Classification of female orgasms

    page views:1  Publication date:2023-05-03
Eighty percent of women who experience clitoral orgasms
indicate they cannot orgasm without clitoral stimulation. Only 28 percent of women experience orgasm during intercourse with a regular partner, suggesting that both partners likely overlook the importance of clitoral stimulation. Women who masturbate regularly have likely experienced the importance of clitoral stimulation for female libido, but often forget to tell their partners. If a man feels his partner's clitoris gradually swelling and becoming erect, he should consider incorporating clitoral stimulation during intercourse.
Vaginal orgasms
are less sensitive due to the vaginal skin, so few women achieve orgasm through vaginal penetration; most require prior clitoral or vulvar stimulation. Vaginal orgasms typically occur when a woman is highly aroused due to the pressure generated by penile thrusting. Essentially, the focus of a vaginal orgasm is less on the genitals and more internalized, which some find more intense. To experience vaginal orgasms, one can use a large vibrator (larger than their partner's penis) in conjunction with masturbation. This helps them become accustomed to the sensation of the PC muscles squeezing the penis.
G-spot orgasms
, unlike clitoral orgasms, are more focused on a more diffuse sensation rather than the vaginal area. The sensations are slightly weaker but deeper than clitoral orgasms, possibly because the G-spot orgasm sensation is transmitted via the pelvic parasympathetic nerves connected to the uterus, while the clitoral orgasm sensation is transmitted via the vulvar nerves, which are closer to the skin surface. A temporary urge to urinate may occur just before orgasm or ejaculation.
=====================
During a female orgasm, the following sensations may occur:
1. Warmth throughout the body, especially a warm current in the pelvic region.
2. Involuntary contractions of the outer third of the vagina three to sixteen times; more if multiple orgasms occur.
3. Muscle spasms in the limbs.
4. Some women may involuntarily groan or cry out.
5. Rapid breathing, heartbeat, and increased blood pressure
. 6. Sweating all over the body, producing many small sweat droplets
. 7. Many small red spots appear on the skin, known as "sexual flushing," usually starting from the chest.
8. A significant amount of vaginal lubrication (due to excitement).
9. Because the vagina contracts during arousal, it becomes tighter.
10. Some people may experience a small amount of white or clear, viscous fluid discharge.
Actually, as orgasm approaches, the labia majora and minora swell due to engorgement,
effectively enveloping the penis. The clitoris also swells and enlarges,
expanding deep within the vagina to retain sperm. At the onset of orgasm, the vaginal opening contracts like a spasm
every 0.8 seconds, causing the woman to involuntarily cry out, "I'm coming! I'm coming!"
Clitoral orgasms and vaginal orgasms share some physiological similarities
. All three types of orgasms involve vaginal contractions, but the difference lies in the degree of intensity.
