Two experiences of being harassed on buses

I'm a 30-year-old woman, and I've been harassed twice on public transportation. Let me tell you about it.
The first time was when I was in college. I went to visit my sister's school in the city and took the bus home. It was summer, and I was wearing a long dress my sister gave me—it was really long. My sister likes bohemian style, and she's tall. I probably looked like an average person in it. There were no seats on the bus, so I was standing, near the back door. Then a slightly drunk guy got on. He stood close to me for a few minutes, then put his hand on mine and pressed his lower body against my butt. I was scared; I'm a college student, and it was very embarrassing, especially since he was drunk. I forcefully shook his hand off, moved several steps back, and glared at him, but didn't yell at him. Luckily, he knew better and didn't continue his groping.
Then, about two months ago, this happened. I'm over 30, and I still got groped! My husband's company gave out supermarket vouchers, and thinking these things were free, he figured he might as well take them, since they'd expire soon. He got up early this morning and took the subway to a designated supermarket quite far away to pick them up. Luckily, there were seats on the subway. To his right was a woman, and to his left was an old man, probably over sixty, I guess—but the focus was on this old man. Damn, a sick, perverted old man. Seriously, bad people get old. He initially tried to get close to a young couple, with the girl sitting next to him. Then, after about two stops, the couple hurriedly got off. That perverted old man then shifted his target to me, constantly pressing himself against me. By then, the seats were mostly empty; there was no one to his left, but he was still pressed against me. At first, I didn't pay much attention. Then I felt this old man constantly rubbing his elbow against my thigh. I'm also very sensitive, so I forcefully pushed his elbow back, then glared at him and yelled at him, "Are you crazy?" But I didn't raise my voice too much. After I told him off once, he quieted down for less than a minute before starting to rub his elbow against my thigh again. I blocked him and yelled at him even louder. He was also looking at me with lecherous eyes, speaking in a dialect I couldn't quite understand, but his words were clearly lewd. A young man across from me saw me yelling at him. He was probably wondering why I was yelling at an old man; nobody expected him to be such a pervert. While I was yelling at him, my shopping cart accidentally tipped over. That lecherous guy even pretended to be kind and offered to help me right it. I was already righting the cart when he deliberately reached his hand towards mine. I knew what he was trying to do—he wanted to take the opportunity to touch my hand. I quickly pulled my hand back, glared at him fiercely, and said, "I don't need your help." Then, seeing an empty seat across from me, I yelled at him a couple more times and quickly moved to that seat. After I moved, the old pervert turned his attention to the woman to my right. He kept rubbing against her. The woman probably saw me yelling at the old man and roughly understood what was going on. The old man rubbed against the woman a couple of times, making lewd remarks, which she snapped at. She said, "I don't like talking to people, don't talk to me," and then stood up and left her seat. A little while later, she sat down next to me. The old man got bored and went to another carriage to stand and rub against other girls. Seriously, that's ridiculous.
