Chapter 1

Monday morning was exceptionally nice. Tang Xin woke up before her alarm clock went off. She wasn't a particularly early riser, but it was her first day at her new job, and she didn't want to be late.

Leaving home, Tang Xin bought a pancake from a stall near her apartment complex, stuffing it into her stomach while waiting for the bus. When the bus arrived, she rubbed her eyes and boarded.

Mondays were always particularly crowded in this city, and Tang Xin held onto the armrests tightly. Today, she was wearing a very formal suit, which made her look somewhat out of place among the people around her.

This was her new job, which she had found after two months of searching since quitting her previous company. It was a fairly large foreign company, and Tang Xin was quite satisfied with finding such a job with her ordinary university degree, even though her position was just a regular clerk in the administrative department.

At nine o'clock in the morning, Tang Xin arrived at the company entrance on time. She smiled politely at the receptionist and explained her situation. The receptionist made a phone call, then pointed to an office inside and said to Tang Xin, "The administrative director wants to see you."

Tang Xin walked into the company lobby, quickly went to the administrative director's office, knocked gently, and after hearing a "Come in" from inside, pushed open the door. She immediately saw a woman sitting behind a desk, a faint smile on her face.

This was a beautiful woman who looked to be under thirty. Tang Xin had heard this woman's name from the HR director who recruited her; her name was Su Ting. Tang Xin hadn't expected the administrative director to be so young.

Seeing Tang Xin enter, Su Ting gave a slight bow: "You're the new employee assigned by the HR department?"

Tang Xin nodded.

Su Ting picked up the phone on her desk and dialed a number: "Lily, come in for a moment."

Hanging up, she said to Tang Xin, "I'll have someone take you to greet your colleagues in a bit. As for your specific job..."

Before she could finish, there was another knock at the door. Soon, a girl about Tang Xin's age walked in. Seeing Tang Xin, the girl paused, "Tang Xin?"

Tang Xin was also surprised, "Lily?"

"You two know each other?"

Su Ting asked, noticing the expressions on Tang Xin and the girl's faces.

Hearing Su Ting's question, the girl named Lily quickly replied, "Yes, Ms. Su, Tang Xin and I were high school classmates. I didn't expect her to come to our company..."

Lily's surname was Xia. She and Tang Xin had a good relationship in high school, but their contact gradually decreased after entering university. Tang Xin had heard from other classmates that Xia Lily had found a decent job, but she never imagined she would run into an old classmate here.

Hearing Xia Lili say this, Su Ting smiled and said, "You two really are destined to meet. Since that's the case, I won't say any more. Take Tang Xin out and greet everyone. You can teach her about work. If she has any questions, she can ask me."

"Okay!"

Xia Lili nodded, and then, without saying another word, pulled Tang Xin out of Su Ting's office.

After closing Su Ting's office door, Xia Lili excitedly said to Tang Xin, "I never thought you'd work here! This is wonderful!"

The two chatted as they walked to the administrative staff's work area. After introducing the other colleagues to Tang Xin, Xia Lili pulled her to a prepared seat and said, "Sit here, let's sit next to each other."

Tang Xin sat down at her desk, glanced around, and pointed to the other side of the office, asking Xia Lili, "Don't we need to go over there?"

Xia Lili looked in the direction Tang Xin pointed and shook her head. "That's the marketing department. They're the most annoying. They're all salespeople who only talk about results. I can't be bothered with them."

"You're still so blunt,"

Tang Xin laughed.

Xia Lili laughed, "Don't bother with the people in the technical department. We can't really talk to them anyway."

Pointing upstairs, she continued, "Upstairs are the finance and HR departments, and the bosses' offices. Don't go up unless it's for payday. They usually don't want anything good coming up to you."

Tang Xin nodded, "Then what should I do?"

Xia Lili shook her head, "Actually, I don't know. There's nothing for you to do right now, just stay put. I'll let you know if anything comes up."

Seeing Xia Lili turn around and start working, Tang Xin opened her computer. There was no specific work to do. Tang Xin spent most of the morning looking around, hoping to remember what her colleagues looked like so that she wouldn't feel like a stranger when they met again.

Around noon, Xia Lili stopped working and turned to Tang Xin, saying, "Let's go eat!"

"Where to eat?"

Tang Xin asked.

"The cafeteria. Take your employee card."

Xia Lili stood up briskly, grabbing Tang Xin's hand and pulling her downstairs, regardless of whether Tang Xin wanted to or not.

Downstairs was a restaurant. When Tang Xin arrived in the morning, he saw people eating breakfast inside. He hadn't expected that this restaurant was actually the company cafeteria. After entering the restaurant, Xia Lili pointed to rows of plates filled with food and said to Tang Xin, "Help yourself to eat whatever you want."

Tang Xin followed Xia Lili's example, picked up an empty plate from the side, selected a few items, and then sat down at a table in the corner with Xia Lili. He first took a sip of soup, found it tasted pretty good, and then picked up his chopsticks to eat.

Seeing that Tang Xin was still a little reserved, Xia Lili waved her chopsticks: "Eat quickly, lunch break is from 12 to 2, if you finish eating quickly you can go out for some fresh air. There are a few nice shopping malls around here, we can go shopping together sometime."

Tang Xin hummed in agreement: "Lili, how long have you been here?"

"About two years."

Xia Lili counted on her fingers, "By the way, I'm the company's know-it-all, just ask me if you want to know any gossip."

"Gossip!"

Tang Xin laughed, "You were like this when you were in school."

Xia Lili laughed too: "I can't help it, it's innate. My mom is even better than me, she knows who gave birth in our neighborhood, who died... she even knows the name of everyone's dog."

"Really skilled!"

Tang Xin picked up a piece of food and put it in her mouth, her eyes moving, she saw a man in a suit walking into the cafeteria from the door.

"That's our boss's second son, Zheng Jian, the director of the marketing department."

Seeing Tang Xin looking at the man, Xia Lili recounted the story as if she knew him intimately.

"Huh?"

Tang Xin was taken aback. "Didn't the company chairman say he was a foreigner?"

"He is a foreigner,"

Xia Lili explained. "A Chinese person who immigrates becomes a foreigner. This young master also has a green card, so he's a foreigner too."

As Xia Lili said this, Tang Xin was still sizing up Zheng Jian. The man looked to be in his early thirties and was quite handsome, but his complexion was a bit pale, as if he lacked exercise. After getting his food, he found an empty seat by the window. When the later employees saw Zheng Jian, they all went to find other seats, and that table immediately became Zheng Jian's territory.

Xia Lili continued, "The chairman spends about half the year abroad. His eldest son, Zheng Qiang, basically manages the company. Oh, and that guy is also our company's general manager. I'll tell you more when I see him."

As Xia Lili finished speaking, a man shorter and heavier than Zheng Jian walked in. He got his food, carried his tray, and sat down opposite Zheng Jian.

"That guy's name is Cao Yang, the company's technical director,"

Xia Lili said to Tang Xin. "I haven't had much contact with him, but I heard he was a top student at a prestigious university. I really couldn't tell."

"You know that too!"

Tang Xin stared at Xia Lili. "You're a real know-it-all."

Xia Lili scoffed, "That's nothing. I know a lot more."

At this point, another man sat down at Zheng Jian's table.

Tang Xin recognized him; he was the company's human resources director, Chen Bin. Tang Xin was one of the people he had recruited. In Tang Xin's opinion, Chen Bin was a very refined and articulate man, always speaking slowly and methodically.

"You've seen this before, right?"

Xia Lili chimed in.

Tang Xin nodded. "These guys are close?"

"Best buddies, huh!"

Xia Lili chuckled. "But not everyone's here yet. It depends on your luck. I don't know if one of them will come today."

"How do you know so much?"

Tang Xin was amazed by Xia Lili's knowledge.

"Just asking because I'm curious. Besides, it's not exactly a secret."

Xia Lili glanced towards the restaurant entrance. "They're here, they're all here."

Tang Xin looked over and saw a man with short hair walking in. He was wearing a beige trench coat and gold-rimmed glasses, and had a nonchalant expression on his face. He went straight to where Zheng Jian was sitting.

Tang Xin saw the man sit down and turned to Xia Lili. She knew that even if she didn't ask, this gossipy woman would tell. Xia Lili didn't disappoint her, immediately saying, "This man is Han Feng. He's the company's legal counsel and chairman of the supervisory board. He doesn't come to the company often, and I heard he's a senior partner at a law firm."

"Really? All the company's top executives are here?"

Tang Xin asked casually.

"More or less."

Xia Lili glanced at Zheng Jian and the others. "Our boss and the head of the finance department are missing, but they're rarely here. They usually go out for lunch."

As Xia Lili spoke, Tang Xin was still looking at Zheng Jian and the others: "Do they often get together like this?"

"Yeah, I see them all the time."

Xia Lili nodded. "And I heard they even live together."

"What?"

Tang Xin's eyes widened. "They can't really be... you know...?"

Hearing Tang Xin's question, Xia Lili chuckled. "Of course not, it's called male friendship. Okay, since you're so curious, I'll tell you everything I've gathered today."

Saying this, Xia Lili picked up a peanut from her plate and placed it on the table. "For example, this is our General Manager Zheng Qiang..."

She then picked up two more peanuts and placed them next to the previous one. "These are Chen Bin and Han Feng. The three of them were classmates in university, at a top engineering university."

She then placed another peanut next to the one representing Han Feng. "This is Cao Yang, supposedly Han Feng's childhood friend, the kind who's known since they were little."

"As for Zheng Jian..."

Xia Lili placed the last peanut under Zheng Qiang's peanut. "It seems he paid his way into university and once stayed in Chen Bin and Han Feng's dorm. Their relationship is naturally quite close. According to colleagues in the marketing department, Zheng Jian once got drunk and said that his relationship with Chen Bin and Han Feng was better than his relationship with his own brothers. I don't know if it's true."

"No wonder, then our company must be a family business?"

Tang Xin asked, looking at the peanuts on the table.

"More or less."

Xia Lili nodded and smiled. "These people should all have shares in the company, but I don't know the exact amount."

"You already know quite a lot."

Tang Xin pinched Xia Lili's cheek. "People who don't know you might mistake you for a paparazzi."

"I can't live without gossip."

Xia Lili laughed along with Tang Xin.

The two continued eating. After a while, Xia Lili suddenly asked Tang Xin, "Oh right, I forgot, are you married?"

Tang Xin shook her head. "Don't even mention marriage, I don't even have a boyfriend."

"Really?"

Xia Lili's eyes widened. "I thought only ugly girls like me wouldn't have men. You've been beautiful since you were little, how could you not have a boyfriend?"

Tang Xin sighed. "When I was in school, my mom was strict, so I only focused on studying. After I started working, I was busy, and my social circle was small, so I had even less of a chance."

"Then you'd better hurry up!"

Xia Lili made an exaggerated expression. "Otherwise, in another two years, your standards will be the same as mine."

Tang Xin was stunned. "What standards?"

"Of course, the standards for finding a husband!"

Xia Lili replied. "Right now, I only have two conditions: one, he has to be male, and two, he has to be alive. Everything else doesn't matter."

"It can't be that bad, can it?"

Tang Xin almost spat out the food in her mouth.

“Believe me, it’s terrible.”

Xia Lili shook her head repeatedly. “How about I introduce you to a few?”

Tang Xin also shook her head: “Keep them for yourself!”

“That’s true…”

Xia Lili looked around at her colleagues. “Those guys in the marketing department are all smooth talkers, the tech department is all bumpkins, and the finance department is stingy as hell. With your qualifications, you should raise your standards.”

Turning her head, she saw Zheng Jian and the others. “Why don’t you try harder and pursue one of those bosses?”

“Are you kidding me?”

Tang Xin sighed. “We’re just low-level employees. It’s enough to find an honest guy. Do you really want to climb the social ladder?”

“So what?”

Xia Lili lowered her voice. “Several of the sisters in the department have talked about these things in private. We even gave them scores.”

"Give him a score?"

Tang Xin stared at Xia Lili. "What do you mean?"

Xia Lili glanced at Zheng Jian: "Putting aside material conditions, Zheng Jian is the most handsome, but he's a bit of a homebody and probably not very romantic. He'd probably get an 85. Cao Yang is the most honest, but not handsome enough. He'd be the safest to settle down with, so he'd probably get around an 80. Chen Bin is our favorite; he's romantic and cultured, so a 90 is no problem. As for Han Feng… let's not talk about him." "

Why?"

Tang Xin pressed. "I think he's alright."

"No! No!"

Xia Lili shook her head repeatedly. "That guy has a double degree in engineering and law, probably the smartest of them all, but he has a strange temper, always speaks with a barb, and always acts like a slacker. Most importantly, he's already married, and his wife seems to be a great beauty, but..."

"But what..."

Hearing Xia Lili's words, Tang Xin turned her gaze to Han Feng. Sunlight streamed through the glass, revealing a bluish mark on Han Feng's left ring finger.

Perhaps it was a ring mark? Why wasn't he wearing it? As Tang Xin pondered this, Xia Lili muttered softly, "But... don't tell anyone, okay? This is what a former colleague told me. Han Feng's wife apparently died of illness... a few years ago, I think."

Tang Xin didn't listen carefully to the rest. She liked gossip, but some gossip was better left unheard. Looking at Zheng Jian's side, Xia Lili was right; these men were indeed good boyfriend candidates. However, Tang Xin also knew very well that Cinderella stories didn't always happen in reality. The real world didn't have that many fairy tales. But if… Thinking of this, her face actually felt a little hot.

After lunch, Tang Xin and Xia Lili each took two oranges upstairs. As they were leaving, they happened to walk past Zheng Jian and the others' table. At that moment, Chen Bin happened to look up and saw Tang Xin passing by. He smiled at her in a friendly manner, and Tang Xin politely nodded back.

After Tang Xin and Xia Lili left the restaurant, Zheng Jian glanced at Chen Bin: "Who's that girl? Is she new? She seems to know you quite well?"

Chen Bin shook his head: "She's a new employee I hired last time. I only vaguely remember her. She's from the administration department."

"She's not bad looking."

Zheng Jian looked at Tang Xin's back and drew the shape of a buttock with his hands. "Doggy style must be really enjoyable!"

"Damn! Is this all the nonsense in your head?"

Cao Yang cursed from the side.

"Food and sex are human nature..."

Zheng Jian chuckled, "And I like her clothes, the OL uniform allure, it's really cool."

"Holy crap!"

Han Feng on the other side also laughed, "Don't forget to give us a copy when you finish filming it."

"Roger!"

Zheng Jian pointed at Han Feng, "By the way, what are you doing here now? Looking for your little lover again?"

"Of course."

Before Han Feng could answer, Cao Yang interrupted, "He's here for Su Ting, of course, not for your asshole, right?"

"Maybe, Brother Han might want to try something new."

Zheng Jian looked at Cao Yang.

"Damn!"

Chen Bin finally couldn't help but curse under his breath, "Keep your voices down, what will the employees think if they hear us?"

"President Chen has spoken, everyone shut up!"

Han Feng stood up and lowered his voice, "I'm going to find some fun, where should we eat tonight?"

"I'll tell you after I've thought it through..."

Zheng Jian turned to Han Feng, "Tell Su Ting not to shout so loudly, I can hear her upstairs."

"Dog ears."

Han Feng laughed and walked out.

Upon arriving at Su Ting's office upstairs, Han Feng didn't knock but simply pushed the door open and walked in. Inside, Su Ting was leaning against the sofa, covered with a large shawl, looking sleepy, as if she was about to take a nap.

Seeing Han Feng enter and lock the door behind him, Su Ting frowned and said, "Why are you here?"

"Don't you want to see me?"

Han Feng sat on the sofa, leaned against Su Ting's waist, and pressed his face against hers. "Want to have sex?"

"Disgusting!"

Su Ting pushed Han Feng's face away. "You only come to see me for this. Can't you think of something else?"

"Something else?"

Han Feng thought for a moment, then brought his lips closer to Su Ting's. "Then let's kiss first, and then have sex."

This time, Su Ting didn't push Han Feng away. She just glared at him, her cheeks puffed out as if she was angry. When Han Feng's lips landed on hers, one hand reached under Su Ting's skirt and pinched the crotch of her legs. She whispered, "Why are you wearing pantyhose? You know I hate them the most."

"I don't care if you like them or not. I like them myself."

Su Ting bit Han Feng's lip. "You know, I don't actually like you like this."

"What's wrong?"

Han Feng straightened up, moved to a different position, placed Su Ting's legs on his lap, and lifted Su Ting's skirt up to her buttocks, gently rubbing her genitals through her pantyhose and underwear.

Su Ting grabbed Han Feng's arm with both hands, tilted her head back to catch her breath, and then continued, "You only ever do this one thing every time you come, making me feel like a prostitute."

"Nonsense!"

Han Feng pinched Su Ting's private parts. "I'm not planning to pay you!"

"Be serious!"

Su Ting said, but then clamped Han Feng's hand between her legs and twisted it hard. "How about I get a divorce?"

Han Feng stopped, looked at Su Ting, then unbuttoned her clothes, pushed her bra up to her collarbone, looked at the two breasts that suddenly popped out, touched them, and then replied, "Whatever, but I can't guarantee I'll marry you. Why don't you give it a try?"

"What do you mean?"

Su Ting pushed Han Feng's hand away from her breasts. "Are you just going to keep freeloading like this?"

"Yeah."

Han Feng actually nodded. "Of course I'd eat a woman as white as you."

After saying that, he lay on Su Ting's chest and took most of her right breast into his mouth.

Su Ting sighed, "You're such a bastard!"

"Your husband's the bastard."

Han Feng spat out Su Ting's breast, saliva forming a glistening thread between his mouth and Su Ting's nipple.

Su Ting looked at Han Feng, gritting her teeth, "What terrible thing did I do in my past life to end up with you?"

"You'll have to ask the monks at the temple about that."

Han Feng suddenly picked Su Ting up from the sofa, carried her to the desk, and pressed her upper body against the surface. Su Ting's full breasts were pressed against the desk, their white edges peeking out from the side.

Han Feng then rolled Su Ting's skirt up to her waist, and when he ripped off her pantyhose and underwear, Su Ting let out a soft "Ah."

"You still say you don't want to!"

Han Feng smeared his fingers on Su Ting's genitals, then placed his fingers, still wet with her juices, near her mouth. "Come on, taste your own flavor."

As Su Ting stuck out her tongue and began licking Han Feng's fingers, his penis had already torn open her body and entered her vagina. The glans rubbed against the vaginal walls, and the tingling sensation made Su Ting's body tremble slightly.

Han Feng grabbed Su Ting's slender waist with one hand and reached forward with the other to grasp her left breast, squeezing it hard before beginning to thrust rapidly in and out of her vagina. Su Ting lay on the table, repeatedly raising her snow-white buttocks to meet Han Feng's thrusts. The sound of flesh slapping against flesh quickly echoed in the office.

After dozens of thrusts, Su Ting's vagina became increasingly wet, her vaginal fluids flowing down her thighs onto the black stockings hanging from her knees. Her breathing grew more rapid. When Han Feng thrust deep into Su Ting's body for the last time, her breathing suddenly stopped, and the muscles on her vaginal walls began to twitch irregularly. Only after Han Feng withdrew his penis from her body did Su Ting open her mouth and take a deep breath.

Picking Su Ting up from behind, Han Feng turned and sat on the sofa, pressing her body down so that she knelt between his legs. Su Ting obediently took Han Feng's penis, which was covered in semen and vaginal fluids, into her mouth and slowly sucked on it.

While enjoying Su Ting's small mouth, Han Feng reached out and caressed Su Ting's swaying breasts. From his angle, he could clearly see Su Ting's peach-shaped buttocks swaying back and forth with her body movements. The stark contrast between her fair thighs and black stockings made Han Feng's heart flutter again.

After Su Ting licked Han Feng's penis clean, she slowly stood up, spread her legs, and sat on Han Feng's left leg. She gently rubbed her wet labia against Han Feng's leg, then stretched out her arms to hug Han Feng, pressing her erect breasts against his chest.

The two embraced for a long time. Just as lunch break was about to end, Su Ting reluctantly stood up and pulled up her underwear and socks. Han Feng, while straightening his clothes, watched Su Ting stuff her breasts into her bra, then leaned over and kissed her cheek. "I'm leaving." "

You rascal!"

Su Ting pinched Han Feng's crotch. "Where are you going this afternoon?"

"Haven't decided yet, maybe go home and take a nap."

Han Feng turned back at the door. "Or come home with me and we'll have another round?"

"Go to hell!"

Su Ting spat at Han Feng, walked closer, lifted her heel, brought her face close to his, and kissed his lips before whispering, "Not today. I have a meeting this afternoon. Another time."

"Understood!"

Han Feng reached out and stroked Su Ting's chin, then opened the door and left.

Leaving Su Ting's office, Han Feng went straight upstairs to Zheng Jian's office. He knocked, then pushed the door open. Besides Zheng Jian, Chen Bin and Cao Yang were also there. Seeing Han Feng, all three of them simultaneously grinned wickedly.

Han Feng plopped down on the sofa. He heard Cao Yang ask, "Feeling good?"

"Refreshed!"

Han Feng grabbed a cup from the coffee table, ignoring who had already drunk half, and downed the rest of the tea in one gulp before letting out a long sigh.

“This isn’t a solution…”

Chen Bin looked at Han Feng. “Su Ting is still a married woman. How long do you plan to keep this up?”

“I haven’t thought about it.”

Han Feng leaned back on the sofa. “Too lazy to think about it!”

Chen Bin continued, “He Ying has been gone for so long. I think you should find a new wife.”

He Ying was Han Feng’s wife. She died in an accident three years ago. It was after that that Zheng Jian, Chen Bin, and Cao Yang moved into Han Feng’s house. In their words, more people means more fun. Han Feng knew perfectly well that these guys were just using this excuse because they were worried about him getting into trouble. However, over the years, they had gotten used to this dormitory-style communal living and had almost forgotten that they were all at the age where they should be getting married and having children.

Hearing Chen Bin mention He Ying's name, Han Feng sighed, "Don't just talk about me, shouldn't you guys also consider your own problems?"

"I'm still young!"

Zheng Jian scratched his head, "Anyway, my brother has a child, so our Zheng family will have an heir. I'm not in a hurry. Getting married and being controlled is nothing compared to my carefree life now."

"Young my ass! You're over thirty."

Han Feng retorted to Zheng Jian, "And you two, I've had my red envelopes ready for years, hurry up!"

"Never mind us, I'm talking about you now."

Cao Yang pointed at Han Feng, "If we wanted to get married, plenty of girls would be willing. Don't wait until we move out and then say we're not good friends."

"Forget it!"

Han Feng adjusted his glasses, "Anyway, I don't want to remarry right now. Being single is fine, and I don't have so many concerns about finding women. I'll think about it when I've had my fill."

"Damn it! Whatever."

Cao Yang cursed, "We're planning to go out for hot pot tonight, what's your opinion?"

"Okay..."

Han Feng only managed to say two words when his phone suddenly rang.

"Hello, Haitao, what's up?"

Han Feng answered the phone.

Yu Haitao's voice immediately came through the phone: "Where are you?"

"Outside, what's wrong?"

Han Feng asked again.

"If it's convenient, come back to the office. I need to discuss something with you,"

Yu Haitao replied.

"Okay, I'm going up now."

Han Feng hung up the phone and said to Zheng Jian and the others, "I don't know what kind of weird thing it is this time that insists I come up. I'll find you guys later."

After leaving the company, Han Feng went to the elevator and pressed the up button. His law firm was also in this office building. The second and third floors, as well as half of the first floor, belonged to Zheng Jian's father's company, while Han Feng's law firm was located on the top floor.

Han Feng returned to the office and knocked on Yu Haitao's office door. As soon as Yu Haitao opened the door, he said, "What's the matter that you're in such a hurry?"

"Nothing much,"

Yu Haitao said, sitting behind his desk and pointing to the tea set on it. "Pour yourself some tea."

"Good tea again?"

Han Feng poured himself a cup and sat down opposite Yu Haitao. "My dear Director Yu, what do you want me to do this time?"

Yu Haitao sighed. "It's about the two intern lawyers we recruited last time. I want you to mentor one..."

"No!"

Han Feng took a sip of tea. "You know I hate working on cases with others, especially interns."

"Of course I know!"

Yu Haitao glared at Han Feng. "In the past two years, all the other lawyers have mentored interns, you're the only exception. Even if we're close, I still have to explain to the other partners, right? Just mentor one, as a favor to me, okay?"

"Brother Yu..."

Han Feng also sighed. "You're using our relationship to pressure me again. Fine, I'll mentor one. Let me know in advance when you're coming."

“They’ve already come, and I’ve sent them back,”

Yu Haitao said. “I didn’t expect you to be back so soon. Are you coming to the office tomorrow?”

Han Feng rolled his eyes and thought for a moment. “No plans yet, how about tomorrow morning, 10 o’clock? I’ll wait for you in the office.”

“Okay!”

Yu Haitao looked at the documents on the desk. “You pick one, and I’ll have someone else bring the other one.”

Han Feng glanced at the two resumes in front of him and chuckled. “You’ve decided, it doesn’t matter.”

He stood up and asked Yu Haitao, “Is there anything else?”

“There are two cases assigned by the Legal Aid Center. They need us to pick up the materials on Wednesday. You can take one of them. I remember you haven’t done any legal aid cases this year.”

Yu Haitao replied.

“Okay!”

Han Feng nodded. "Perfect for the interns to practice, but legal aid is so stingy, that little bit of compensation isn't even enough for a meal."

"Consider it money for a pack of cigarettes. Oh, wait a minute..."

Yu Haitao said, opening a drawer and taking out a pack of Yellow Crane Tower cigarettes, tossing it in front of Han Feng. "A client gave it to me yesterday. He didn't know I don't smoke, so you got a good deal."

Han Feng glanced at it: "Pindao? Good stuff, but too mild. I still prefer the six-yuan Honghe. For a poor person like me..."

"Come on, take it now, just be on time for work tomorrow."

Yu Haitao shooed Han Feng away.

Han Feng picked up the cigarettes, walked to the door, then suddenly turned back to Yu Haitao and said, "The tea is good, pack me two jin later!" He

then opened the door and went out.

This time, he didn't go downstairs to find Zheng Jian and the others, but drove straight home.

Han Feng's home is on the top floor of a high-end residential complex. The entrance is on the north side. Inside, to the east is a bathroom, and to the west is a walk-in closet. Further in, directly opposite the door, is the dining room. South of the dining room is the kitchen. To the east of the dining room are three bedrooms side-by-side, their windows facing outwards into the complex. Because the complex has excellent landscaping, this side is very quiet. Zheng Jian, Chen Bin, and Cao Yang each live in one of these three rooms.

On the other side, west of the dining room is the living room. To the west of the living room are two bedrooms side-by-side. Unlike the other side, one is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, which Han Feng lives in. The other is currently empty, containing only some unimportant books. Unlike the opposite side, these two western bedrooms are connected by a balcony. This layout is arguably better than the eastern one, but unfortunately, it faces a busy street outside the complex, making it almost constantly noisy.

Han Feng returned home and took a short nap. When he woke up, it was already dusk. He checked his phone and saw the address of a hot pot restaurant that Zheng Jian had sent him. After getting dressed, Han Feng strolled out of the house.

The air was still slightly chilly in early April. People were coming and going from work on the streets of the neighborhood. Han Feng didn't drive his own car but hailed a taxi at the entrance of the complex. After a brief traffic jam, he arrived at the restaurant that Zheng Jian and the others had arranged.

Han Feng entered the lobby and, led by a waiter, arrived at a private room. Pushing open the door, he found Zheng Jian, Chen Bin, and Cao Yang already eating. Seeing Han Feng enter, Cao Yang placed a bottle of beer on the table in front of the empty seat: "Late? One bottle as punishment."

"Get lost!"

Han Feng sat down, looking at the glass in front of Cao Yang. "Why didn't you guys drink baijiu today?"

"It's all because of you,"

Chen Bin sighed. "We were planning to get a bottle of baijiu, but you never drink that, so we had to drink beer with you."

"Don't bring me into this!"

Han Feng poured himself a glass of beer and downed it in one gulp. "What business is it of yours if I don't drink baijiu? Have you ever stopped drinking baijiu in front of me?"

"Today is different..."

Zheng Jian refilled Han Feng's glass. "Today we mainly want to talk about you."

"My business?"

Han Feng was taken aback. "What's going on?"

Hearing this, Chen Bin raised his glass and clinked it against Han Feng's: "After you left, we discussed it again, and the brothers felt we needed to help you out..."

"Don't say anymore..."

Han Feng downed another beer. "I'm fine. You guys are only making things worse."

"Damn it!"

Cao Yang cursed. "It's not all to help you. Didn't you say we should also consider our own problems? So we thought..."

He chuckled twice.

"It's definitely not a good thing, is it? Just say it!"

Han Feng urged.

"Well,"

Zheng Jian continued, "we still have a room empty, right? We're planning to rent it out, only to women..."

"Damn it! You guys aren't planning to sell my house, are you?"

Han Feng stared at Zheng Jian.

"Listen to me..."

Zheng Jian continued, "We'll find a pretty girl. First, it'll be pleasing to the eye, and second, whoever likes her can go after her. Wouldn't that solve the brothers' lifelong problems?"

"What if they all like her?"

Han Feng asked casually.

Zheng Jian looked at Han Feng, then at Cao Yang and Chen Bin, and grinned lewdly: "Then we'll take turns!"

"I don't agree."

Han Feng drank his third glass of wine and shook his head.

"I don't care if you agree or not!"

Zheng Jian downed a drink. "I've already sent out the ads. The three of us have decided. Three to one. If you don't agree, don't try to steal our women." Just

then, his phone rang.

Zheng Jian answered, "Hello? Yes...yes...it's...ah? I don't rent to men."

Then he slammed down the phone.

Han Feng shrugged, watching Zheng Jian's exasperated expression. "Whatever. But use your brains, what kind of good woman would rent a house with four men? How stupid would she have to be? Would you even want a woman like that?"

"Tch!"

Zheng Jian threw his phone on the table. "It's better for women to be a little stupid, right?"

He was asking Chen Bin and Cao Yang.

Chen Bin didn't speak. Cao Yang, who was currently picking up a large slice of beef, saw Zheng Jian asking him and stuffed the beef into his mouth, nodding hastily.

“Fine, I don’t care, I don’t believe you can find a tenant.”

Han Feng finished speaking and lowered his head to eat.

“What if you do find one?”

Zheng Jian looked relentless.

“If you can find a tenant that everyone is satisfied with within three months…”

Han Feng looked at the wine glass in front of him, “I’ll cover all the expenses for our summer outing.”

“You’ll regret it!”

Cao Yang slammed his glass on the table. “Cheers!”

Han Feng downed the beer in his glass, took out a cigarette, lit it, threw the pack in front of Zheng Jian, blew a smoke ring, and then said with a sneer, “The one who regrets it is a grandson!”

Chapter 2

The next morning, Han Feng’s head still ached a little when he got up. If he hadn’t already told Yu Haitao that he was going to the office today, he would have gone back to sleep. He opened the door and saw Cao Yang and Chen Bin already sitting on the sofa in the living room. Then he heard the sound of the bathroom flushing.

“Young Master Zheng, hurry up, you son of a bitch!”

Cao Yang turned around and shouted.

Zheng Jian's voice immediately came from the bathroom: "You've been rushing me six times just to take a dump, are you in a hurry to reincarnate?"

After leaving the house and arriving at the underground parking lot, Chen Bin and Cao Yang got into Zheng Jian's car. Chen Bin stuck his head out of the window and asked Han Feng, "Want to come along?"

Han Feng glanced at his car, then opened Zheng Jian's door and plopped down in the passenger seat.

As Zheng Jian started the car, Han Feng lit a cigarette.

The traffic was still terrible. Cao Yang kept complaining of being hungry the whole way. Finally, they arrived at the company building, and before Zheng Jian could even park the car, he had already jumped out.

"He's a reincarnated starving ghost!"

Chen Bin shook his head.

"I'm hungry too,"

Han Feng said, rubbing his stomach. "But it's the same breakfast every day, I'm so sick of it."

"Oh well..."

Zheng Jian parked the car, and the three of them got out and strolled towards the restaurant.

When they arrived, Cao Yang had already finished his second fried dough stick, Chen Bin had two steamed buns, Zheng Jian had a bowl of soy milk, but Han Feng only drank a little plain porridge.

With something in his stomach, he seemed to feel a bit better. Han Feng put his bowl aside and said to the other three, "I'll go up first, I have an appointment today."

Walking out of the restaurant, Han Feng checked his watch—8:55. As he headed towards the elevator, a girl ran past him quickly, almost bumping into him.

This wasn't the first time Han Feng had encountered this situation. Many employees in the building rushed around like this, especially in the mornings. Being late meant a pay cut. He didn't have that concern, but he was certainly not alone.

However, the elevator hadn't arrived yet. The girl who had almost bumped into Han Feng was anxiously checking her watch and looking at the numbers on the elevator screen. Hearing Han Feng's footsteps behind her, she turned around. Their eyes met, and Han Feng realized that this girl was the new employee Chen Bin had mentioned during lunch yesterday.

Seeing it was Han Feng, the girl nodded, "Good morning, Mr. Han."

Han Feng nodded back, "Just call me Attorney Han. Are you new here?"

"Yes,"

the girl answered earnestly, "My name is Tang Xin, I'm from the administration department."

"Nice name,"

Han Feng remarked casually. Just then, the elevator arrived, and the crowd surged forward, quickly filling the space. Han Feng smiled at Tang Xin, "You go first, I'll wait for the next one." Tang

Xin hesitated for a moment, glanced at Han Feng, then quickly stepped into the elevator, turning back to smile at him, "Thank you, Attorney Han."

Han Feng nodded and turned to walk towards another elevator.

In the past, Han Feng would have definitely squeezed into the elevator, but now he preferred to wait a little longer rather than be stuck with others. He wasn't in a hurry anyway, and there was no need to work as hard as a young person.

When he arrived at his office, there was a resume on his desk, presumably brought in by Yu Haitao's secretary, Xu Yue. Han Feng hung up his coat, poured himself a glass of water, sat down in his chair, and casually picked up the resume.

The resume featured a photo of a young woman with long, flowing hair, and the name was listed as "Lin Danmei." Han Feng didn't bother with the details of her university or self-evaluation; he considered them completely useless.

At 9:30, a knock came at the door. Han Feng frowned. "Come in!"

The office door opened, and his secretary, Xu Yue, entered, followed by a girl—Lin Danmei from the photo. Xu Yue approached Han Feng. "Attorney Han, Ms. Lin is here."

Han Feng looked at Xu Yue. "Take her out and arrange her workspace. Tell her my rules."

Xu Yue nodded. "Okay."

Turning to Lin Danmei, she said, "Ms. Lin, please come with me."

Lin Danmei froze, her smile freezing on her face. She had expected at least a greeting, but Han Feng hadn't even looked at her. Although she had heard about the hardships of the workplace, she hadn't anticipated encountering such a mentor on her first day. Reluctantly, she followed Xu Yue out of Han Feng's office.

The two arrived at the office lobby. Xu Yue turned to Lin Danmei and asked, "Ms. Lin, didn't you say you had an appointment with Attorney Han?"

Lin Danmei nodded. "Yes, yesterday afternoon the office administration called me and asked me to come see Attorney Han today."

Xu Yue bit her lip. "What time did the administration tell you to come?"

"Ten o'clock..."

Lin Danmei replied.

“No wonder.”

Xu Yue stuck out her tongue. “It’s only 9:30. You’re early.”

This time, Lin Danmei was taken aback. “Is it wrong to be early? I thought…”

“No, not at all.”

Xu Yue laughed. “Miss Lin doesn’t know, but other lawyers are fine. It’s just that Lawyer Han has this strange habit. If it’s 10 o’clock, it’s 10 o’clock. At most, he’ll arrive five minutes early. If you arrive too early, you have to wait outside until the appointed time before knocking on the door. Even clients are no exception.”

“Oh, I see… I thought arriving early would leave a good impression.”

Lin Danmei smiled wryly. “Lawyer Han is really strange.”

“It’s alright, wait a bit.”

Xu Yue then asked, “Does Miss Lin have any requirements for her office location?”

“Just call me Danmei.”

Lin Danmei replied. “I don’t have any requirements. I’m fine with sitting anywhere.”

“Then here!”

Xu Yue pointed to an empty table nearby. “It’s closer to me, so it’ll be convenient for Lawyer Han to find you.”

“Okay.”

Lin Danmei put her backpack on the desk Xu Yue mentioned, then sat down and looked around.

Although it was past the usual working hours for many offices, there weren't many people in the firm. This was an industry that didn't require fixed office hours; apart from a few young duty lawyers and assistants, the more senior staff hadn't arrived yet.

Seeing the clock on the wall pointing to 9:55, Xu Yue said to Lin Danmei, "Alright, go find Attorney Han!"

She said this, but remained seated, showing no intention of moving.

Lin Danmei hesitated for a moment: "I'll go by myself?"

Xu Yue nodded: "It's alright, go ahead."

Hearing Xu Yue's urging, Lin Danmei got up and walked to Han Feng's office. She took a breath, gently knocked on the door, and quickly heard a "Come in" from inside.

This time, when Lin Danmei entered, Han Feng wasn't as cold as before. Instead, he pointed to the chair opposite him and said, "Please sit down!"

After Lin Danmei sat down, he continued, "Let me first say something unrelated. Miss Lin should be well aware that lawyers must undergo a one-year internship before practicing law. I actually don't want to mentor interns, so I agreed to mentor you out of respect for Director Yu. Besides, I'm not a very easy person to get along with, and my standards are quite high. If Miss Lin wants to change her supervising lawyer, it's best to bring it up now. I will arrange for another lawyer to mentor you. If you don't make this request now, I hope I won't hear any similar requests during the entire internship. Understand?"

"Understood, Attorney Han."

Lin Danmei nodded stubbornly. "I did have that thought just now, but I've changed my mind. The internship is an opportunity for training, and I believe I can meet your requirements to prove that I will be a qualified lawyer."

“Very good.”

Han Feng looked at Lin Danmei and dialed the phone on the table. “Xu Yue, come in for a moment.”

When Xu Yue came in, Han Feng said to her, “Take Lawyer Lin to the archives and borrow five copies each of the recently filed criminal and civil case files for her.”

Turning to Lin Danmei, he said, “Today is Tuesday. I hope you can return those files before you leave work on Thursday. As for what you can glean from those files, that’s up to you.”

“Okay.”

Lin Danmei smiled.

“You two can go now,”

Han Feng said to Xu Yue and Lin Danmei. “Also, Xu Yue, give my phone number to Attorney Lin, and also get her a box of business cards.”

“Okay,”

Xu Yue quickly replied, but as she and Lin Danmei reached the door, Han Feng suddenly called them back: “Oh, right, Attorney Lin, I forgot to remind you, I don’t answer business calls before 8 a.m. and after 6 p.m. If you want to ask about work, you can call me during the day.”

“Okay, thank you, Attorney Han.”

Lin Danmei nodded earnestly to Han Feng.

After Xu Yue and Lin Danmei left, Han Feng sat in his office for a while before picking up his coat and going downstairs.

It was already past 11 a.m. Han Feng went straight to the dining room. He ate very quickly, and when Zheng Jian came in, there was nothing on Han Feng’s plate except a pair of chopsticks.

Seeing Zheng Jian sit down opposite him with his tray, Han Feng frowned and asked, "Where are the other two?"

"Cao Yang is looking at documents and said he'll be down later."

Zheng Jian took a sip of soup. "Chen Bin went out on business. He should go straight home after he's done."

He paused here, looking at Han Feng. "Didn't they go to see Su Ting?"

"Do you think I'm a stud?"

Han Feng retorted. "Even the best food can't be eaten every day, let alone a woman..."

"Especially someone else's woman!"

Zheng Jian scooped up a mouthful of rice and put it in his mouth. "I'm just wondering, what's so great about you? How could such a beautiful woman like Su Ting have fallen for you?" "

Is a big dick a valid reason?"

Han Feng looked at Zheng Jian.

"Show me what you've got?"

Zheng Jian gave Han Feng the middle finger. "I even fawned over her before, and she didn't even glance at me."

"Su Ting wants a strong man. How could she possibly be interested in someone like you who just stays cooped up at home all day?"

Han Feng shook his head. "Flirting and sending flowers are only good for young girls; they don't work on smart women."

"Isn't it said that women like romance?"

Zheng Jian asked again.

Han Feng thought for a moment: "That's true, but actually... the most important thing is that we're compatible. Even if you're a green bean, it doesn't matter; the key is whether any bastards would even notice you."

"You're the green bean!"

Zheng Jian gave him the middle finger again.

“Hey bro, not to be mean,”

Han Feng said, looking at Zheng Jian, “but stop staying home all day playing games online. Someone like you is perfect for picking up girls who have no substance or depth. You’ll get them every time!”

“No interest, no feeling,”

Zheng Jian sighed. “Let’s change the subject. Where should we eat tonight?”

“I don’t know…”

Han Feng leaned back in his chair and saw Cao Yang just come in from the door. He pointed at Cao Yang and said to Zheng Jian, “Go ask him.”

“Ask me what?”

Cao Yang had already come up to the two of them by the time Han Feng finished speaking. “Looking for a place to drink again?”

“What else could it be?”

Han Feng sighed.

“I don’t have time today, I have plans with friends tonight.”

Cao Yang sat down in a chair. “How about we go for teppanyaki tomorrow night?”

“I’ll just have instant noodles tonight.”

Zheng Jian grinned. “Saving room for seafood tomorrow.”

“No ambition…”

Han Feng shook his head at Cao Yang. “Is the project not going well? Why are you even using your meal time for it?”

“Not really.”

Cao Yang replied. “There are more and more companies making medical devices in China now. If we can’t produce decent products, we can’t explain it to our old clients. And… most importantly, the current technical staff are still not skilled enough, especially those few college graduates we just hired.”

“Brother Cao, don’t push yourself too hard.”

Zheng Jian chimed in. “We have to take it slow. Did you know how to do everything when you first graduated? Don’t try to do everything yourself, that will only kill you.”

“I’m not stupid,”

Cao Yang laughed. “But I still have to keep an eye on them, let the employees see that I’m working just as hard as they are, so they can feel a little more at ease… By the way, what are your thoughts on the project with Shanghai?”

Hearing Cao Yang ask about work, Zheng Jian glanced at Han Feng. Han Feng stood up and said to Cao Yang, “Let’s talk about it at the meeting next week. Let’s not interfere with each other’s judgments…”

He then picked up his empty plate and left.

“Han’s gone crazy again!”

Zheng Jian said to Cao Yang, watching Han Feng’s retreating figure. “Never mind that project, who did you meet today? A man or a woman?”

“None of your business!”

Cao Yang cursed at Zheng Jian and started eating in silence.

“She’s just concerned about you…”

Zheng Jian adopted a coquettish, almost womanly manner. “Why are you so ungrateful?”

Cao Yang looked up at Zheng Jian, squeezing out a single word from his mouth full of rice: “Get lost!”

“Then I’m leaving. You can eat slowly.”

Zheng Jian stuck out her tongue and got up to leave.

After finishing his meal, Cao Yang returned to his office. That afternoon, he reviewed two more sets of drawings, and it wasn't until after 6 p.m. that he shut down his computer, packed up his things, and left the company.

Since he didn't have a car, Cao Yang took a taxi to the agreed-upon restaurant. As soon as he entered the lobby, he saw Feng Ying sitting at a table by the window, waving at him.

Sitting across from Feng Ying, Cao Yang placed his bag on the windowsill and smiled apologetically, "I'm late again."

"I'm used to waiting for you."

Feng Ying placed her matcha red bean smoothie in front of her. "Are you hungry? I've already ordered, it should be here soon… You seem to have a lot of work lately?"

Cao Yang nodded, "I'm going to the south next month, it might take two weeks."

"Take care of yourself!"

Feng Ying looked at Cao Yang. Just then, the waiter brought the food to the table. Feng Ying put some food on Cao Yang's plate. "Eat!"

Cao Yang took a bite, "I'm really starving. By the way, have you been busy lately?"

"That again!"

Feng Ying sighed. "Can't you say something nicer? Every time we meet, it's like a routine. Are all tech people this dull?"

Seeing Feng Ying's displeasure, Cao Yang smiled sheepishly, "I really don't know about others, but I'm definitely not good at charming women. Luckily, you're not like other women…"

"I have no choice!"

Feng Ying kicked Cao Yang under the table. "I also want to be pampered like other women. Can you do that? I can only blame myself. Who told me to like you!"

"Oh..."

Cao Yang blinked. "Anyway, I won't play those tricks anymore. I can only promise to stay with you."

"So when are you going to marry me?"

Feng Ying asked, seizing the opportunity.

Cao Yang thought for a moment, "Maybe in another year or two. I need to prepare myself mentally."

"Don't even mention it!"

Feng Ying was clearly getting anxious. "My family doesn't know about us yet. My mom keeps pressuring me to go on blind dates. I can't take it anymore. What do you suggest we do?"

Cao Yang frowned, remaining silent.

"

That's your downside," Feng Ying sighed again. "Come home with me sometime to meet my parents, so they won't keep nagging me."

"Okay..."

Cao Yang nodded. "What kind of gift should I bring?"

"We'll see!"

Feng Ying was so angry at Cao Yang's serious expression that her teeth itched. "And when are you planning to introduce me to your friends?"

"I haven't thought about it,"

Cao Yang answered simply.

"Cao Yang, Cao Yang, I'm your girlfriend, not a mistress. You don't need to hide it from anyone. What are you really thinking?"

Feng Ying continued to press.

“I really didn’t think anything of it.”

Cao Yang put down his chopsticks. “I just felt there was no need to tell them now.”

“I think it is necessary!”

Feng Ying retorted. “I’ll have to deal with your friends sooner or later. What’s wrong with getting to know them first?”

“Oh? Oh.”

Cao Yang looked puzzled. “Okay then, I’ll introduce you to them when I get back from my business trip, but…”

“But what?”

Feng Ying hesitated.

“Nothing.”

Cao Yang replied, “It’s just that those guys are a bit difficult. I’m worried you won’t like them.”

“Don’t worry, I don’t need to like them. I’ll just give you face in front of them, right?”

Feng Ying smiled at Cao Yang.

After dinner, Cao Yang and Feng Ying left the restaurant. Standing on the street, Cao Yang said to Feng Ying, “Shall I take you home first?”

“You jerk!”

Feng Ying pinched Cao Yang’s arm hard. “Don’t you want to do something else?”

Cao Yang said, “Ah, I’ve been too tired these past few days…”

“You don’t have another woman, do you?”

Feng Ying asked maliciously.

"Nonsense!"

Cao Yang glared at Feng Ying. "Come on, let's get a room!"

This time, Feng Ying didn't argue with Cao Yang. The two found a nearby hotel, and after entering the room, Feng Ying locked the door behind her back. Then, she forcefully ripped open Cao Yang's shirt and bit him hard on the shoulder.

Feng Ying's hair brushed against Cao Yang's chin, making it itchy, but Cao Yang didn't care at the moment. Feng Ying's bite was too strong. He hugged Feng Ying tightly, his face contorted in pain, and he howled.

"What are you yelling about?"

Feng Ying released him and moved towards the bed with Cao Yang in her arms.

Cao Yang cooperated with Feng Ying's steps, grinning as he asked, "Why are you in such a hurry?"

Feng Ying pushed Cao Yang down onto the bed and loosened his belt. "You said... if I don't look for you, you won't come to me. Why weren't you like this when you used to coax me into bed? Now that it's over, you don't want to eat anymore?"

"I've been busy these past few days,"

Cao Yang said, lying on the bed looking at Feng Ying. "How could I have the energy for this?"

"Let me see why you're so listless?"

Feng Ying pulled down Cao Yang's underwear, fiddling with his penis. It quickly hardened, and Feng Ying pinched it. "You say you're listless? Look at yourself, try making it lie down!"

Cao Yang laughed out loud: "I really don't have that ability."

Feng Ying snorted, pulled down her own pants and underwear and threw them on the bedside, then sat on Cao Yang: "If you're listless, I'll do it myself!"

Feng Ying said this, and she did it. She lifted herself up, placed her vulva on Cao Yang's penis, and gently rubbed the glans with her labia. Once she found herself wet, Feng Ying used one hand to support herself, and the other to guide Cao Yang's penis, aligning it with her vaginal opening, and slowly sat down.

Cao Yang immediately felt his penis enveloped in warm, tight flesh. When Feng Ying's body was completely on top of him, the glans of his penis pressed against the clitoris at the end of Feng Ying's vagina, the soft stimulation making him want to start thrusting immediately.

However, Feng Ying didn't seem to want to start with vigorous movements right away. She placed her hands on Cao Yang's chest, slowly raised her snow-white buttocks, letting his penis withdraw from her body, and then gently sat down again.

Her labia rolled back and forth against Cao Yang's penis as Feng Ying repeatedly lifted her body, twice even being twisted into her vagina by the thick penis. Cao Yang reached out and unbuttoned Feng Ying's blouse, pulling her bra up to her stomach, and grasped her not-so-full breasts from below, kneading and pushing them with the rise and fall of her body.

After a few more thrusts of her buttocks, Feng Ying finally began to move on Cao Yang's body. Cao Yang's penis immediately moved rapidly back and forth in her vagina, and Feng Ying's breathing became more and more rapid. Soon, a fine layer of sweat seeped from her skin, making her body slippery.

Cao Yang pinched Feng Ying's nipples, enjoying the pleasure of her vagina tightening around his penis. As Feng Ying's body fell, he lifted his lower body, striking her cervix with his glans. Feng Ying's face grew increasingly red, and her movements became faster and faster. After several thrusts, Feng Ying suddenly clamped her trembling legs around Cao Yang's body, slamming her upper body against him and gasping for breath.

Feng Ying seemed exhausted, but Cao Yang was energized. Ignoring her panting on top of him, he suddenly flipped over, pinning her beneath him. Before Feng Ying could react, his still-hard penis was already inside her. Feng

Ying immediately let out a cry of "Ah!"

This time, Cao Yang didn't pause. He held Feng Ying's soft body firmly with both hands, his lower body slamming against her mons pubis like a high-powered engine. As his penis thrust rapidly in and out of her vagina, their bodies slapped together, producing a series of "slap slap" sounds.

As Cao Yang thrust into her, Feng Ying kept her head tilted back, her hands gripping the sheets tightly, muttering incoherently. Only when Cao Yang's penis made its final thrust against her clitoris did Feng Ying suddenly wrap her legs around his waist, pressing his body tightly against her lower body, and cry out, "I can't take it anymore!"

Then, Feng Ying's lower abdomen rippled like water, and Cao Yang's penis contracted twice inside her vagina, a surge of heat rushing into her uterus. Feng Ying straightened her upper body, her teeth clenching, making a "crunching" sound.

Seeing Feng Ying's satisfied expression, Cao Yang leaned over her and gently kissed her face, whispering in her ear, "Satisfied now?"

Feng Ying closed her eyes and nodded.

The two rested for a while before reluctantly separating their intertwined bodies, getting dressed, and leaving the hotel. Cao Yang first took Feng Ying home before taking a taxi back to his own home.

It was almost midnight when he entered the room. The lights in the other rooms were already off, but only a sliver of light shone from under Zheng Jian's room. Cao Yang pushed open Zheng Jian's door and saw Zheng Jian sitting in front of the computer playing cards, with a can of beer beside him.

"Aren't you going to sleep yet?"

Cao Yang asked casually.

Zheng Jian glanced at Cao Yang: "Playing a little longer."

Cao Yang frowned: "Get some rest, you have to go to work tomorrow."

"I know,"

Zheng Jian replied, continuing to play his cards.

Cao Yang left Zheng Jian's room, intending to take a shower and go to bed, when he suddenly noticed that the door to the empty room next to Han Feng's room across the street was open. In the dim light, Cao Yang saw what appeared to be a shadowy figure moving outside the French windows. He walked to the window and saw Han Feng standing on the balcony, his cigarette glowing and fading in the darkness.

Cao Yang knocked on the glass of the French windows, then opened the window and went onto the balcony. When Han Feng turned around, Cao Yang saw that the ashtray beside him was full of cigarette butts.

"What's wrong? Something bothering you?"

Cao Yang took a cigarette from the pack and put it in his mouth.

"Nothing, just can't sleep."

Han Feng lit a cigarette for Cao Yang.

"Thinking about He Ying again?"

Cao Yang took a drag of his cigarette.

Han Feng looked at the still bustling streets outside, shook his head, and turned to Cao Yang: "Some people are just here, you don't need to think about them."

He pointed to his chest.

Cao Yang sighed: "It's been more than three years..."

"Yeah..."

Han Feng chuckled, "I didn't realize it had been so long until you mentioned it."

"Take it easy, buddy."

Cao Yang patted Han Feng on the shoulder, "He Ying wouldn't want to see you like this either."

"Stop nagging!"

Han Feng stubbed out his cigarette in the ashtray, "I'm fine, just a momentary emotional outburst, don't be so fussy, I'll be fine after a good night's sleep." He

then lit another cigarette.

"That's for the best!"

Cao Yang pulled the cigarette Han Feng had just lit from Han Feng's mouth and extinguished it in the ashtray. "Stop smoking, go to sleep."

"Damn it!"

Han Feng cursed. "Okay, whatever you say."

Cao Yang took a shower and went to sleep. Han Feng went to the kitchen, grabbed two cans of beer, drank them, and then drifted off to sleep. When he was woken up by a phone call, it was already noon the next day. Han Feng picked up the phone from beside his pillow and answered. His secretary, Xu Yue, spoke in his ear: "Attorney Han, the legal aid case materials have arrived. It's a criminal case. Would you like to come and take a look?"

Han Feng rubbed his eyes: "Give the materials to Attorney Lin first, and prepare a set of paperwork for me this afternoon."

"Okay!"

Xu Yue hung up after saying that.

Han Feng got up, grabbed something to eat, and then left home for the office.

Entering the office lobby, Han Feng saw Lin Danmei sitting at her desk reviewing documents. He tapped on her desk and said, "Come to my office."

As Lin Danmei entered Han Feng's office with the documents, Han Feng pushed forward the paperwork Xu Yue had prepared. "These are the documents for a criminal case. Write them down. Before you have a secretary, you have to prepare these documents yourself."

"Okay."

Lin Danmei took the documents.

"Have you finished reviewing the documents from the legal aid agency? What are your thoughts?"

Han Feng continued.

Hearing Han Feng ask about the case, Lin Danmei unfolded the documents in her hands: "It's a case of theft by a minor, the trial is on Friday..."

Just as she finished speaking, Han Feng suddenly reached out his hand. Lin Danmei handed the documents to Han Feng, who turned to the first page: "Continue..."

"There's no other evidence right now, so I can't make a more detailed judgment, therefore..."

Lin Danmei's voice trailed off.

"Call the judge in charge and request immediate access to the case file."

Han Feng opened the page with the judge's contact information and placed it in front of Lin Danmei.

Lin Danmei left Han Feng's office with the materials, then knocked and came back in a moment later: "The judge said I can review the case files this afternoon."

"Okay!"

Han Feng stood up. "Let's go."

After putting away the materials, Lin Danmei followed Han Feng to the courthouse. The court clerk took out the case files and said to Han Feng, "Attorney Han, take a look first. Call me when you're done. Same rules as always, the materials cannot be taken out of the courthouse."

"Understood."

As soon as the clerk left, Han Feng immediately stuffed the materials into his bag and winked at Lin Danmei. "Let's go!"

"Where to?"

Lin Danmei was taken aback.

"To make copies. You really think I'd look at them here?"

Han Feng frowned.

"Isn't it forbidden to take them out?"

Lin Danmei asked.

"Won't I tell him he knows?"

Han Feng continued walking out. "She won't give me copies, and I can't make copies here. What can I do? I can't copy them all, so I'll take pictures? That would blind you... By the way, you won't tell her, will you?"

Hearing Han Feng's question, Lin Danmei shook her head at him.

The two left the courthouse one after the other. Han Feng found a copy shop and had Lin Danmei watch the clerk make copies while he stood outside smoking. By the time he finished his third cigarette, Lin Danmei had already come out with the copied materials.

After returning the original case files to the courthouse, Han Feng drove Lin Danmei back to the office and went straight to his office. Lin Danmei didn't see Han Feng again for an hour. Han Feng handed all the materials to Lin Danmei: "Take a look at this, and then find out the route to the detention center. We're going to meet the defendant the day after tomorrow."

"What route?"

Lin Danmei took the materials.

"The bus route,"

Han Feng replied.

Lin Danmei looked at Han Feng: "Taking the bus?"

Han Feng nodded: "I don't object if you walk, just don't be late. I'll be waiting for you in the office at seven tomorrow morning."

After saying this, he left the office. When he got to the third floor and stepped out of the elevator, he bumped into Su Ting coming downstairs. Seeing Han Feng, Su Ting didn't get into the elevator. She gestured for Han Feng to come to the stairwell, closed the emergency door, and whispered to Han Feng: "My husband went on a business trip out of town this morning. Why don't you come to my place tonight?"

Han Feng leaned Su Ting against the wall, pressing his chest against her breasts and squeezing back and forth: "No!"

"Fine, don't come then."

Su Ting pushed Han Feng away. "You won't have such a good opportunity next time!"

Han Feng shook his head: "I have to go to the detention center tomorrow. How can I bear to get up if I go to your place?"

"You're so good at talking!"

Su Ting snorted. "If you don't come, I'll make plans with someone else."

"Damn it! Aren't you forcing me?"

Han Feng stared at Su Ting. "Which adulterer are you going to meet this time? Your husband must have a dozen green hats by now, right?"

"Get lost! I don't have any other lovers besides you!"

Su Ting cursed Han Feng. "What about tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow won't work either. The court hearing is the day after tomorrow morning."

Han Feng shook his head again.

“Really…”

Su Ting frowned, “My husband should be back Friday afternoon…”

“How about we go to my office now?”

Han Feng pinched Su Ting’s butt.

“No!”

Su Ting glared at Han Feng, “We’re probably thinking differently.”

“What’s different?”

Han Feng stared at Su Ting, “It’s the same sex, just in a different place.”

“It’s different!”

Su Ting repeated, “I want to sleep in the same bed with you.”

“Then you can sleep at my place tonight.”

Han Feng laughed.

"I'm not going."

Su Ting peeked through the crack in the security door. "Even though Zheng Jian and the others know about our relationship, sleeping at your place is too conspicuous. How am I supposed to face them afterwards?"

"Fine, don't come then."

Han Feng scoffed and opened the security door. "We're going out for drinks tonight, are you coming?"

"Go to hell!"

Su Ting slapped Han Feng on the back. "I'll call you in a bit."

She turned to go down the stairs, but before she could take a step, Han Feng grabbed her from behind. Before she could react, his hand was already inside her skirt.

"Not here!"

Su Ting struggled and whispered.

"I know..."

Han Feng's hand groped inside Su Ting's skirt. "Garland? I like it!"

"I know you like it."

Su Ting leaned against Han Feng, letting him slip his hand inside her underwear.

Han Feng's fingers caressed Su Ting's labia for a while, then he suddenly yanked them. Su Ting immediately cried out, "What are you doing?"

Turning around, she saw her thong was already in Han Feng's hand, the torn strap dangling and swinging back and forth.

"That's my new one..."

Su Ting reached out to take back the torn thong, but Han Feng grabbed her hand with his other hand. Han Feng held Su Ting's thong under his nose and smelled it, saying "So slutty," before seriously stuffing it into his shirt pocket.

"You...you're a pervert."

Su Ting was both amused and exasperated. "How am I supposed to go to work?"

"Just go like this."

After saying that, Han Feng actually opened the emergency exit and walked out.

As the emergency exit closed, Su Ting, her face flushed, stomped her foot, the heels of her high heels clicking on the floor. A chill seemed to rise from beneath her revealing dress, a strange, indescribable sensation washing over her. Watching Han Feng's retreating figure through the crack in the door, Su Ting realized she was already wet. She pressed her fingers against her mons pubis through her dress, then quickly went downstairs, cursing Han Feng as she did so.

Back in her office, Su Ting sat down, blew on her coffee cup, and placed it back on the table.

She had been married for four years; her husband was a dutiful engineer who treated her exceptionally well, yet Su Ting always felt something was missing, until Han Feng unexpectedly entered her life.

It was an afternoon two years ago. She went upstairs to see Han Feng about a document. Han Feng was very drunk that day. Before Su Ting could even speak, he pushed her onto the sofa. His actions were as rough as a wild beast as he pounced on her. Su Ting had no chance to push him away, but why didn't she scream? Su Ting herself couldn't explain it.

Before that day, in Su Ting's eyes, Han Feng was an arrogant and unapproachable man, and perhaps that was what attracted her. From childhood, everyone around Su Ting treated her like a princess, protecting her. Most men would give Su Ting a second glance, but Han Feng, when they first met at the company, only glanced at her over his eyelids, almost completely ignoring her presence. This was indeed hard for Su Ting to accept.

Su Ting still remembers the feeling of Han Feng's penis tearing through her body that day. From that moment on, she felt as if she belonged to this man, although she wasn't sure what he truly saw her as.

The day after the incident, Su Ting received Han Feng's first gift: a simple bracelet, the kind of cheap item you could buy for ten yuan at any roadside shop. It was probably the most inexpensive gift Su Ting had ever received, yet it moved her more than any expensive jewelry. Su Ting could only explain her feelings as foolishness.

She had considered divorcing her husband and being with Han Feng, but she didn't dare. It wasn't that she was afraid of hurting her husband; she was afraid of Han Feng. Sometimes he would care for her like a boyfriend, and other times he would ignore her. In Su Ting's eyes, there was always a place in Han Feng's heart that she couldn't reach, but she didn't know what it was.

It was past her workday, but Su Ting was still lost in her own world. Only when it got dark did she pick up her phone from the table, weigh it in her hand, and then, as if making a huge decision, dial Han Feng's number.

"Where are you?"

Su Ting asked immediately after the call connected.

"On my way home from work, driving,"

Han Feng's voice came through the receiver.

"Come back to the company and pick me up, now."

Su Ting hung up the phone after saying this.

After packing her things, Su Ting stood up from her chair and realized she was still naked. She mentally cursed Han Feng again; going out to eat with her colleagues like this was really inappropriate. Su Ting began to regret calling Han Feng.

However, she didn't regret it for long. A dozen minutes later, Han Feng appeared in front of Su Ting, carrying a bag.

"What's this?"

Su Ting looked at the bag.

"A gift for you."

Han Feng put the bag on the table. "I was planning to give it to you tomorrow, but since you asked me to come back, there's no need to wait until tomorrow."

"Should I open it now?"

Su Ting asked again.

"Whatever!"

Han Feng sat on the sofa, his gaze traveling down Su Ting's face, neck, chest, and finally landing on her fair feet.

(Chapter 3, 10-11)

Inside the bag were three boxes stacked together.

Su Ting took the box out of the bag, first opening the top plastic packaging. Inside was a black mini-skirt. Su Ting touched the fabric of the skirt; it was as soft and smooth as her own delicate skin. She glanced at Han Feng, put the skirt aside, and opened the second box.

This box contained a set of nude-colored lingerie, with lace trim and straps. This kind of thing had an irresistible magic for Su Ting, who was a lace enthusiast. Su Ting held the lingerie up to her chest and looked at Han Feng: "Why did you think of giving me this?"

Han Feng looked at the almost transparent panties hanging in Su Ting's hand, scratched his head, and laughed: "You have to pay for broken things. My mom taught me that since I was little. Consider it compensation for your thong."

"Then I've made a profit!"

Su Ting wrinkled her nose at Han Feng, then picked up the bottom box, which contained shoes.

Inside the box was a pair of red suede high heels, the slender heels at least seven or eight centimeters high. Su Ting held the shoes in her hand, tilting her head towards Han Feng: "You're suddenly giving me so many gifts, is there something you want from me?"

"No."

Han Feng shook his head, "I just want my woman to be prettier."

"When did I become your woman?"

Su Ting walked up to Han Feng, "Don't forget I have a husband."

Han Feng glanced at Su Ting sideways: "Thinking about your husband now?"

"Get lost!"

Su Ting unbuttoned her skirt, pulling it off onto the floor. She wasn't wearing underwear, and as the skirt fell, the sparse pubic hair against her snow-white skin was immediately revealed to Han Feng, paired with black garter belts and stockings, making her look exceptionally seductive.

Han Feng swallowed, his gaze lingering on Su Ting's half-naked body, remaining seated on the sofa.

Su Ting took off her bra, then pulled down her stockings and garter belt, kicked off her high heels, and took two steps forward naked. "Do you think I look prettier like this or with clothes on?"

Han Feng looked up at the naked Su Ting. It was getting dark, and the office lights weren't on, so visibility wasn't great, but Su Ting's soft body seemed dazzlingly white. Her full breasts, like two grapefruits, hung on her chest, rising and falling gently with her breath.

Despite being a married woman, Su Ting's abdomen was as flat as a young girl's, and her slender, shapely legs made it hard to believe she was almost thirty. Especially her delicate little feet—the part Han Feng always held in his hands and never wanted to let go.

Seeing that Han Feng remained silent, Su Ting bent down and leaned closer to his face: "Speak."

Han Feng sighed, staring at Su Ting's swaying breasts and the two pink nipples: "Each has its own merits... You should try on the clothes and shoes first. If they don't fit, I'll take them to exchange them."

"How could they not fit?"

Su Ting kissed Han Feng on the lips. "Is there anything about me that you don't know?"

As she spoke, Su Ting walked back to the table, this time picking up the shoes first.

"Wait..."

Han Feng got up and walked to Su Ting's side. Su Ting turned around and leaned her buttocks against the desk, raising her left leg. Han Feng took the shoes from her hand, squatted down in front of Su Ting, supporting her calf with one hand and slowly putting the shoes on her feet with the other.

Su Ting landed on her left foot, then lifted her right leg, bending her knee. Her long right leg and straight left leg formed a perfect triangle. As Han Feng put on her other shoe, Su Ting supported herself on the desk with her arms behind her, closed her eyes, and softly moaned to Han Feng, "I want..."

Han Feng didn't get up, remaining squatting at Su Ting's feet. He placed Su Ting's right leg on his shoulder, leaned forward, and pressed his lips against Su Ting's mons pubis.

The soft mons pubis touched Han Feng's lips, and Su Ting slightly arched her body. Then she felt Han Feng holding her labia in his mouth, an itchy sensation that aroused her. She wanted Han Feng to possess her body immediately, but she couldn't bear to resist his caresses, only making low "mmm" sounds.

Han Feng used his teeth to bite one of Su Ting's labia and pull it to one side, then pulled the other open. When the woman's secret genitals were fully exposed, Han Feng's tongue licked Su Ting's clitoris.

Su Ting's body immediately convulsed. She wanted to shout out her desire, but unsure if any employees were working overtime in the outside office, she could only bite her lip and breathe rapidly.

When Han Feng's tongue entered Su Ting's vagina, her hands clenched into fists. Intense stimulation surged from within her body, and her vaginal fluids flowed like a burst dam from her tightly closed vagina.

She couldn't wait any longer.

Han Feng clearly understood Su Ting's feelings. He stood up and unbuckled his belt.

His penis entered Su Ting's body, and her wet, tender flesh immediately gripped his shaft. Su Ting's left leg remained on the ground, while her right leg wrapped around Han Feng's waist. She opened her eyes and looked at the man in front of her: "You... hurry up..."

Su Ting's eyes were bright, and even in the dim office, Han Feng could clearly see the desire in them. Pressing closer to Su Ting's body, Han Feng's penis began to thrust inside her vagina.

A burning sensation immediately filled Su Ting's body. She freed one hand, quickly tore open Han Feng's shirt, and then grabbed her own breast.

The edge of his glans scraped against the vaginal wall, striking Su Ting's cervix, causing her to tremble uncontrollably. Han Feng's hands held Su Ting's waist, repeatedly thrusting into her body. This position was extremely strenuous, and within minutes, sweat dripped from Su Ting's delicate face, running down her deep cleavage to her lower abdomen.

But Han Feng continued to exert himself, his thick penis tirelessly thrusting in and out of Su Ting's vagina. The pleasure of being completely conquered by the man exploded from the center of her body, spreading to every inch of Su Ting's skin. No longer caring whether anyone could hear her, Su Ting began to scream loudly.

The moans of the beautiful woman before her further fueled Han Feng's desire. He withdrew his penis, forcefully lifted Su Ting's round buttocks, pushed her body flat on the table, and thrust his penis back into her body.

Su Ting's legs dangled on either side of Han Feng's body, swaying weakly with his movements. His penis pounded inside her, and Su Ting felt as if she had escaped this world, sinking into a warm, soft space. Besides the repeated waves of pleasure, only endless joy enveloped her.

"I'm your woman..."

As Han Feng's semen sprayed into Su Ting's uterus like molten lava, Su Ting's body arched suddenly, she hugged Han Feng tightly, pressing her wet breasts against his chest, repeatedly whispering in his ear, "I'm your woman... your..."

Holding Su Ting tightly, Han Feng kissed her face while playing with her nipples. Su Ting was already exhausted, leaning on Han Feng's shoulder, panting heavily. When Han Feng released her, Su Ting lay limply on the table, pressing her right hand to her forehead, her mind blank from the suffocation she had just experienced.

Clenching her legs, the white, cloudy fluid squeezed from Su Ting's vagina dripped from her labia onto the office floor. Turning her head, she saw Han Feng straightening his clothes. Su Ting sighed and softly said to him, "This time it felt so good..."

"Is there a time when it wasn't good?"

Han Feng fastened his belt, looking at the naked woman lying in front of him. "Want to do it again?"

"You'll kill me..."

Su Ting calmed down for a moment. "I really want to die like this..."

"I can't bear to!"

Han Feng kissed Su Ting again. "They're waiting for us to eat. Do you still want to go?"

"You want me to go?"

Su Ting slowly sat up, took a tissue from the tissue box next to her, and wiped her lower body.

"It's up to you."

Han Feng sighed and turned to sit on the sofa. "I won't force you."

Su Ting looked at Han Feng, a smile welling up in her eyes: "This time, I'll do as you say, just this once!"

After saying this, Su Ting got up from the table, grabbed the underwear Han Feng had bought for her, and put it on.

Pulling up her panties, Su Ting slung her bra over her arm. It was a front-clasp bra. After fastening the clasp, Su Ting shook her fair breasts at Han Feng: "Do you like it?"

Han Feng nodded, and Su Ting then covered herself with the black skirt.

The skirt wasn't as short as Su Ting had imagined; it was enough to cover half her thigh. After putting it on, Su Ting glanced at the stockings scattered on the floor, bent down, and gathered up the stockings and the clothes she'd worn during the day, stuffing them into the bag Han Feng had brought. Then she tossed the bag into the cabinet behind her.

Han Feng smiled and nodded at Su Ting.

The skirt he'd bought for Su Ting really wasn't suitable for pairing with black stockings, which was exactly what he'd expected. The color of the skirt against Su Ting's fair, jade-like legs created an irresistible allure for any man.

When the two left the office building, there were hardly any people left. Su Ting clung to Han Feng's arm, resting her head on his shoulder like a young girl experiencing her first love, only reluctantly letting go once they reached the door.

Once in Han Feng's car, Su Ting took a mirror out of her bag to touch up her makeup. As Han Feng started the car, Su Ting turned to him and asked, "I'm thinking of getting my hair done these next few days. What style do you like?"

Su Ting's hair had been long enough to reach her back for the past few years, and she had never changed her hairstyle. Han Feng couldn't think of what she would look like with another hairstyle, and frowned, saying, "Isn't it fine as it is?"

"I want to change it..."

Su Ting looked at herself in the mirror, "Do you like big waves?" "

Big waves?"

Han Feng gripped the steering wheel, his fingers curling slightly. "Yes, I like big waves, wavy waves."

"Be serious! " Su Ting glared at Han Feng. "Why didn't you tell me to be serious when you were yelling like that with your bare butt exposed?" Han Feng laughed. "You're shameless!" Su Ting cursed, "Why did I have to fall for you!" Han Feng kept looking at the road ahead, saying, "Are you blind, you bitch?" "You're the dog!" Su Ting punched Han Feng's head hard. "Watch out!" A "thump" came from Han Feng's head. "I'm driving! Do you want us to be in the news? 'Female executive of a company cheats on her husband, both die in car accident'—how embarrassing is that headline?" "You..." Su Ting was about to curse Han Feng again, but upon hearing this, she burst out laughing. "Bastard!" "Besides," Han Feng continued, "even if I were a dog, wouldn't you be the dog's slave? So, I'm not even as good as you as a dog." "You're getting more and more ridiculous." Su Ting frowned. "Let's change the subject. Ding Wei has been saying he wants a child lately..." Ding Wei was Su Ting's husband; Han Feng was certainly familiar with the name. Su Ting continued, "But I don't really want one right now. What do you suggest?" "Don't ask me. This is between the two of you," Han Feng muttered. "I..." Hearing Han Feng's words, Su Ting's face immediately turned bright red. "How could you say that?" Han Feng shook his head: "I know you don't want to hear this, but... no matter what, Ding Wei is your husband. What right do I have to interfere with whether you two want children? Otherwise..." At this point, Han Feng chuckled, "You find the right time, let's have sex, and you'll give me a child!" "You're planning to marry me?" Su Ting was stunned for a moment. "No." Han Feng answered decisively, "I just want to confirm whether you don't want to have a child for Ding Wei or if you don't want to have children at all?" "What's the difference?" Su Ting pressed. “There’s a big difference,” Han Feng explained. “I think you might not want to have a child with Ding Wei, so why not have one for me and let Ding Wei be the cheap dad? Wouldn’t that be a win-win situation?” Su Ting stared at Han Feng blankly for a long time after hearing this. “How could you be so mean? ” “I’m not a good person anyway,” Han Feng smiled again. “You’re the same, otherwise why would you have fallen for me?” “I must have been blind…” Su Ting swallowed the words “blind as a dog” that she hadn’t said. “How could that be? What if he finds out…” “You actually took it seriously?” Han Feng pulled out a hand and placed it on Su Ting’s leg. “I was just kidding. By the way, aren’t you afraid your husband will check up on you today?” “He’s not as shrewd as you.” Su Ting sighed. “Unless he sees it with his own eyes, even if someone tells him I have a man outside, he might not believe it.” “What if he finds out?” Han Feng’s fingers stroked Su Ting’s leg. “I asked Ding Wei this question.” Su Ting gave a bitter smile. “I asked him what he would do if I wronged him, and guess what he said?” “No guessing, just tell me.” Han Feng’s hand moved to Su Ting’s inner thigh. Su Ting spread her legs: "Ding Wei said if I have someone else outside, it must be because he's not good enough to me. As long as I change my mind and continue living with him, he promises to treat me even better." "Damn it!" Han Feng cursed, "How could you find such a spineless man?" "Be content!" Su Ting enjoyed the friction of Han Feng's fingers on her genitals. "If you had any backbone, wouldn't you be afraid he'd fight you to the death?" She sighed and continued, "When I married him, I wanted to find an honest man who wouldn't cheat on me. I never thought I'd be the one cheating..." "So," Han Feng continued, "do you know why I didn't plan to marry you? You think I'm perfect now, but if you become my wife... can you tolerate me like this? Can you stand me fooling around with other women?" "Of course not!" Su Ting glared at Han Feng. "Then we can each go out and find our own lovers." "Then it's better to maintain the status quo." Han Feng chuckled. "The only difference between us and a married couple is that we lack a marriage certificate. You spend just as much time with me as you do with Ding Wei every day. What more could you want?" "That's just sophistry!" Su Ting said helplessly. "You'll drive me crazy sooner or later." "Can I rape your corpse?" Han Feng pinched Su Ting's labia through her panties. "We'll talk about that when I'm really dead!" Su Ting replied irritably. "Alright, smile." Han Feng removed his hand from Su Ting and pointed to the storage box. "I almost forgot, there's a little something for you in there." Hearing this, Su Ting opened the storage box, took out a small box, and opened it to find a shiny platinum necklace with a triangular pendant and a row of beads along the base. "Are you out of your mind today? So generous."

Su Ting put the necklace on, the pendant falling perfectly between her snow-white cleavage.

Han Feng turned to look at her: "It suits you well, not a waste of money."

Turning back to the road, he said, "I saw it by chance at a jewelry store the other day, it wasn't expensive anyway, consider it my payment for prostitution recently."

"You..."

Su Ting looked at Han Feng's profile, "If only you weren't so rude!"

"I thought you liked it!"

Han Feng grinned.

"I do like it, like you my foot!"

Su Ting twirled her long hair with her fingers, shaking her head with a wry smile.

As they spoke, Han Feng's car stopped in front of a restaurant. The two got out, and Su Ting followed Han Feng into the restaurant. Han Feng led Su Ting to a private room with practiced ease, opening the door: "Ladies first!"

Su Ting hesitated for a moment, but when she saw Chen Bin and the others inside, her face immediately changed to a smile, and she gracefully entered the private room.

"Sister Su?"

Zheng Jian, sitting at the back, paused for a moment and asked Han Feng, who had just entered, "Why are you all..."

"Not welcoming me?"

Su Ting sat down in the chair Han Feng had pulled out, placing her handbag aside.

"How could that be?"

Chen Bin asked the waiter to bring a menu and handed it to Su Ting. "It's just that if you had come any later, we probably would have finished eating."

Su Ting smiled, casually ordered some food, and then said to Chen Bin, "We've worked together for so long, and this seems to be the first time we've gone out to eat like this."

"It's all thanks to Brother Han."

Zheng Jian grinned mischievously and picked up a bottle of beer, offering it to Han Feng.

Han Feng shook his head: "I drove."

"No sincerity!"

Zheng Jian placed the beer in front of Su Ting. "We all took a taxi here. How about Sister Su drinks for you?"

"I can only drink one glass."

Su Ting actually reached for the bottle, and Zheng Jian quickly withdrew his hand, found an empty glass, filled it, and then placed the glass in front of Su Ting.

"So proper?"

Cao Yang looked at Zheng Jian. "Aren't you the one who gets others drunk?"

"How could I dare to get Sister Su drunk!"

Zheng Jian shook his head vigorously. "Brother Han doesn't want my life!"

Su Ting looked at Zheng Jian. "Is Han Feng really that fierce to you?"

"Don't listen to his nonsense."

Han Feng looked at the food on the hot plate. "You're his goddess. It's true that he's afraid of you."

"You're exposing my secret again!"

Zheng Jian raised his glass to Su Ting. "Sister Su, you have to have a drink with me today!"

He then downed the beer in his glass in one gulp.

Su Ting took out a tissue, wiped her lipstick, then raised her glass, nodded to Chen Bin and Cao Yang, took a small sip, and smiled at Han Feng.

Seeing Su Ting's reaction, Cao Yang shook his head and said, "You two... I have to say, you're really bold, being so openly affectionate. What if someone you know sees you?"

"That's the advantage of big cities,"

Chen Bin said, putting a piece of beef tongue in his mouth. "Unlike small cities, where anything can become the talk of the town in half a day. Think about it, how many times a year do we run into someone we know on the street?"

"And what if?"

Cao Yang insisted on his point of view.

"Nobody wants to meddle in other people's business. They can't even clear the snow in front of their own door."

Chen Bin glanced at the chef behind the table, who was intently grilling a steak.

"You're right."

Han Feng put his arm around Su Ting's shoulder. "If a guy dares to do something, he's not afraid of people finding out!"

"Alright, you..."

Su Ting shook off Han Feng's hand. "We're all highly educated people, why are you acting like a thug?"

"He's highly educated... scum."

Cao Yang pointed at Han Feng and drew out the last syllable.

A few words later, the steak was ready. Su Ting picked up a piece and placed it on Han Feng's plate, then picked up another piece and put it in her mouth. As she ate, she subconsciously covered her neckline with her left hand.

The neckline of her dress was a little too low, and Su Ting's breasts were so conspicuous. The chef's eyes were glued to Su Ting's prominent chest the entire time he was placing the cod on the hot plate, only snapping out of his daze when the cod sizzled on the plate and he continued working.

After Su Ting's glass was empty, the conversation among the group became quite wide-ranging. Although the men seemed to be intentionally choosing topics that Su Ting could accept, she still couldn't get a word in edgewise. Fortunately, Han Feng occasionally explained things to her, otherwise Su Ting might have really gone crazy from holding it in.

Seeing that the group had finished eating and drinking, Zheng Jian took out his wallet to pay the bill when his phone suddenly rang. Zheng Jian answered the phone, listened for a moment, and then slammed it down.

"A salesperson?"

Cao Yang glanced at Zheng Jian.

"Don't even mention it!"

Zheng Jian put his phone back in his pocket. "It's another guy renting out a place."

"I knew it! What woman would want to live with us?"

Han Feng chuckled.

"What?"

Su Ting looked at Han Feng. "You have a place to rent?"

"No..."

Han Feng shook his head and told Su Ting about the bet he made with Zheng Jian. He concluded, "You've been getting harassed by phone calls all day. You've gotten yourself into trouble, haven't you?"

"Is that so?"

Su Ting thought for a moment. "So, are you still going to rent it out?"

"Yes!"

Zheng Jian started swearing. "I just don't believe it..."

Hearing him say that, Su Ting looked at Zheng Jian, then at Han Feng, before saying, "A friend told me the other day that her cousin's lease is expiring and she's looking for a place to live. She said she wanted me to find her a place. Do you want to consider it?"

"Is she a pretty girl?"

Zheng Jian asked quickly.

Su Ting frowned: "I've never seen her before, I don't know."

"Forget it..."

Han Feng stopped Su Ting, "Since she's your friend's cousin, don't hurt her."

"What do you mean?"

Zheng Jian slammed his hand on the table, "We're not bad people, right?"

Seeing Zheng Jian looking at him, Cao Yang nodded and said, "Exactly, what's there to be afraid of? We're not going to eat people."

"He's worried about not being able to collect rent from acquaintances,"

Chen Bin interjected, "Right? Attorney Han."

"So what?"

Han Feng didn't speak, but Su Ting interrupted, "My friend said that as long as there's a place for her cousin to stay, the rent shouldn't be outrageous. The key is to find a stable place, so she doesn't have to keep moving."

"Then it's settled!"

Zheng Jian stared at Su Ting, "Have the girl come to me. As long as she meets our requirements, everything will be okay!"

"Sure, then I can at least give my friend an explanation,"

Su Ting replied with a smile.

Han Feng sighed, "I thought you'd help me. With you doing this, I've lost!"

"What's the big deal?"

Su Ting patted Han Feng's hand. "Don't be so petty."

Han Feng sighed, "A woman moved into my house, aren't you jealous?"

"What woman could be better than Sister Su?"

Zheng Jian patted his chest. "Don't worry, Sister Su, I'll keep an eye on Brother Han for you. I guarantee he won't do anything to betray you."

"Oh..."

Hearing this, Su Ting's expression changed slightly, but she quickly regained her composure and replied calmly, "I'm not his wife. What could he possibly do to betray me? If he wanted to find another woman, where couldn't he find her? Do you think I could keep an eye on him?"

"This..."

Zheng Jian glanced at Han Feng and quickly changed his words, "I'm sorry, Sister Su, I..."

"It's alright."

Su Ting smiled. "I'm a little tired and want to go home first. You should all go home and rest early too."

“Alright.”

Han Feng stood up. “I’ll see you out.”

Su Ting got up to get her bag, then turned to Zheng Jian and said, “I’ll give your phone number to my friend’s cousin so she can contact you directly. Is that alright?”

“No problem.”

Zheng Jian nodded in agreement.

Watching Su Ting and Han Feng leave the private room, Cao Yang glanced at Zheng Jian: “Too talkative!”

“Hehe…”

Zheng Jian scratched his forehead. “Yeah, I definitely said the wrong thing.”

“No wonder no woman likes you, serves you right!”

Chen Bin chimed in at the opportune moment.

"Damn it!"

Zheng Jian gave him the middle finger. "Don't bring up my embarrassing moments, or I won't pay the bill."

The three chatted for a few more minutes, then Zheng Jian paid the bill and took a taxi home. Han Feng wasn't back yet. Zheng Jian went to the bathroom first, then pulled up his pants and walked out, saying to Cao Yang, who was watching TV in the living room, "I hope Su Ting didn't cause trouble for Brother Han because of what I said?"

"Probably not..."

Cao Yang kept changing channels with the remote. "Su Ting is a smart woman. Does jealousy and tantrums work on Han Feng? If Su Ting didn't even know that, how could she have been with Han Feng for so long?"

"That's true."

Zheng Jian fastened his belt. "But they're more like a married couple now. What are they up to?"

"What's it to you?"

Cao Yang flipped through the channels with the remote, but couldn't find anything to watch. He threw the remote on the coffee table, got up, and turned off the TV. "The timing just isn't right yet. Actually, I think Su Ting is pretty good to Han Feng, but I don't know what Han Feng is thinking. Don't just blindly follow the crowd; think about your own problems!"

"Okay, okay!"

Zheng Jian shook his head repeatedly. "By the way, come out with me on Saturday."

"For what?"

Cao Yang replied casually.

Zheng Jian sighed, "My brother introduced me to a blind date. We're supposed to meet on Saturday. Ugh!"

"If you don't want to go, then don't,"

Cao Yang answered.

“I can’t not go,”

Zheng Jian sighed again. “The woman is a relative of my sister-in-law’s friend. I have to give her face, right?”

“Then you go by yourself. I’m not going to be a third wheel.”

Cao Yang turned to go back to his room, but Zheng Jian stopped him. “Don’t go, Brother Cao. I’ll look even more handsome with you there. Help your brother out, and if I ever get married, I won’t accept your red envelope, okay?”

“I’m not going!”

Cao Yang shook off Zheng Jian, walked to his bedroom door, turned back to Zheng Jian, and said very seriously, “Fuck your grandpa!”

“My grandpa died a long time ago…”

Zheng Jian laughed, turned off the living room light, and walked to his bedroom.

As Zheng Jian closed his bedroom door, in another room, Chen Bin was sitting at his desk, putting the magazine he was holding back on the bookshelf and turning on his laptop.

After turning on the computer, Chen Bin opened the chat software. A contact’s avatar immediately popped up. It was a Winnie the Pooh avatar. Chen Bin smiled, moved the mouse, and opened the chat window.

A long string of messages immediately appeared before Chen Bin's eyes, all containing the same content, with only two words repeating: "Uncle." The last message was sent five minutes earlier.

Switching his input method, Chen Bin typed "Still not asleep?"

and pressed enter.

The bear avatar quickly flashed again, this time a video call request. Chen Bin accepted, and Wang Xiaodou's face immediately jumped onto his screen, startling him.

Chen Bin wasn't a coward, but Wang Xiaodou's appearance was truly terrifying. Except for his eyes and a thin line on his nose, his entire face was covered by a mask, making him look like a white skull.

"Scary!"

Chen Bin exclaimed, and a new message immediately popped up in the chat box: "I'm typing. My classmates are all asleep. I'm on my bunk."

Chen Bin sighed and placed his hands on the keyboard: "Why aren't you asleep?"

"I missed you!"

Wang Xiaodou typed, removed the mask from his face, and wiped his hands.

This was the sentence Chen Bin heard Wang Xiaodou say most often.

“I just got back. Went out drinking tonight,”

Chen Bin typed.

“So decadent…”

Wang Xiaodou replied. “Is this how it is for everyone who works?”

“Pretty much.”

Chen Bin nodded subconsciously.

Wang Xiaodou was still a student, though she was nearing graduation. Chen Bin met Wang Xiaodou on a job recruitment website. He had published a few articles on the site at a friend's request, offering some simple advice from a company's perspective on aspects like attire and language during interviews. Afterward, Chen Bin forgot about it. Until one day, when he opened the website again, he found a message from a recent college graduate who wanted to consult Chen Bin about problems encountered during the job search. Chen Bin happened to be less busy those two days, so he left the student his online contact information. Later, the student actually contacted Chen Bin; this student was Wang Xiaodou.

As a senior about to graduate, Chen Bin felt that Wang Xiaodou was too naive, often asking questions that puzzled him. Perhaps this was what attracted Chen Bin, because there were almost no girls like Wang Xiaodou around him.

After chatting online for a while, the two expanded their conversations from job hunting to all aspects of life. It wasn't until one day when Wang Xiaodou told Chen Bin, "I like you," that Chen Bin realized he also felt an inexplicable attraction to the girl.

However, Chen Bin didn't immediately accept the girl's advances, not because Wang Xiaodou wasn't pretty enough—although she wasn't exactly beautiful, and even a little chubby, those weren't factors for Chen Bin. What mattered to him was his age; Wang Xiaodou was twenty-three, while he was almost thirty-five, and the age gap couldn't be bridged simply by saying "I like you."

But what Chen Bin hadn't expected was that while Wang Xiaodou was young and naive, she was incredibly persistent when it came to liking someone. Three months ago, when Wang Xiaodou repeatedly said in videos, "I just like older men," and even expressed her intention to come to this city to find him, Chen Bin had no reason to refuse her.

He wasn't Han Feng, not as cold-hearted as him, and besides, his feelings for Wang Xiaodou were genuine.

Although this relationship initially filled Chen Bin with a deep sense of guilt, as time passed and their feelings deepened, he stopped overthinking it. Perhaps this simple and pure affection could truly transcend their age difference.

“DouDou…”

Chen Bin typed Wang Xiaodou’s nickname, “Still haven’t settled on a job? Graduation is in two months.”

“I’m not looking anymore,”

Wang Xiaodou replied.

“How can that be?”

Chen Bin continued to ask.

Wang Xiaodou on the screen showed a bright smile: “I’ve made up my mind, I’m going to the city where Uncle is.”

This was the answer Chen Bin had been wanting, but even though Wang Xiaodou really said it, he still had some concerns and continued typing: “You still need to find a job.”

“Don’t worry, Uncle!”

Wang Xiaodou typed quickly, “I don’t need you to support me. I’ve submitted my resume to several companies there, and I’ve already received replies. I’ll go for interviews after May Day.”

“That’s good,”

Chen Bin responded.

“Also, I’ve discussed it with my classmates. We’ll go there for fun during May Day, and then stay there to wait for the interviews. What do you think?”

Wang Xiaodou continued to send messages.

Chen Bin quickly replied: “Great.”

Wang Xiaodou continued: “Uncle will be able to see me this time, aren’t you excited?”

“Excited!”

Chen Bin sent an expectant emoji.

“Okay, I’m going to sleep now, goodnight, Uncle.”

Wang Xiaodou stuck out her tongue.

“Wait…”

Chen Bin typed two words.

“What is it?”

Wang Xiaodou replied.

Chen Bin revealed a wicked smile and typed, “I want to see Doudou’s little bean!”

“You lecherous uncle!”

Wang Xiaodou pouted. Even so, she still pulled down the straps of her pajamas. When her two small breasts popped out, Wang Xiaodou’s face turned as red as a cloth.

This wasn’t the first time she had shown her breasts to Chen Bin. It must have been a month ago, one night when they chatted until late into the night. Chen Bin suddenly suggested that he wanted to see her body. Wang Xiaodou was a little surprised but not entirely unexpected. Although she didn’t have much experience with relationships between men and women, she wasn’t completely ignorant either. Besides, Chen Bin was the man she liked. That night, Wang Xiaodou, with a face full of shyness and a hint of excitement about doing something naughty, took off her clothes in front of the camera.

Now that she had her breasts exposed to Chen Bin again, Wang Xiaodou was no longer afraid, though still a little embarrassed. Looking at Chen Bin on the screen, she sent another message after a while: "Uncle, have you seen enough?"

Chen Bin laughed: "DouDou's little buds are still so cute. Go to sleep, or you'll have dark circles under your eyes tomorrow."

"Okay, Uncle, DouDou will be good."

After sending this message, Wang Xiaodou went offline.

Chen Bin closed his laptop and clicked his tongue.

He was looking forward to Wang Xiaodou's visit, but what would happen after she came? That was the question he needed to consider most. He wasn't a naive young man who could live on love alone. There were things Wang Xiaodou couldn't think of, but Chen Bin had to figure out.

However, a knock on the door interrupted Chen Bin's thoughts. Han Feng pushed the door open and entered. Seeing Chen Bin sitting in a chair, he said, "Can I borrow your car for tomorrow?"

"Is it your restricted driving day again?"

Chen Bin took the keys out of the drawer and tossed them to Han Feng. "Why didn't you borrow Zheng Jian's?"

"I hate the color of his car."

Han Feng put the keys away. "What kind of man drives a red car?"

"You can disregard his manhood."

Chen Bin said with a smile. "Su Ting wasn't angry with you earlier, was she?"

"It's alright..."

Han Feng blew out a breath. "Although she was a little unhappy, I've already comforted her."

"Is it comforting her?"

Chen Bin looked at Han Feng with ill intent. "You'll die on Su Ting's belly sooner or later."

"I'd rather!"

Han Feng scratched his stomach. "But I've been really tired these past two days. I need to find a way to replenish myself."

"How about yin-yang replenishment?"

Chen Bin glanced at Han Feng.

“That was suicide!”

Han Feng turned and opened the door. “I’m going to the detention center tomorrow, I probably won’t be back until the afternoon. I bought two books, but I think I sent them to the wrong address at the company. Could you keep them for me? I’ll pick them up from you when I get back.”

“No problem, what books?”

Chen Bin asked casually.

“Professional books, law books.”

Han Feng cursed. “They’re always revising the law, and I have to buy a book every time I do it. It’s fucking disgusting.”

“Can’t you just read them online? What can’t you find online these days?”

Chen Bin pointed to the laptop in front of him.

“It’s different. Books are more enjoyable to read in your hands.”

Han Feng replied.

Chen Bin shook his head: “What’s the difference?”

“The difference between masturbating and fucking, you get it?”

Han Feng said and walked out. As he closed the door, he heard Chen Bin curse behind him: “Damn, that’s so vulgar.”

“You’re the same!”

Han Feng replied with a smile, walking through the dining room and living room towards his room.

Chapter 4

A light rain was falling from the early morning sky. Lin Danmei stood in front of the office building, holding an umbrella. She had just retrieved some documents from her office. Han Feng hadn't arrived yet. Lin Danmei checked her watch: 6:45.

It was only a five-minute walk from the bus stop to the office building. Han Feng had told her he would be there before 7:00. Lin Danmei glanced towards the bus stop; a bus had just driven by, and only a few people got off. Han Feng wasn't among them.

"Beep!"

A car horn sounded nearby. A small van pulled up from the parking lot entrance and stopped a dozen meters from the gate. The window rolled down, and Han Feng shouted to Lin Danmei, "Get in!"

Lin Danmei paused for a moment, then opened her umbrella and jogged to the car. Han Feng had already opened the passenger door. Lin Danmei got into the car, and Han Feng took a plastic bag from the glove compartment. After Lin Danmei folded the umbrella, he turned the steering wheel and drove the car toward the exit.

Once on the main road, Han Feng asked Lin Danmei, "Is there something you want to say?"

Lin Danmei placed the documents she was holding on the dashboard. "Attorney Han, didn't you say yesterday you were going to take the bus?"

"I did,"

Han Feng nodded. "If you don't have a driver's license and a car, you'll have to take the bus when you officially start practicing."

"I don't,"

Lin Danmei replied. "Can't I take a taxi? I heard the clients pay for transportation."

"That's right,"

Han Feng hummed in agreement. "But not all clients can afford transportation. You should know how far the detention center is. Some people have trouble even coming up with a few thousand yuan in legal fees. Do you think it's worth losing a case because of these extra costs?"

Lin Danmei thought for a moment. "I haven't thought about that..."

Han Feng continued, "Lawyers don't have a base salary unless you work as an office lawyer. All your income depends on how much work you do. Of course, if you can get big cases right away and don't care about small amounts of money, then disregard what I said."

“I understand.”

Lin Danmei looked at the road stretching out the car window. “How many years has Han been a lawyer?”

Han Feng pondered for a moment: “More than ten years, I guess.”

“Why did Han become a lawyer?”

Lin Danmei continued to ask. “I heard from Secretary Xu that Han originally studied engineering.”

Han Feng frowned: “It’s more flexible. He doesn’t take cases he doesn’t want to do, and he can rest whenever he wants without having to worry about his boss.”

“Just because of that?”

Lin Danmei seemed a little disappointed with Han Feng’s answer.

“What other reason could there be?”

Han Feng chuckled. “Do you expect me to say it’s to uphold social justice? Or to help the needy? I’m not that noble.”

He paused and asked, “What is it for you?”

Lin Danmei blushed: “When I was little, I watched TV dramas and thought lawyers were pretty amazing, and I heard they earn quite a lot…”

“Do you watch Hong Kong dramas or American dramas?”

As Han Feng said this, there was a red light ahead. He stopped the car, took out a cigarette, and glanced at Lin Danmei. “Do you mind if I have a cigarette?”

Lin Danmei shook her head.

Han Feng lit a cigarette, took a puff, and the red light turned green. He turned left and continued, "You'd better wake up. This is China. Lawyers aren't that useful here, and most lawyers don't earn much, especially when they first start practicing. Just being able to support yourself is already pretty good."

"I've heard that from my seniors,"

Lin Danmei said, head down. "But since I've chosen this profession, I hope I can do well."

"Hmm,"

Han Feng flicked his cigarette ash. "Good attitude... You've finished reviewing the case files. You'll be taking my statement today."

"Okay,"

Lin Danmei replied, then whispered, "But I write a little slowly... Attorney Han, please don't ask too many questions."

"No problem,"

Han Feng readily agreed. "Our statements are different from police statements. As long as the meaning is clear, we don't need to record every single word."

"I understand,"

Lin Danmei sighed. The two talked for a while longer before the car turned onto a forest road. After driving a few more kilometers, they could see a cluster of houses and a clearly visible iron gate in front of a large courtyard.

Han Feng parked the car on the side of the road. Lin Danmei got out and looked towards the gate, where the words "Detention Center" were clearly displayed.

After helping Lin Danmei complete the entry procedures, Han Feng walked through the iron gate. Suddenly, Lin Danmei hid behind him.

"What's wrong?"

Han Feng turned around and glanced at her.

Lin Danmei seemed a little embarrassed: "Attorney Han, this is my first time in a place like this, I'm a little..."

"A little scared?"

Han Feng laughed and pulled Lin Danmei to his side. "You're a lawyer, and they're all people who are locked up. What's there to be afraid of? Just come with me." After

completing the visitation procedures in the meeting room, two policemen came out with a young man after waiting for more than ten minutes. The police handcuffed the man to a metal chair and left the meeting room. Han Feng took out the assignment letter and said to the man, "We are..."

The entire meeting lasted less than half an hour. At first, Lin Danmei was a little nervous, but she obviously relaxed later. By the time Han Feng finished asking all the questions and led her away from the detention center, Lin Danmei had regained the confident state that Han Feng had when he first met her.

"Attorney Han..."

After getting into the car and closing the door, Lin Danmei said to Han Feng, "I didn't expect it to be so simple. I thought..."

"Simple?"

Han Feng looked at Lin Danmei coldly. "You probably still don't understand. This case was assigned by legal aid, so the basic facts are relatively clear. If it were a case personally entrusted by our client, it wouldn't be so simple."

Han Feng paused for a moment. "Go back and write a defense statement for tomorrow's court hearing."

"Okay."

Lin Danmei nodded. "But... apart from being a minor and a first-time offender, I can't find any other reasons to reduce the defendant's sentence. Attorney Han, what do you

think..." "Write whatever comes to mind."

Han Feng started the car and turned to look at Lin Danmei. "There's one more thing... your stockings are torn."

Lin Danmei looked down and saw that there was indeed a hole the size of a beverage bottle cap in her stockings above the knee on the inner thigh. Her face immediately turned red. She hurriedly pulled her skirt to cover it and glanced at Han Feng, but Han Feng didn't look at her again and drove the car onto the road.

Back at the office building, Han Feng told Lin Danmei to go back to the institute first, while he strode up to Chen Bin's office on the third floor. The books he'd ordered had indeed arrived, and Chen Bin was engrossed in reading one of them. Seeing Han Feng enter, Chen Bin put the book aside: "Was everything alright?"

"It's fine."

Han Feng sat down opposite Chen Bin. "I'm meeting a friend for drinks tonight, he works at a newspaper. Want to come along?"

"No thanks, I don't plan on getting published."

Chen Bin shook his head. "Young Master Zheng asked me to go for a massage with him, and I already agreed."

"Be careful not to catch a sexually transmitted disease,"

Han Feng said, flipping through the books on the table.

“Go remind Zheng Jian,”

Chen Bin said, taking a sip of water. “I’m just going to take a shower. When have you ever seen me with that kind of woman?”

Han Feng scoffed. “Taste is innate; there’s no point in trying to persuade you.”

Zheng Bin put his cup down. “Do you know any suitable girls? Introduce him to one. We’re sitting here every day; our circle is a bit small.”

“Clients?”

Han Feng frowned. “The legal counsel’s clients are all mothers, and the other female clients are all unlucky souls—nine out of ten are divorced. It’s not suitable… By the way…”

He slapped his thigh. "I just got a new intern lawyer. She's pretty good-looking. Should I introduce her to Zheng Jian?"

"Sure, do you have a picture?"

Chen Bin asked.

"I do have a picture, but I don't know if she has a boyfriend."

Han Feng put his hands together. "Aren't there a lot of unmarried girls in the company? I think the new one named Tang Xin is pretty good. Let Zheng Jian try his luck."

"Sigh..."

Chen Bin sighed. "You know him. He always expects women to throw themselves at him, and if a woman throws herself at him, he suspects she's only after his money..."

"Then let him go to a prostitute."

Han Feng got up and picked up his books. "By the way, the car keys are in my left pocket. Take them out yourself."

"Let's talk about it tonight. I don't need them today."

Chen Bin waved his hand.

After Han Feng left, Chen Bin chatted with Wang Xiaodou on the computer for an afternoon. After work, Zheng Jian came to find Chen Bin. The two of them ate something casually outside, and Zheng Jian drove Chen Bin to a private club.

They were familiar with such places, but Chen Bin only used them for showering and resting, occasionally playing a couple of rounds of mahjong, while Zheng Jian had his own interests.

As Chen Bin finished putting on his bathrobe after leaving the bathroom, Zheng Jian grinned wickedly. "Want to find a girl to have some fun with?"

"No interest."

Chen Bin tossed the towel onto the chair. "I'm going to watch TV and get a foot massage while I'm at it."

"Seriously!"

Zheng Jian sighed. "Are you gay? I've never seen you interested in any woman..."

"Damn it!"

Chen Bin cursed at Zheng Jian. "Even if I were looking for a woman, I wouldn't do it here. I find it dirty."

"It's not very clean, and I'm afraid..."

Zheng Jian frowned. "So I'm just touching and pinching. I don't have the courage to actually fuck you."

Chen Bin frowned. "Actually, you could pay a young model or something."

Zheng Jian laughed. "What's the difference between those young models who fawn over us and prostitutes? They're all the same, pretending to be so pure. It's disgusting."

"Whatever."

Chen Bin replied casually. "I'm in the lounge. I'll be back by eleven at the latest. If you're not going home tonight, give me a call. I'm not waiting for you."

“Okay!”

Zheng Jian nodded, then turned to the waiter next to the wardrobe and said, “Get a room, and find a girl to give me a massage.”

“Yes, sir!”

The waiter replied and turned to leave, quickly returning with a key card. “Here you are, sir.”

Taking the key card, Zheng Jian waved to Chen Bin and walked towards the elevator.

Reaching the third floor, Zheng Jian exited the elevator and found his room according to the number on the key card. A young woman was already waiting there.

She looked to be about seventeen or eighteen years old, wearing a white miniskirt that barely covered her upper body. Seeing Zheng Jian enter, she smiled professionally: “Hello!”

Zheng Jian looked the woman up and down. She had the oval face he liked, her hair pulled back, and her appearance was acceptable. What attracted Zheng Jian most were her breasts; although he couldn't see much, judging from their appearance alone, they were definitely not small.

Zheng Jian smiled, unbuttoned his bathrobe, and walked over naked, lying face down on the bed. The woman sat on top of him, her smooth, white legs pressed against his buttocks, her hands gently resting on his back, slowly kneading.

Her massage technique wasn't particularly skillful, and Zheng Jian certainly wasn't there for that. After a while, Zheng Jian stopped her. As she retreated to his feet, Zheng Jian rolled over, presenting his erect penis to her face.

The kneeling woman looked up at Zheng Jian, unbuttoned her top, revealing no bra, and her two large breasts swayed in front of him.

Zheng Jian smiled as he watched the woman lean closer to him, her soft breasts enveloping his penis.

Zheng Jian immediately felt a surge of heat in his lower body. If it weren't for this place and this woman, he would have immediately mounted her. As the woman began to slowly rub his penis between her breasts, Zheng Jian reached out his left hand and touched her bare back.

The woman's back was smooth. Zheng Jian ran his fingers between her shoulder blades, suppressing the tingling sensation. His eyes were fixed on her nipples, and he grasped her breast with his right hand.

Although he didn't have a girlfriend, he was no stranger to this kind of thing between men and women. Teasing her nipples with his fingers, Zheng Jian closed his eyes, and the faces of his past girlfriends flashed through his mind, finally settling on Su Ting's image.

Zheng Jian wasn't sure if he truly liked Su Ting or was simply interested in her body. But Su Ting was now Han Feng's woman. Although Han Feng's relationship with Su Ting wasn't normal, as long as their relationship lasted, Zheng Jian would never lay a hand on Su Ting. Zheng Jian didn't have many principles, one of which was never to touch his brother's woman, but that didn't stop him from fantasizing at this moment.

In Zheng Jian's mind, the woman materialized as Su Ting. Zheng Jian imagined himself in a bright room, Su Ting on top of him, her full, white breasts pressing his penis between them as she moved up and down. As his penis slid upwards past her cleavage, Su Ting took his glans into her mouth with her tongue.

Su Ting's small mouth was warm and moist, like her honeypot. Zheng Jian imagined the lower body of a woman he had seen before, combining a memorable petal with Su Ting's face. His penis was now moving in and out of Su Ting's body, and soon he felt his penis being forcefully sucked by her body. As the blush of orgasm appeared on Su Ting's pretty face, Zheng Jian's penis twitched twice.

Opening his eyes, he saw the woman wiping her mouth with a tissue, a trace of white semen clinging to her lips. Zheng Jian touched the woman's breasts again, then smiled at her.

The woman climbed off Zheng Jian and began buttoning her shirt. Just as she finished the first button, the door suddenly slammed open against the wall with a loud bang, startling Zheng Jian so much he almost jumped out of bed. He turned and saw several men rushing in.

Before he could get up, two men pinned him back down on the bed. One of the men pulled a notebook from his pocket: "Police!"

"Damn!"

Zheng Jian cursed inwardly. "This is bad!"

As these men claiming to be police led him downstairs, Zheng Jian felt slightly relieved, realizing he wasn't the only one in trouble. Several other men and women had been taken downstairs as well, meaning these were likely real police officers.

Ordered to get dressed, Zheng Jian and his group were led out of the club and shoved into a car. As they got into the car, Zheng Jian glanced around and, seeing Chen Bin standing in the crowd nearby, repeatedly signaled to him.

Chen Bin saw Zheng Jian at that moment, stomped his foot, took out his phone, and dialed a number: "Zheng Jian's in trouble..."

When Han Feng arrived at the criminal investigation team, Chen Bin was pacing back and forth at the entrance. Seeing Han Feng get out of the car, Chen Bin quickly went to greet him: "Do you know anyone inside?"

"It's alright."

Han Feng nodded. "Wait for me in the car."

After saying that, he stepped inside.

"Who are you looking for?"

The police officer on duty at the door quickly stopped Han Feng.

Han Feng took out his phone and dialed a number: "Hello? Brother Liu? This is Han Feng. Are you at the station? I need to talk to you... I'm outside, yes, okay..."

He handed the phone to the officer on duty, who took it, listened for a moment, then hung up and handed it back to Han Feng: "Go in."

Han Feng nodded to him, strode into the criminal investigation team's office building, and easily found his way to an office door. He knocked on the door, then pushed it open and entered the room.

Liu Weidong was sitting behind his desk inside when Han Feng entered. He frowned and said, "What's the matter that you're in such a hurry? I'm busy right now."

"It's my own business."

Han Feng plopped down in the chair opposite Liu Weidong. "Captain Liu, I remember that arresting prostitutes isn't your responsibility, is it? Is there some big plan going on tonight?"

"No."

Liu Weidong was taken aback. "You have a friend who got arrested for soliciting prostitutes? You'll have to go to the police station to find him."

"He's with you. Another friend of mine followed him here."

Han Feng continued, "Around ten o'clock tonight at the club on the west side. You know which one."

"Damn it!"

Liu Weidong cursed. "Of course I know. It's been shady there for a long time. The owner is a big shot. The police station usually doesn't bother with it, but..."

He lowered his voice and leaned closer to Han Feng, "Tonight we received a tip that someone is selling drugs there, so..."

"That's none of my business. Anyway, my friend has been taken in by your men."

Han Feng looked at Liu Weidong. "Brother Liu, I have to take him away. I can't leave him here."

“It’s not easy.”

Liu Weidong shook his head. “According to procedure, a statement has to be taken, and besides, what if he…”

“Don’t worry!”

Han Feng interrupted. “At most, he’ll just be seeing a prostitute. He definitely won’t be involved in those things. I guarantee it.”

Liu Weidong clicked his tongue. “Brother, it’s not that I don’t trust you, but…”

“How about you leave me here and let him go back?”

Han Feng took out a cigarette and lit it. “Is that okay?”

Liu Weidong sighed. “What’s your relationship with that guy?”

“My brother.”

Han Feng stared at Liu Weidong. “One word: let him go or not?”

“I’m scared of you.”

Liu Weidong leaned back in his chair. “What’s his name?”

“Zheng Jian.”

Han Feng answered directly.

After hearing Han Feng’s name, Liu Weidong got up, opened the door, and went out. After a while, he returned to the office with Zheng Jian. Zheng Jian’s face was initially a little dejected, but when he saw Han Feng in the chair, he immediately smiled.

“Smiling, my ass!”

Han Feng glared at Zheng Jian.

"Sit down!"

Liu Weidong pointed to the sofa against the wall and sat down in his own seat. He then said to Han Feng, "I just asked again, and they said they didn't find any drugs. It's probably someone who scammed that boss. The others should be dealt with according to the rules, fined as they should. Let's just let this go since it's a matter between friends. I've already withdrawn the statement. Are you satisfied, Brother Han?"

"Brother Liu is a true friend!"

Han Feng stood up and said to Liu Weidong, "How about a get-together tomorrow night? My treat. Let's invite Director Zhou too; I haven't seen him in a while."

"Forget it."

Liu Weidong shook his head. "It's so late. I'm exhausted. I'll go home and sleep early tomorrow. Let's do it another day."

"Okay!"

Han Feng replied, taking two tickets out of his pocket and placing them on Liu Weidong's table. "My nephew mentioned wanting to see some kind of show last time. A friend gave me two tickets. Let my wife take the kids to see it."

"You're really thoughtful, damn it."

Liu Weidong put the tickets in the drawer. "I forgot, your sister-in-law has gotten angry with me several times because of this, saying I don't care about the kids..."

"You need to rest when you need to."

Han Feng laughed. "We're leaving now, we'll call you later."

"Okay!"

Liu Weidong got up, saw Han Feng and Zheng Jian to the door before returning to his office. After getting into the car, Chen Bin glanced at Zheng Jian: "Had your fun?"

"Had my fun..."

Zheng Jian muttered.

Chen Bin drove, and Zheng Jian kept complaining about his bad luck the whole way. When they were almost home, Han Feng, who had been silent the whole time, suddenly spoke up: "Why don't you find a girl?"

Zheng Jian said "Oh," and then added, "Damn it, this is the first time I've ever made such a fool of myself. I'm never going to find a woman outside again. By the way... don't tell my brother about tonight, otherwise..."

"Don't worry!"

Han Feng sighed, "Coward."

The three of them got home at 3 a.m. Because they had a court hearing the next day, Han Feng went straight to bed. Zheng Jian and Chen Bin, still shaken, drank some beer and didn't get up the next morning. When Cao Yang came out in the morning, only Han Feng was sitting in the living room drinking milk.

"Where did you go last night?"

Cao Yang asked as he came out of the bathroom after brushing his teeth.

Han Feng told Cao Yang about Zheng Jian's incident and then sighed.

Hearing Han Feng's description, Cao Yang chuckled, "No wonder, I thought you guys went out drinking."

"Of course I called you!"

Han Feng got up and put on his coat. "What were you doing yesterday? I didn't see you in the office."

"Meeting with friends,"

Cao Yang replied casually.

Not long after Han Feng left, Cao Yang also came downstairs, went to the company for breakfast, and ran into the company's finance director, Yan Xiaojuan, a sharp-looking woman in her early thirties. Her first words to Cao Yang were, "Has the technical department's spending been a bit high lately?"

Cao Yang hummed in agreement, "There's been a lot of after-sales work with clients lately, it should be less next month."

Yan Xiaojuan then said to Cao Yang, "Have your people make the expense receipts more standardized. Just sorting out your receipts took me several days, and the finance department is already short-staffed..."

"Alright, alright,"

Cao Yang replied impatiently to Yan Xiaojuan, "I've been working myself to the bone these past few days, so just give me a break."

After saying that, he ignored Yan Xiaojuan and went straight back to his office.

He really didn't want to face Yan Xiaojuan's perpetually stern face. This woman wasn't inherently bad, but she was just too serious. Aside from work, Cao Yang had never heard her chat with anyone. Sometimes he even wondered if Yan Xiaojuan had some kind of mental illness.

Sitting down and turning on his computer, Cao Yang's workday was still very busy. It wasn't until after 3 PM that he packed up and left the company.

Today was the day he had arranged to meet Feng Ying's family. Cao Yang drove to Feng Ying's workplace to pick her up, and the two bought some gifts. When they arrived at Feng Ying's house, Cao Yang checked his watch: 4:50 PM.

Feng Ying knocked on the door, but no one answered after a few knocks. She took out her key and opened the door, only to find that no one was home. Feng Ying frowned and muttered to herself, "I told them to wait at home, where did they all go?"

After putting down his things, Cao Yang walked around the room. This was his first time visiting Feng Ying's house. Feng Ying's home was on the third floor of an ordinary residential building. Outside the window was a main road. Feng Ying came to the bedside, looked out the window, and said to Cao Yang, "They've probably gone out to buy groceries. They should be back soon."

As she peered out the window, her buttocks sticking up. Cao Yang touched them from behind and whispered to Feng Ying, "Waiting here is so boring! How about we do something?"

Feng Ying didn't turn around: "Are you feeling energetic now?"

Cao Yang stood behind Feng Ying, pressing his lower body against her buttocks: "What do you think?"

Feng Ying wiggled her buttocks. Through her skirt and Cao Yang's pants, Feng Ying could feel that Cao Yang's penis was already noticeably erect. She laughed and said, "My parents could be back at any moment, so be careful!"

Even as she said this, her legs were already spread apart.

Cao Yang lifted Feng Ying's skirt to her waist, pulled down her panties, and unzipped his own pants. He leaned close to Feng Ying and said, "Keep an eye on them. Let me know when they get back."

Feng Ying hummed in agreement. Cao Yang parted Feng Ying's soft buttocks and inserted his hard penis into her vagina.

His glans touched Feng Ying's labia, and Feng Ying slapped him, saying, "You're so hard! I'm not even wet!"

"Oh?"

Cao Yang paused, then chuckled. He withdrew his penis, leaned over Feng Ying's back, and wrapped his left hand around her waist, touching her labia from the front.

Feng Ying's labia were small, and when Cao Yang pinched them, she squinted.

Cao Yang's rough hand rubbed against her most sensitive spot, causing a tingling sensation in Feng Ying's lower body. Soon, a warm flow appeared from her body, wetting Cao Yang's fingers.

Feng Ying spread her legs wider, and Cao Yang's fingers slid into her vagina along her wet lower body. Although he was still leaning on the windowsill as if nothing had happened, Feng Ying was already breathing heavily.

Cao Yang's fingers stirred inside her, slowly entering and withdrawing. Feng Ying's breathing became heavier with his movements. As if sensing that Cao Yang had no intention of stopping, Feng Ying called out, "Aren't you coming in?"

Hearing Feng Ying say this, Cao Yang pulled his fingers out of Feng Ying's body, and his penis once again pressed against the entrance of Feng Ying's vagina.

Feng Ying's lower body, which was completely wet, now had no resistance. Cao Yang's penis went straight into the center of her body, and the glans hit Feng Ying's cervix. Feng Ying couldn't help but tighten her lower body.

The tender flesh inside her vagina instantly gripped Cao Yang's penis tightly. Feng Ying's soft buttocks became firm with the tension in her body. Cao Yang pressed one hand on Feng Ying's back and waist, and with the other hand, he reached under Feng Ying's clothes, pulled open the bottom edge of her bra, and touched Feng Ying's breasts.

Feng Ying's nipples were now erect like cherries. As Cao Yang held her breasts, he gently pinched her nipples with two fingers, while his lower body began to move slowly back and forth, his penis moving back and forth inside Feng Ying's vagina with his movements.

Feng Ying was still leaning against the windowsill, but her eyes began to become somewhat hazy. The penis inside her felt like a barbed iron rod scraping against the tender flesh around her vulva. Cao Yang's glans occasionally bumped against a certain spot inside her, and a strong pleasure quickly spread from her lower body to her entire body. Feng Ying pressed her forehead against the windowpane, her body limp and unwilling to move.

Cao Yang clearly noticed the changes in the woman beneath him. He hugged Feng Ying tightly from behind, lifting her buttocks up further, allowing his penis to penetrate even deeper into her body.

His movements were still slow, his penis slowly thrusting in and out. Cao Yang felt the tender flesh inside Feng Ying's vagina tightening, as if a small hand was forcefully gripping his penis, trying to squeeze something out of his body. Looking down at the faint blush appearing on Feng Ying's exposed skin, he knew she was close to orgasm.

Feng Ying supported herself with her arms, her eyes still looking out the window, her legs trembling slightly. Cao Yang thrust a few more times, and Feng Ying suddenly cried out, "Hurry! Hurry up!"

Hearing Feng Ying's impatient cry, Cao Yang grabbed her body and thrust quickly twice, then slapped Feng Ying's buttocks: "In a hurry?"

"Hurry!"

Feng Ying arched her back, "My parents are back, hurry up!"

Hearing her say this, Cao Yang's gaze fell on the road downstairs. An elderly couple was walking from a distance, each carrying a bag, as if they had just gone to the market.

"Damn!"

Cao Yang cursed inwardly, thrusting his hips, his penis rapidly pumping inside Feng Ying's body.

Feng Ying's eyes were fixed on the ground below, her body responding to Cao Yang's thrusts. The sounds of flesh slapping together filled the room. Cao Yang's grip on Feng Ying's waist tightened, and Feng Ying's cries grew louder. When Cao Yang penetrated her for the last time, Feng Ying let out a groan as if she were dying.

Hot semen rushed into her uterus, and Feng Ying's body began to tremble uncontrollably. But she had no time to savor the afterglow of her orgasm. Bending over and pulling up her panties, Feng Ying's arched back revealed the clear handprints Cao Yang had left on her waist.

Her panties were immediately soaked with her own fluids. Feng Ying didn't have time to adjust them, so she put her skirt down and went to the door. By then, Cao Yang had also finished dressing. When Feng Ying's parents opened the door, Feng Ying was already standing in the living room with Cao Yang. Although her face seemed the same as usual, the sticky, cool feeling in her lower body made Feng Ying involuntarily tighten her legs.

"Dad, Mom, this is Cao Yang, the one I told you about..."

Feng Ying introduced her boyfriend to her parents with a smile.

The following process was no different from that of many men meeting a woman's parents for the first time. To Feng Ying's delight, although Cao Yang wasn't good at charming women, he seemed to get along very well with her father, and there was no awkwardness at all.

Cao Yang ate at Feng Ying's house and stayed until about ten o'clock. When Feng Ying saw him off, her parents had already started asking Cao Yang when he would visit again. Once outside, Feng Ying rested her head on Cao Yang's shoulder and whispered in his ear, "I never imagined you were so good at winning them over. I was worried sick about you."

Cao Yang laughed, "Your parents are easy to talk to, what are you worried about?"

"Why wouldn't I be worried?"

Feng Ying continued, "They weren't this polite when I brought my boyfriends home before..."

"Oh,"

Cao Yang asked casually, "That's their problem... my ex-boyfriends!"

"You know that, don't you?"

Feng Ying rubbed her hair against Cao Yang's chin, "I've told you."

"That's true."

Cao Yang put his arm around Feng Ying's waist, "They're not as good as me."

Feng Ying spat, "You're so self-righteous, what's so good about you?"

"Don't you know what's so good about me?"

Cao Yang laughed, then suddenly paused, "How does my past compare to your ex-boyfriends?"

"Why are you asking?"

Feng Ying frowned, "You know I don't want to talk about it..."

Cao Yang kissed Feng Ying, "I don't care, why do you care?"

"Of course I care."

Feng Ying shook her head. "I was naive before. I thought that if I slept with a man, he would be devoted to me for life... You won't..."

"Won't what?"

Cao Yang asked knowingly. "Don't worry, I'll definitely marry you by next year at the latest, okay?"

"I mean what I say!"

Feng Ying bit her lip. "Otherwise, I won't let you off the hook!"

"I know."

Cao Yang laughed again.

After leaving Feng Ying's apartment complex, Cao Yang got home close to midnight. Since it was Saturday, Zheng Jian, Chen Bin, and Han Feng were still awake, drinking and chatting in the living room. When Cao Yang opened the door, a thick cloud of smoke rushed out of the house, stinging his eyes.

"Setting fire?"

Cao Yang said as he changed his shoes.

"Waiting for you."

Zheng Jian pointed to the beer on the coffee table. "Hurry up, come over and have a few drinks with your brother."

"Damn!"

Cao Yang sat down next to Chen Bin, picked up a can of beer, opened it, and took a couple of sips. "Didn't go to a prostitute today?"

"Han told you, right?"

Zheng Jian looked at Han Feng. "I'm never going again, it's embarrassing!"

"I think so..."

Cao Yang took a cigarette. "It's better to just find a girlfriend. By the way, aren't you going on a blind date tomorrow?"

"Yeah."

Zheng Jian nodded. "I wonder what the girl looks like. Hopefully, she's not a dinosaur."

"Ugly as a person, but not as ugly as a cunt."

Han Feng lit a cigarette for Cao Yang and said in a strange voice.

"You fucking fuck a dog for me to see!"

Zheng Jian laughed.

"Abusing small animals is immoral."

Chen Bin chimed in from the side.

"Damn it!"

Zheng Jian cursed, "Don't ruin my life... By the way, Su Ting told me this afternoon that she's given my phone number to her friend's cousin..."

"She contacted you?"

Chen Bin chuckled dryly. "The cousin is a real gem..."

Zheng Jian nodded. "She already called me. Her voice is quite nice. I've arranged for her to come see the apartment on Sunday. Don't go out then, let's all take a look together."

"I'm free on Sunday..."

Han Feng took a drag of his cigarette. "Even if I have something to do, I'll have to cancel. I can't just let you rent out my apartment without knowing what's going on."

"I'm free too,"

Chen Bin added.

“Same.”

Cao Yang took another sip of beer. “What’s your cousin’s name?”

Hearing Cao Yang ask this, Zheng Jian’s eyes widened suddenly, and after a long pause, he said, “I fucking forgot to ask!”

“You idiot!”

Cao Yang held up his middle finger in front of Zheng Jian. “Pure!”

“If I weren’t an idiot, would I be with you beasts?”

Zheng Jian grinned. “I hope my cousin is a beauty,”

he gestured in the air with his hands, “Such big breasts, such a big ass, such a thin waist…”

“Sigh…”

Han Feng sighed. “You’re just talking. Even if she’s a beauty, would it be your turn?”

“Tch!”

Zheng Jian scoffed. “Brother Chen and Brother Cao are decent men. You already have Sister Su, that great beauty, so don’t compete with your brothers for women. I’m begging you, okay?”

“Decent men also sleep with women.”

Han Feng looked at Chen Bin and Cao Yang, who almost said in unison, “That’s right!”

“Damn it!”

Zheng Jian pointed at the three guys in front of him. “Can’t you guys leave your brothers a way out?”

“I’m scared of you.”

Chen Bin shook his head. “I won’t compete with you, unless…”

“Unless my cousin’s charm is irresistible.”

Cao Yang laughed and patted Chen Bin on the shoulder. “I can control myself, but I’m afraid I can’t control my dick. What do you suggest?”

“Cut it!”

Zheng Jian gestured with his hand as if he were holding a kitchen knife.

Seeing Zheng Jian’s exasperated expression, Han Feng also laughed. “Are you that thirsty? How about I give Su Ting to you to play with?”

“You’re willing to give her up?”

Zheng Jian glanced at Han Feng.

Han Feng shrugged. “If Su Ting is interested in you, I don’t care…”

“Brother Han,”

Zheng Jian suddenly looked serious. “Do you actually like Su Ting?”

Hearing Zheng Jian’s question, Han Feng was silent for a while, then lowered his head and took out a cigarette, rubbing it in his hand a couple of times. “It’s hard to say…”

“I think Su Ting is sincere towards you.”

Chen Bin said from the side. “If she’s willing to divorce her husband for you, I think you should marry her.”

“I haven’t thought about it…”

Han Feng lit a cigarette.

“I think so too.”

Cao Yang echoed Chen Bin’s words. “Do you care that Su Ting isn’t a young girl? You’re not exactly a virgin either, so don’t be so demanding. I think you two are quite suitable.”

“We’ll see!”

Han Feng took a sip of his drink. “Anyway, I don’t want Su Ting to get a divorce right now, otherwise I’ll have a huge headache… Let’s change the subject. Let’s find a woman for Young Master Zheng first, so he doesn’t go out and cause trouble again, and I’ll have to clean up his mess later.”

“Again?”

Zheng Jian exclaimed. “Don’t talk about me, talk about my cousin. Let’s guess which cousin…”

“Get lost.”

Han Feng stood up unsteadily. “I’m sleepy, let’s go to sleep!”
Chapter 5

, Saturday morning, around 11 a.m., Zheng Jian drove to the agreed-upon restaurant. The table had been booked in advance, so there was no need for a matchmaker. Zheng Jian hated women who liked to play matchmaker. In his opinion, those meddlesome women should be thrown into a pig cage.

He didn't book a private room, but instead asked for a window seat. That way, if he ran out of things to talk about with unfamiliar people, he could at least find something to say from passersby outside or customers in the lobby. If he were in a private room, Zheng Jian would probably only be able to ramble on.

He was alone at home when he left today. Chen Bin, Cao Yang, and Han Feng had already left without even saying goodbye, which was indeed a bit strange. Those guys weren't usually like this.

However, if Zheng Jian knew where Chen Bin and the others were, he would definitely jump up and curse, because those three were currently in a private room not far from him. He could see the seat opposite him as soon as he opened the door.

The person Zheng Jian was waiting for hadn't arrived yet, so there was only a menu on his table. Unlike Zheng Jian, who was alone, the table in the private room was already full of sumptuous dishes, and Cao Yang was dipping a piece of duck meat in a sauce dish.

"How did you know he was here?"

Chen Bin asked Cao Yang, chewing on a cucumber strip.

"He told me himself."

Cao Yang didn't even look up.

Chen Bin peeked through the crack in the door: "But we can't hear anything here. What's the point of just watching them meet?"

"If we couldn't hear anything, we wouldn't have come."

Han Feng, a cigarette dangling from his lips, took a palm-sized box from his suit pocket and placed it on the table.

"What's this?"

Chen Bin asked, looking at Han Feng.

"A bugging device?"

Before Han Feng could answer, Cao Yang glanced at the small box and frowned.

“Mr. Cao is truly insightful.”

Han Feng placed his hand on the table. “I got this from a friend in the police force. I haven’t used it yet, so I can use Young Master Zheng as a test subject.”

“Damn!”

Chen Bin cursed. “What other good stuff do you have?”

“A pair of handcuffs and a stun gun,”

Han Feng replied. “I’ve been keeping them in the car, never had a chance to use them.”

“It’s best if you don’t need them.”

Chen Bin looked at the box beside Han Feng. “What I’m interested in is how you managed to attach the transmitter to Zheng Jian.”

“That’s easy…”

Han Feng turned and looked outside. “This guy always leaves his clothes in the living room the day before an important date. Otherwise, I really wouldn’t have had the chance to do this.”

“Aren’t you afraid he’ll change his clothes at the last minute?”

Chen Bin pressed.

“Then let’s watch a silent film.”

Han Feng’s eyes suddenly narrowed as he said this. “Here it comes!”

Hearing Han Feng’s words, Chen Bin and Cao Yang peeked through the crack in the door and saw a young girl swaying her hips as she walked towards Zheng Jian’s position.

As the girl approached Zheng Jian and asked him something, Han Feng quickly turned on the receiver. After a few static noises, Zheng Jian's voice came through: "What do you like to eat?"

The girl's voice replied, "Anything is fine, I'll eat whatever you order."

Then Zheng Jian started ordering. Han Feng frowned and said, "This guy really doesn't stand on ceremony."

Chen Bin and Cao Yang chuckled at this.

After ordering, Zheng Jian was silent for a long time before he actually said, "The weather is nice today..." As soon as

Zheng Jian said this, the three people in the private room burst out laughing at the same time. Cao Yang almost spat out his pancake in Han Feng's face.

"We're doomed,"

Chen Bin said, shaking his head with a laugh.

Chen Bin and the others didn't listen carefully to the polite conversation between Zheng Jian and the girl until the girl suddenly asked, "I heard you're the marketing director of a foreign company?"

Only then did they perk up their ears again.

Zheng Jian replied, "Yes."

The girl continued, "Have you bought a house?"

Hearing this, Chen Bin glanced at Han Feng: "As expected..."

Zheng Jian's reply came through the receiver again: "Not yet, I live with some friends."

"Not planning to buy a house?"

the girl asked.

"No money..."

was Zheng Jian's answer.

"A foreign company executive doesn't have money?"

The girl's tone seemed somewhat dissatisfied.

Zheng Jian was silent again, and the girl's voice spoke again: "You're not planning to buy a house even after you get married?"

"What does marriage have to do with buying a house?"

Zheng Jian retorted.

The girl laughed, her voice tinged with contempt: "Do you plan to have your wife rent a place with you?"

"There's nothing wrong with that,"

Zheng Jian replied.

"Looks like we don't have anything in common."

After saying this, the girl began to eat in silence.

The three people in the private room looked at each other and shook their heads. Chen Bin stood up: "There's no show to watch. I'll go stir things up."

He walked out of the room and went straight to Zheng Jian. He glanced at the table full of food and patted Zheng Jian on the shoulder: "Mr. Zheng!"

Zheng Jian turned around and saw Chen Bin, paused for a moment, and before he could speak, Chen Bin immediately said, "I didn't expect to run into you here, Mr. Zheng. When are those two shops under your name due? I need them. It's not easy to find a place to do business these days, so don't stand me up!"

He then winked at Zheng Jian.

Zheng Jian understood and stood up, saying, "Let's talk..."

Turning to the girl in front of him with a surprised expression, "I'm going to talk to a friend about something, I'll be right back."

The two walked to the restaurant entrance one after the other. Zheng Jian looked at Chen Bin: "What are you doing here?"

Chen Bin laughed: "So? What are you planning to do?"

Zheng Jian cursed: "Damn, another woman who only cares about money. Let's go home."

He said home and really pulled Chen Bin home. When Han Feng and Cao Yang arrived home, Zheng Jian and Chen Bin were waiting for them in the living room. Seeing Han Feng enter, Zheng Jian threw the transmitter he had taken out of his pocket on the table and said irritably, "You actually did some eavesdropping! That's shameless."

"Just for fun."

Han Feng sat down next to Zheng Jian. "You're really something, leaving halfway through. I saw that girl's face turn green when she paid the bill."

"What do I care about her?"

Zheng Jian snapped open the tab of a beer can.

"How are you going to explain this to your sister-in-law?"

Cao Yang asked.

“To be honest,”

Zheng Jian sighed, “would I need someone to introduce me to a woman like that?”

“That’s true,”

Han Feng lit a cigarette and chuckled.

The group chatted casually for a while, and when it was time for dinner, Han Feng simply heated up the takeout from the restaurant. After eating, the four of them played mahjong until the early hours of Sunday morning. In the end, only Zheng Jian lost. Han Feng, Chen Bin, and Cao Yang each won several thousand yuan from Zheng Jian before going back to their rooms to sleep, ignoring Zheng Jian’s strong insistence on continuing to play.

Han Feng slept straight until the afternoon of the next day when the doorbell woke him up. He fumbled for his glasses, shirtless, and groggily walked to the living room. When he opened the door, he saw Su Ting and two other women.

Seeing Han Feng like this, Su Ting called out, "Still not up? Hurry up and get dressed!"

Han Feng's drowsiness vanished instantly. He then remembered that today was the day his "cousin" was coming to see the house, and quickly said to Su Ting, "You two come in first, I'll go change."

Han Feng returned to the bedroom, and Su Ting gave the two women beside her a wry smile, "Let's go in first."

The living room was filled with smoke, and even after half a day, the smell of cigarettes was still noticeable. Looking at the mahjong tiles scattered on the table, Su Ting shook her head, "Let's go see the room first."

This wasn't her first time at Han Feng's house, and she had even been intimate with Han Feng a few times in that empty room. She opened the door and pointed to the clean bedroom, completely different from the messy living room, and said to her friends, "Take a look."

The two women entered the bedroom. One of them, about the same age as Su Ting, looked around and turned to the other woman, who looked to be in her late twenties, saying, "I think it's alright, quite spacious. What do you think?"

The other woman entered the bedroom, looked around the nearly thirty-square-meter room, and nodded, "It's okay... it's just..."

Su Ting, hearing this, pulled the other woman aside, "Worried the landlord is messy? He's not usually like this..."

Before she could finish speaking, Han Feng's door opened, and Han Feng came out of his bedroom, calling out to the opposite bedroom, "Guests are here! Be careful when you come out!"

Hearing him speak, Su Ting and the two women went back to the living room. Han Feng threw the newspaper from the sofa onto the table, "Please sit down... Sorry, we were out late last night."

As Su Ting and the others sat down, Chen Bin, Zheng Jian, and Cao Yang, as if they had agreed beforehand, each came out of their rooms. Seeing Su Ting there, Zheng Jian was taken aback, "Sister Su, what brings you here?"

"It's because I'm afraid you'll bully my friend!"

Su Ting turned to the two women. "Let me introduce you. This is my friend Gu Wanqing, and this is her cousin Yiran."

Pointing to Han Feng and the others, she said, "Han Feng, Zheng Jian, Cao Yang, and Chen Bin are all my colleagues."

Hearing Su Ting's introduction, the group glanced at Gu Wanqing and Yiran. Gu Wanqing had short hair, and unlike Su Ting's capable demeanor, she looked exceptionally gentle. Yiran wore a long linen dress, and her overly pale face was framed by black-rimmed glasses.

Han Feng nodded to Gu Wanqing and Yiran: "President Su has already told us that if you'd like, you can stay here, as long as you don't find us bothersome."

He then glanced at the mahjong tiles on the table.

Su Ting smiled at Han Feng, then turned to Gu Wanqing: "What do you think?"

Gu Wanqing didn't answer, turning to Yi Ran: "You decide for yourself."

Hearing her cousin's question, Yi Ran looked at the room, then at Han Feng and the others, and whispered: "I think it's okay, it's just..."

"Just tell them what you want to say,"

Su Ting said to Yi Ran, "Don't be polite with them."

Yi Ran nodded: "I just want to ask... how much?"

Since the tenant asked, Han Feng naturally had to answer. He pushed up his glasses: "Money doesn't matter, I wasn't planning on making money from the house anyway... Zheng Jian, what did you say to them?"

"I said two thousand,"

Zheng Jian replied, "That's basically the price for a single room in this complex."

"Too expensive!"

Su Ting rolled her eyes at Zheng Jian, "Give me a 50% discount, one thousand, okay?"

Zheng Jian didn't answer, turning to look at Han Feng.

Han Feng looked helpless: "Alright, how could I dare not agree to what President Su said? A thousand it is."

"Then it's settled!"

Su Ting said to Yi Ran, "Is that okay?" Yi Ran

smiled: "Hmm... should we sign an agreement? I brought my ID card."

"Never mind."

Han Feng shook his head, "Don't worry, I won't stop you from staying. President Su's influence is extraordinary."

A smile appeared in his eyes as he looked at Su Ting, "You don't need to pay the rent in advance. You can keep it for me, and pay me back when you move out."

"Then it's settled!"

Su Ting stood up, "We'll go back first, and move in tomorrow. Any objections?"

"No."

Han Feng scratched his head, "Then I'll wait at home tomorrow."

Su Ting led Gu Wanqing and Yi Ran to the door: "You two should tidy up the house. You've made a nice house look like a pigsty. Aren't you ashamed?"

After seeing Su Ting and the Gu Wanqing sisters off, Han Feng plopped down on the sofa and looked at Zheng Jian and the others: "What do you think of this cousin?"

“I can’t tell…”

Chen Bin picked up a mahjong tile and flipped it between his fingers. “She seems like a well-behaved girl. You didn’t even ask what she does…”

“We’ll find out sooner or later.”

Han Feng said with a wry smile. “She’s Su Ting’s friend. I can’t refuse her.”

“Exactly.”

Cao Yang interjected.

“I don’t like her!”

Zheng Jian suddenly spoke up. “She’s wearing too many clothes. We can’t see her figure! By the way, Brother Han, don’t you have a bug? Do you have a surveillance camera? Install one in that room, and we can watch the live stream later.”

“I’m not that shameless!”

Han Feng scolded Zheng Jian. “Besides, what if you hook up with her later?”

“I’m not interested in girls with glasses!”

Zheng Jian replied.

“I can…”

Han Feng was about to continue speaking when the phone on the table suddenly rang. Han Feng picked up the phone: “Hello?”

Su Ting’s voice came from the other end of the phone: “Haven’t eaten yet? We’re at the restaurant downstairs. Do you want to come?”

Han Feng held up the phone and looked at Zheng Jian and the others: “Never mind, we…”

“Come on, I have something to tell you.”

Su Ting hung up the phone after saying that.

Han Feng frowned, stood up to grab his coat, and said, "Su Ting is looking for me."

"You value romance over friendship!"

Cao Yang rolled his eyes at Han Feng.

After leaving home, Han Feng arrived at the restaurant Su Ting had mentioned. Only Su Ting was waiting there. Seeing Han Feng, Su Ting pointed to the food on the table: "We just finished eating, they've already gone home. This is what I ordered for you. Are you hungry?"

Han Feng nodded, picked up his chopsticks, and put a mouthful of food in his mouth: "Is there something you want to tell me?"

"Yes."

Su Ting nodded: "What do you think of Wan Qing?"

Han Feng was taken aback: "Why do you ask that?"

Su Ting smiled: "Answer my question first."

Han Feng thought for a moment and said to Su Ting: "She's alright, seems quite gentle. Why?"

Hearing Han Feng's question, Su Ting sighed softly: "I don't know what's so good about you, but she just happened to fall for you."

"Nonsense!"

Han Feng put down his chopsticks. "Are you kidding me?"

"I'm not kidding."

Su Ting shook her head. "Wan Qing got divorced last year. Her ex-husband was a jerk. She's met quite a few men on blind dates this year, but she didn't feel anything for any of them. But just now, the first man she met asked me if you were married. Do you think she's interested in you?"

"How will you answer?"

Han Feng continued eating.

Su Ting looked into Han Feng's eyes: "How do you want me to answer?"

Han Feng pouted: "Just say it, stop beating around the bush."

Su Ting chuckled: "I'll tell her you're my man..."

"Isn't that settled?"

Han Feng breathed a sigh of relief. Su

Ting frowned: "But I think you need someone to take care of you. Look at the state of the house! This can't go on..."

Han Feng put down his chopsticks again: "I don't want to get married, and besides, how can someone like you introduce me to your friends?"

"Wanqing is a good woman who manages a household well,"

Su Ting answered Han Feng in a calm voice. "I know you won't be with me, otherwise I wouldn't be telling you this. Think about it. If... I can back out."

Hearing Su Ting say this, Han Feng shook his head slightly: "You know..."

"I know you have feelings for me,"

Su Ting smiled bitterly. "So what? Are you willing to marry me? Don't lie to yourself. I'll arrange for Wanqing to meet you later. Whether you go or not is your choice."

"Forget it!"

Han Feng looked at Su Ting's face. "You know I'm a scoundrel too, so don't take advantage of an innocent woman."

"Pretending to be a good person!"

Su Ting reached out and pinched Han Feng's face. "Afraid I'll get angry?" Han Feng

still shook his head: "It's pointless."

Seeing that Han Feng was a little unhappy, Su Ting quickly changed to a smiling face: "Okay, okay, I won't say anything, alright?"

"You've said everything."

Han Feng stared at Su Ting's pretty face. "You have to compensate me!"

"Compensate me?"

Su Ting snorted. "What kind of compensation do you want?"

Han Feng moved his gaze to Su Ting's chest: "What do you think?"

“Not today, I have to go home right now.”

Su Ting shook her head, her hair swaying back and forth.

“Going home for what?”

Han Feng asked irritably, “Is your husband home?”

Su Ting nodded.

Han Feng suddenly stood up and whispered in Su Ting’s ear, “I want to see how your husband fucks you.”

“You pervert!”

Su Ting pushed Han Feng into a chair, blushing and muttering, “You get the benefit and still act innocent! You jerk!”

Han Feng laughed loudly.

After seeing Su Ting off, Han Feng returned home, and the group played mahjong for half the night. The next day, everyone else went to work, and only Han Feng stayed home waiting for Yi Ran to move.

Around noon, Yi Ran called Han Feng, saying she wouldn’t be able to come over until after four o’clock. After hanging up, Han Feng idly turned on his computer, opened his email, and found an email from Su Ting with a video attached.

Han Feng downloaded the attachment to his computer, opened it, paused for a moment, and then chuckled.

The video showed a bedroom, the image not very clear. Su Ting, wearing ordinary pajamas, lay on the bed with a sly smile. The camera then flickered twice away from Su Ting's face before settling on a fixed point. When Su Ting returned to the bed, the camera focused on her side, showing most of her body.

After a while, a naked man walked in, seemingly having just showered. He lay down next to Su Ting and said something, his voice unclear. Su Ting then embraced the man. He initially flinched, then hugged her tightly and removed her clothes.

When Su Ting's white breasts appeared on the screen, Han Feng felt his erection rapidly increase.

The man climbed on top of Su Ting, and with virtually no foreplay, he immediately began penetrating her. Su Ting's body swayed with his movements, her breasts bouncing, her hands gripping the sheets tightly. This position lasted for over five minutes, Su Ting's eyes fixed on the camera throughout, until the man suddenly collapsed to the side.

After a while, Su Ting got up, seemingly looking for something, and then the screen went black.

Han Feng finished watching the video, pressed his pants, found his phone, and dialed Su Ting's number.

The call was rejected! However, a message quickly entered Han Feng's phone. Su Ting wrote: "Chat online."

Opening the chat app, Han Feng sent a smiley face to Su Ting, and without waiting for her reply, sent another message: "Your husband is so lame, only five minutes."

Su Ting replied: "Do you think everyone is as desperate as you?"

Han Feng typed: "Yesterday you said I was a pervert, but you're the pervert! Why did you show me this?"

"Wasn't it because you seduced me?"

Su Ting sent two more messages in a row, "Yesterday I thought it was quite interesting when you said it, so I secretly recorded it on my phone."

"It's not very clear, let me see it live next time!"

Han Feng replied.

Su Ting's avatar flashed: "Just this once? Do you think I'm filming a movie? I'm not talking to you anymore, I have to work."

"No way!"

Han Feng quickly replied, "You've got me so excited, how can I just run away like this? Why don't you come over and let me relieve my pent-up frustration?"

"Pah!"

Su Ting sent another word and then went offline.

Han Feng paced around the room a couple of times with his erection, drank some cold water, and then sat back down at the computer. He had only made a casual joke yesterday, but he hadn't expected Su Ting to actually pull such a stunt. It was exciting, but after the excitement, a sour feeling welled up inside Han Feng. Even though he and Su Ting were having an affair, when he saw the video, Han Feng felt like he was wearing a very, very green hat. This feeling was too complicated to explain.

Fortunately, a knock on the door interrupted Han Feng's thoughts, otherwise he might have been depressed for a long time.

The door opened, and Yiran appeared before Han Feng, followed by several workers carrying things. The first few boxes they brought in weren't very big. Yiran directed the workers to put the boxes into her room before turning around and smiling at Han Feng: "Attorney Han..."

Han Feng nodded: "Just call me by my name."

After saying this, he looked at Yiran. This woman's attire today was completely different from yesterday; she was only wearing a short-sleeved shirt and faded jeans, and surprisingly, she wasn't wearing her glasses.

But what surprised Han Feng even more was the last thing the workers brought in—a piano. Watching Yiran have the piano placed against the wall in the bedroom, Han Feng looked at Yiran and said, "There's such a thing?"

"Didn't Sister Su tell you?"

Yiran was also taken aback. "I teach piano."

"She really didn't tell you."

Han Feng rubbed his nose. "You're a teacher?"

"Yes, my workplace is right across from your apartment complex. I thought you knew."

Yiran pointed out the window.

Across the street outside the window was a private school, which Han Feng had certainly seen before.

After the movers left, Yiran began tidying up her room. Han Feng stood at the door, watching her put things away one by one. When she opened a drawer next to the French windows, Yiran exclaimed, "So many CDs?"

Turning to Han Feng, "Are they all yours?"

Han Feng nodded, "I haven't listened to them in a long time; I use the computer now."

"CDs have better sound quality. I have a lot too."

Yiran rummaged through the CD cases, "It's a pity I don't have a CD player now..."

Han Feng frowned, turned and went to the storage room. A moment later, he returned carrying a large box, took out a CD player, and wiped off the dust. "You can use this. It's a bit old, but it should still work."

Yiran placed the CD player on the table, plugged it in, took a CD from her pile of belongings, and inserted it into the machine. The melodious piano music immediately filled every corner of the room. She turned to face Han Feng, "Do you like classical music?"

Han Feng exhaled, "I wouldn't say I like it, I rarely listen to it."

"You don't mind me playing this, do you?" Yi Ran

continued to ask.

"I don't mind."

Han Feng finished speaking and left Yi Ran's room, returning to his own bedroom.

He lit a cigarette, heard Yi Ran close the door, went to the balcony, looked at the street outside, the cigarette had burned out, and walked to the French windows of Yi Ran's room. Han Feng's eyes suddenly widened.

The room had been tidied up, and a huge teddy bear was on the bed. Yi Ran was standing in front of the mirror changing clothes. The shirt and jeans she had been wearing were draped over the chair next to her, and she was wearing nothing but her underwear.

Not as tall as Su Ting, Yi Ran's figure didn't seem as good as Su Ting's at first glance, but the color of her skin was surprisingly beautiful, almost transparent white with a hint of pink. Her buttocks were pert like an upside-down pear, and her breasts were so full that Han Feng was speechless.

No man dislikes peeping at a woman, especially a half-naked young woman. Han Feng swallowed hard, shook his head vigorously, then gently tapped on the glass of the French windows and turned away.

Hearing the sound, Yiran turned around abruptly and saw Han Feng's back outside the window. Yiran's face immediately turned bright red, and she quickly grabbed her clothes to cover herself. Fortunately, Han Feng had already left the window.

After hurriedly dressing, Yiran carefully walked to the balcony and stood in front of Han Feng's window. The French windows in Han Feng's room were open, and he was sitting at the table. Hearing footsteps, Han Feng turned around and said to Yiran, "Remember to close the curtains next time you change clothes."

"I didn't realize these two rooms were connected..." Yiran

smiled awkwardly.

Han Feng also smiled: "Luckily, I'm the only one home today, otherwise..."

Seeing Yiran's ashamed face, Han Feng changed the subject, "It's so late, let's go out for something to eat, it's on me."

"No need."

Yiran seemed to remember something, "It's on me, wait for me."

After saying this, she ran out. About half an hour later, the doorbell rang. When Han Feng opened the door, he saw Yiran carrying a large plastic bag containing several kinds of vegetables and a rack of ribs.

"Where's the kitchen?"

Yiran asked Han Feng as soon as she entered.

Han Feng took the plastic bag, went into the kitchen, and put the things on the counter. Yiran changed her shoes and followed him in, continuing to ask, "Do

you have an apron?" "Find one yourself..."

Seeing Yiran start washing the dishcloth, Han Feng retreated to the dining room. "Cooking is too much trouble, it's better to eat out."

"I like cooking!"

Yiran's voice came from the kitchen. "It's so dirty."

Han Feng didn't say anything more, only to hear Yiran continue to ask, "Are they coming back to eat?"

"I don't know!"

Han Feng shouted. "You don't need to worry about them."

"Oh."

Yiran answered from inside. The sound of the range hood came from the kitchen, followed by the sound of pots and pans being placed on the stove. After a while, Yiran walked to the kitchen door, covered in sweat: "Is it clean? Where are the rice, flour, and oil?"

"No..."

Han Feng spread his hands.

"Could you go buy it? I see there's nothing in the fridge except beer."

Yi Ran went to the living room, picked up a piece of paper, and started writing. Han Feng walked over to her and saw that Yi Ran had written: steamed buns, rice, flour, oil, cleaning agents...

Holding the note Yi Ran had written, Han Feng went downstairs to the supermarket and bought a large bag of things. When he returned home carrying all of these, Han Feng's arms were aching terribly.

After putting the ingredients Yi Ran had ordered into the kitchen, Han Feng poured himself a glass of water and sat down at the dining table to rest. Soon, a fragrant aroma wafted from the kitchen. A moment later, Yi Ran brought out a plate and placed it in front of Han Feng: "Stir-fried dragon beans."

Han Feng looked at the dish, green, square things that looked like beans: "What are these called?"

"Dragon beans." Yi

Ran said, then went back into the kitchen.

Next came braised tofu, cold shredded pig's ear, and braised pork ribs. Finally, Yi Ran brought out a few warm steamed buns, placed them on the table, and said to Han Feng: "You can eat now."

"There are no chopsticks..."

Han Feng looked at the dishes on the table.

"I forgot!"

Yi Ran ran into the kitchen and grabbed a bowl and chopsticks. "Try my cooking."

A dozen minutes later, Han Feng put the chopsticks down and sighed, "I haven't eaten at home in a long time, it's delicious!"

He wasn't lying; they rarely cooked, not because they didn't know how, but because they were too lazy.

"Delicious, right?"

Yi Ran looked at Han Feng. "There's soup too..."

She ran back into the kitchen and brought out a large bowl. "Beef bone soup!" After

finishing two bowls of soup, Han Feng leaned back in his chair, rubbing his stomach. Seeing the bowl in front of Yi Ran, he frowned and said, "You don't seem to have eaten much?"

"I don't eat much

anyway," Yi Ran explained. "I like to eat a variety of things, but not much of anything..."

When Zheng Jian, Chen Bin, and Cao Yang returned, there was still more than half of the food left in front of Han Feng and Yi Ran. Seeing the table full of food, Zheng Jian exclaimed, "It's rare to have food at home, why didn't you call us?"

"Who knew if you guys would come back?"

Han Feng replied.

"Stop talking nonsense!"

Cao Yang took off his coat, plopped down at the table, grabbed Han Feng's chopsticks, picked up a bite of food, and put it in his mouth. "Mmm, delicious."

After devouring the food, the group slumped onto the sofa, tidied up their things in the kitchen, wiped the table clean, and walked into the living room to look at Han Feng and the others: "Who's going to wash the dishes? I don't like washing dishes..."

"Brother Han!"

Before Han Feng could speak, Zheng Jian pointed at him, and Cao Yang and Chen Bin also pointed at Han Feng at the same time: "He'll go!"

"Okay... I'll go."

Han Feng sighed and went into the kitchen. When he came out after washing the dishes, Yi Ran was carrying a bathrobe into the bathroom.

“Brother Han,”

Zheng Jian said to Han Feng, seeing that the bathroom door was still closed, “we’ve made a profit.”

Cao Yang nodded as well: “Now we have food to eat.”

“Do you think she’s a maid?”

Han Feng retorted, “Maybe she’s just new here and it’s new. Let’s see how it goes in a couple of days!”

“That’s true…”

Zheng Jian nodded, “Brothers, what are your plans?”

“Nothing.”

Chen Bin shook his head, “I’m an honest man.”

“I’m giving up too…”

Cao Yang echoed Chen Bin, “You want to date her without knowing anything? Let’s get to know her better first.”

“Don’t you dislike girls with glasses?”

Han Feng looked at Zheng Jian, “You’re already smitten just because she can cook?”

“Not really.”

Zheng Jian laughed, “Actually, I think her older sister is more to my liking. Mature women are the best. If only we could have a threesome…”

"Damn!"

Chen Bin cursed. "You're asking for too much, aren't you?"

"Is it illegal to even think about it?"

Zheng Jian glanced sideways towards the bathroom.

Han Feng chimed in, "Her sister just got divorced. If you're interested, you can go after her. I'll get Su Ting to help you."

"Divorced?"

Zheng Jian was taken aback. "Sure, I don't really mind. As long as you push her, everything's okay!"

"Vulgar!"

Cao Yang turned on the TV and ignored Zheng Jian.

The group chatted for a while longer. The bathroom door opened, and Yi Ran, carrying her clothes, ran back to the bedroom. Her white, lotus-root-like legs came into view. Zheng Jian's eyes almost popped out of their sockets. After Yi Ran closed the door, he whispered, "I think she's pretty good!"

"I think she's pretty good too."

Chen Bin had obviously been observing Yi Ran as well. He turned to Cao Yang and asked, "What do you think?"

"I could go for her."

Cao Yang was still watching TV.

"Since everyone's interested..."

Zheng Jian clapped his hands. "Let's have a fair competition and see who gets this girl first!"

"What should we bet on?"

Han Feng asked from the side.

Zheng Jian thought for a moment: "How about this... whoever gets Yiran, the other three will chip in and give him a house, what do you guys think?"

"Seriously?"

Chen Bin glared. "Don't count me in!"

"Don't count me in either!"

Cao Yang chimed in.

"Damn! You're all cowards."

Zheng Jian turned to Han Feng. "Brother Han, wanna bet?"

"Whatever!"

Han Feng chuckled dryly. "If you want to play, I'll play with you, but... can you win?"

Zheng Jian raised his middle finger: "Don't look down on me. If it's just the two of us betting, we need to change the stakes..."

"Change what?"

Han Feng pressed.

Zheng Jian thought for a moment: "If I win, you give me your car, and I'll add a set of Su Jie's photos, I want them all nude."

"What the heck!"

Han Feng exclaimed. "And if you lose?"

"You tell me?"

Zheng Jian answered decisively.

Han Feng stared at Zheng Jian: "I'm not interested in your beat-up car. Here's the deal... if I win, when you find a girlfriend, I want you to sleep with her in front of the three of us."

He turned to Cao Yang and Chen Bin, "Pretty loyal, buddy?"

"That's good!"

Cao Yang grinned. "I agree."

"Agreed."

Chen Bin nodded.

Zheng Jian looked at Han Feng, then at the other two, and slapped his thigh: "Then I want to see you sleep with Sister Su too, dare you?"

"If you don't roll it, you're a pancake!"

Han Feng retorted.

"Okay, it's settled!"

Zheng Jian pointed at Han Feng, "May lightning strike you if you go back on your word!" "

Okay."

Han Feng got up and walked towards Yi Ran's room, "I'll go and build some rapport first..."

"Damn it!"

Zheng Jian blocked Han Feng's way, "We'll start tomorrow, we'll play a couple more rounds tonight."

"Forget it, I'm tired."

Han Feng shook his head, shook off Zheng Jian, and went back to his room to sleep.

The next morning, when Han Feng opened his bedroom door, he heard Yi Ran's voice: "Come and have breakfast, I made porridge."

Han Feng went to the dining room, where Zheng Jian, Cao Yang, and Chen Bin were already waiting. After drinking the pumpkin porridge Yi Ran had made, Han Feng went back to his room to change clothes for work. He had just put on one sleeve when there was a knock on the window.

Han Feng turned around and opened the window. Yi Ran was standing outside, looking down at Han Feng, and said, "Um... could I use your bathroom?"

Seeing Han Feng's surprise, Yi Ran explained, "The bathroom outside is occupied, I..."

"Go ahead."

Han Feng went to the balcony, and Yi Ran quickly slipped into the bathroom in Han Feng's bedroom. When she came out, Han Feng was smoking on the balcony.

"Thank you," Yi

Ran's voice was still very soft.

Han Feng glanced at Yi Ran, his eyes darting around. "You can use this from now on. There are a lot of people at home, so it's not very convenient over there. Oh, and you can use this to shower too. I'm usually in the living room unless I'm sleeping, so just remember to lock the door."

"Okay." Yi Ran

smiled. "Will it bother you?"

"It's fine."

Han Feng went back to his room. "I'm going to work now. If you think you need anything, just call me, and I'll buy it tonight."

"Okay!" Yi Ran

replied earnestly.

At work, Han Feng went straight to Su Ting's office. Seeing Han Feng come in, Su Ting seemed a little embarrassed.

"Um..."

Han Feng only managed to say two words before Su Ting interrupted him. "Don't mention that!"

"If I did it, why am I afraid to talk about it!"

Han Feng shook his head vigorously. "Fine, I won't say it then. I came to tell you that I made a bet with Zheng Jian..."

He then told Su Ting about the bet he made with Zheng Jian the night before.

After listening to Han Feng's words, Su Ting remained silent for a long time. She reached out as if to slap Han Feng, but instead gently touched his face. "You guys are really despicable."

"So, do you want me to win or lose?"

Han Feng grasped Su Ting's hand.

"One is for you to find another woman, and the other is for me to..."

Su Ting pinched Han Feng's cheek, "But I still hope you lose. What can you do to me if I disagree?"

"I can give you sleeping pills."

Han Feng smiled maliciously.

Su Ting pinched Han Feng hard. "I'll kill you!"

"You're willing to?"

Han Feng asked.

"Then do you want others to see my body?"

Su Ting retorted.

"So I have to win, I must win."

Han Feng hugged Su Ting. "I've never lost a bet in my life, there can't be an exception!"

"I'll be jealous..."

Su Ting whispered in Han Feng's ear.

Han Feng gritted his teeth: "I'm already jealous. Speaking of which, I saw you with Ding Wei..."

"I told you not to say it!"

Su Ting pushed Han Feng away. "Get out, get out!"

Leaving Su Ting's office, Han Feng went upstairs back to his office. He chatted casually with his colleagues for a few minutes. When Lin Danmei came to find him, Han Feng was slumped in his seat, looking sleepy.

"Attorney Han..."

Sitting across from Han Feng, Lin Danmei said, "The firm sent us some case materials yesterday, asking me and another intern lawyer to prepare our opinions. I've finished them and wanted to ask for your opinion."

Han Feng took the documents and glanced at them: "Just do what you think is right. You don't need to ask me about this."

"I'm worried my opinion might be wrong..."

Lin Danmei put the documents away.

"It's always like this at the beginning,"

Han Feng said to Lin Danmei. "Don't be afraid of making mistakes. Don't always think about asking others; it's a dead end."

"Oh,"

Lin Danmei replied. As she stood up, Han Feng noticed she was wearing pants today. Remembering the day he visited her at the detention center, he saw her legs peeking out from under her stockings. Han Feng raised an eyebrow.

The day passed quickly. Near the end of the workday, Han Feng received a text message from Yiran, filled with the names of various ingredients. The last line read: "Hot pot for dinner."

This girl actually really likes cooking. Han Feng put his phone on the table, the image of Yiran's half-naked body flashing through his mind, and he chuckled.

Back downstairs in the apartment complex, Han Feng, having just bought some groceries from the supermarket, bumped into Zheng Jian at the building entrance. Zheng Jian, seeing Han Feng, waved a bouquet of roses he was carrying: "Brother Han, I'm about to get started!"

"Go for it!"

Han Feng swiped his card to open the door, picked up his groceries, and walked to the elevator. Turning back to Zheng Jian, he said, "If I were you, I'd buy tulips. Roses are so tacky, aren't they?"

Zheng Jian rolled his eyes at Han Feng, speechless with anger for a long time.

Chapter 6:

When Zheng Jian and Han Feng arrived home, Cao Yang was sitting on the sofa, while Chen Bin and Yi Ran were busy in the kitchen. Hearing the door open, Yi Ran ran out of the kitchen and grabbed the groceries from Han Feng: "We've been waiting for these!"

Turning around, she saw the roses in Zheng Jian's hand. "Such beautiful flowers!"

"For you!"

Zheng Jian presented the flowers to Yi Ran.

"Why?"

Yiran still didn't take it, looking at Zheng Jian. "I can't just take your flowers!"

"Keep them."

Han Feng smiled. "Consider it a welcome to our pigsty."

"Oh."

Yiran pointed to the table. "Then I'll take them. Put them there; I still need to chop vegetables."

After saying that, she picked up the things and went back into the kitchen.

Zheng Jian looked at Han Feng and smiled wryly, while the latter burst into laughter.

Watching the food being served one by one, Chen Bin came out and set up the induction cooker. The doorbell rang again. Han Feng opened the door and saw Gu Wanqing standing there, carrying a large bag of fruit.

"Is this my cousin?"

Yiran's voice came from the kitchen. "Please greet her, dinner will be ready soon."

Han Feng responded and took the fruit from Gu Wanqing's hand: "Please come in!"

Gu Wanqing smiled at Han Feng and walked into the living room. At this moment, Yiran carried the last two dishes and placed them on the dining table: "Dinner's ready!"

The meal was very sumptuous. At first, the conversation was a little reserved, but it gradually became more natural later on. Just as Han Feng had judged, Gu Wanqing was indeed a gentle woman, and her words and actions were very proper. By the time they finished eating, their conversation was like that of long-time friends. The only difference was that Zheng Jian and the others had to maintain their composure and couldn't talk nonsense as usual.

It was already past eight o'clock when they finished dinner. Gu Wanqing got up to go home, and Yiran said to Han Feng: "Could you help me see my sister off..."

"You go ahead and see her off."

Han Feng glanced at Gu Wanqing.

"I have to wash the dishes. You didn't wash them properly yesterday!"

Yiran pushed Han Feng. "I'm afraid to come back alone so late."

"Okay."

Han Feng nodded helplessly.

Downstairs, Han Feng turned to Gu Wanqing and asked, "Where do you live?"

"It's a bit far..."

Gu Wanqing smiled. "No need to see me off, I'll take a taxi home myself."

"It's alright."

Han Feng led Gu Wanqing to the underground parking lot. "I promised your sister I'd take you; I can't just leave you stranded on the way."

Once in the car, Gu Wanqing told Han Feng where she lived. He drove to her building, and Gu Wanqing remained mostly silent until Han Feng stopped the car. Then she asked, "What exactly is your relationship with Tingting?"

"Didn't she tell you?"

Han Feng countered.

Gu Wanqing blushed. "She said you're her man, but I don't really believe it."

"She's not lying to you,"

Han Feng laughed. "To be honest, we're a pair of adulterers."

Hearing Han Feng's bluntness, Gu Wanqing was silent for a moment. "You two plan to continue like this?"

Han Feng hummed in agreement. "I don't want to get married, so... By the way, why did you get a divorce?"

Gu Wanqing sighed. "My husband is a good-for-nothing gambler. If I hadn't insisted on a divorce, he probably would have gambled away our place by now."

As they talked, Han Feng followed Gu Wanqing upstairs. As soon as they got off the elevator, Gu Wanqing jumped. "Why are you here again?"

Han Feng looked up and saw a man standing in front of a house. His stubble-covered face had a lewd expression. He rushed over to Gu Wanqing. "Where have you been?"

He glanced at Han Feng and asked, "Who is he?"

“My friend,”

Gu Wanqing said coldly, looking at the man. “What are you doing here?”

The man smiled, revealing a mouthful of yellow teeth. “Could you lend me some more money? I’ll pay you back as soon as I make it back.”

“I don’t have any money. Get out!”

Gu Wanqing raised her voice.

Hearing her words, Han Feng immediately understood that this man was Gu Wanqing's ex-husband. He couldn't help but sigh inwardly, stepped in front of Gu Wanqing, and said to the man, "What are you doing here after you're divorced? Get lost!"

"You..."

The man glared at Han Feng, then asked Gu Wanqing, "Is he your new man?"

Gu Wanqing looked at Han Feng, gritted her teeth, and said, "So what if he is?"

"Pretty fast, huh?"

The man snorted. "I don't care if you find a man or not. I know you still have money. Give it to me to tide me over!"

Seeing the man's shameless appearance, Han Feng became furious. "Wanqing doesn't have any money to give you. You can leave now!"

The man looked at Han Feng again and raised his fist. "Don't you dare meddle in other people's business, or I'll beat you up!"

"Try it!"

Han Feng stared at the man's arm. "A coward is someone who doesn't dare to lay a hand on you!"

Perhaps intimidated by Han Feng's nonchalant reaction, the man waved his hand and lowered his fist, then said fiercely to Han Feng and Gu Wanqing, "You've got guts!"

After saying that, he strode down the stairs.

Watching the man leave, Gu Wanqing breathed a sigh of relief, took out her key, opened the door, and after the two entered the room, Gu Wanqing quickly locked the door, patting her chest: "That scared me to death."

Han Feng also breathed a sigh of relief: "Luckily, I managed to scare him. I was really afraid I couldn't beat him."

Gu Wanqing went to the kitchen and poured Han Feng a glass of water. "I see, this is my ex-husband, Yang Bo."

"How could you marry someone like that?"

Han Feng asked casually.

Gu Wanqing shook her head. "He wasn't like this before. We used to run a company, and life was pretty good. Then he started gambling and lost everything, leaving only this house..."

As Gu Wanqing recounted her story, Han Feng looked around the room. It was a small one-bedroom apartment, almost bare except for a bed and essential furniture, yet still decorated quite elegantly and warmly.

After taking a sip of water, Han Feng put down the glass. "I should go back."

Gu Wanqing nodded. Han Feng walked to the door, about to open it, when Gu Wanqing suddenly hugged him tightly from behind. "I'm so scared..."

Han Feng instinctively tried to pull away from her, but when Gu Wanqing's entire body pressed against his back, Han Feng didn't move.

Su Ting was a beauty, but the woman in front of him was no slouch either. He was single, and there was no reason for him to refuse a woman throwing herself at him, especially since Han Feng could already feel the woman's soft breasts and her unique fragrance.

Turning around, he embraced her and kissed Gu Wanqing's lips. Gu Wanqing hesitated at first, then slowly closed her eyes. As Han Feng undressed her, Gu Wanqing trembled, her dress falling to the floor. Han Feng scooped her up and carried her to the bed, gently placing her on it.

Gu Wanqing's bra lay to one side, her two round breasts popping out. Han Feng cupped her breasts in his hands and gently kneaded them, his eyes fixed on her legs pressed together. Gu Wanqing's body began to heat up, and as her legs parted slightly, Han Feng saw a wet dot slowly appear in the center of her white panties.

When Han Feng removed Gu Wanqing's underwear, his movements were very gentle, as if he were handling a fragile piece of porcelain. Gu Wanqing lifted her buttocks slightly, making it easier for Han Feng to remove the last piece of clothing from her body. She then covered her genitals with her hands, but Han Feng immediately pulled them aside, and his fingers landed on her mons pubis.

Completely naked in front of Han Feng, Gu Wanqing still didn't open her eyes. She quietly felt the man's caresses on her body. In over a year since her divorce, this was the first time a man had so freely touched her body, and it was a man she had only met twice and wasn't even very familiar with. Thinking of this, a blush rose on Gu Wanqing's face.

Still with her eyes closed, Gu Wanqing heard Han Feng undress, and then a strong male body pressed against hers. At that moment, Gu Wanqing felt as if some voice inside her was calling out for something. Only when Han Feng's penis touched her most sensitive spot did she whisper to him, "Be gentle..."

Han Feng's actions were exactly as Gu Wanqing had said. His hard penis slowly parted Gu Wanqing's moist labia, gently entering her body along the secret passage covered in vaginal fluid. The edge of his glans rubbed against the vaginal walls, and a tingling sensation gradually surged through Gu Wanqing's body. She spread her legs and reached out to hug Han Feng.

Han Feng placed his hands on either side of Gu Wanqing's body, his penis pressed firmly against her cervix. He looked down at the woman beneath him. This thirty-year-old woman possessed the most captivating charm of a mature woman. Her snow-white breasts rose and fell with her breath, and although her abdomen was no longer flat, its fullness had a unique allure different from that of a young girl.

Sensing that Han Feng hadn't made any further moves, Gu Wanqing opened her eyes. Her face was still flushed, but she had already tilted her head back and offered her mouth to Han Feng.

Han Feng kissed Gu Wanqing's lips again, this time his tongue mischievously slipping into her mouth, their tongues intertwining just like their current state.

Her mouth began to go numb, but Gu Wanqing still couldn't bear to let go of Han Feng's tongue. At the same time, her breasts rubbed against Han Feng's body, the itchy sensation from her nipples arousing her. The penis inside her seemed to be slowly growing larger, stretching her short vagina completely open. Gu Wanqing raised her legs and wrapped them around Han Feng's waist, a strong feeling of being possessed causing her lower body to involuntarily contract.

Han Feng knew very well that the woman beneath him was completely aroused. He pulled his mouth away from Gu Wanqing's face, straightened his upper body, and used his hands to pull Gu Wanqing's legs apart. When her long legs almost formed a straight line, Han Feng saw Gu Wanqing's slightly parted labia pressed tightly against his throbbing penis.

One hand reached for Gu Wanqing's clitoris, while Han Feng pinched her nipple with his other hand. His lower body began to slowly thrust, his erect penis pressing against her clitoris. Gu Wanqing's breathing became increasingly rapid. She wasn't Su Ting; she dared not moan and cry out as freely as Su Ting. She could only suppress the urge to make a sound and accept this man with her body.

Han Feng played with her clitoris, the sensation of penetration mixed with intense stimulation leaving Gu Wanqing disoriented. She gripped the pillow tightly with both hands, her lips biting together until they turned a pale blue. Finally, when Han Feng began to thrust his penis rapidly in and out of her vagina, Gu Wanqing opened her mouth and gasped for breath.

After dozens of thrusts, Gu Wanqing's body began to go limp. The tender flesh inside her vagina was slightly sore from the friction of Han Feng's penis. Fortunately, more and more vaginal fluid gushed out, lubricating their movements and wetting the sheets beneath Gu Wanqing.

Although she desperately wanted Han Feng to give her a long-awaited climax, Gu Wanqing was too embarrassed to speak. Accustomed to Su Ting's passion, Han Feng became even more excited by this slightly shy woman. Seeing Gu Wanqing's eyes gradually become glazed, Han Feng pulled his penis out of her vagina, turned Gu Wanqing's limp body to the side, pressed her right leg under his body, and raised her left leg to his shoulder.

In this position, her entire lower body was exposed, her vaginal opening, reddened from the previous penetration, almost entirely revealed to Han Feng. Gu Wanqing again tried to cover her private parts with her hands, but her fingers only touched Han Feng's penis, which was covered in semen. This time, Gu Wanqing didn't hesitate. She used her fingers to cup Han Feng's penis, pulling the glans towards her open lower body.

Once again, Han Feng entered Gu Wanqing's warm vagina. His previous gentleness vanished, and he gripped Gu Wanqing's left leg, beginning rapid thrusting. His lower body slammed against Gu Wanqing's mons pubis with a series of loud slapping sounds. A large amount of her vaginal fluid gushed out with each movement, splashing at the point where their penises met. Gu Wanqing's breathing grew heavier, eventually turning into continuous moans.

After dozens of intense thrusts, Gu Wanqing's body trembled repeatedly. The walls of her vagina, clenching Han Feng's penis, began to contract irregularly. As Han Feng thrust into her body for the last time, Gu Wanqing finally opened her mouth and cried out, "Ah!" The man's hot semen rushed into her uterus, and a surge of heat flowed from Gu Wanqing's body. She gripped Han Feng's body tightly with both hands, pinching him fiercely.

After releasing his desires, Han Feng lay on the edge of the bed, Gu Wanqing's breasts pressed against his chest, her head resting on his shoulder. Han Feng stroked Gu Wanqing's sweat-drenched bare back with his right hand, and after a long while, he said, "Don't live here anymore. Let's find a place closer to your workplace."

Gu Wanqing hugged Han Feng, "The houses over there are more expensive, and I don't have much savings..."

"It'll be quieter than now. Aren't you afraid your ex-husband will come looking for you again?"

Han Feng asked.

"I'm used to it. He comes about twice a month."

Gu Wanqing replied quietly.

"Then let's find a place."

Han Feng replied, "Sell this house, and I'll figure out the difference for you!"

"That's not what I meant..."

Gu Wanqing quickly protested.

"I know."

Han Feng continued, "I have no wife or children. If I die someday, money won't be of any use. If you feel uneasy, consider it a loan."

Hearing him say that, Gu Wanqing remained silent for a long time. After a while, she looked up at Han Feng's eyes and said, "You don't need to treat me like this... Today... it was my own choice."

Han Feng smiled and said, "I shouldn't have said this, but Su Ting said you have feelings for me. However, you know about my relationship with her. If I really had any thoughts of marriage, I would definitely make her divorce her husband..."

"Yes."

Gu Wanqing nodded. "Tingting is better than me in every way, I know that."

"That's a bit of a mood killer."

Han Feng shook his head. "But I don't like lying, especially not to my own woman. Let me put it this way, if you just want a man to take care of you, I don't mind playing that role for casual conversation. But if you want a husband... I'm not suitable."

"I understand."

Gu Wanqing said softly. "Tingting told me you're not a good person. I was curious why she was with you, but now I know..."

Han Feng kissed Gu Wanqing on the cheek and sat up. "It's too late, you should rest."

"You can stay..."

Seeing Han Feng start to put on his clothes, Gu Wanqing lowered her head and whispered a plea for him to stay.

“I still prefer sleeping at home.”

Han Feng finished dressing and walked to the door. “Listen to me, we’ll look for a place tomorrow!”

Gu Wanqing looked at Han Feng’s back: “Can I call you?”

“Sure.”

Han Feng smiled and turned around. “Go to sleep early.”

He told Gu Wanqing to rest, but he couldn’t go to sleep early himself. It was already one o’clock in the morning when he got home. Cao Yang and Chen Bin had already gone to bed, but Yi Ran and Zheng Jian were still sitting in the living room. When they saw Han Feng come back, Zheng Jian stopped talking and said to Han Feng, “So late?”

“I ran into some trouble.”

Han Feng looked at Yi Ran. “I ran into your sister’s ex-husband.”

“Is nothing serious?” Yi

Ran seemed startled.

“It’s okay.”

Han Feng hung his coat on the wall. “Why aren’t you asleep so late? What are you talking about?”

“Zheng Jian is telling me your story.”

Yi Ran glanced at Zheng Jian.

"You two continue chatting,"

Han Feng said to Zheng Jian. "I'm going to rest now."

"No, I still want to ask you something,"

Zheng Jian interrupted Han Feng. "Come to my room."

Han Feng turned to look at Zheng Jian, who shrugged, a bored expression on his face.

Following Yi Ran into the room, Yi Ran closed the door and asked Han Feng, "What do you think of my sister?"

"Oh, is that it?"

Han Feng sighed. "We're not a good match, let's just be friends. Your sister's a really nice person."

"Oh..." Yi Ran

frowned. "Won't you reconsider?"

Han Feng shook his head. "Don't worry about it, kids shouldn't concern themselves with adult matters."

"I'm not..."

Before Yi Ran could finish speaking, Han Feng had already opened the door and walked out into the living room. Zheng Jian was still changing channels on TV. Han Feng took a cigarette and put it in his mouth. "How did the chat go? Any progress?"

"I don't know anything."

Zheng Jian also took a cigarette, lit it for Han Feng, then lit his own, took a drag, and continued, "We just chatted about everyday things. All I know is she doesn't have a boyfriend, nothing else."

"Keep trying."

Han Feng patted Zheng Jian's shoulder. "I'm going to start making my move. Don't forget our bet!"

"Don't forget,"

Zheng Jian chuckled mischievously, "you might not win."

Han Feng went back to his room to sleep. Zheng Jian finished his cigarette in the living room, took a shower, and then went back to his bedroom to sleep. The next morning, Zheng Jian got up around 6 a.m. After using the toilet, he found that Yi Ran had cooked porridge again. Chen Bin and Cao Yang were also up, but they didn't have time to chat with Yi Ran. After breakfast, the three of them drove Zheng Jian's car to the company, each going to their offices to collect materials. At 9 a.m., Zheng Jian left his office and went upstairs straight to the conference room.

The conference room had a large rectangular table. At one end of the table sat Zheng Jian's brother, the company's general manager, Zheng Qiang. Next to Zheng Qiang sat his secretary, Wu Jie, a woman in her early twenties. The first seat on the left side of the table was empty, and below him sat the technical director, Cao Yang. To Cao Yang's left was the financial director, Yan Xiaojuan. On the other side, closest to Zheng Qiang was the human resources director, Chen Bin. The next empty seat was Zheng Jian's seat, and on the other side of Zheng Jian's seat sat the administrative director, Su Ting.

Seeing his younger brother walk in, Zheng Qiang smiled. "Should I not have scheduled this meeting this morning?"

Zheng Jian sat down in his seat. "So sleepy!"

Zheng Qiang glanced at the empty seat to his left. "Han Feng is late again. Didn't you come with him?"

"We haven't seen him yet today,"

Chen Bin said with a smile. "We've been classmates for years, how could you not know him? It's already good enough that he even bothered to come to a meeting."

"True."

Zheng Qiang opened the folder in front of him. "Let's not wait for him, let's begin."

He cleared his throat. "This meeting is about discussing cooperation with Shanghai NS Company. You've already received the documents. NS plans to establish a joint investment project company with us. I'd like to know your opinions on this project. Who wants to go first?"

"I'll go first!"

Cao Yang took over. "From a technical perspective, we're on the same level as NS, but our research focuses differ. We both have unique technologies, and cooperation should maximize our respective strengths, benefiting both of us. Therefore, I personally agree to accept this project."

"Hmm."

Zheng Qiang nodded. "Xiaojuan?"

Seeing Zheng Qiang looking at her, Yan Xiaojuan put down her pen. "I've seen NS's financial statements. Although NS appears to be in a good profit position, many things in the statements seem unreliable to me. Without obtaining further information about NS's actual financial situation, I oppose cooperating with them." "

That makes sense."

Zheng Qiang continued to nod. "Binzi!"

This was Zheng Qiang's usual way of addressing Chen Bin.

Hearing Zheng Qiang's question, Chen Bin rested his arms on the table: "I oppose this project. My reasoning is simple: while collaborating with NS might bring short-term benefits, in the long run, the risks are likely to far outweigh the gains. I've conducted some private investigations into NS's internal staff recently. Undoubtedly, they have one of the best leadership teams in the country, with several senior executives possessing overseas backgrounds and being industry leaders. However, precisely because of this, there are certain conflicts of interest and differing viewpoints among them. Some senior executives have recently jumped ship from a Hong Kong company, ostensibly due to ideological differences, but from what I understand, it's actually a problem stemming from profit distribution. They don't value contracts; there aren't even clear written documents outlining responsibilities and obligations among management. Furthermore, the current NS general manager has a very strong desire for power and is extremely autocratic. Therefore, I believe NS itself has significant internal contradictions. If we cooperate with NS, these problems will have a considerable negative impact on the project company's operations. Besides, our company is currently operating stably. Out of caution, I don't think we need to accept NS's cooperation invitation."

"Brother Chen is brilliant!"

Zheng Jian gave a thumbs up. "I haven't considered as many things as you. The market research report indicates that cooperating with NS could improve our product by approximately 5% to 8%." "Considering market share alone, I agree to accept NS's proposal."

"Two to two."

Zheng Qiang frowned. "Su Ting!"

"Ask me?"

Su Ting smiled and shook her head. "I didn't even want to attend the meeting. You all have such targeted research on this project, and our administration department can't do anything. I'd better abstain."

Hearing Su Ting say she was abstaining, Zheng Jian looked at Zheng Qiang. His brother was good at everything, but he lacked decisiveness and always hesitated when faced with problems. This time, he was probably going to worry for several days.

Just as Zheng Jian had guessed, Zheng Qiang indeed frowned. He looked at the people present and sighed: "Is it over? NS is still waiting for my reply. How am I supposed to talk to the CEO of NS if you can't form a majority opinion?"

"You can ask Han Feng again,"

Chen Bin suggested to Zheng Qiang.

"He..."

Zheng Qiang had barely finished speaking when the conference room door opened and Han Feng, still sleepy-eyed, darted in. He sat down next to Zheng Qiang with a nonchalant air and immediately asked, "Any results yet?" "

We've been waiting for you,"

Yan Xiaojuan said irritably, while Su Ting across from them smiled and pouted at Han Feng.

"It's two to two now, two votes for, two votes against, and one abstention,"

Zheng Qiang said, turning to Han Feng. "Your vote is crucial."

"Am I that important?"

Han Feng made an exaggerated expression. "Then I'll go back and think about it carefully..."

"Stop joking,"

Zheng Qiang pointed at Han Feng. "Make a decision quickly."

"Okay, okay..."

Han Feng rubbed his head. "I support Binzi's opinion."

"Isn't that a bit hasty?"

Cao Yang tugged at Han Feng. "Do you even know what his opinion is?"

"I don't care,"

Han Feng stared at Cao Yang. "If it were a technical issue, I'd definitely trust you, but who else can we listen to besides Binzi?"

"So you're against cooperating with NS?"

Zheng Qiang continued.

"Objection!"

Han Feng pointed at Zheng Qiang's secretary, Wu Jie. "Girl, you don't need to take notes on what I just said."

"Alright."

Zheng Qiang stopped Han Feng. "Since you also object, I'll just give NS this answer."

Turning to the others, he said, "There's another matter that you need to consider."

"What is it?"

Zheng Jian asked casually.

"It's about Zhu Gang."

Zheng Qiang replied. "He called me yesterday, saying he brought back a project and asked if we were interested in taking it on."

"Zhu Gang?"

Cao Yang was taken aback, as were Yan Xiaojuan and Su Ting.

"Our college classmate."

Zheng Qiang explained, "A tech enthusiast, he's been abroad and is currently working on a nationwide health and disease monitoring and treatment project. Apparently, the response abroad is good, so he's interested in promoting it in China."

"Tell me more!"

Cao Yang urged.

"Hmm."

Zheng Qiang nodded. "Let me try to put it simply. First, we distribute chip cards containing users' health information and equipped with wireless transmitters. Then, we use network service providers to monitor users' physical functions around the clock, aiming to provide users with the most timely medical and emergency services in the shortest possible time. The profits generated will be reasonably distributed among the project operator, the network service provider, and the hospital."

"Go to hell!"

Han Feng cursed before Zheng Qiang could finish speaking. "Has he gone crazy from doing research?"

Hearing Han Feng's swearing, Su Ting smiled secretly, while Yan Xiaojuan frowned.

Han Feng continued, "What's the level abroad? What's the level domestically? Leaving aside technical capabilities and cost-sharing, just considering the public's mindset, this system is simply unworkable. Spending time and effort on this kind of high-tech is less worthwhile than finding some health expert to fool those old folks, don't you think?"

"That's true,"

Chen Bin laughed. "Indeed."

"I've thought about that too..."

Zheng Qiang nodded, "but I haven't figured out how to refuse him."

"Simple!"

Han Feng raised an eyebrow. "Just say our company lacks funds and can't afford such a large project. We'll also introduce Zhu Gang to NS, letting him scam those self-important bosses."

"That's a good idea

," Chen Bin nodded in agreement. "It avoids offending Zhu Gang and gives NS a friendly gesture; it's a win-win situation. Whether they can successfully cooperate is none of our business. Agreed."

"I agree too,"

Zheng Jian chimed in.

"Alright then."

Zheng Qiang sighed. "It's settled then, meeting adjourned."

Leaving the meeting room, Su Ting glanced back at Han Feng: "Come to my office, I need to talk to you."

Hearing Su Ting call Han Feng, Zheng Jian, Cao Yang, and Chen Bin all simultaneously revealed strange smiles. Zheng Jian gave Han Feng a push from behind: "Let's go karaoke tonight, my treat!"

Entering Su Ting's office, Han Feng sat down opposite her at the desk. Seeing Su Ting sit down with her coffee, he asked, "Something wrong... or...?"

"Wan Qing went to your place yesterday?"

Su Ting took a sip of her coffee.

"Zheng Jian told you, right?"

Han Feng nodded.

"No, it wasn't Zheng Jian who told me.

" Su Ting denied Han Feng's question. "I called Wan Qing this morning, and she told me."

"Oh."

Han Feng responded. "Her sister cooked last night, and we ate together."

"Wan Qing told me you're a good man."

Su Ting continued, "This is the first time I've heard someone praise you."

"What else did she say?"

Han Feng asked tentatively.

"She said you suggested she move, and she went out to look for a place today."

Su Ting looked at Han Feng's face. "Wan Qing really takes what you said seriously."

"Hehe."

Han Feng chuckled. "I ran into her husband when I took her home yesterday. I don't think she should stay there anymore."

"That's true."

Su Ting put down her cup. "Wan Qing is a woman with little temper, easily bullied, otherwise she wouldn't be in this situation now. If she needs your help, help her if you can."

"Understood."

Han Feng nodded. "The problem is... aren't you afraid I'll end up in bed with her?"

"You..."

Su Ting stared at Han Feng. "You should know that I'll be unhappy no matter what woman you're with, but I won't stop you from being with any woman. You should know why."

“Me too, I’d be jealous if you slept with your husband.”

Han Feng paused, his gaze falling on Su Ting’s eyes. “I slept with her yesterday.”

Hearing this, Su Ting was initially stunned, her face flushing red before slowly fading back to its initial expression. Her lips moved, and after a moment, she spoke again: “Should I tell you to get out or thank you for not hiding it from me?”

“It’s up to you. If you want me to leave, I’ll leave now.”

Han Feng’s expression was serious.

“You…I…”

Su Ting stammered for a long time before finally sighing, “Never mind, actually I expected it, I just didn’t expect you two to get together so quickly.”

“I don’t want to ruin your relationship, but I don’t think I should have kept it from you,”

Han Feng added.

“I won’t blame Wanqing, it must be your fault.”

Su Ting shook her head. “I need some time to process this.”

“Okay!”

Han Feng stood up. “I won’t apologize, but… I do feel like I did something wrong.”

He walked to the door. “You’re not going out with us tonight, are you?”

“Wait!”

Just as Han Feng was about to open the door, Su Ting suddenly stood up from her chair, walked quickly to him, slapped him hard across the face with her right arm, then sighed, cupped his face and kissed him, asking, “Why aren’t you going?”

Covering her burning face, she went upstairs and walked into the law firm. Seeing him stroll into his office with a strange expression, Lin Danmei whispered to Xu Yue, “What’s wrong with Attorney Han?”

“Who knows!”

Xu Yue also lowered her voice. “Probably another woman’s affair.”

“A woman’s affair?”

Lin Danmei remembered Han Feng’s lecherous eyes that day. “Is Attorney Han a lecher?”

“I heard so.”

Xu Yue glanced at Han Feng’s office door. “I heard he’s always surrounded by women, but I’ve been his secretary for two years, and I’ve never seen him do anything out of line. At least he’s been pretty good to me.”

"Oh..."

Lin Danmei nodded. At this moment, Han Feng came out of the office again, grabbed his coat, and went straight downstairs.

After having lunch at the restaurant and chatting with Cao Yang for a while, Han Feng went straight home in the afternoon and took a long afternoon nap. He didn't get out of bed until evening and drove to a karaoke bar they frequented.

They booked a large private room. Zheng Jian and the others hadn't arrived yet. Han Feng ordered a pot of tea and drank water while listening to the wailing singing from next door. By the time Zheng Jian and the others came in, chatting and laughing, the pot of tea was only half full.

"You didn't even say anything when you went out this afternoon."

Zheng Jian plopped down next to Han Feng. "Why tea? Let's drink!"

"That's right!"

Cao Yang asked the waiter for beer as he walked into the private room. Behind him, Chen Bin and Su Ting were talking about something.

Seeing Su Ting, Han Feng subconsciously touched his face.

Seeing his expression, Su Ting lowered her head and chuckled, quickly walking over to Han Feng and sitting down on the other side. "Where did you go this afternoon?"

"Sleeping at home,"

Han Feng replied irritably.

"It's rare to see you so honest."

Su Ting looked at Han Feng's left cheek, which she had slapped that afternoon. "Should we call Wan Qing over?"

"Call her if you want,"

Han Feng said nonchalantly.

Hearing Su Ting mention Gu Wan Qing, Zheng Jian slapped his thigh. "I forgot to ask my cousin if she's free!"

He then ran out of the private room to make a phone call.

Su Ting glanced at Han Feng, took out her phone from her bag, and got up to leave.

"Did you two have a fight?"

Chen Bin turned to face Han Feng.

"I got beaten up..."

Han Feng picked up the beer the waiter had just brought in and poured himself a glass. "I got beaten up by a woman."

"Su Ting?"

Cao Yang suppressed a laugh.

"Who else could it be?"

Han Feng gave a wry smile.

"How did you provoke her? I really can't imagine Su Ting hitting people."

Cao Yang lit a cigarette, took a puff, and finally burst into laughter.

"How about letting her beat you up?"

Han Feng shook his head. "Women are fierce."

"Then don't mess with women."

Chen Bin glanced at Han Feng.

"Makes sense."

Han Feng lit a cigarette and shook his head again. "This is my fate. I'm just a jerk, I deserve it!"

He took a deep drag of his cigarette. "Actually, I didn't expect Su Ting to hit people. It's kind of interesting..."

He chuckled after saying this, his expression becoming quite cheerful.

"Crazy!"

Chen Bin cursed, watching Han Feng's changing expression. Just then, Su Ting pushed the door open and sat down next to Han Feng again. "Wan Qing didn't want to come. I had to persuade her to come. Be nice to her later."

"Okay..."

Han Feng drawled. Just then, Zheng Jian suddenly pushed open the door. "I'm going to pick up Yi Ran. You guys have fun first."

After Zheng Jian left, Han Feng pulled Su Ting up and said to Cao Yang and Chen Bin, "Let's go get the buffet. What do you want to eat?"

They walked out of the private room to the food counter. Han Feng picked up a plate and started filling it with food. Seeing that Han Feng didn't say anything, Su Ting suddenly smiled.

"Hmm?"

Han Feng turned to look at Su Ting. "What did you see that was funny?"

"Silly boy!"

Su Ting whispered in Han Feng's ear, "I didn't call Wan Qing. I just went to the restroom."

Han Feng was taken aback. Su Ting continued, "Wanqing is my best friend. Wouldn't calling her out at this time embarrass her? I'm not that heartless. I just wanted to see your reaction. It's rare for me to fool you like this. Let's see if you dare to do it again!"

"Damn it!"

Han Feng glared at Su Ting. "You actually lied to me!"

"Who told you to do that kind of thing? You deserve it!"

Su Ting said, but pressed her body against Han Feng. "I must have owed you something in my past life. Even knowing you're such a womanizer, I still wanted to be with you..."

Han Feng didn't say anything, but lowered his head and kissed Su Ting's cheek before continuing to serve the food.

Back in the private room, the group opened beer and started eating and drinking. Cao Yang was far more interested in the food than in singing. Chen Bin, on the other hand, was tone-deaf. The only time Han Feng had ever heard Chen Bin sing without going off-key in all the years he'd known him was one afternoon during their school days. Chen Bin had just finished his nap and belted out a song. That was probably the best he'd ever sung in his life. However, this didn't stop Chen Bin from enjoying going to karaoke. According to him, he really liked the atmosphere.

As for Han Feng, his pitch was accurate, but his voice wasn't pleasant; he couldn't reach high or low notes and was always stuck in the mid-range. Luckily, Su Ting was a good singer, otherwise, their experience would have been no different from eating at a restaurant.

After singing several songs, Su Ting put down the microphone and started drinking water. Han Feng put his arm around her waist, his hand stealthily touching Su Ting's breasts. As Su Ting put down her cup, Chen Bin spoke up from the side, "How's the matter I told you about before we came?"

"What did you tell her?"

Han Feng asked casually.

"Two of my employees just resigned,"

Chen Bin replied to Han Feng. "We're a bit short-staffed, and I'd like to borrow someone from Su Ting's department."

"We do have people,"

Su Ting looked back at Chen Bin, "but I'm afraid none of them are suitable for the HR department."

"I don't plan to use them long-term,"

Chen Bin also looked at Su Ting, "At most a month. I'll return them to you once I find a suitable one."

"Okay..."

Su Ting nodded, "I'll lend you Xia Lili."

"I don't want that gossipy woman,"

Chen Bin immediately refused.

“Although she’s a gossip and a chatterbox, she’s actually quite capable at work,”

Su Ting explained. “The others are even more useless. If you don’t want her, I can only lend you the new one.”

“Tang Xin?”

Han Feng interjected.

Su Ting hummed in agreement: “That girl seems quite honest, but I don’t know if she’s suitable for human resources. She hasn’t been here long enough to tell.”

“Lend her to me first,”

Chen Bin said, taking a bite of fried rice. “If she’s a good fit, I’ll keep her and recruit someone else for you. It’s easier to find someone for administration than for HR.”

“You don’t have any other intentions, do you?”

Su Ting stared at Chen Bin.

“No,”

Chen Bin replied seriously.

“But I have one!”

Han Feng pinched Su Ting’s waist. “That little girl is so cute…”

Before he could finish speaking, he suddenly cried out, “Ouch!”

Hearing Han Feng’s strange cry, Cao Yang looked up and saw Su Ting release Han Feng’s hand from her mouth. Two rows of clear teeth marks appeared on the back of Han Feng’s hand, which looked like a red smiling face from a distance.
