Chapter 1: A Bizarre Beginning
Late at night, Lin Mo sat intently in front of his computer. The screen displayed a dazzling display of combat, and
the raid leader's shouts echoed in his ears: "Boss has 10% health left! DPS, go all out! MT, hold
aggro! Healers, watch the tank's health! Heal them to full!" "Hurry! Keep it up!"...
"5%...4%...DPS, go all out!!...3%...2%...1%...Passed!!
" "Haha, passed!" "So cool!" "Awesome!"...
The deafening cheers of his teammates filled his headphones. Lin Mo also punched his fist hard in the air,
silently shouting "Yay!" before quickly switching to the official website to check the battle logs. "
Haha, we're the first to fall, the first to fall for the Lich King!" "Lin Mo excitedly shouted to his teammates, and the team
channel erupted in cheers. Lin Mo quickly switched back to the screen, and sure enough, the entire server began announcing that everyone in Lin Mo's team
had achieved the first-down achievement and been rewarded with a Frostwhisper Suppressor (Ice Dragon) mount. The server's general
channel was immediately in an uproar. "Hehe, everyone worked hard," came the raid leader's lewd voice. "This
... who's going to loot the corpse...?" "Me!" "Me!"... Everyone shouted and argued,
unable to reach a conclusion. "Damn! Roll the dice." Finally, the raid leader made the decision, and the screen was filled with the dice rolls
. "Hahaha..." Lin Mo laughed arrogantly, and a number flashed on the screen: 100.
"Damn!" "You cheated!" A chorus of discontent came from the team channel. Lin Mo tossed his hair with a flourish, "
You guys are just jealous, blatantly jealous!" "Damn, I despise you!" Countless middle fingers were pointed at Lin Mo. "Damn it,
you guys are just envious, haha! Hehe, girl!" "Brother's here!" Lin Mo controlled his character and walked
towards the boss's corpse. "Curse his black hand." "Lin Mo, raise your black hand to block out the sun's rays!
" "Damn, you guys are ruthless." Lin Mo shouted in the team chat, "Watch me give you a 1k horse...out!!
" "Beep—" The whole room went dark. "No way!" With a sigh, Lin Mo
ripped off his headphones and looked around. He discovered something very sad: at such a crucial moment, his house
...
had actually... tripped the power.
Lin Mo stood up in the dark, picked up his phone, and groped his way to the living room by the dim light of the screen.
He moved a chair from the kitchen, stood on it, and carefully turned on the circuit breaker. He shone his phone's light inside.
"It tripped, as expected," Lin Mo muttered to himself. "Third-rate hardware stores really don't sell good stuff; sigh, who's as unlucky as me
..."
Lin Mo reached inside, groping haphazardly to push the switch back up. He
finally found the handle, and with a "snap," it broke. Caught off guard, Lin Mo fell to the side. Instinctively
, he grabbed at it frantically, making a crackling sound. A bright spark flashed in the dim living room.
Lin Mo had grabbed an exposed wire. His vision went black, and his last thought flashed through his mind:
"Counterfeit goods kill people."
"Magic has changed our lives; now, magic has permeated every aspect of the empire. All this
is thanks to the appearance of a magician who changed the course of magical history across the continent. His
name will be remembered by every successor who studies magic, and will appear in every magical book. Let us
marvel at the wonder of history, and thank him for bestowing upon us such a great figure and such a glorious era
."
—JosephCameron, *The History of Magic in the Empire*:
"History is a whore, anyone can have their way with her when needed."
—Excerpt from a third-rate tabloid, *Lin*. "Uh...where am I?" Lin
Mo's vision was blurry. He blinked hard, and
the scene gradually became clearer. The candlelight flickered on the desk next to him, occasionally flashing a few
sparks. He was lying on a small bed. Looking around, he saw four metal pillars at the four corners of the bed, with
ornate and thick curtains hanging from them. The bed was covered with a soft mattress. Lin Mo gently pressed down
on it and sank in, only to have it spring back immediately when he released it. "This must be made of space fleece. How luxurious. I wonder which hospital this is from
," Lin Mo muttered to himself. He threw off the blanket and froze. He was wearing
European-style pajamas. Suddenly, Lin Mo frantically threw the entire blanket aside and looked down at himself. Slender
legs, a small body, soft arms and hands...this...this was
the body of an 8 or 9-year-old child. Just then, the bed shook, and the oil painting on the wall swayed a few times, making a clattering
sound against the wall. Lin Mo jumped off the bed, ran to the window, laboriously moved a chair, climbed up, lifted the window screen, and opened
the window. A salty sea breeze, accompanied by the sound of waves crashing, blew into the room. Lin Mo peeked out and
saw a bright moon shining overhead, a huge shadow sweeping across the water, and the sounds of an organ and people laughing drifting in
. In the distance, countless shimmering lights danced on the water, and the waves rippled. He... he was on a ship sailing on the sea.
By the moonlight, Lin Mo could clearly see the triangular sail at the bow of the ship rising and falling with the sea breeze and waves.
Lin Mo closed the window, jumped off the chair, and carefully surveyed his surroundings. The walls were painted a traditional European red
, and each wall hung with an oil painting: three square landscapes and one oval portrait. Lin Mo
walked to the portrait and examined it closely: the entire painting was set within an oval metal frame made of vines and grapes
;
it depicted a noblewoman with long, light-gold hair styled in a court lady's updo. Her bright,
expressive almond-shaped eyes with blue pupils were exceptionally captivating, drawing the viewer in at first glance.
Her eyebrows and the corners of her eyes together exuded a mature woman's charm, while her long eyelashes playfully curled upwards, giving her a
youthful and energetic air; her straight nose and deep-set eyes reflected a woman's wisdom.
Below her nose were slightly upturned, rosy lips, the corners of which were subtly recessed, displaying a beautiful yet reserved
smile; her round face and delicate chin together formed a perfect face shape; two strands
of hair, reaching her chest, fell from her temples; two pearl earrings adorned her earlobes, adding to her regal air; further down was her swan-like, white , and
slender neck, encircled by a necklace of dozens of gemstones, exuding nobility and elegance; she wore a magnificent
purple court dress, with a high slender waist... Her breasts, like two blooming violets, were mysterious and wild; below, a captivating
bulge and dazzling white bosom, at least a 38D, created a deep
valley, and the largest gemstone in the center of the necklace lay quietly at the entrance of the valley, stirring the
blood; her slender hands were folded at the juncture of her legs, creating a slight indentation, and a
diamond ring adorned her fingers, paired with lace gloves that added to the allure. This noblewoman leaned
back in her chair with a touch of languor, behind her a Roman window overlooking a verdant forest, a ray of sunlight streaming
into the room, lending the entire scene a sense of mystery.
Lin Mo gazed silently at the beautiful woman in the painting, when suddenly a sharp pain shot through his head, and the word "Mom
" flashed through his mind. A flood of memories followed, making his head throb: learning to walk, learning to speak, playing with his mother
, starting school, practicing magic… Scenes flashed through his mind like a movie, and Lin Mo felt
dizzy. He hurriedly sat down against the wall to process these memories.
After an unknown amount of time, Lin Mo stood up from the carpet, walked to the window, and was bathed in moonlight
. He took a deep breath, tilted his head back, and suddenly saw an eight or nine-year-old boy with an ethereal
, otherworldly air. The boy grinned and uttered a sentence to the sky. "Fuck you,
God!"
Lin Mo sat down in a chair, dejected. He finally realized it: he... had transmigrated. And clearly, his
faith in Brother Chun wasn't strong enough; he'd used up all his luck with a single roll, resulting
in the lowest level of transmigration—only his soul had arrived, not his body—a so-called "soul
stealing.
" "Sigh, what a tragedy." Lin Mo helplessly patted his forehead. His new body, or rather, his predecessor,
was quite something—Jon Connor, the current patriarch of the Connor family in the Kingdom of Kalisan on the Forgotten Realms.
Lin Connor, the youngest son of Connor. "Not bad, at least I kept my surname, I didn't end up with nothing." Lin Mo
chuckled self-deprecatingly. The Connor family, how about that? Sounds pretty good, right? Pretty cool, huh? Indeed, if we go back 200
years, it was quite prestigious, one of the founding nations. But now, Lin Mo smiled bitterly, it
was basically marginalized within the kingdom. This was a world called Abier-Toril (
abbreviated as Toril), a world containing continents such as Faeron, Kara-Tur
, and Maztec, as well as other unspecified continents
.
Faeron was the center of the Toril world. Dozens of
kingdoms, hundreds of city-states, and countless tribes, villages, and settlements scattered throughout the land dotted this
continent.
Famous kingdoms included Amn, Kalisan, Sel, and the Silvermoon Federation, while the Moon
Sea was at the center of the entire continent.
Abier-Toril was a world where magic flourished. The kingdom practiced a polytheistic animistic belief system. Here
, gods abound, with various orthodox and heretical religions, even pseudo-religions devoid of gods. Our protagonist, Lin
Mo, is currently studying magic at the Royal Magic Academy in the kingdom's capital, Deepwater City.
"Wow, I'm a mage! Haha, that's my class in World of Warcraft!" It sounds wonderful
, and yes, because Lin Connor has only just become a magic apprentice—well, to put it simply… we could
call him a first-grade elementary school student… Lin Connor has just finished his first semester and is on his
way home, currently aboard the family's passenger ship, well, their only passenger ship, the "Black Pearl."
As a family with territory in the southernmost part of the kingdom and a long coastline, Lin Mo feels this is truly wonderful
and powerful.
"Sigh..." Lin Mo sighed softly, "Since I'm here, I might as well make the best of it." He walked to the desk,
and by the flickering candlelight, he saw several scrolls and parchment books on the table. One of them was still open
. Lin Mo stroked the pages of the parchment book, feeling a rough yet smooth texture in his hand, and at the same time, a strange
energy began to flow into his body.
Through his predecessor's memories, Lin Mo knew that this book was a magic book used by mages. Only through a magic
book could a mage communicate with the magic network, drawing energy from it to release magic. However, he had only just sensed
the magic network and could only absorb a small amount of energy to release simple spells like illumination and levitation
, without any offensive power. This dealt Lin Mo another heavy blow. However, he was pleased to
discover his amazing talent for energy control; at such a young age, he could create level one magic scrolls. Magic scrolls
were a powerful tool for mages. They allowed them to draw pre-prepared spells on parchment using magic pens, magic ink,
arcane powder, and various magic circles. To use them, one only needed to infuse energy into the scroll to
release the spell, eliminating the need for chanting – convenient, quick, and always readily available
. The only drawback was that the magic released was slightly less powerful than the original, but the fact that it only required infusing magic energy
meant that even a magic apprentice could cast advanced spells. Therefore, magic scrolls were highly sought after throughout the continent
.
The creation of magic scrolls is the domain of mages. The process requires the mage to first engage in magical
meditation, prepare the spell, then mix the corresponding magical ink and arcane powder. Finally, and most
crucially, is drawing a magic circle. Using a magic pen, the magic circle and magic network are connected, drawing energy from it and infusing it.
Since the energy is carried by magical ink, the mage needs extremely precise control over the energy.
The ink-splitting spell failed, the array diagram was ruined; missing even a fraction meant insufficient energy to unleash magic. From a young age, he
displayed astonishing talent in magical control, able to create first-level scrolls upon becoming a magic apprentice— a feat
unparalleled in the entire kingdom and rare even on the entire continent of Faer?n. This was a talent he inherited from his mother, the Archmage
Karin Connor. His mother disappeared when he was four years old, her whereabouts unknown ever since.
"Heh heh, I'm actually a genius, not bad, not bad." Lin Mo chuckled lewdly, flipping open his spellbook
. It contained several spells he had learned at the magic academy: Illumination, scattering arcane
powder and activating it with magical energy to emit light, lasting 5 minutes, the illuminated area
determined by the range of the powder.
Levitation, scattering arcane powder beneath his feet, activating it with energy to lift the caster
20 to 30 centimeters off the ground, allowing him to walk on water, the duration determined by the caster's level.
Featherfall Spell: Using a single feather, activated with energy, it allows the caster to slowly float down from a height without
injury. The duration depends on the caster's level.
Underwater Breathing: Using 10 grams of enchanted algae, activated with energy, it allows the caster to
breathe underwater. The duration also depends on the caster's level.
Lin Mo carefully examined these four spells. Although simple, they were all very useful and frequently
used in daily life. He took out various spellcasting materials from his mage robes on the hanger and began practicing
the casting techniques and methods of each spell. "This is the foundation for my future in this world...
I must practice until I'm proficient." Outside the window, the lights in the other rooms gradually went out, but the light in Lin Connor's room
remained on; the candlelight cast his shadow on the window screen, the shadow endlessly repeating the tedious
casting actions.
The moon rose higher, it was already late at night. Lin Mo sat wearily in his chair. "This nine-year-old
's body really isn't cooperating... He's already exhausted after just mastering four spells. Back in the day, I was known
as the 'Honest Little Gentleman,' the 'Seven Times a Night' guy." Lin Mo thought to himself with a sigh, "Back then, I could pee ten
feet against the wind, now I'm just getting my shoes wet with the wind; this is a tragedy." Taking a deep breath, he went to his desk, picked up his magic pen, and began making magic scrolls. He needed to quickly familiarize himself with his tool of the trade .
His mother had once told
him that making scrolls while fatigued after spell practice greatly
helped in mastering magical energy.
Connor meditated, first preparing for the Featherfall spell, sketching the structure of the magic circle in his mind,
recalling how his predecessor mixed the ink, how he wrote on the parchment, the amount and frequency of magical energy infused
;
and how to conclude the spell. Everything was repeatedly refined in his mind. After preparation, Lin Mo
picked up a brand new parchment from the pile of scrolls, spread it on the table, picked up the magic pen, dipped it in the pre-mixed
Lion King ink, took a deep breath, and grinned mischievously, "Ladies and gentlemen, now is the moment to witness a miracle
."
Lin Mo's pen moved like a god, swift as lightning, sometimes gentle as a forest, sometimes powerful as thunder. Then,
the creation of the first scroll... failed...
"Damn it, I'm a genius..." After the eleventh failure, Lin Mo threw the pen on the table,
leaned heavily against the chair, and the floor next to him was littered with scrap parchment. "Oh, geometry teacher, I
miss you so much!" Lin Mo gazed at the moon outside the window, tears streaming down his face. "I forgot all my drawing skills after the high school entrance exam
. Now, I have to pick up a pen and draw all sorts of circles and curves, and even make them perfectly round. Is this going to kill me?" Lin Mo
gritted his teeth. The moon in the night sky was round and bright, surrounded by a halo of dim yellow light, looking exceptionally
enchanting... just like... just like the concentric circles in the "Feather Fall Scroll!" Lin Mo thought, somewhat lost in thought.
Wait... the moon... halo?! Lin Mo rushed to the window, pushed it open, and stared intently at the moon.
Yes, the moon was indeed surrounded by a halo, or "lunar halo" for short. "A halo around the sun at midnight means rain; a halo around the moon at noon
means wind." Lin Mo sighed inwardly, tears streaming down his face. "We can't play like this..."
Chapter Two: Stranded on a Deserted Island
The next day, the weather was extremely gloomy. Black clouds gathered in layers, like a thick black curtain covering the
sea. A silver snake occasionally streaked across the sky, signaling an impending storm. The sea was filled with howling winds and towering waves.
The "Black Pearl" was tossed about in the raging waves. People ran and shouted on the ship, doing their best to maintain
its balance. Inside the room, Lin Mo's eyes were bloodshot and his face was pale. "Human potential is indeed limitless..."
"..."
He chuckled self-deprecatingly. Threatened by the storm, he hadn't slept all night, pouring all his energy
into crafting underwater breathing scrolls. The fruits of his labor were now tightly tucked into the spellcasting belt in his underwear
(a magician's equipment that allows them to bind prepared scrolls and spellcasting materials
for easy access). Uh... three underwater breathing scrolls in total, plus
the necessary enchanted algae. With a sudden "whoosh," the ship rose sharply, then plummeted back down, crashing into the water with a deafening
roar. Lin Mo's face paled further; his stomach churned, and he felt a strong urge to vomit, but
only dry heaved, making him feel extremely uncomfortable. "I hate roller coasters," Lin Mo muttered, gazing at the towering waves outside the window.
The wind grew stronger, a deafening roar followed, lightning illuminated the sky, and finally, a torrential downpour began.
The wind was fierce and the waves were high, making it difficult for the sailors on deck to move. The heavy rain made the deck even more slippery, making it hard to stand.
A wave crashed down from the sloping side, and the ship veered sharply, throwing several unsecured crates and a sailor off
the deck in an instant. The man let out a terrified scream, but before he could even call for help, he was swallowed by a wave and
swept away, his whereabouts unknown. Lin Mo witnessed all of this. He knew the ship had long since veered off course and
was now drifting with the current. Whether it could survive this disaster was uncertain. He was the youngest son of the Connor family,
and with his mother not around, his status in the family was very low. He didn't even have a servant, and his tuition was still paid for by his mother.
The remaining fortune was barely enough to sustain them, and in such chaotic circumstances, no one cared about them: "I can't
just sit here and wait to die." Lin Mo thought to himself, "I haven't even finished seducing a few girls from another world, my mission to comfort those women
isn't complete... uh... it hasn't even begun, how can I die before I even get started?" No sooner said than done, Lin Mo glanced
around the room, his gaze finally settling on the mattress on the bed. "This is like medieval Europe, if
I'm not mistaken..." Lin Mo ripped the fabric open forcefully. "Sure enough..." Through the tear, it was clear that
the inside was filled with velvet. Reaching in, he grabbed a handful; the velvet had a waterproof layer,
incredibly smooth to the touch. Lin Mo emptied all the velvet from the mattress, then pulled out all the drawers of the desk,
emptied their contents, and filled them all with velvet. He then took
down his mother's portrait from the wall and placed it on a large pile of prepared velvet. Looking at his charming mother, Lin Mo silently
murmured, "Mom, bless me." He then wrapped the entire painting tightly in cloth and
placed it in a drawer along with his magic book and scroll-making tools. After finishing all this, he stuffed the gaps in the drawers with velvet to ensure they were waterproof
. Letting out a sigh of relief, Lin Mo patted the modified desk. "Dude, you're practically a new generation lifeboat,
haha." Then, Lin Mo tore all the sheets and duvet covers into strips, just in case.
One large wave after another crashed in, the ship was taking on water and beginning to list. Many parts of the deck were already
deforming. Lin Mo's face was pale. "Now we can only leave it to fate." In the distance, the storm intensified, the entire
sea resembling a mad bull, with waves as large as small mountains everywhere, and
jagged rocks vaguely visible in the valleys formed by the waves. "Not good!" Lin Mo's heart tightened.
"Ghost Reef! Oh my god! Ghost Reef!" a sailor cried out in terror. Lin Mo's heart sank upon hearing this.
Memories from his past life flashed through his mind. Ghost Reef—a sea area in the Endless Sea that terrified sailors. It was filled with strange
underwater rocks, and the winds were fierce and the waves were high. No one could pinpoint its exact location or size, because almost everyone who had seen it had died
. According to the older generation of sailors, there was an island shrouded in fog year-round called Misty Island in Ghost Reef, inhabited by ghosts and monsters. Ghost Reef was said to have been created
by the ghosts and monsters on Misty Island using their immense magical power to capture passing sailors .
"I'm so lucky..." Lin Mo's heart was filled with tears again. The ship had already lost
control, and driven by the raging winds and waves, it headed straight for that terrifying sea. Everyone's face was ashen
; many wept bitterly, screaming wildly and praying to the gods for a miracle to
save them at this moment. But all of this was in vain. The "Black Pearl" had already crashed into the Ghost Reef, and with each
collision, the ship was already teetering on the brink of collapse. Lin Mo had tightly bound himself to the table and the lifeboat.
Suddenly, a loud scream filled his ears. Looking up, he saw a reef the size of a small mountain blocking the bow of the ship. His face was
pale, and his hands were gripping the sides of the table so tightly that his knuckles were white and bloodshot. Nothing. Lin Mo
silently estimated the time. At the moment of impact, he desperately opened his eyes wide and prayed in his heart, "Brother Chun,
please bless me to be resurrected at full strength on the spot!"
With a loud bang, the "Black Pearl" crashed head-on into the reef and disintegrated. Lin Mo and his homemade lifeboat
were thrown into the sea. The icy seawater pelted him. Lin Mo shivered. He had just taken a breath when the seawater
filled his mouth. It was bitter and astringent. Lin Mo spat out the seawater and coughed with difficulty. His breathing was rapid in the low temperature. Soon
, he felt a throbbing pain in his lungs. Large raindrops hit his face. A wave crashed down and
pushed him and the table into the sea. Then he bounced out of the water and took a few deep breaths. Then the cycle
repeated itself. He began to feel his body stiffen, his mind began to blur, and he experienced various auditory hallucinations, some of which
sounded like the cries for help of someone drowning. Lin Mo struggled to look around, and in the distance, he vaguely
saw a shadow that looked like a boat. Suddenly, the shadow shattered into pieces, and a barrel-shaped
object was thrown out of the boat, rapidly drifting towards him. As it got closer, Lin Mo noticed that
something seemed to be tied to the barrel—a clump of purple, thread-like material bobbing up and down in the seawater. "That's a person!"
Lin Mo was startled. Perhaps out of shared misfortune, perhaps out of self-preservation, or perhaps it was fate, Lin
Mo decided to save that person. He splashed the icy seawater on his face, feeling a surge of energy. The
wine barrel was approaching, and Lin Mo was certain there was a person on it. Gathering his strength, he took
a deep breath, and in the instant the barrel brushed past him, Lin Mo moved with lightning speed, grabbing
the rope on the barrel and pulling it to his side with all his might. He then pulled out a prepared rope from his waist and securely
tied the barrel to the table. Lin Mo gasped for breath, mustering his last bit of strength, and pulled out
two underwater breathing scrolls and a piece of enchanted seaweed from his robes. He infused them with magical energy,
casting underwater breathing on himself and the drowning person. After doing this, his mind relaxed, and he felt a piercing pain all over his body,
followed by a splitting headache. Everything went black, and the whole world fell silent. The lightning, the howling
wind, the towering waves, the jagged rocks seemed to recede further and further away…
Lin Mo felt like he was having a dream, a dream in which he became a child named Lin Connor, having experienced
a storm. Damn it, a little brat like me, so elegant and pure, how could I possibly become
such a pathetic creature! Lin Mo felt a tickling sensation on his face, and a warm, languid feeling all over his body.
He slowly opened his eyes, and the blinding sunlight greeted him. Lin Mo squinted. Sunlight?! Lin
Mo sat up with a start, looked around, and was overcome with sorrow. He wasn't on his soft bed at home; instead, he
was on an unknown beach, a small crab slowly crawling out of his trouser leg. Ah, so it wasn't
a dream. He really had become a little kid, not even fully grown up yet. Wait… a little kid?! A storm?!
Lin Mo scrambled to his feet, looking himself up and down. Although his clothes were torn to shreds and
wrinkled from being soaked in seawater, he was still fully equipped, with only a few scrapes. Lin Mo looked up…
The sky was filled with laughter. Under the bright sunshine, the waves gently caressed the beach. A little kid, wearing pants with only one leg,
stood with his little brother sticking out, one hand on his hip and the other pointing to the sky, laughing heartily. "Hahaha, I didn't die! Thank you, Party!
Thank you, people! Thank you, Brother Chun! For giving me a chance to start over..." Lin Mo thought smugly. Right, he vaguely
remembered saving someone in the storm, but he didn't know if it was a man or a woman, old or young. Lin Mo turned and walked to the table
next to the lifeboat, untied the empty wine barrel, and rolled it slightly.
A slender figure came into view. Long purple hair covered her face, and long, pointed ears peeked out from the hair. Her clothes were tattered
, revealing pale purple skin that reflected a metallic sheen in the sunlight. A budding,
slightly protruding chest, a slender waist, a slightly upturned bottom, and long legs... This...
this is an elven girl! Lin Mo exclaimed, "This is the legendary loli!" After looking her up and down , the little brat thought arrogantly: If she's this charming as a child, what will she be like when she grows up? I'll deal with
this femme fatale !
Wait, what if she's the kind of girl you want to commit a crime from behind, but want to defend
yourself from the front? Wouldn't I be at a huge disadvantage? The thought of living on a deserted island with someone like Sister Feng for who knows how long made Lin
Mo burst into tears, overwhelmed with sorrow.
Lin Mo reached out to the elfin girl's face, gently brushing aside the hair that obscured her features. A face of breathtaking beauty
was revealed before him: arched eyebrows, a delicate nose, and eyes that were tightly closed, occasionally furrowing
as if having a nightmare. Her cherry-like lips were pale from hardship, which only aroused a
protective instinct in him. She was truly a sight to behold. Lin Mo stared blankly at this captivating face, then suddenly remembered something
. He hurriedly reached under the girl's nose and felt her breathing, only then did he feel a slight sense of relief.
Only then did Lin Mo notice his surroundings. It was an island, its size unknown.
In the center was a small mountain covered in lush tropical vegetation, with birds occasionally taking flight.
A thick fog shrouded the sea not far from the island; Lin Mo estimated the visibility to be no more than 300
meters. Sunlight and sea fog coexisted… He couldn't help but sigh inwardly, "This is Misty Island…"
Lin Mo was already numb to the twisted humor of fate and wasn't surprised by his situation.
Misty Island wasn't as terrible as the legends suggested; on the contrary… The island appeared remarkably peaceful and serene, but Lin Mo couldn't be certain
if any large beasts lurked on it. Moreover, the little elf girl's condition was poor, and the beach was no place to linger
. After resting for a while, Lin Mo took out a package from the table containing his mother's portrait, a magic book, scrolls, tools, and materials
. He checked it; the velvet's waterproof properties were indeed excellent, keeping everything dry.
After tidying it up slightly, Lin Mo tied the package in a knot in front of his chest, slung it over his shoulder, turned around,
and swept the girl into his arms in a princess carry, then rolled the barrel in front of him. And so, Lin Mo, carrying the barrel and the beautiful girl, walked
deeper into the island.
The elf girl was slightly taller than Lin Mo, but not heavy. Lin Mo couldn't help but admire her, saying, "This is
true litheness!" The island's jungle was filled with tall trees, their branches draped with thick
vines, making the forest seem even more secluded. Lin Mo walked along the boundary between the forest and the beach, and soon the vegetation
thinned out, revealing exposed rocks. After walking for about 10 minutes, Lin Mo
discovered a cave at the foot of a cliff facing away from the sun. He placed the elf girl in a safe spot,
took out his spellbook and spellcasting materials from his pack, picked up a branch from the ground, and cautiously approached the cave.
The entrance was covered in dry sand, with no signs of animal activity. Lin Mo breathed a sigh of relief. Entering the cave,
the air was incredibly fresh, and the ground was dry sand, just like outside, without any animal
droppings. Lin Mo sprinkled some arcane powder into the depths of the cave, murmuring, "Dispel the darkness." The
arcane powder floating in the air immediately emitted a soft white light, illuminating the depths of the cave. The cave wasn't deep, about 2
meters high and 10 meters deep. Lin Mo was very satisfied with his new home. He carried the elven girl into the cave, gently placing her
on the warm sand, then took off all his clothes and covered her with them. He then turned and left the cave,
pushing the barrel of wine over. The warm sea breeze brushed against his crotch. "Sunshine, sand, sea breeze—this kind of environment is good for physical
and mental growth,"
Lin Mo said, giving his little brother a flirtatious shake as he pushed.
Lin Mo returned to the cave and carefully stored away the spellbook and spellcasting materials. He lay down on the sand to rest for a few minutes
before starting to dismantle the planks on the barrel. The empty barrel was made of oak and had endured many storms,
making its frame extremely fragile. Lin Mo easily pulled the planks out with a little force. He glanced at
the elven girl still fast asleep beside him. "That little girl is really lucky," he thought. "If she hadn't run into me, she would probably be dead by now
. My lifeboat is still the most reliable." The little brat was smug. Soon the empty barrel returned to its original
state before it left the factory, but most of the planks were soaked by seawater. Lin Mo placed the damp ones in the sun to dry
, then arranged the two dry ones and stuffed some velvet between them. A 21st-
century youth began to revisit the glorious journey of humankind's ancestors—making fire by friction…
After much effort, Lin Mo finally managed to drill… well, a tiny spark. Both
his arms were swollen, but without taking a break, Lin Mo quickly placed the prepared velvet on top and carefully
blew on it. Gradually, the velvet began to turn yellow, curl, and start to smoke. Finally, a flame leaped up on it
. Lin Mo plopped down on the sand, panting heavily, tears streaming down his face. "Why am I not
a fire mage…?" Exhausted, his mind was somewhat relaxed, so Lin Mo didn't notice the movement behind him.
With a soft moan, the elven girl slowly opened her eyes. Through her blurry vision, she saw a pair of snow-white bread loaves
swaying incessantly. Inside the bread loaves, a small stick and a bulging mass swayed with them. Curious
, what was that? She blinked hard, trying to see clearly… Suddenly, the pair of bread loaves sat down in
front of her face. It was a person?! A naked person?! …A man?! “Ah…” A piercing scream rang out.
A scream shattered the island's silence, startling countless birds into flight.
Lin Mo, terrified, scrambled to his feet, and as soon as he turned around, his "assets" were fully exposed,
eliciting an even louder scream. "Damn, this little girl has amazing lung capacity! She has the potential to be a soprano!"
The girl's eyes were tightly closed, her face flushed, and she looked exquisitely beautiful. Lin Mo
immediately raised his flag in salute. "Sorry, sorry, it was purely an accident, purely an accident," Lin Mo explained shamelessly,
frantically wrapping the cloth around his waist. "Um, sister, you can open your eyes now." Lin Mo
looked at the elfin girl with an innocent expression. The girl's long eyelashes trembled slightly, and she slowly opened her eyes, looking at Lin Mo timidly
.
"Where...where am I?"...
As the sun gradually moved westward, after some introductions and conversation, Lin Mo and the elven girl were no longer
strangers. This elven girl was named Serena. A Windrunner (already 150 years old, but only
about 10 years old by human standards), she came from the Silvermoon
Federation, the only neutral nation on the continent of Faer?n—an elven kingdom, a beautiful land inhabited by about 300,000 elves, a race
with long lifespans, astonishing magical talent, and beautiful appearances for both men and women, who loved music and art
.
Serena and her parents had set off from the Silvermoon Federation to
Moonshadow Island, the elven homeland overseas. Like Lin Mo, they encountered a storm en route, and as their ship sank, her mother tied her to
an empty wine barrel, thus saving her life.
"Little Lin, you're a magician! Can you conjure up a little rabbit for me?" "Little Lin, you're
from the Kingdom of Kalisan? Is your capital Deepwater City?" "Little Lin, is Deepwater City beautiful? Are there
lots of pretty clothes and jewelry there?" "Little Lin, you…" "Stop!" Lin Mo was speechless
. Five hundred ducks flew overhead, and he couldn't help but feel a pang of sorrow. "I didn't just save one person
, I've got a hundred thousand questions!" "A hundred thousand whys? Little Lin, what's that?" "Is it delicious?" "
..." Serena and Lin Mo sat side by side by the campfire. After the initial curiosity of meeting, they both stared blankly
at the flickering fire, falling silent. Lin Mo was quietly contemplating their future when suddenly
a strange sound reached his ears. Turning his head, he saw Serena, her face flushed, looking at him pitifully. "Brother Lin
, I'm hungry..." Lin Mo looked at her helplessly. "Hey, you're older than me, you're the older sister." "
But I really can't cook." Serena pouted, looking aggrieved. "Brother Lin, I miss my mother
..."
Tears began to well up in Serena's green eyes, her delicate lips tightly pressed together. Looking at her, Lin Mo felt
a pang of sadness. Yes, mother... what a warm word. A sudden impulse surged within Lin Mo,
and he pulled the beautiful girl into his arms, gazing into her eyes. "Sister, I will protect you..." Lin
Mo whispered, breathing warm air into Serena's ear.
Serena kept her eyes tightly closed, a blush gradually rising to her cheeks. Her delicate, long ears trembled shyly.
Gazing at the angelic girl, Lin Mo felt a surge of heat in his heart, a wicked smile spreading across his face. "Good sister, are you hungry
?" Serena cautiously opened her eyes, her face flushing even more at Lin Mo's lewd smile. She quickly closed
her eyes again, letting out a soft moan. Lin Mo pressed his face against Serena's slender neck and whispered,
"Good sister, let's eat each other."Serena's neck was extremely sensitive. Feeling Lin Mo's hot
breath, a tingling, electric-like sensation coursed through her body, making her increasingly weak and limp. She could only barely lift
her small face, her eyes wide with surprise, staring at Lin Mo with the curiosity of a child. "What do you mean by 'eating the right thing'... oh
... mmm..." Looking at those luscious, full lips, Lin Mo could no longer resist. He suddenly leaned down and kissed
Serena's lips. Startled, Serena instinctively tried to push Lin Mo away, but she was too weak and
pinned beneath him. Instead of pushing him away, she was held even tighter. Her whole body tensed, her eyes closed, a
sensation she had never experienced before surging from her lips. Her mind went blank, her body trembled,
her temperature gradually rose, and her entire body slowly turned a beautiful red.
Lin Mo's hands slipped through the gaps in her clothes, gently caressing Serena's silky waist.
One hand slowly moved upwards, kneading her soft breasts. Although still small and not large enough to be grasped in one hand, they were already beginning to take
shape, smooth and elastic. The naive girl couldn't withstand such teasing, and Serena
trembled even more violently. When Lin Mo pinched the jewel-like red nipple between two fingers and applied a little pressure, the small
nipple gradually hardened, like a tiny cherry bud. Serena's whole body went limp in Lin Mo's arms like water.
Lin Mo circled the small purple areola. The naive girl couldn't withstand
such teasing. He gently caressed, twisted, and teased, and Serena's eyes closed slightly. She opened her mouth slightly, exhaled a breath of hot air, and
let out a muffled moan.
Her body had begun to develop, and her mind was gradually maturing. Although she couldn't yet be called a true woman, she was no longer
an innocent and naive child. Under Lin Mo's advances and teasing, Serena's body had honestly
responded. Her struggles weakened, and she lay limply in Lin Mo's arms with her eyes closed, accepting his
caresses and kisses. Her cherry lips and pearly teeth, which had been resisting, quietly surrendered, and her tender, soft
tongue willingly extended, allowing Lin Mo to kiss and suckle, tasting the sweet saliva in her mouth. Lin Mo took the opportunity to delve into her
cherry-like mouth, chasing after her delicate tongue. Serena's almond-shaped eyes widened, and when Lin Mo's tongue intertwined with hers
, an electric sensation spread throughout her body. Her eyes became hazy, and she gradually became intoxicated by the strange feeling
. Her legs opened and closed restlessly, releasing waves of moist, fragrant breath. Serena was only ten years old, and her body was just
beginning to develop, yet she already possessed a certain womanly charm. Lin Mo lowered his head and took the other pale purple nipple
into his mouth, licking it with his tongue. It was firm and full; he gently bit down on it, and Serena felt as if she had been struck by lightning.
Her soft body immediately stiffened, her two beautiful legs tightly intertwined, making her feel as if she were flying, floating
on clouds. After what seemed like an eternity, Serena regained her senses, feeling as if an entire year had passed
. Lin Mo raised his head, slightly panting. Serena, in his arms,
looked at him with almond-shaped eyes as hazy as spring water, her breasts rising and falling rapidly.
Watching this captivating scene, Lin Mo involuntarily lowered his head, gently nibbling at the girl's long earlobe.
This caused Serena's body to tremble involuntarily. "It's...it feels so strange," Serena
gasped, her lips slightly swollen. Suddenly, she extended her delicate tongue and lightly licked her luscious red lips,
creating a scene of eroticism and allure that no man could resist. Lin Mo felt his lower body
instantly become erect. "Patience, patience!" he told himself. The most delicious fruit is
best enjoyed when fully ripe. Although it would take a few more years of patience, there was no other way.
If a person lacked even this much self-control, they couldn't expect to achieve anything.
Lin Mo reached out and tore off a piece of clothing, carefully wiping the overflowing floodwaters from Serena's lower body. The little girl had just
experienced her first orgasm, and her whole body was limp, without a shred of strength, leaving
her completely at his mercy. "You bad guy... how could you do such a strange thing to my sister..." Serena protested relentlessly.
She squirmed restlessly in Lin Mo's arms, covering her luscious face with her hands. "Is this what you meant by '
eating each other'? How strange, so embarrassing..." She buried her head deeper into Lin Mo's embrace, not
daring to look at his piercing gaze. Her slender waist swayed, her smooth buttocks brushing against a hot rod, trembling
slightly before stopping. Serena lifted her head from Lin Mo's embrace, a hint of curiosity flashing across her blushing face
.
"Little Lin, why are you poking me with that rod? And it's so hot!"
"Uh, haha, this is our magician's wand, my livelihood, of course I have to keep it close at hand."
Lin Mo had a strange uncle expression.
"Oh... can I see it?"
"..." Lin Mo was in tears. The sex education in the Silver Moon Federation needed improvement. Looking at his still
undeveloped body, a wave of grief and indignation welled up: only able to look but not touch, life here is just a coffee table...
