Is "Sympathy for the Peasants" an obscene poem? (Author: 88980800)

The Tang Dynasty truly lived up to its reputation for being "dirty." Take, for example, Li Shen's poem "Sympathy for the Peasants":

"Hoeing the fields at midday, sweat drips onto the soil.

Who knows that every grain in the bowl is the result of hard work?" This poem has been recited as a classic since elementary school, instilling in us the values of thrift and cherishing food—which is certainly good. However, Li Shen actually depicted a rather erotic scene: "Hoeing the fields at midday": a man named "Hoeing the fields" and a woman named "Midday" are engaged in sexual intercourse; "Sweat drips onto the soil": their movements are vigorous, causing them to sweat profusely. " Who knows that every grain in the bowl is the result of hard work?" Here, the man's sperm is compared to grains of rice on a plate—truly brilliant! " Every grain is the result of hard work": this phrase perfectly captures the bitterness and pain men experience in sexual intercourse. He wants to say that ejaculation is not child's play; releasing each sperm is an exhausting and arduous task.
