of modern humans. According to my analysis, this is a completely new species, but not much different from humans. White God should be able to simulate these electromagnetic waves."

"White God, can you do it?" "

I can simulate it, but this object also contains undetectable energy, at least three times the intensity of this female human."

White God then displayed Sylvia's image, which slightly surprised Zoni.

However, he quickly understood. The elven divine weapon must contain immense secrets and power; otherwise, it wouldn't be called an epic weapon, making people on the continent flock to it.

"So, there might be unknown dangers inside this thing?"

"Theoretically, yes, but please rest assured, Master. According to my analysis, it's like playing a virtual game. As soon as Bai Shen stops the simulation, you'll immediately exit the game. Even if there's danger, it won't harm you. Bai Shen and I react with lightning speed, faster than the danger itself."

"Alright, start the simulation. I want to see what secrets this weapon holds."

Without Zoni doing anything, his mind automatically entered a mysterious state.

"Approaching... electromagnetic wave frequency matching!"

Zoni felt a darkness before his eyes, then it brightened again. He found himself in another world. At the same time, the ring on Zoni's finger lit up, its three petals radiating different lights, soft yet bright tri-colored light.

It was a beautiful world, full of flowers and greenery, peaceful and serene. The distant places and the sky were all hazy, impossible to see even with Zoni's sharp eyes.

No sound came; this world seemed unable to transmit sound at all, but Zoni could feel a pressure rapidly approaching.

This was an astonishing pressure, but it was nothing to Zoni, as he had already experienced far more ferocious power.

A figure of light slowly coalesced before him—the source of the pressure.

"Could this be the so-called trial of the divine weapon?"

Zoni became excited, rubbing his hands together, ready to witness it firsthand.

However, things didn't go as Zoni expected. He quickly realized that the trial of the divine weapon was far from simple, even somewhat terrifying.

The figure of light gradually solidified into a human form, and soon became clearer, revealing a beautiful image.

It should be a woman, but her features were unclear; he could only clearly see that she had a pair of pointed ears, a distinctive mark of elves.

This elven woman was naked, but Zoni didn't see anything erotic. In fact, apart from her figure and those pointed ears, this woman looked like a full-bodied shadow. The only clear detail was that she also wore a familiar ring on her finger—the elven epic divine weapon, "Moonlight Serenade."

A flash of red light streaked past, the ring vanished, and a finely crafted red longsword appeared in her hand—this seemed to be Yue Ban Nong's true form.

"A beautiful and imposing sword! I love it! It's mine!"

Zoni immediately took a liking to the red longsword. Its design was not only exquisite but also exuded a wild and fierce aura, making Zoni feel as if it were a weapon tailor-made for her.

Clearly, this elf wasn't going to hand over the sword obediently. Her aura slightly contracted before suddenly erupting, and she lunged forward.

"Is this the test of the divine weapon? Then let's have a fight!"

Zoni excitedly rushed forward, ready to knock down the elf and seize the longsword, but he quickly realized that this idea was a grave mistake.

The elf moved swiftly, which didn't surprise Zoni, but what shocked him was her skill.

This was true martial arts; the gleaming sword light seemed omnipresent, instantly enveloping Zoni. He felt real pain; countless sword strikes landed precisely on his vulnerable parts. If it weren't for his superhuman physique, he would have been torn to pieces.

Even so, Zoni felt that continuing was pointless, as such attacks would only harm his body.

"Damn it, get out of here!"

Everything went black, and Zoni felt his consciousness withdraw from the Moonlit Nong, returning to reality.

Zoni was horrified to find countless tiny wounds on his body. Although not serious, they were real, indicating that the damage his consciousness had suffered while inside the Moonlit Nong was truly reflected in his body.

"Damn it, what's going on?"

The voice of "Damn it" remained silent for a long while before replying, "This is a very difficult phenomenon to understand. The White God has been calculating until it's almost crashed, but it hasn't gotten any results. I suspect this isn't the power of technology, nor can it be explained by normal laws. It must be the effect of some kind of mysterious spiritual power."

"Okay, how should I deal with this thing?"

"Defeat her! You should have sensed it too. Her total energy isn't overwhelming, because a large portion of it is maintaining that strange world. She's fighting with skillful and ingenious techniques. Master, as long as you surpass her in this aspect, you can defeat her!"

"Don't joke around. I haven't received any formal martial arts training. Apart from agility and speed, I have no advantage in martial arts, let alone compared to such a master."

"With me and White God, there's no need to worry. I guarantee Master can take down that guy. Because it's a virtual world, White God and I, two supercomputers, can play our maximum role there to some extent. All you need to do is temporarily grant us control over the body. According to the original design, we only have the ability to briefly control Master's body in a virtual environment."

Zoni was somewhat skeptical, but he still chose to trust Wan'e.

Returning to that strange world, the same encounter occurred again, except this time the elf didn't use a red longsword. Instead, after a flash of blue light, a blue spear appeared in her hand: it was also a very beautiful and domineering weapon, its long, straight shaft smooth and glossy, its sharp tip seemingly capable of slicing through anything.

"Fantastic weapons! All of these will be mine!"

Zoni was increasingly fond of the "Moonlit Serenade" weapon, as it had already displayed two forms: a red sword and a blue spear, both of which he greatly admired.

"Wan'e, it's up to you!"

Immediately, Zoni felt his body move uncontrollably, and the agility and precision of the movements left him in awe.

Zoni's body dodged the attacks of the blue spear at incredible angles and directions. His dodging methods were simple yet exquisite; often, a sidestep or a simple movement was enough to evade the fierce attacks, his movements graceful and free.

The elves' attacks grew faster and faster, the spears thrusting from all sorts of unbelievable angles, leaving no doubt that a single blow would pierce through the body.

Controlled by the White God and the Evil One, his body became extraordinarily agile. Due to their powerful computational abilities, they could anticipate the opponent's various attacks, allowing Zoni to easily gain the upper hand.

In fact, this was also Zoni's good fortune, because this epic divine weapon could only be used by pure elves, except when forcibly suppressed by an even greater force. This so-called test of divine weapons was achieved through a battle of wits. In this process, the elven divine weapon, unlike human holy artifacts, did not involve a battle of brute force, but rather tested skill, which was consistent with the elves' consistent approach, valuing technique more than strength.

This gave Zoni a huge advantage. He successfully simulated the spirit of the elf using the White God, seizing ownership of the divine weapon in a near-cheating manner.

Soon, Zoni's iron fist struck the elf's body, not just once, but repeatedly. The feedback wasn't tangible, but like hitting a resilient surface of water, only causing her body to sway slightly. However,

this series of attacks wasn't without effect; at least the blue spear that Zoni coveted was knocked out of his hand.

But to Zoni's astonishment, the blue spear didn't fall to the ground. The elf reached out and summoned it, which immediately spun back from another direction, reappearing on her finger as a ring.

A flash of white light appeared, and this time a white bow appeared in the elf's hand. She didn't draw the bow or nock an arrow; instead, she simply raised her hand, and a white ball of light—condensed from her battle aura—slammed into the elf.

Zoni was overjoyed. This versatile weapon suited his taste perfectly—a combination of sword, spear, and bow. He was determined to seize Yue Ban Nong no matter what.

"Look at her heart; that should be her vital point!"

Zoni focused intently and indeed, after the fierce battle, a small point of light had faintly appeared at the elf's heart. If it weren't for his sharp eyesight, he would have easily missed it.

nimbly dodging the ball of light shot from the white bow, Zoni slammed his fist heavily into the point of light, causing a violent shockwave that reverberated throughout the entire space.

Zoni felt a wave of dizziness; his consciousness was immediately jolted out of his body, and when he recovered, he was back in the real world.

"Is it over?"

At this moment, Zoni raised his hand and saw the ring on his finger flashing soft red, white, and blue light continuously, then gradually dimming until it disappeared.

Zoni suddenly felt a strange connection between himself and the ring, as if it were an extension of his own body: a thought flashed through his mind, a red light flashed on the ring, and a red longsword instantly appeared in his hand.

After swinging the longsword a few times, finding it very comfortable to use, Zoni smiled with satisfaction. From now on, he had a handy weapon, which would greatly improve his strength.

"With this weapon, our chances of survival in this dangerous land will increase exponentially!"

Zoni had already considered his next plan. Due to the natural disaster, the road back was blocked, and he could only try to detour back to Blue River.

After that terrifying disaster, he had a vague premonition of danger. Wenshak, a place that was already unsafe, seemed to have become even more dangerous, and an uneasy atmosphere permeated the air. This could be seen from the nervous and restless small animals, not to mention the inexplicable appearance of so many dragons before, which was truly incomprehensible, because dragons are not social animals.

Zoni could not guarantee that he would encounter dragons next. He did not think he had the strength to fight dragons now, but with Yue Ban Nong, his chances of survival would increase.

The lava lake is vast, centered around Icespring Peak, where a wide and long fissure appears in the earth, reminiscent of the famous Mariners Canyon, a scar on the earth. However, while Mariners Canyon is a deep, dark space with a violent river, this place is filled with even more terrifying lava.

Although the lava lake is much narrower than the Mariner's Canyon, it's still too wide for humans to cross by air—at least not for Zoni—forcing him to choose a detour.

There are only two directions to choose from, but in reality, only one is truly feasible: crossing the edge of the Blackleaf Swamp. The other direction leads to Lake Vostok, a vast body of water, frigid and perpetually shrouded in icy mist, yet the water never freezes; anything that falls into it is instantly frozen solid.

While the Blackleaf Swamp is also terrifying, it's safe as long as one doesn't get too close.

Episode 6, Chapter 2: The Little Archaeologist

The Blackleaf Swamp appears as an endless plain, but beneath the surface lies a thick layer of black silt of unknown depth. This black silt creates a strange suction force; not only are creatures that step on it dragged into the depths of the swamp to their doom, but even small birds flying too low are sucked in—it's both annoying and terrifying.

The Blackleaf Swamp isn't entirely devoid of life; a sparse number of trees grow on its surface.

It was a very peculiar tree, tall and straight with no branches, its trunk covered in black leaves that constantly drifted down into the swamp.

Those who had visited the Blackleaf Swamp called it the Black Death Tree, because its leaves were highly poisonous; even smelling them was enough to cause poisoning, and death would be swift.

Therefore, the area around the Blackleaf Swamp was a forbidden zone for all living things; nothing of value was found there, and no one would ever think of coming.

After traversing a long slope, Zoni could see the Blackleaf Swamp in the distance, but he planned to turn back here and walk along its edge out of Wenshak.

Suddenly, a strange sound rang out behind him. At first, Zoni didn't pay attention, because unusual sounds were always heard in Wenshak, and the White God constantly monitored the surrounding area, issuing warnings of any danger.

By the time Zoni realized something was wrong, it was too late; an object rushed towards him at high speed, instantly appearing behind him.

"Hello! Sir, please move aside!" A girl's voice rang out, clear and childlike, but also sudden. Before Zoni could react, something neither soft nor hard bumped into his backside, the powerful impact sending him flying through the air.

"Ouch!" Zoni cried out, landing hard on the ground, almost sliding down the slope and tumbling into the swamp.

"Which bastard is this?" Zoni angrily scrambled to his feet, ready to settle the score with this clumsy fellow. "Uh... who are you?" Upon seeing the clumsy girl, Zoni was immediately speechless.

She was a girl who looked to be about fifteen years old. Her attire was very distinctive, full of youth and vitality. Although she appeared somewhat immature, she was still quite a pretty girl.

She wore a round hat, a sky-blue top and skirt, beneath which were slender legs and sky-blue boots that stretched all the way into the skirt. On her back was a huge backpack, almost as large as her body. Even more bizarrely, she was riding something with enormous wheels, a steel structure at least twice the height of two people.

"I'm so sorry, sir with black hair, the brakes broke, so I accidentally bumped into you!" the girl jumped down, hurriedly apologizing and bowing repeatedly.

Zoni was powerless against friendly, beautiful women, even if the girl before him was a bit young.

"Sir with black hair… oh!" Zoni then noticed that the girl had short, neat, and pretty silver hair; such a color was very rare.

"Hello, Mr. Black Hair, I'm Gunlan Hugo! A first-class designer at the Indianapolis Design Institute of the Divine Light Kingdom!" The girl greeted him politely, but Zoni couldn't fully understand what she was saying. Zoni knew about the Divine Light Kingdom, but he knew nothing about the so-called "Indianapolis Design Institute," he had never even heard of it. As for the title of first-class designer, it just sounded somewhat familiar to him.

"Never heard of it!" Zoni honestly admitted, "I'm Andrei Tsuiwen from Blue River!"

"You're Tsuiwen?" Gunlan exclaimed happily, "I just came from the Blue River capital. Aunt Palio said you're the person most familiar with the terrain of Wenshak, and I was just thinking of asking you to be my guide."

"Aunt Palio? Asking me? To be my guide?" Zoni was puzzled.

The silver-haired girl stated her purpose: "Mr. Cui Wen, I need to go to the Redstone Mountains for archaeological research, but I'll get lost without someone to guide me. My sense of direction in the wild... well, it's a little... minor problem, yes! Just a minor problem."

Zoni immediately muttered to himself, this girl named Qiang Lan sounded very familiar with Pario. Could she be sent by Pario to spy on him? However, Zoni quickly dismissed this conclusion. The disaster that erupted around Ice Spring Peak was clearly an accident; even with Pario's extraordinary abilities, he couldn't have predicted it. Meeting this girl here was just a coincidence. After

a slight hesitation, Zoni still boasted, "You're very lucky! If you're going to Wenshak, then I'm the best guide. I know every inch of this place like the back of my hand, especially the Redstone Mountains!" Zoni exaggeratedly boasted. In reality, he didn't know exactly where the Redstone Mountains were. He had only heard that there was a red mountain range on the other side of the Black Leaf Swamp. Although he didn't know its name, he guessed that it might be the Redstone Mountains that Qiang Lan was looking for. Zoni boasted like this because the wicked voice suddenly rang out urgently.

"My God! Master, she's wearing the Random Armor! Unbelievable!"

Zoni was also very surprised. "You mean she's also an Ultimate Guardian?"

"No, she's not, but she's wearing the Random Armor that only Ultimate Guardians have. Look at her attire, wearing such thin clothes and still being able to act as if nothing's wrong in this environment. This is entirely due to the Random Armor's ability to insulate against heat and cold. Although she's not an Ultimate Guardian, she definitely has some connection to them. Master, I suggest you approach her and see if you can get any useful information from her. If you have a fully-equipped Ultimate Guardian protecting you, your safety will be greatly improved. Please consider my suggestion, Master! Besides, she's a very high-quality little girl; you should like her." "

A very good suggestion; I really like it."

In Zoni's eyes, Gunlan possessed the potential to become an absolute beauty. Her pretty face, slender figure, and melodious voice were all things Zoni liked. He immediately decided to follow the wicked advice and stay with the girl named Qiang Lan.

"That's wonderful, Mr. Cui Wen, you're such a good person. I asked many people, and none of them knew where the Redstone Mountains were. And those people were all wicked; they actually... made some unreasonable demands, so Tang Tang taught them a lesson."

Although Zoni was somewhat puzzled, not knowing who "Tang Tang" Qiang Lan was talking about was, he didn't ask, because excessive questioning might offend her: getting her to reveal everything unconsciously was the best choice.

"I have a question. What kind of reward will you give me?"

"Ah? Reward? I see!" Qiang Lan seemed like a very innocent girl. She lowered her head. "I don't have any money. This... this... I heard there's a Dragon Ball Temple in the Redstone Mountains, with a lot of valuable information inside, very helpful for archaeology..." "

Is there treasure inside?"

"Huh? I heard there are a lot!" Gunlan wasn't quite sure about that.

"Deal... uh, I mean, I'll be your guide for free. It's my honor to serve a designer!" Zone answered without hesitation. Actually, he had a very good first impression of this young girl. She was a very polite and beautiful girl, and some of the words she used that sounded strange to others felt familiar to him, which increased his liking for her.

"Mr. Zone is such a good person, a rare and wonderful person! Thank you so much, thank you so much!" the girl thanked him gratefully, but she didn't know Zone's ulterior motives. He wasn't serving the lady voluntarily because of his noble character, but because of greed: the desire for treasure and the lust for beauty.

No one would have thought that this temporary little duo would become the most powerful duo in the future, while right now they were just two unknown nobodys. From any perspective, the world shouldn't belong to them.

"By the way, Gunlan, what's this?" Zoni was curious about the girl's mode of transportation; it was the first time he'd ever seen anything like it. Judging from its appearance, it could be called a "unicycle."

"This is a unicycle sports car!" Gunlan said proudly. "I designed it myself, and it can reach speeds of 180 kilometers per hour!"

Zoni didn't know whether to call her a little inventor or a little archaeologist, because she insisted that her profession was archaeology. He cautiously asked, "The Redstone Mountains are on the other side of the Black Leaf Swamp, but this place is very difficult to cross. Could this thing take us flying over this swamp?"

"Of course not! But I have a better tool!" Gunlan said confidently. Then, after rummaging through her backpack for a while, she took out something that looked like a broom. It was long and metal, with two handle-like decorations at the front.

"This is the witch's flying machine. It's been enchanted and can carry people. The only drawback is—it can only be used once!"

"Sounds pretty good, but it looks like a mop!"

Zoni nervously boarded the supposedly "safe" flying machine, his backpack, now even more bulky from being stuffed into a folding unicycle, naturally slung over his back.

"Let's go!" Gunlan shouted, and somehow the "witch's flying machine" shot off like a rocket, soaring diagonally into the sky.

The ground rapidly shrank, the wind whistling in their ears, and the two flew along a strange trajectory, making Zoni's heart pound. The black swamp on the ground kept rushing past, making him dizzy.

This wasn't Zoni's first time flying at high altitudes, but this time it came too suddenly, making it hard for him to adjust immediately.

Clearly, this was also Gunlan's first time experiencing aerial travel. During the rapid, high-altitude flight, she screamed in terror, clinging tightly to Zoni. If she hadn't been holding onto the aircraft so tightly, they would have already plummeted. Zoni found her soft body quite appealing, and felt an urge to touch her.

However, Zoni wasn't in the mood for taking advantage of the little girl, because he had discovered a rather ominous situation, a fact that terrified him—they were veering precariously towards the ground.

"We think we're going to fall!" Zoni shouted, gripping Gunlan's small waist tightly.

"Sorry, I forgot, the witch's aircraft only lasts three minutes."

"What did you say? Whoa—"

The two poor souls plummeted from the sky, but thankfully, they had successfully flown over the Black Leaf Swamp and entered the area of a red mountain range. Looking down, the ground was covered with a layer of reddish-brown vegetation, occasionally dotted with tall trees.

The "witch's flying machine" spewed a long plume of black smoke from its tail, emitting a strange hissing sound, and crashed onto the plains outside the mountains.

Gunlan was fortunate to escape injury, thanks to Zoni's broad back.

The two of them slammed into the bushes, their bodies intertwined. The dense, soft branches cushioned most of the impact, and Zoni's strong and sturdy physique further mitigated the force of the collision. The only drawback was that the flying machine was twisted into a pretzel shape by the massive impact.

From the sky, the ground appeared lush but not tall; however, this was an illusion. From the ground, while tall trees were few, the surrounding area was filled with unidentified plants exceeding two meters in height.

"I'm so sorry!"

Gunlan quickly jumped off Zoni's back. "I'm so sorry, Mr. Cui Wen! Don't worry, I have a multi-functional 'Kill-Kill' treatment device here, I guarantee it can..."

Zoni jumped up in fright, covered in withered branches and leaves, looking like a monster that had just crawled out of a swamp. Having learned his lesson, he dared not use any of the strange tools Gunlan offered again. Now he didn't know if this girl was a so-called archaeologist or a destructive maniac.

"Master, I'm sure she knows the technology of that era, that's really good news."

Zoni agreed with the wicked judgment. In his opinion, everything Gunlan brought out had more or less the shadow of that ancient era. Of course, she wouldn't have inherited Dr. Cui's memories like he did; the only possibility was that she had learned similar technologies: even after a long period of time, some technologies could remain. After all, ancient ruins in this world weren't particularly rare, and it was quite possible to obtain some past technologies from them.

"Never mind, never mind! I'm fine! This little bump is no problem at all, I'm not hurt at all!"

Zoni quickly changed the subject to avoid Qiang Lan pulling out any more strange things. Although his Vajra body was extremely tough and sturdy, the impact still made him feel a slight pain. A few more such incidents would surely make him cough up blood, so it was best to avoid such attempts if possible.

Zoni pretended to look around, observing the surrounding environment, and then pointed in a direction, saying, "Go this way, we'll reach the Redstone Mountains soon!"

His tone was very certain, as if he had been here before. But in fact, Zoni had never been to the so-called Redstone Mountains. The reason he used such a certain tone was because Bai Shen's scan revealed that the soil here was close to red, and the concentration of red soil increased in a certain direction, so he guessed that the mountain range in the distance was very likely the Redstone Mountains.

"Soon" was a very vague concept of time; it could be ten minutes, half an hour, or an hour.

Three hours passed. The sun had passed its highest point on its zenith and was beginning to slowly set. The road ahead still seemed endless, and strange, unidentified plants surrounded them.

Gunlan wasn't particularly talkative, but after meeting someone like Zoni, who possessed some technological knowledge, she became incredibly talkative, like a floodgate had been opened.

Gunlan probably didn't have many companions of similar age. Zoni, in his guise as Cui Wen, didn't look very old; in fact, Cui Wen was only twenty, not much older than Gunlan.

Their conversation and atmosphere were harmonious, but their journey wasn't going smoothly.

"Mr. Cui Wen, how much further?" the girl asked breathlessly. Having just fallen from the sky and shattered her unicycle into eighteen pieces, she had to slowly measure the distance on foot with Zoni.

"Almost there!" Zone answered irresponsibly. He was starting to get bored too; walking around in the same unchanging scenery was incredibly tedious.

"You said almost there an hour ago!" the girl complained, shouting, "I can't walk anymore!"

Reluctantly, Zone allowed Qianglan to climb onto his back and carry him. Fortunately, Qianglan was slender and light, so carrying her wasn't too much of a burden. The soft, rounded feeling of her chest against Zone's back was stimulating. With each sway, two soft yet firm mounds rubbed against Zone's back, making him forget the weight and fill his mind with lust. The

dense branches blocked most of the sunlight, but the occasional slivers fell softly on them, creating a warm feeling.

"Mr. Cui Wen, it feels so good on your back, like… a father's feeling!" the girl said, resting her head on Zone's shoulder.

"Nonsense! I'm only twenty years old! And I'm not that old, are you some kind of ageless monster?"

"You're the one talking nonsense! My father is the greatest scientist in the world! Fabio Hugo! You've heard of him, haven't you? He's the greatest genius scientist of all time!"

"I don't know what a scientist is!" Zoni honestly admitted, "And I've never heard of that name before!"

"It's someone who does technological research, mainly studying the ancient past... the various technologies left over from the oldest past... uh... anyway, you wouldn't understand!

"My father is a very good person. He's usually a workaholic, and once he gets into work, he forgets everything else. Only my mother can make him forget about work. My father is a very gentle man, and he has a beautiful smile."

"And what about your mother?"

Gunlan's voice dimmed. "My mother was greatly injured in the Aranga Temple Incident seven hundred years ago. If it weren't for my father's lifeline, she would have... My mother hasn't woken up yet!"

Zoni had heard of the "Aranga Temple Incident." Although a long time had passed, the consequences of this incident were still remembered by humanity. The once mighty Saipan Empire vanished into history in the Aranga Temple Incident, and that vast land became the terrifying Plains of Oblivion.

"Wait, the Aranga Incident… that was over seven hundred years ago? Could it be… you're already over seven hundred years old? That makes no sense!"

"No, I'm only fifteen this year!" Gunlan wriggled against Zoni's back, her not-yet-ample breasts rubbing against him, making Zoni's heart flutter, his third leg standing erect. Fortunately, Gunlan was lying on his back and couldn't see his impulse. "

Actually, it's a secret. My mother is a Royal Dragon, not human. I'm a hybrid. My mother gave birth to me before she fell into a coma, but I wasn't mature yet, so I stayed in an egg." "

Oh!"

Zoni exclaimed in surprise.

If one were to list the most mysterious races in the world, the Demon Race and the Royal Dragon Race would certainly be near the top. The Royal Dragon Race are not human; they are anomalies among dragons, oviparous like dragons, but hatched with human appearances. The Royal Dragon Clan holds a dominant position among dragons. They are born with the ability to command dragons, and their physique is perfectly suited for learning both martial arts and magic. Furthermore, despite being much smaller than dragons, their defensive capabilities are no less formidable. Therefore, every Royal Dragon is a master, making their overall combat strength extremely formidable. The current Dragon King is a member of the Royal Dragon Clan.

However, the Royal Dragon Clan is extremely rare, being both the most powerful and the rarest race. While Royal Dragons have very long lifespans, they have difficulty conceiving, and their eggs have extremely long incubation periods, resulting in a very low survival rate for the creatures within. This is especially true for those like Qiang Lan's mother, who intermarried with humans; having a healthy offspring is practically a miracle.

Therefore, Qiang Lan is indeed only fifteen years old, as that is her age calculated from the time she hatched from the egg, while she likely spent over seven hundred years inside the dragon egg.

"The life-saving tank can only sustain Mom's life for no more than eight hundred years. If we don't find a way to save her, Mom will... Anyway, Dad is constantly searching for ancient ruins on the continent and researching various treatment techniques, hoping to find a way to save Mom. Qianglan shouldn't stand idly by either; I must try my best to find a cure!"

The girl's voice choked with sobs, leaving Zoni momentarily speechless with how to comfort her.

After a while, Qianglan wiped away her tears and whispered, "Thank you, Mr. Cui Wen, thank you for listening to me."

Zoni was silent for a moment. "I've been an orphan since I was little, without parents for a long time, but I can understand how you feel." Zoni patted Qianglan's small hands that were wrapped around his neck in comfort. This little girl gave him a sisterly feeling, a feeling Zoni had never experienced before, which gave him a new perspective.

As they spoke, the two had already crossed the small plain and reached the end of the densely vegetated ground.

Episode 6, Chapter 3: The Dragon Ball Temple

Suddenly, the dense vegetation vanished, as if an invisible boundary had been drawn. None of the plants crossed this non-existent boundary, creating the illusion of an invisible barrier. On

the other side of this boundary lay a breathtaking sight:

a circular open space paved with massive red stone slabs, neatly arranged and stretching into the distance, beyond which rose towering red mountains.

Faced with this vast scene, anyone would feel insignificant.

"Wow! This is truly a miracle!"

Gunlan jumped off Zone's back, exclaiming in awe.

From Gunlan's professional perspective, constructing such a massive plaza in this location required not only unimaginable manpower but also advanced technology. In this world where technology was almost nonexistent, there was no other explanation besides this being an ancient relic.

"Let's go in. It looks like we still have a long way to go to reach the main part of the temple. What we're seeing now is probably just the outer perimeter!"

Zoni said cautiously. "I've heard that places with treasure usually have traps or guardian beasts, so they're very dangerous... Hey, don't run around!"

Reluctantly, Zoni followed the excited Gunlan into this mysterious ancient ruin.

Actually, Zoni and Gunlan didn't know that this so-called Dragon Ball Temple wasn't so easy to enter. Ordinary creatures, even if they managed to reach it, wouldn't see anything; all they would see would be an inaccessible void. Only those beings at the very top of power could see the true scene here. Zoni and Gunlan were able to enter thanks to an unexpected change that only happens once every few thousand years.

The red stone floor radiated outwards in concentric circles in a spiderweb pattern, looking magnificent and imposing.

Crossing the plaza, they soon approached the two towering peaks. But when they reached a point where they could clearly see them, they realized they weren't peaks at all, but two colossal stone pillars, unimaginably huge, standing alone without any support.

Gunlan's eyes lit up. He pulled out a round crystal and rushed to examine the pillars closely.

"This should be Romanesque architecture, how come only two main pillars remain? This is amazing! Look! It's a diamond structure, truly rare, this has great archaeological value!" Gunlan practically pressed himself against it.

"What's a diamond?"

"It's a diamond!"

"Ah! A diamond? Wealth!" This time it was Zoni's turn to pounce on the pillars, tapping and knocking.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm trying to chip off a piece... Damn it, this is terrible, this thing is too hard!" Zoni relentlessly hammered at the diamond pillar, trying everything but unable to chip off even a tiny bit.

"Romanesque architecture should have eaves, how come only pillars remain?" Gunlan pondered, while the greedy Zoni began to explore further.

"There must be other good things inside." Zoni stepped over the remaining pillars and eagerly continued deeper.

Beyond the massive pillars, there was a much wider space, and they now realized that the two enormous diamond pillars were merely small decorations in front of the temple.

It was simply a miracle! An ancient structure taller and more majestic than any mountain—the entire Redstone Mountain Range was actually a colossal temple.

Gunlan was speechless with shock, while Zoni at least retained some semblance of rationality.

"Strange, how come no one has ever discovered such a behemoth? Could it be that the Black Leaf Swamp is blocking everything? That shouldn't be the case; those flying creatures should be able to cross the swamp..." "

Oh, I remember now, Dad said the Dragon Ball Temple is a very dangerous place. It seems to be the domain of some kind of Hundred Dragon Beast? Hehe, I peeked this from Dad's notes. He also warned me never to go near here, because any creature that dares to step into the temple's territory will be attacked."

"Why didn't you say so sooner!"

Gunlan's message came too late; a black shadow had already pounced.

Zoni reacted swiftly, immediately rolling away with the petite girl in his arms, the black shadow missing its target.

Still shaken, Zoni rolled six or seven meters before managing to stand up. He saw a ferocious beast appear where they had been standing.

Four long, sharp horns on its head gleamed with blue light, resembling the scepter of death.

In this world, horned beasts were generally very difficult to deal with, as they were truly bloodthirsty creatures… their strength was directly related to the number of horns they had; the thicker, larger, and more numerous the horns, the stronger the beast. Generally, beasts with two or more horns were extremely difficult to handle, and this four-horned beast was clearly even more ferocious.

Zoni felt a little uneasy, but he didn't show it to Qiang Lan: with a flick of his arm, the blue spear-shaped Crescent Moon appeared in his hand. Zoni wasn't skilled with spears, but he thought this length of weapon would be more suitable for dealing with this seemingly agile and swift beast.

Zoni bravely confronted the beast, feeling the girl behind him gripping him tightly, trembling uncontrollably. He shouted, "Gunlan, don't be afraid! This little dog can't hurt you with me here!"

Gunlan trembled as she replied, "I... I'm not afraid, it's just that this guy stinks!"

It was a leopard-like magical beast, its strong and powerful body exuding ferocious strength. It was on all fours, emitting low growls, staring at its prey... It did indeed stink; its body emitted a strong stench. No wonder Gunlan reacted this way.

Zoni was unwilling to be prey. He glared back fiercely. Having seen many great things, he was no longer afraid of scenes that would drive ordinary people mad. His nerves had become resilient enough.

A dark shadow flashed, and the magical beast pounced, opening its blood-red maw, its sharp teeth gleaming coldly. Zoni had no doubt that it could swallow his head whole. Whether it could even bite through was not a consideration; at least the thought of having his head swallowed by the magical beast's gaping maw was unpleasant.

"Come on, you ugly little dog!"

Zoni raised his spear, meeting the challenge head-on with speed and power no less impressive, confronting the monster's claws.

Sensing its master's soaring fighting spirit, Yuebanong let out a low growl, the blue spear gleaming with a deep blue light as it met the monster's attack head-on.

Dark green blood splattered, and the seemingly powerful monster was actually cleaved in two by Zoni's spear. Even its incredibly hard horns couldn't withstand Yuebanong's sharpness; the spear pierced straight through the four-horned monster's body, pinning it firmly to the ground.

Faced with this fierce strike he had unleashed, Zoni was stunned; he hadn't expected to unleash such power.

The little girl behind him cheered, and Qiang Lan jumped up, clapping her hands. "Mr. Cui Wen is amazing! He defeated such a ferocious monster so easily. This one looks like a very powerful Four-Horned Spotted Tiger!"

Zoni was slightly embarrassed. Defeating a monster didn't necessarily mean he was great; a large part of the credit should go to the power of the Moonlit Nong. No wonder Sylvia said that epic weapons, if truly mastered, could unleash tremendous power.

However, compliments always sounded good, especially coming from such a lovely girl with such an admiring tone, making him feel triumphant.

Zoni put away the Moonlit Nong, puffed out his chest, waved his arms like a hero, and shouted, "Keep going! Temple, destination!"

As the two advanced, the true temple gradually revealed its true form.

Huge and orderly steps rose from the ground, creating a solemn atmosphere. At the top of the steps was the true temple, their destination.

"This is the Dragon Ball Temple?" Zoni and Gunlan climbed the steps and stood outside the temple's gate, gazing up at the magnificent structure.

The temple doors were enormous, adorned with lifelike dragon carvings, their wings outstretched as if ready to take flight.

Zoni kicked the door, but there was no reaction. He thought for a moment, then raised the Moonlit Sword again, this time a long, red sword.

An eerie light flowed around it, catching Gunlan's attention. While slaying the demonic beast, she had been hiding behind Zoni in fear and hadn't noticed this legendary weapon. Now, without the threat of the beast, the sword appearing out of nowhere reminded her of the information in her mind.

"Mr. Zoni, is this sword called 'Moon Half Nong'?"

Zoni paused for a moment, then asked, "How do you know it's 'Moon Half Nong'?"

Qiang Lan's eyes lit up, and she exclaimed excitedly, "It really is 'Moon Half Nong'? That's a legendary epic weapon of the Elven race!"

Qiang Lan seemed to know a lot about this, while Zoni's knowledge of such things was quite limited. It was a good opportunity to hear what she had to say.

"The Elven race has nine epic weapons in total. It's said they're all forged from a very peculiar metal. My father said five of them have been lost. Of these nine weapons, the one with the most peculiar appearance is 'Moon Half Nong.' It's a three-in-one weapon; it looks like a ring, but it can transform into a sword, a spear, and a bow and arrow. It's a very special weapon!"

"Do you know what metal these weapons are made of?"

"I don't know what kind of metal it is either," Gunlan answered honestly. "Dad said it's a metal made with extremely advanced technology, containing immense power and being incredibly hard, almost impossible to melt or forge. It's said that to create these weapons, each epic weapon required the sacrifice of a powerful being who reached the pinnacle of level eleven power, along with the souls of other powerful beings." "

I understand, it's Isaiah metal. Only this metal can evade computer detection. The creatures of this era are truly incredible. Isaiah metal should be formed in one piece, possessing unimaginable strength. I never imagined even this could be melted. Master, I suddenly feel this era is so dangerous!"

Zoni agreed with Wan'e's assessment. He also sensed it; Wan'e's voice was muffled and intermittent, lacking its former fluency. According to Wan'e, this was because after entering the Dragon Ball Temple's area, a mysterious force began suppressing the various functions of White God and Wan'e, making them sluggish, and the assistance they could receive from them for the rest of the journey would be very limited.

Without the slightest hesitation, Zoni swung Yue Ban Nong, slashing his sword at the gate.

Surprisingly, the two enormous doors, so large they would require ten people to push open, automatically opened before Yue Ban Nong even touched them, revealing the temple entrance.

Zoni misdirected his force, his sword striking empty air, nearly tripping.

"Brother Cui Wen, you're amazing!"

Qiang Lan could only exclaim in admiration, automatically upgrading her address from "Mr." to "Brother. "

Hearing Qiang Lan's affectionate address, Zoni suddenly recalled the strange feeling he'd had carrying her earlier, as if he could feel those two soft mounds pressing against his back again.

"This is just... a piece of cake!" Zoni felt a little guilty, knowing the gate opening wasn't his doing.

"Should I go in?" A voice seemed to warn him in his mind that this was an extremely dangerous place, and he shouldn't step in without the resolve to sacrifice himself. This was purely a sense of awareness; he didn't actually feel anything. Moreover, the White God and Wan E couldn't offer him any further help for the time being, which made him hesitate.

Just as Zoni hesitated, Qianglan stepped inside without hesitation: she was the fearless type, only afraid of foul, nauseating smells.

Seeing Qianglan enter the temple, Zoni had no choice but to follow.

The two slowly entered this hall, perhaps untouched by any living being for millennia.

Soft footsteps echoed in the empty space of the temple, and the previously pitch-black space suddenly lit up, countless flames igniting on the walls on both sides—the lights embedded within the walls.

"What a gloomy and cold place!" Qianglan, wearing a short skirt, felt a little cold and snuggled into Zoni's arms for warmth.

Holding her warm, soft body, Zoni's mind calmed down. He took Qianglan's hand and led her step by step into the unknown journey ahead.

Soon the ground began to slope downhill, and the surrounding lights still seemed endless, stretching forward as if without end.

"How strange, is it a maze? It doesn't seem like one; a maze isn't a straight line." Gunlan fiddled with an unknown object, tapping it hard with her fingers. "Why is this happening? The compass isn't working!"

"What a strange place, no wonder it's an ancient ruin!" Gunlan clenched her small fist. "It's decided!" She pulled out a fist-sized sphere, its material unknown, its exterior a vibrant array of colors.

"What are you going to do?" Seeing Gunlan's resolute expression, Zoni suddenly had a bad feeling.

"This is a pathfinder, Daddy's masterpiece, it works really well," the girl said proudly.

The sphere rolled down the slope, making a gurgling sound, until it disappeared into the darkness beyond Zoni's sight.

"What kind of pathfinder is this? Why isn't it working at all?" Because the sound of the sphere had already faded into the distance.

"Don't rush, it should take effect in three minutes."

"Three minutes again? Oh my god! I hate this time!"

Before the words were finished, a huge sound came from ahead. Because it was in a closed passage, the sound was particularly muffled, yet still quite "powerful."

The ground trembled slightly, gradually increasing in intensity until it felt like an earthquake.

As the most violent tremor spread, Zoni and Gunlan almost fell to the ground. Gunlan excitedly shouted, "Look, the Trailblazer is working its best! Dad is a genius!"

"Your dad must be a destruction maniac!" Zoni yelled, frantically dodging the falling rocks. As

the rocks fell away, sunlight gradually streamed in. It turned out that at least half of the temple's roof had been collapsed by this incredibly powerful force. Sunlight seeped in through the cracks, shining on the two little destroyers.

Zoni practically carried Gunlan out of the rubble. Before them was almost a complete ruin; the massive and sturdy temple was now shattered.

Gunlan's little face was covered in dust, and she gasped in surprise, "Wow, Daddy's skills are amazing! He can create such an effect!"

Zoni was speechless. He realized that Gunlan's father—that so-called great scientist—was the most dangerous person.

"Humans! How dare you destroy this sacred temple!"

A voice came from nowhere, sounding so ethereal yet sinister and terrifying.

"Who? Who is it? Step forward!"

Hearing the sudden voice and finding no living creature around, Gunlan screamed and hid in Zoni's arms. But Zoni wasn't afraid; his nerves were strong, and he wasn't easily frightened.

Two shadows slowly appeared on the ruins of the temple, gradually becoming clearer.

"Creator!" Zoni exclaimed, for the two solidified shadows were clearly two flying dragons, their small wings flapping rapidly as they flew towards them.

"Ignorant humans, you have offended the dignity of the temple, and you will pay for it with your lives!" The voice rang out again. Clearly, the two dragons were under its command, preparing to attack Zoni and Gunlan.

"This is terrible!" Zoni raised the Moon Half-Eyed Nong to prepare for the attack. He had easily killed the Four-Horned Beast, which had boosted his confidence several levels.

"Let's see who the ignorant creatures are!" Zoni shouted. "Die, you arrogant thing!"

The Moon Half-Eyed Nong lived up to its reputation as an elven divine weapon. The moment this incredibly powerful weapon appeared, it immediately emitted an aura that instilled fear in the dragons, causing them to circle in the air, afraid to attack.

"Come down, you cowards!" Zoni shouted arrogantly.

Seeing how imposing Zoni was, Gunlan wasn't so afraid anymore. She pointed at the dragons soaring in the air, "Ah, their wings are so small, how can they fly?"

A roar came from deeper within the temple, and this time Zoni heard the direction of the sound clearly. The dragons circling in the air seemed to receive some command, and swooped down with a whoosh.

Only when they were right in front of him did Zoni realize they weren't real dragons, but rather nearly transparent things with a strange reddish hue, seemingly conjured by magic.

Zoni was greatly troubled. The Moonlit Sword was indeed tough and sharp enough, but that referred to physical attacks; he wasn't sure if it would still be effective against magic.

There was no time for him to think; he raised his sword.

The two dragons suddenly blurred, as if swallowed by a storm's vortex. They spun rapidly, being sucked into the Moonlit Sword.

"Uh… what's going on?" Zoni was astonished, watching as a red light flashed across the Moonlit Sword, and everything returned to normal.

"Brother Cui Wen is awesome! He defeated the evil dragon, everyone praises him!"

Looking at the jumping and hopping Qiang Lan, cold sweat beaded on Zoni's forehead.

"What a bizarre day. Am I dreaming?"

Zoni helplessly pulled the overly excited little girl along, continuing forward over the ruins of the temple.

This time, everything went smoothly without any unexpected interruptions. The two reached the end of the temple, which, of course, had been destroyed and reduced to ruins, its former splendor and majesty gone.

A huge cave appeared, its dark entrance like the gaping maw of a monster.

"Wow! A cave! I'm going to use the Trailblazer..."

*Smack!* Zoni smacked her on the head. "Trailblazer my foot! You're not allowed to use that dangerous thing again!"

After less than a day of exploring together, their relationship had grown much closer. Gunlan not only gave Zoni a sense of intimacy but also taught him what an unstable factor was. He knew this little girl was actually quite dangerous, especially for their side.

"Brother doesn't trust Gunlan!" the little girl pouted.

Zoni pretended not to hear, ignoring her resentful gaze.

"Stay behind me and don't run around!" Zoni added after saying that, "Don't use any of your junk without my orders."

The two of them crawled into the cave, which was pitch black inside. Fortunately, the Moonlit Serpent could emit light, which could be used as torches.

Compared to the magnificent temple they had just entered, this cave was much narrower, and Zoni and Gunlan barely managed to squeeze through. However, the ground was no longer flat but uneven, making it very difficult to walk on.

Gunlan accidentally stepped into a hole and bumped into Zoni's back, causing him to lose his footing as well. The two of them tumbled down the cave in an awkward manner.

"

Welcome to the Dragon Tomb, lowly humans!" A voice rang out, the same voice that had just reprimanded them, but this time it was filled with malice rather than welcome.

Zoni looked around and found that they had rolled into a spacious area. Bright gems were embedded in the walls and ceiling, making light the most abundant element in the space.

The voice came from a circular altar in one corner.

"Dragon Tomb? That sounds terrible!"

Zoni gripped the Moon Half-Nut tightly, bracing himself for any unforeseen events.

A colossal figure appeared on the altar, emanating a powerful sense of oppression. Seeing this, Zoni's scalp tingled, and even the usually oblivious Gunlan knew danger was imminent.

It was an enormous red dragon; its massive, imposing size was only part of its danger. Even more terrifying was its three heads.

A three-headed red dragon.

"Gunlan, be careful! This big guy looks incredibly powerful!"

"I...I'm not afraid!" Gunlan gripped Zoni's arm tightly, her tone firm. The

three-headed dragon turned its three heads, each taller than a person, its six eyes fixed on the Moon Half-Nut in Zoni's hand.

The Moon Half-Nut suddenly began to tremble restlessly, as if trying to break free from Zoni's grasp.

Zoni, of course, wouldn't allow that. He gripped the Moon Half-Nut tightly, holding it firmly against its increasingly violent tremors, preventing it from escaping his control.

After violently shaking and bouncing around for a while, Yuebanong finally returned to normal under Zoni's powerful suppression, lying quietly in his hand.

The three-headed dragon let out a deafening roar, spewing out fiery red dragon breath.

"Murderers of my race, lowly creatures, you must die today!"

It was clear that the three-headed red dragon was enraged. Its three heads spun, continuously spewing out dragon breath. Even from a distance, one could feel the scorching temperature, enough to melt steel.

"That three-headed dragon is not bad," Zoni said to Qianglan with interest. "If we capture it and take it to the blacksmith's shop, we can make a top-quality furnace." The

fiery red dragon breath swept over, and huge rocks in its path instantly turned into steam and disappeared. The scorching heat filled the entire space.

Zoni knew that dodging was not an option, because the dragon breath transformed into a fireball and crashed towards him. It was a huge fireball, and it did not travel in a straight line, but rather changed its trajectory. This meant that the fireball was still under the control of the three-headed dragon in the air. Dodging was not a solution.

"Come on!" Zone gripped his sword with both hands, raising it above his head, his fighting spirit soaring like a legendary hero.

Dragonfire transformed into a fireball and hurtled towards him. Amidst Gunlan's scream, Zone swung his Moonlit Sword, almost miraculously cleaving the fireball in two. Each half of the fireball retained its hemispherical shape and flew off in opposite directions.

"Boom!" The two halves of the fireball still possessed immense power, striking the ground with a deafening roar and causing the earth to tremble violently.

"Haha!" A delighted Zone laughed, mocking the seemingly arrogant three-headed dragon.

"You pathetic giant lizard!"

Although enraged by Zone's mockery, the furious three-headed dragon didn't rush to tear the despicable human boy apart, as it seemed to be confined to a fixed area.

Gunlan noticed this and pointed at the altar, shouting, "Brother Cuiwen, look there! It seems to be locked to the altar!"

Sure enough, no matter how the enraged three-headed dragon struggled, the altar acted like a giant magnet, firmly binding its body there. It couldn't step out of the altar's range, and even its claws were stuck to the altar, unable to move. Its only means of attack was perhaps to unleash fireballs of dragon breath.

Zoni saw an opportunity and immediately boasted,

"Gunlan, you wait! Watch me get a dragon tooth to make you a necklace!"

Dragon teeth are an extremely precious material, not only incredibly hard but also possessing immunity to some forms of magic. Ornaments made from dragon teeth are naturally very valuable. However, dragon teeth are extremely rare, found only in the mouths of dragons. Obtaining a dragon tooth from a dragon is a thousand times more difficult than pulling teeth from a tiger's mouth.

With a fearless spirit of striking a fallen enemy, Zoni charged towards the three-headed red dragon.

(Episode 6, Chapter 4, Blue)

True samurai would utterly despise Zone's actions. In the eyes of orthodox and serious samurai, taking advantage of someone in distress is a despicable act; true samurai uphold gentlemanly conduct and treat their opponents fairly.

However, such short-sighted individuals are rare, and Zone was clearly not one of them.

Zone's actions were more in line with the true meaning of survival. If such a powerful three-headed dragon were released and fully restored to its original strength, it would be a disaster for Zone and Gunlan.

Zone rushed to the altar. Seeing a three-headed dragon up close was even more awe-inspiring.

The red two-headed dragon's body was covered with numerous wounds, indicating it had endured many fierce battles, and scattered around the altar were more than a dozen objects of varying sizes.

Zone immediately noticed one item, because it was so distinctive, instantly attracting attention.

It was something familiar to men—a razor used by almost every man. This razor, however, was unlike any other. Its size was similar to an ordinary razor, but its shape was unusual. A silver handle with two hollow rings formed the blade, and a five-pointed star pattern was engraved throughout. The blade, the same color as the handle, had a slight curve. Although silver-white, it didn't reflect light, creating a slightly dizzying effect.

This peculiar razor was stuck in the altar, not far from the three-headed dragon, near its belly, close to its lashing tail. Although the dragon's tail never came close to the razor, its massive, barbed tail swayed nearby, making it difficult for anyone who got too close to avoid its attack.

Beside the unidentified razor were other items: some ornate and exquisite weapons, and a black cloak. The cloak seemed out of place in this environment, but it was undeniably beautiful; its black surface seemed to shimmer with a crystalline light.

Zoni instantly fell in love with the cloak, but its location was even worse—right below the dragon's neck, directly facing its reverse scale, the most heavily guarded spot on any dragon.

At this moment, Yue Ban Nong's bow and arrow form came into play. Zoni moved rapidly around the altar, not daring to approach further, as stepping onto it would drastically increase the danger, and an invisible force blocked its edge, making crossing it feel like entering a raging torrent. After one attempt, Zoni dared not approach again. Yue Ban Nong's aura arrows, however, were unaffected by this force, accurately striking the dragon again and again.

Initially, Zoni's aim wasn't ideal, as he wasn't skilled with a bow. However, the clever Zoni quickly mastered the technique, and every subsequent shot aimed directly at the dragon's vitals, his accuracy and speed almost comparable to a seasoned archer.

However, such attacks couldn't harm the three-headed dragon at all, because the arrows were generated using battle aura, and Zoni's battle aura level was far too ordinary. Against a massive dragon with incredible defenses, such attacks were barely a tickle.

Frustration was felt by both sides. Zoni was frustrated because his attacks were like cleaning dust off the dragon; his jumping around was like that of a clown. The three-headed dragon was even more frustrated, constantly bothered by a wretched little insect hopping around it, driving it to distraction. If it weren't for some reason sealing it on the altar, it would surely have caught the insect and torn it to pieces.

Enraged and helpless, the three-headed dragon could only continuously spew dragon breath fireballs. Even confined to the small area of the altar, it still radiated a powerful aura. The fireballs flying everywhere weren't chaotic, but rather rhythmically charged from various angles, occasionally merging together, their power even more astonishing. This also showed that this dragon was definitely different from any dragon Zone had ever seen before; it was a truly powerful creature.

Having narrowly escaped being hit by several fireballs, Zone knew the situation was dire. The intense heat of the fireballs was unbearable for him, so he began to retreat rapidly, pulling Gunlan along until they reached a safe enough place, until they reached the so-called dragon's grave—the cave they had entered from. Only at this distance could they completely avoid being chased by the dragon's breath fireballs.

"What a powerful giant lizard! I think if it weren't for that altar restricting most of its power, those fireballs alone would have burned us to death." "

Then let's use the pathfinder to blow this place up… Ouch!"

Because of this terrible suggestion, Gunlan received another light flick on the head from Zone's finger.

"Gunlan, don't mention that explosive thing again. We can't use it this time. What if we don't kill the dragon but blow up the altar and release that terrifying creature? That would be terrible!"

Gunlan blinked and looked into the depths of the cave, still clearly hearing the roar of the three-headed dragon.

Gunlan stuck out her pink tongue, looking adorably embarrassed.

"What should we do? This ferocious three-headed dragon looks really powerful. Daddy said that three-headed dragons are the toughest of the tough dragons. They are extremely rare and difficult to deal with. If we encounter one, we should run away as fast as we can. Daddy is always right. I think we should run away."

Zoni patted her little head. "Little girl, why are you being so timid again? Didn't you say you wanted to explore the Dragon Ball Temple? I just saw a spiral staircase leading down from that altar. There must be something down there. Maybe it's what you're looking for. You don't want to miss this opportunity, do you?"

"But..."

Gunlan hesitated. She touched her chest, and the way her little hand stroked her slightly protruding breasts made Zoni's heart flutter.

"But Tang Tang didn't answer. It seems like some force is suppressing it. Without Tang Tang's help, I can't handle those dangers."

From her words, Zoni concluded that this girl possessed a special weapon, a weapon for self-defense and attack, and this weapon must be incredibly powerful. Otherwise, a single girl like Qiang Lan, who didn't have much strength, wouldn't have been able to safely get here.

Zoni was somewhat relieved that he hadn't been blinded by lust and hadn't done anything irrational to her; otherwise, he might have already been attacked by some powerful weapon.

"Don't rush. This stupid lizard is locked on the altar. That's our biggest advantage. We should make the most of it."

Zoni and Qiang Lan started racking their brains, trying their best to think of a way to defeat the three-headed dragon. Qiang Lan was thinking about how to get to the bottom of the spiral staircase on the altar to see what was inside and if there was anything she needed, while Zoni was preoccupied with finding what was on the altar. For some reason, he had a strong feeling that the peculiar razor was the one Mrs. Amplow was looking for. If he brought it back, he was sure to gain Mrs. Amplow's favor. Another thing that Zonny desperately wanted was the black cloak. He didn't know its name; he just felt a strong urge to possess it.

"Gunlan, do you think if we release that giant lizard from its confinement, will it be grateful to us?"

"Wow! I think it'll eat us all!"

"You're right, let's think of another way."

Zonny was unwilling to give up so easily; he racked his brains, trying to come up with the best solution.

"I've got it! I'll use the 'Klasma Shattering Destruction Gun' to deal with this behemoth!"

Gunlan confidently pulled a cylindrical object from her backpack. Initially only the size of a palm, it instantly expanded into a giant over a meter long after she pressed something.

Gunlan inserted a black object into it, and the so-called "Klasma Shattering Destruction Gun" immediately began to spin and flash brightly at the rear.

She moved quickly; before Zoni could object, she was ready. She pressed her finger slightly downwards, and a streak of fire shot out with a long tail, accompanied by a booming sound.

From the cave's angle, the massive red shadow of the three-headed dragon could be vaguely seen, and the fireball followed the visible trajectory, striking the target.

"Watch out!"

Zoni rushed forward and hugged Gunlan, protecting her in his arms. Based on his experience, whatever Gunlan used was often an indiscriminate attack, and even their own people could be caught in the crossfire.

This time, however, was different. The expected tremors and explosions didn't occur; instead, a tremendous roar erupted.

"Damn insects, I'll kill you all!"

The three-headed dragon's roar erupted from the depths of the cave, even causing the cave walls to tremble slightly, demonstrating the extent of its rage. Gunlan's attack must have caused it some kind of damage, otherwise it wouldn't be so furious.

Zoni observed carefully and could vaguely see the dragon's body writhing violently within the altar. On the left side of its neck, there was a deep wound. Although the wound was deep and long, no blood flowed out because it had been charred, which had served to stop the bleeding.

Zoni felt a pang of regret, because this wound wasn't far from the Reverse Scale. If the angle had been slightly higher, it would have struck the dragon's most vital part, perhaps killing it in one blow.

Besides feeling regret, Zoni was also shocked by the weapon's power; it could easily penetrate the dragon's defenses.

"Good job, Gunlan! Give that giant lizard a few more hits. If you aim a little better, we can have roasted dragon meat in half an hour!"

"But... Brother Cuiwen, the 'Klasma Shattering Destruction Gun' can only fire once. It has many shortcomings: it can't automatically track, it can't fire continuously, and its destructive power isn't strong enough..."

"Stop! Stop! Stop! If it's any stronger, it'll destroy the world!"

Zoni quickly stopped the little girl's idea. This little destroyer was showing signs of becoming a major destroyer.

The ground was shaking slightly, showing how fiercely the three-headed dragon was struggling. Moreover, one of the dragon's claws had already been pulled out of the altar, and the surging power seemed even more violent. It seemed to be trying to break free from the altar.

"Oh no, this big guy is going to come out of there! Gunlan, do you have any other weapons you can use?" "

Let me think... I've got it!" Gunlan rummaged through her large backpack for a while before finally pulling out a strange object. It was a strange object, like an enlarged nail, made of metal, with a pure black, non-reflective surface, and looked very heavy. "What is this? Why did you bring out such a big nail?" "Silly Brother Cui Wen, this isn't a big nail, this is my invention, Super 502. I've never used it before, and today is the first time." "Are you sure this thing will work?" Zoni had to sound doubtful, because Qiang Lan had a long history of bad behavior. Qiang Lan pouted, "Brother Cui Wen doesn't believe me! I specially made this for the gates of Yaroland, but they refuse to use it. They say they're afraid that if they use this, the gates of Yaroland will never be able to be opened again." Zoni knew Yaroland; it was the name of the capital of the Divine Light Kingdom, and also the name of the kingdom's first queen. Zoni was skeptical of Qiang Lan's words, but at this point, if he didn't want to run away, he had no choice but to try and see if this Super 502 she mentioned would work. Zoni cautiously approached the roaring dragon with Qiang Lan. Due to the difference in size, the dragon didn't notice them. Zoni suddenly remembered a question: he had forgotten to ask Qiang Lan what the Super 502 was for. "Qiang Lan, what... what is the Super 502 used for?" Qiang Lan's little face flushed with excitement. She whispered excitedly, "It can firmly nail two completely different things together, so firmly that they are almost impossible to separate. Only forces exceeding the set limit can forcibly break free." "That sounds great! So how big is the set limit?" Qiang Lan was very excited, waving her little fists and gesturing happily. "Daddy said that this Super 502 can unleash the combined power of ten dragons. As long as it doesn't exceed that limit, it can't break free." "Ten dragons? That's amazing!" Zoni began to have some confidence in what Qiang Lan had brought out. Although this three-headed dragon was much stronger than an ordinary dragon, it couldn't possibly have the combined power of ten dragons. "Alright, this distance should be fine. Brother Cui Wen, move aside a bit. Super 502 should have a slight burst of power when it's used." "I knew it!" Zoni muttered, but he didn't leave Qiang Lan's side because he was afraid that if something went wrong, he would drag the little girl into it. He had to stay by her side to protect her, and if necessary, he could drag her away from danger quickly. Qiang Lan was muttering incantations, pressing her fingers on the large nail. Zoni clearly heard her say, "Daddy, please bless me, I hope it works properly this time." The little confidence Zoni had just built up suddenly vanished. "Go, Super 502, let this big guy taste your power!" In a daze, Zoni saw a rainbow streak across the sky. It was so fast that even he couldn't see it clearly, only a vague shadow. "Boom!" A shockwave mixed with the roar of a three-headed dragon came together. Zoni pulled Qiang Lan behind him. Although the shockwave was fierce, it couldn't move his feet. "Yay! I hit it!" Gunlan cheered and jumped up. The shockwave quickly passed, and the scene before him filled Zoni with both joy and fear. Three of the three-headed dragon's four claws had already broken free; if it had been any later, it would have been completely free, and the consequences would have been unimaginable. However, the seal on its body had now been reinforced, with Super 502 firmly pinning its tail to the altar. "Despicable humans, using such despicable means!" The dragon was enraged, no longer spewing dragon breath fireballs, but instead beginning to chant deep and lengthy syllables. "Oh no, this is dragon magic!" Gunlan, who had been acting very lively, suddenly tensed up, and this feeling was contagious to Zoni. "What's wrong?"

"Dad said dragon language magic is the dragon's most powerful weapon, only high-level dragons can unleash it, and its power... well, it's incredibly strong! Brother Cui Wen, let's run!"

"But..."

Zoni hesitated. He was so close to success, yet he had to give up—it was unacceptable.

"Hurry up! If

you hesitate any longer, it'll be too late!" Zoni gritted his teeth, pushed Qiang Lan, and shouted, "Run outside! I'm coming right now!"

Urged on by Zoni, Qiang Lan ran desperately away from the dragon, while Zoni charged towards it without hesitation, still thinking about the treasures on the altar.

The moment he stepped onto the altar, Zoni suddenly felt a surge of pressure. An unimaginably heavy force acted on his body, and Zoni's vision blurred. He groaned and almost fainted.

It was only then that Zoni realized the immense pressure the three-headed dragon had been enduring, a fact that impressed him greatly.

Although it saw Zoni approaching, the dragon magic was being chanted, an unstoppable and irreversible process. The three-headed dragon could only watch helplessly as Zoni leaped around it.

Without the threat of its tail, although its movements became somewhat clumsy, Zoni still nimbly approached the dragon and snatched the strange razor.

Instantly, a strange sensation coursed through Zoni's body. He couldn't quite describe it; if he had to use one word, it would be "tearing"—a feeling as if his body was being ripped apart.

Zoni was startled and quickly released his grip; the sensation vanished instantly. Fortunately, the razor wasn't large enough to fit in his pocket.

After putting away the razor, Zoni immediately grabbed the cloak. Of all the items on the altar, this was his favorite. His intuition told him he had to get it, or he would regret it for the rest of his life.

As Zoni grabbed his cloak, the three-headed dragon's dragon language magic neared completion. A massive pressure began to envelop the surroundings, causing blood to seep from Zoni's mouth and nostrils.

Ignoring the pain from the pressure, Zoni leaped out of the altar, instantly regaining his lightning-fast speed. He mustered all his strength and charged outwards.

Without the altar's barrier, Zoni's movements were much faster. In the blink of an eye, he was out of the cave, immediately spotting Qiang Lan standing not far away, watching intently.

Seeing Zoni emerge, the little girl cried out joyfully, "Brother Cui Wen, you're finally out..."

Zoni had no time to speak to her. He rushed over, picked her up, and ran for his life, trying to escape the danger zone before the dragon language magic descended.

However, Zoni's efforts were ultimately too late. Just as he could see the edge of the temple, and a little more time would have been enough to break free of its boundaries, the dragon language magic descended.

The sky suddenly darkened, as if all light had been absorbed by a demon. Faint, beautiful music filled the air, then sparks began to ignite out of thin air, rapidly spreading to countless points, forming an overwhelming inferno.

"Brother Cui Wen, it's terrible! This is 'Blazing Inferno' from Dragon Language magic! It has a very wide area affected, we…"

Gunlan's voice was no longer heard, completely drowned out by an even greater explosion.

Explosions continued, almost simultaneously merging into one, accompanied by a massive inferno that turned the dark sky crimson. Everywhere was a sea of fire, and this was no ordinary fire, but a much brighter and hotter flame.

Flames rained down from the sky, offering no escape.

Zoni's mind raced. He held Gunlan tightly in his arms, and with a flick of his wrist, donned the black cloak he had just acquired.

Although they didn't know the cloak's exact function, its placement on the altar alongside the razor clearly indicated it was no ordinary item. In this critical moment, with no other options, they had to gamble with the cloak, hoping it possessed some magical ability to protect them.

The crackling of flames continued, but they felt no heat. The cloak was indeed a magical treasure, capable of blocking the immense power of dragon magic.

This luck was also related to the "Blazing Inferno" spell within the dragon magic. This spell released a flame capable of igniting almost anything and was extremely difficult to extinguish. If it were the "Meteor Shower" spell, the cloak would be powerless, and Zoni and Gunlan would be crushed to death. The

continuous crackling of flames lasted for a long time. Zoni and Gunlan waited patiently, filled with anxiety, until the sounds subsided. Only then did Zoni gently lift a crack in the cloak to peek outside.

Everything around was ablaze, the raging flames even melting some of the weaker rocks. The cave entrance had been blasted open, revealing the altar, which was now completely destroyed and unrecognizable.

From these ruins, a three-headed dragon soared into the sky, roaring in agony as it flew, spilling blood... It had forcefully broken free from the restraints of Super 502, at the cost of having a section of its tail severed.

"That giant lizard is really ruthless,"

Zoni couldn't help but exclaim. Dragons aren't like some small reptiles that can easily abandon their tails; abandoning a vital tail requires considerable courage and decisiveness.

Watching the blood-red three-headed dragon disappear rapidly into the horizon, the effects of the dragon language magic gradually wore off.

Zoni put away his cloak, feeling the lingering heat in the air, the dust filling the space, making it difficult to breathe.

Gunlan was disappointed, because the altar was completely destroyed, and no information could be obtained.

Zoni was delighted, for he had gained quite a bit, making the trip worthwhile.

"Let's get out of here quickly, it's too dangerous here!"

Zoni pulled Qianglan away, and soon they were astonished to find that the small plain surrounding the Dragon Ball Temple was gone, leaving only some ashes from the fire. The Black Leaf Swamp, which was impassable to creatures, was now steaming, transformed into a large, hard rock. Unimaginable heat emanated from deep underground, drying up the muddy swamp and dispelling the poison, thus clearing a path for Zoni and Qianglan to return.

"Phew, I was suffocating! Finally, we're away from this hellhole, and I can speak again. Master, this place is terrifying. We should never come here again. There's an inexplicable oppressive force here."

"You're right, we should never come here again."

Zoni agreed with Wan'e's statement, and he was even more grateful for the good fortune of this journey. However, this sentiment was quickly interrupted.

Zoni suddenly felt a slight warmth on his neck; something smooth and warm wrapped around him.

Zoni was startled. He quickly realized that it was a very cute little snake with a small, round head and a tiny bump on its head. Its body was almost transparent and it looked like a necklace when worn around the neck.

Zoni didn't know what it was, and Gunlan beside him seemed completely oblivious to the little snake's presence. Neither Wan'e nor Baishen offered any warning; it was as if only he could see the new thing around his neck. This surprised Zoni, who knew it was definitely not an ordinary creature.

Zoni reached out to pull it off, but hesitated for a moment before lowering his hand. He suddenly had an inexplicable feeling, as if a voice was telling him: don't chase away this cute little snake, but let it hang around your neck like a necklace, keeping it as a pet.

He stroked the snake's round head. "Cute little guy, you'll stay with me from now on."

The snake shook its head, making "bru, bru" sounds, as if responding to Zoni, its little tail affectionately rubbing against his skin.

"Interesting little fellow, alright, from now on your name will be Blue."

Chapter 5 of Episode 6: Lady Ampro

The bustling capital of Blue River welcomed two guests. This number was merely a drop in the ocean, for thousands upon thousands of guests visited Blue River every day, many of whom were influential figures. These two guests, by any measure, were insignificant. But the future is so wondrous; sometimes, a terrifying hurricane is caused by the slightest flap of a butterfly's wings.

"Brother Cui Wen, this city is actually quite beautiful! Last time I came, it was at night, and I didn't see anything. But it's not as beautiful as Yaroland; there's too little greenery!"

Blue River was already recognized as a magnificent metropolis on the continent, but in Qiang Lan's eyes, it couldn't compare to Yaroland. Zoni was very curious about what kind of beautiful city the capital of the Divine Light Kingdom truly was.

"Yaroland isn't as grand as the Blue River Imperial Capital, but its advantage lies in its exquisite detail. Everything is incredibly beautiful and luxurious, with a high degree of automation. Plus, Yaroland has many beautiful women, on par with the Cloud Honey Autonomous Territory."

Zoni's eyes sparkled as he listened, a hint of longing for this renowned city of Yaroland creeping into his mind.

However, longing aside, what he needed to do now was gain Lady Amplow's favor, and with the mysterious razor he had acquired, he believed that wouldn't be a pipe dream.

"Cui Wen!"

Just as he reached the gates of Lady Amplow's residence, a surprised female voice called out to Zoni. Sylvia was just emerging from the residence and greeted him with delight.

"So it's you! The distinguished guests Madam was referring to are you. Oh, Cui Wen, it's so good to see you alive! Please follow me, Madam's distinguished guests."

Sylvia's words initially puzzled Zoni, but after a brief inquiry, he learned the answer: Madam Amplow had ordered Sylvia to come out and greet the two distinguished guests. She would see them as soon as she stepped out the door, and one of them would be an acquaintance.

Zoni was very surprised. Madam Amplow had clearly foreseen something to give Sylvia such an order, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of awe for this Madam Amplow he had never met.

Led by Sylvia, Zoni and Qiang Lan passed through a space adorned with various beautiful plants and arrived at the depths of the mansion. Here, birds sang and flowers bloomed everywhere, filled with tranquility and harmony, so peaceful that it calmed the heart. Surprisingly, they didn't encounter anyone along the way. However, the White God's scan showed that within a mile radius, there were at least ten relatively strong energy reactions. Obviously, this place was not entirely unprotected, and if someone were to intrude, this protective force would activate.

Surrounded by a sea of flowers were some exquisitely designed and unique buildings, one of which caught Zoni's attention.

In fact, it was impossible not to notice it; anyone here would naturally notice it because it was different from the surrounding architecture.

The buildings here were all refined houses, but in the center stood a tall stone tower, rising abruptly from the ground, its height far exceeding that of the surrounding structures.

"This is Lady Ampro's Moon Tower. She has been spending a lot of time here in recent years. Please come in; she is waiting for you inside. Don't keep her waiting."

It seemed Sylvia didn't intend to accompany them inside. As she backed away, she whispered in Zoni's ear, "Cui Wen, remember this: you must be extremely respectful to Lady Ampro. If I find out you have offended her, you'll be in for a world of hurt!"

Sylvia blocked Qiang Lan's view with her body, and from where Qiang Lan couldn't see, she pinched Zoni's groin hard, making Zoni grimace and sigh, "The most vicious heart is a woman's."

However, Zoni didn't ignore Sylvia's reminder. It seemed that Lady Ampro managed her subordinates well; their respect for her wasn't fear, but genuine. This piqued Zoni's curiosity, making him eager to meet this famous woman.

"Come in, the door isn't locked."

A gentle voice sounded in Gunlan and Zoni's ears. The voice was sudden, but not abrupt; instead, it calmed them, making them willing to follow its instructions.

They had assumed that given the height of the Moon Goddess Tower, the space inside would be large, but upon entering, they found that the space was not only small, but the ceiling was also less than two meters high, so low that tall people had to bend over to enter, and larger individuals might have to lie down to get in.

Zoni's height was just close to the ceiling, while Gunlan's height was perfect for her; the height seemed designed specifically for her.

"Finally, I've been waiting for you, Cui Wen."

The owner of this pleasant voice was Madam Amplow. Zoni finally saw her true face: in fact, very few people had the opportunity to see the famous Madam Amplow in person.

Just as rumored, Madam Amplow was indeed a very ordinary woman. Neither her appearance nor her figure was anything special. The only thing that set her apart was her indescribable temperament, especially her bright eyes, which were like the brightest stars in the night sky, leaving a deep impression on Zoni while also making him somewhat disappointed.

Before Zoni could speak, Qiang Lan had already rushed over with cheers, shouting,

"Aunt Long Meiluo!"

Madam Amplow was clearly taken aback for a moment, then she opened her arms and hugged the girl who had rushed into her arms with a look of surprise.

"Qiang Lan, I didn't expect it to be you. It's so good. You've grown so much."

The brief conversation made Zoni seem to realize something.

Many people knew Mrs. Ampro's name; she was called Martha. The name "Longmero," however, was completely unfamiliar. Zoni was certain he had never heard of it before, and judging from her demeanor, she must have known Gunlan before, and their relationship was far from ordinary.

Mrs. Ampro was clearly excited. She hugged Gunlan and examined her closely, her voice tinged with emotion.

"My little darling, the last time I saw you was only five years old. Time flies! Ten years have passed in the blink of an eye, and you're almost a young lady. Why haven't you come to see your auntie all these years… Oh, your father is still unhappy with me, so… never mind, let's not talk about that. I'm so happy to see my darling just after waking from my meditation."

Mrs. Ampro's emotions soon calmed down, returning to her usual composure and tranquility. Although she still hugged Gunlan, she no longer revealed any information that would provoke thought.

"You are Tweeven? Indeed, a handsome man. I think you have found what I seek. What reward do you desire? Speak freely, whatever you ask for, I will grant."

Madame Amplow's words were calm, yet they concealed an undeniable authority. Undoubtedly, she was referring to the peculiar razor, her tone filled with unwavering determination.

Regarding Madame Amplow's promised reward, although she said "any request is welcome," Zone wouldn't be foolish enough to make any unreasonable demands: even a fool would know that those in power dislike excessively greedy and delusional individuals.

"Your Excellency, Andre Tweeven wishes to become your vassal."

Unlike the subordinates or followers of the powerful, some high-ranking nobles possess vassals. These vassals are not subordinates of the noble, but belong to the noble's circle, obligated to obey the orders of the noble they serve. The vassals, in turn, have found a patron. In a sense, this is a disguised form of cooperation. For example, Cui Wen's father, Cui Bolai, was one of the patrons of Right Chancellor Gao An.

Some powerful nobles have many patrons, while others have very few. Generally speaking, nobles who haven't reached a certain level are not qualified to have patrons. While having many patrons certainly enhances one's power, too many could arouse the Emperor's suspicion, as it might be seen as forming cliques.

Lady Anplow has very few patrons, and no one knows her criteria for choosing them, just like her criteria for choosing men—no one can find a pattern.

To become Lady Anplow's patron is undoubtedly to find a powerful backer; her power is immense, far surpassing that of Right Chancellor Gao An.

A smile appeared on Lady Anplow's lips, and she nodded.

"You're a very good lad, and I have high hopes for your future. Alright, Andrei Twitchell, I grant you my patronage. However, according to the rules, you need to pass a small routine test. Sylvia will tell you what the test is in a moment."

Zone knew that further words were pointless at this point, so he bowed deeply to express his gratitude and then took out the razor he had obtained from the Dragon Ball Temple.

Lady Ampro's eyes lit up, and the burst of light in that instant even made Zone feel a stinging sensation in his eyes. He suppressed his surprise and lowered his head deeply.

"Damn it, what is this Lady Ampro's energy reaction?"

The White God rarely spoke, so its silence was not surprising, and the usually talkative Devil was unusually silent, as if he had become mute.

"Master, unable to... detect, reason unknown. And this place gives me a very dangerous feeling, I strongly suggest you leave."

"Damn it, wait a little longer."

Madam Amplow's arm moved lightly, and the razor miraculously rose into the air, slowly approaching her, then hovering before her eyes.

"Oh, Wincamu Razor, I finally have you."

"Auntie, what is Wincamu Razor? I've never heard of it before. Mr. Tsuiwen finally got it from the Dragon Ball Temple. There was a hideous, three-headed dragon there, so ferocious, it almost ate us all, even Tang Tang, which my father used to protect me, couldn't be released."

"Oh, Tang Tang? Is that Tang Ramon Tang Taisi? I didn't expect your father to finally succeed in developing it. Little darling, your father must have forbidden you from going to the Dragon Ball Temple, you must have sneaked out this time! You daring little thing."

Madam Amplow affectionately tapped Gunlan's head, and Gunlan smiled shyly, snuggling into her arms.

"The Dragon Ball Temple is a very dangerous place. The three-headed dragon you saw was probably Genoa, a fire-type sacred dragon, a level above even dragons. However, it's not the most dangerous. The more dangerous one is the Hundred Dragon Beast, one of the most dangerous things in the world. But most of the time, it's dormant, which is the only good news. Whenever it awakens, the earth undergoes tremendous changes, and all sorts of animals gather in that area like moths to a flame. At the same time, a hundred dragons die in the disaster, so we call it the Hundred Dragon Beast. Actually, no one knows its real name. But according to our speculation, this terrifying monster is enormous and likes to travel through lava and volcanoes, drawing power from them. Fortunately, it only roams in extremely remote places and doesn't pose any threat to humans."

Zoni, who had been keeping his head down, was shocked by Madam Ampro's words. He knew that the disaster that occurred at Ice Spring Peak must have been caused by this Hundred Dragon Beast. The sheer power of its awakening was unprecedented. Zoni suddenly felt incredibly lucky to have survived such power.

"As for the Wincamu Razor… it's best you don't know. It's a dangerous double-edged sword with inexplicable secrets. You'll understand when you reach that level; knowing now won't do you any good. Come, let me show you around my estate. A few days ago when you came, I was in meditation. It's so rare to see you today. You must stay here a few more days. I'll speak to your father. Don't worry, although he's unhappy with me, he won't take it out on you."

Although Mrs. Amplow didn't speak to Zoni, he knew he should leave. Staying any longer might incur Mrs. Amplow's displeasure.

"Madam, I take my leave."

Zoni respectfully withdrew from the Moon God Tower, leaving the dangerous area that the evil had described.

"Master, this woman is definitely not simple. Although we can't detect anything, that just proves it..."

"Forget it, damn it. We don't need to discuss how mysterious Lady Ampro is right now. Let's plan how to take down the Right Chancellor and get rid of that bitch Rebecca."

"Cuiwen!"

Sylvia had been waiting for Zone at the door. Seeing him come out unharmed and looking relaxed, she relaxed too.

Zone shrugged. "The lady accepted me as her servant, but said I have to pass a routine test. I'm curious, can you tell me what the test is?"

Sylvia gave a charming smile and beckoned to Zone. "You'll find out if you follow me."

Following Sylvia's beautiful back, the two soon arrived at a room. It was clearly a woman's room, as the faint fragrance and elegant decorations proved it.

As soon as the door closed, Sylvia turned and pounced on Zone, tightly embracing him. Her supple body pressed against him, rubbing passionately against him, igniting his desire.

"You little slut, is your pussy itchy again? Do you need your big cock to soothe itch?"

Zone teased the mature beauty, urging her to respond enthusiastically.

Sylvia was indeed very proactive; she kissed Zone passionately, her firm breasts rubbing against his body, and her bright red lips uttered lewd moans.

"Fuck me hard with your big cock, don't hold back, the harder the better!"

Zone, of course, didn't object. He immediately complied with her wishes, even tearing open his clothes, his large cock finding the opening and thrusting in smoothly.

"Oh!"

Sylvia let out a satisfied groan, her pert buttocks thrusting forward to welcome the massive member penetrating her. At the same time, she wrapped her arms around Zoni's neck and whispered in his ear, "My big-dicked prince, this is your test. If you satisfy me, I'll declare you passed."

"You slut, I'll definitely feed you well today!"

Zoni grabbed her slender waist, lifting her body not with his hands, but with the upward thrust of his massive penis, allowing it to penetrate even deeper, making her eyes roll back.

"You wanton woman, today I'll show you what I'm capable of!"

Zoni thrust his hips forcefully, each thrust upward, adding to the impact of Sylvia's weight, making his penis penetrate even deeper and more powerfully.

Even a wanton woman like Sylvia couldn't withstand such stimulation for long, especially with Zoni's hand slipping inside her clothes, wantonly playing with her breasts, particularly her more sensitive nipples, which swelled up as if about to burst with milk.

Sylvia lowered her head, pressing her red lips tightly against Zoni's, her tongue darting out, offering up its passion and saliva.

Zoni, of course, didn't hold back, sucking her tongue wildly until her body trembled, her long legs rising up and tightly clamping around Zoni's waist. Zoni

unleashed his power, thrusting hundreds of times in one go, until Sylvia's eyes glazed over, her mind blurred, her mouth screaming incoherently.

This mature beauty had been suppressing her desires for the past few days, so with just a little teasing and penetration from Zoni, she immediately erupted, reaching orgasm in just a few strokes. Of course, the large penis also played a part; this new weapon was far too powerful for any woman to handle.

When the hot semen shot into Sylvia's body, she went limp. If Zoni hadn't been holding her, she would have collapsed to the ground, too weak to stand.

Zoni licked her ear, teasing her.

"My darling, how about one more time? I promise I can send you to an even happier paradise."

"No...no more! Cui Wen, you're too strong!"

Sylvia couldn't help but marvel at Zoni's incredible sexual prowess, a powerful ability that she both loved and feared.

Looking at Zoni's still erect and hard penis as it withdrew from her body, she flicked it hard, startling Zoni into retreating hastily to avoid damaging his manhood.

Sylvia's eyes darted around, a sly smile spreading across her face.

"Cui Wen, I forgot to tell you something. Your two friends, Luo Wei and Kangba, I heard they were arrested yesterday by the Right Prime Minister's men and imprisoned in the Black Pine Forest."

"What? Why didn't you say so sooner!"

Zuo Ni abruptly stood up, hurriedly pulling on her trousers, and rushed out the door, not forgetting to give her a sharp slap on the buttocks before leaving, making a crisp sound.

"You slut, I'll teach you a lesson when I get back!"

Chapter Six, Episode Six: The Black Pine Forest

The Right Prime Minister's residence was located in the most prosperous part of the capital, also the largest aristocratic gathering area in the Blue River Capital. However, the Black Pine Forest that Sylvia mentioned wasn't there; it was located in the suburbs of the capital. The

Black Pine Forest wasn't private property, but rather a place similar to an execution ground or prison.

The Black Pine Forest had a very ancient history, with countless black pine trees growing there, never seeing sunlight. Originally, this was a place for nobles to duel. The ancient and dark pine forest had a terrifying atmosphere, and those who dared to come here were all courageous. Moreover, there were no powerful magical beasts here, only ordinary animals.

However, as time went by, noble duels were gradually phased out, and visitors to the Black Pine Forest became increasingly rare. Another purpose quickly emerged: it became the best place to extract confessions or resolve secret disputes. Many private grudges were settled by force here, and His Majesty the Emperor tacitly approved of this method.

Zoni wasn't too worried about Luo Wei, after all, he had a powerful father. He was worried about Kangba; the fat man might be killed by the Right Chancellor's men. He could only pray for the guy's good luck.

With his superhuman strength and running speed, Zoni quickly arrived at the Black Pine Forest, but he came from another direction: he knew that Luo Wei and Kangba had been captured because of him, and the Right Chancellor's men were definitely prepared in the Black Pine Forest, waiting for him to walk into their trap.

"Hmph, I'm not so easily dealt with! You'll pay the price!"

Zoni hid in a very secluded corner outside the black pine forest, not venturing in rashly. He didn't know what kind of trap lay inside; he needed to observe thoroughly and confirm the danger first.

"White God, scan all creatures within the largest possible range. Evil, assess the danger level of the creatures White God has found, using Sylvia as the standard."

Upon receiving Zoni's order, the two supercomputers immediately began working, their forte, and produced results almost instantly.

"There are five standard energy reactions within a ten-kilometer radius. Three are clustered together, and the other two are not far away, likely near those three people... Master, your two friends seem to be tied to a tree."

"Damn it, Gao An, that pile of stinking shit, Rebecca, that rotten bitch! I'll make you pay a terrible price!"

Zoni was furious, wanting nothing more than to grab Gao An and Rebecca and beat them to a pulp to vent his anger.

Zoni's anger was justified. He knew Sylvia's strength well; it was a strength that could threaten his life, a strength even the Vajra Body couldn't withstand. There were five beings of equal strength to Sylvia, clearly a group intent on killing him. Zoni didn't believe these guys were gathered here without a purpose; just seeing Luo Wei and Kangba tied to the nearby tree told him what was going on.

"They're really willing to go all out... Alright, I'll play along!"

Zoni could be a bit crazy at times, but most of the time he was both cautious and cunning. He wouldn't be foolish enough to jump into such an obvious trap. Besides, according to Bai Shen's scan, Luo Wei and Kangba weren't in mortal danger, but the fat Kangba seemed to have suffered some pain; his already chubby face was swollen, probably from a beating. This fat guy always had a foul mouth; he must have been too talkative and gotten himself into trouble, so he was caught and given a beating. If it weren't for being kept as bait to lure Cui Wen, he probably would have been killed long ago.

"No, we can't just go in like this. The enemy is too strong. I'm not going to do something so suicidal."

Zoni thought it over and realized he only had two options.

One was to disregard Luo Wei and Kangba's lives and run away for his own, but that would be betraying his two longtime friends. The other was to risk his life to rescue Luo Wei and Kangba.

Zoni hesitated for a long time, but finally made up his mind, relying on what little conscience he had left to rescue his two friends.

"What should we do? Set a fire in the black pine forest?"

Zoni then rejected this terrible idea. Setting a fire was simple, but it was very likely that Luo Wei and Kangba would be burned to death before the enemy was even burned.

"Bru! Bru!"

The invisible snake Bru, which had been clinging to Zoni's neck like a necklace, began to call out. Its head rubbed vigorously against Zoni's chest, seemingly trying to do something.

At first, Zoni thought the little creature was hungry, but then he realized it wasn't hungry; it was biting something.

Zoni then realized that Bru was biting the cloak he had risked his life to retrieve from the Dragon Ball Temple. Because he had been busy, he had temporarily forgotten about this cloak that he loved so much, and therefore hadn't examined its functions. Being placed on the altar alongside the Winkamu Razor, it was definitely not an ordinary cloak.

After calming Bru down, Zoni examined the cloak thoroughly, and even used the White God and All Evil to analyze it.

"Master, this is truly a miracle. This thing is incredibly peculiar. It possesses the characteristics of random armor, but only half of its structure resembles random armor. The other half defies technological explanation and cannot be analyzed. However, I suspect it possesses invisibility capabilities. Using this thing is a little troublesome, but it's alright, White God can crack it and control it."

"Invisibility? That's great! White God, get it done quickly!" Zoni was overjoyed. This was exactly the ability he desperately needed. With such an ability, the chances of rescuing Luo Wei and Kangba would increase exponentially.

"Cracked, ready to use."

"Come on, let me test the power of the invisibility cloak!"

The invisibility cloak fit unexpectedly well. Although it wasn't random armor, it possessed similar functions, clinging tightly to the skin like underwear, without causing any discomfort.

In the reflection of the stream, Zoni confirmed that he was indeed invisible. But it wasn't truly completely invisible; if viewed with laser eyes, a faint, blurry shadow could still be seen. One can imagine that for powerful individuals, such invisibility would be utterly useless.

Zoni felt a little regretful, but he was already satisfied. After all, he had obtained the invisibility cloak by chance, and he didn't think the five guys in the Black Pine Forest could detect his disguise.

"Luo Wei, Kangba! Hold on, I'm coming!"

Zoni stealthily sneaked into the Black Pine Forest, taking each step with extreme caution, because these powerful individuals were all sharp-eyed and sharp-eared, and the slightest carelessness would be discovered.

Zoni felt he had the qualifications to fight a powerful opponent: the invisibility cloak, the formidable Vajra Body, and the epic-level elven weapon, the Moon Half-Nong—with all these combined, he believed he could escape even if he couldn't win.

After a long infiltration, Zoni finally approached within a hundred meters of the tree where Luo Wei and Kangba were tied. From here, he could clearly see everything.

Poor Luo Wei and Kangba were tied to two different trees. Luo Wei was in slightly better condition, tied to the bottom of the tree, and his complexion looked no different than usual. As for Kamba, he was much worse off. He was hung high up in the tree, head down, swaying in the breeze.

This difference in treatment was entirely understandable. Who was Luo Wei? He was the son of Prince Alexander. Disciplining him was one thing, but to mistreat or kill him would incur the wrath of the barbaric prince—a wrath even the Right Chancellor, Gao An, couldn't withstand. Kamba, on the other hand, was merely the son of a merchant. His noble title was bought with money; he had no real power. His status was only slightly better than that of a commoner.

Therefore, Kamba received this treatment and would certainly be executed afterward.

Zoni calculated in his mind that rescuing both of them simultaneously was almost impossible. If he only rescued Kamba, the chances of success would be much higher, and even without rescuing Luo Wei, he wouldn't be in any danger.

Zoni began carefully observing every corner of their surroundings, preparing to find the best escape route.

"Damn it!"

Zoni quickly realized the situation was dire. Three men formed a triangle around the two trees where Luo Wei and Kangba were bound, seemingly loosely positioned but perfectly coordinated, making a sneak attack impossible from any direction.

Clearly, these three were experienced veterans.

These three level 11 experts appeared to be brothers; they looked very similar, all with thick beards, fierce and ruthless expressions, and muscular, bear-like bodies. Their weapons were terrifying: nearly man-high spiked clubs covered in sharp serrations, capable of tearing a large chunk of flesh from a body with a single blow—truly a vicious weapon.

Zoni frowned, for such enemies were difficult to deal with. Brothers shared an unparalleled connection, their coordination was impeccable, making them formidable foes.

"Where are the other two hiding? Aha, they're hiding in a rat hole!"

While the three burly men looked intimidating, Zoni knew the two hidden figures preparing a treacherous attack were far more dangerous; they were the most deadly opponents.

Zoni himself hadn't discovered their presence; he only found them thanks to Bai Shen's help.

One was hiding in the grass nearby, while the other was hiding in a tree hollow further away. Unlike the three muscular men, they lay motionless in their hiding places, as if frozen in place.

Zoni didn't know that these three fierce men were the trusted henchmen of Right Chancellor Gao An—the infamous and ruthless Wolf Fang Ma Long brothers. Gao An's decision to send them out demonstrated his high regard for Zoni and his determination to kill him.

What puzzled Zone was that while he initially assumed the five men, some visible and some hidden, were sent by that bastard Right Chancellor, he quickly realized something was amiss. The two hiding in the shadows didn't seem to be lying in ambush; rather, they appeared to be facing off.

"

They're not working together!"

Zone suddenly thought, subtly shifting his position to get a better look at the two men.

The man hiding in the tree hollow had his face and head covered with a black cloth, revealing only his eyes. He was tall and thin, his figure almost imperceptible; were it not for Zone's sharp eyesight, he would have been nearly invisible.

The other man hiding in the bushes was equally mysterious, except that he had his face covered with a green cloth, was entirely green, and had a stronger build, somewhat similar to Zone's.

"Two sneaky fellows!"

Zone remarked, forgetting that he himself appeared even more sneaky than they were.

Zoni quickly confirmed that the two men were not together. At most, only one of them was a man of Right Chancellor Gao An. For some reason, they were evenly matched in their standoff, preventing either from making the first move for fear of revealing an opening and being fatally attacked.

Zoni glanced at them a few times and decided to ignore them for now. Their mutual restraint wouldn't hinder his actions; the biggest threat remained these three vicious men.

The conversation of the three Malone brothers reached Zoni's ears clearly, though they weren't speaking loudly.

"Brother Omit, when will that little bastard Cui Wen show up? I can't wait any longer! Two days without blood and screams is making me very uncomfortable!"

"Calm down, Giant! Have you forgotten the master's orders? And you, Yumit, you better behave yourself. If we mess things up, we'll all be punished!"

These three menacing-looking fellows, though almost identical, seemed to have very different personalities. The one named Omit was clearly the leader; he was the calmer one. Zoni immediately decided that during the sneak attack, he must take down this guy first—calm guys were always the most difficult enemies.

Reprimanded by Omit, Giant quieted down, muttering to himself, his spiked club constantly rising and falling, seemingly preparing to smash it over someone's head at any moment.

With Giant quiet, Yumit raised another question.

"Brother Omit, is that Chovin really coming? I heard he went to Wenshak with that girl Sylvia. Sylvia came back, but this kid supposedly disappeared in Wenshak. In a place like that, he's probably dead without a trace. But that Sylvia girl is really something else, I wish I could have some fun with her sometime!"

Omit's ugly face revealed a lewd grin.

"Don't worry, news just came today that he's back alive and will soon be received by Lady Ampro. Those two are his cronies, he won't just stand by and watch them die, so he'll definitely come, either today or tomorrow. You all better be on your guard, you must kill that little bastard. The master said he wants to see his head chopped off!"

Zoni's brows immediately furrowed. These people were well-informed, they knew almost everything about him. He was almost certain that someone had leaked the information to the Right Chancellor.

Unable to contain his urges, Giant interrupted again, "Brother, why does the lord hate this kid so much? He did try to rape the young lady, but surely he didn't send us brothers here? To be honest, I quite admire this kid in that respect; he's bold and decisive, quite impressive."

"Shut up!"

Omit looked around to make sure there was no movement before letting out a sigh of relief. He then lowered his voice and scolded Giant, "What do you know? A few days ago, an elf came to the lord's mansion. He accurately predicted that Cui Wen would soon return to the capital from exile in Wenshak. He came again later, leaving the lord another prophecy, saying that if this bastard named Cui Wen isn't killed, the lord will be in grave danger. You know, the lord is always rather... rather superstitious about prophecies, so... we must complete the task assigned by the lord this time."

"Damn it, it was that bastard Anubis! I'll never forgive you!"

Zone suddenly realized that Anubis was definitely using him as a pawn, employing the Right Chancellor Gao An to kill him and then snatch back Yue Ban Nong. This guy might be hiding somewhere recovering from his injuries, and then he'd come looking for him. A prepared Anubis wouldn't be so easy to deal with.

Suddenly, Zone felt his situation had become extremely dangerous. The Right Chancellor, Anubis, and the unknown enemy—these were all potentially deadly.

"Alright, I accept this challenge!"

Zone's eyes flashed with a cold light, preparing to accept the challenge of fate.
