The magnificent mansion was brightly lit, giving the illusion of a banquet being held inside, but upon closer inspection, not a single person could be seen.
It was common knowledge that the four Yan brothers disliked outsiders lingering on their property for too long, which explained why the servants in the entire house could not see them at night.
Strange sounds came from a corner hidden by a large vase, as if someone was deliberately speaking in a low voice, but no one could be seen when looking into the hall.
“We need to change our strategy; we can’t keep forcing them,” Min said, squatting on the ground, adjusting his glasses, to the other four.
"Then what should we do? We don't need to force her; she'll definitely run far away." Lian, who was keeping watch, peeked at the spiral staircase leading to the second floor and couldn't help but interject.
"The lookout, keep watch properly." Although Lie really wanted to reply with that, he decided to focus on solving the more important problem rather than wasting his energy.
Lie scratched his head. "Who among you is better at dealing with women?" He looked at the other three in turn. "Now is not the time for modesty. Who understands women best?"
Several pairs of eyes turned to Kui.
Kui raised an eyebrow, straightened his cuffs, and said calmly, "Are you sure you can leave her with me?", successfully dispelling the hopes of the other three.
"What should I do?" Lie started to get frustrated.
"Why don't we each cultivate our relationships with her first? Once she gets used to it and can't live without it, she won't be able to refuse it even if she wants to," Lian raised an eyebrow and asked tentatively in a hoarse voice.
The other three, as if struck by a thunderbolt, clapped their hands and exclaimed that the method was feasible, their eyes shining brightly.

The man covered his head and ran away, begging for mercy while using his hands to block the baseball bat that was swinging straight down. "Help, I haven't been to see her in so long."
"Who asked you that? Tell me, how did you get her to be your girlfriend?" Lian knocked the man to the ground, braced herself with a baseball bat, and stomped hard on his face.
Thinking Lian had come for revenge, the man screamed like a pig being slaughtered, "I... I stood guard downstairs at her dormitory every day, and later I gave her a lot of designer gifts."
