The first time I experienced being groped on a bus was in 8th grade.

The bus was crowded, and as we jostled around, I suddenly felt someone touching my butt.

By the time I turned around, the person had already gotten off and disappeared into the crowd.

The second time was when I was in high school.

The bus was crowded, and I raised my hand to grab the overhead handrail.

He stared into my eyes and slowly nodded.

No one around us reacted, but at that moment, I suddenly breathed a sigh of relief.
