Five leaders gathered for drinks and, after discussion, decided to determine the winner through a poetry contest. The leaders would be responsible for hosting the contest, and the poems had to contain phrases such as "pointed, round, thousands upon thousands, tens of thousands, is there? No!" The propaganda minister, relying on his excellent writing skills, took the lead: "Sharp commas, round periods, thousands of articles written, tens of thousands reviewed, is there any truth? No!"
