My erectile dysfunction has progressed to the point where I can break through the limits of erection.

. This training doesn't cost money, doesn't require equipment, and can be done at home.
a. First, sit on the bed and bend your knees, then place the soles of your feet together. Slowly open your knees to the left and right until they almost touch the bed. At this point, you will feel your groin being
stretched. Then, maintain this position and slowly lean your upper body forward and press down, as if you want to bring your face close to the bed. The degree of pressing down depends on your flexibility. Press down until you feel

You'll notice that exercises a and b are just general stretching movements, but these two exercises strengthen the inner thigh and pelvic muscles, which are related to erections.

As your muscle strength increases, you can increase the training intensity. For example, you can increase the holding time or number of repetitions for exercise a, and extend the contraction time for exercise c to more than 5 seconds per contraction.
Also, these exercises require rest periods. For example, you can practice for two to three consecutive days, then rest for a day before starting again, because muscles become stronger during rest after training.
