Chapter 97 Refining Weapons

Qiao Ying stared at the man and beast, her head spinning. The legendary Dragon Eagle was actually this guy's follower! The man

she'd found was no ordinary person!

Qiao Ying looked at Wu Tianjiao, who was being affectionate with the Dragon Eagle, incredulously. She pointed at him, then at the Dragon Eagle, and

exclaimed in surprise, "Tianjiao, what's going on with this Dragon Eagle?"

Wu Tianjiao chuckled, patted the Dragon Eagle's head, and said, "It's mine, my pet!"

"You raised it?"

Qiao Ying was even more astonished, her eyes widening in disbelief,

unable to believe that Wu Tianjiao actually kept such a strange beast as a Dragon Eagle.

Seeing her surprised expression, Wu Tianjiao was overjoyed. Without offering further explanation, he glanced at the four frozen golden-horned

dragons, intending to store them in his Nine Dragons Jade Bracelet space. Then, he reconsidered: "Such a commotion must have alerted

Gao Yuhan and the others. They'll surely report to Princess Jingguo. Fine, why not do them a favor and give these

four golden-horned dragons to Princess Jingguo to win her heart!"

Wu Tianjiao was incredibly generous with beauties, never stingy. Back when he returned to the Jinyang

Prince's Mansion , he immediately gave his white horse and his sect's Divine Light Sword to his two older sisters, Wu Xuanshuang and Wu Qingshuang.

Later, he gave the Great Lioness's pet fire fox to the Xiao Yunhua sisters. He

had used sparing no effort, almost risking his life.

As darkness fell, Wu Tianjiao and Qiao Ying, leading Long Ying, returned to their camp. They hadn't gone far when

they encountered Gao Yuhan and six other female guards. Gao Yuhan's face was frosty, her brows furrowed with murderous intent; she was clearly

furious.

It was no wonder Gao Yuhan was angry. She had been waiting in the camp for ages, and Wu

Tianjiao hadn't returned from gathering firewood. Upon counting heads and discovering Qiao Ying was missing, Gao Yuhan immediately realized something was wrong. Gao Yuhan

knew Wu Tianjiao all too well—a complete lecher. Because of this, Gao Yuhan

was extremely wary of her female guards, fearing they would suffer the same fate as her, being "eaten" by Wu Tianjiao. Therefore, on the way there

, she had kept a close watch on Qiao Ying and the others, afraid they might all be "eaten" by Wu Tianjiao if she was

n't careful. Gao Yuhan was most worried about Qiao Ying; she had already noticed Qiao Ying and Wu Tianjiao exchanging flirtatious

glances . Upon discovering Qiao Ying's absence, Gao Yuhan immediately realized that Qiao Ying must have secretly

run off be with Wu Tianjiao. Seeing that it was already late, Gao Yuhan couldn't stay any longer and left

the camp with six Heavenly Guards to find Wu Tianjiao.

Seeing Gao Yuhan's unfriendly expression, Wu Tianjiao's heart skipped a beat. He quickly put on a smiling face and,

before Gao Yuhan could erupt in anger, recounted the battle between Long Ying and the Four Dragons. Of course, he embellished the story, making it vivid and detailed, cleverly

adding details such as him and Qiao Ying helping Long Ying, resulting in Qiao Ying suffering some "internal injuries" that made her unable to move.

Gao Yuhan believed this story to some extent; they had heard the commotion in the woods from afar and

felt the chill emanating from them. As for the "internal injuries" Qiao Ying suffered, Gao Yuhan, of course, didn't believe it.

Having experienced it once before, she knew exactly what had happened when she saw Qiao Ying's slightly flushed, shy face. Furious and annoyed, Gao Yuhan realized that

despite her strict supervision, she hadn't been able to keep a close watch on Wu Tianjiao, who had managed to slip through her fingers. She glared at Wu Tianjiao and Qiao Ying, but couldn't reprimand them in front of her sisters. Besides, she was more focused on the Golden Horned Dragon. Leading her sisters into the woods, she ignored the pile of firewood Wu Tianjiao had left and instead urged him to show her the Golden Horned Dragon. Wu Tianjiao didn't dare delay and led them to a clearing in a corner of the woods. Upon seeing the demonic beast eyes lit up, and she couldn't help but cheer as she pounced. Wu Tianjiao saw clearly that she was lunging at the golden horn on the Golden Horned Dragon's head. "What does she want the golden horn for?" Wu Tianjiao wondered, knowing that the golden horn was a valuable treasure. However, without a powerful sword or blade, removing the golden horn from the Golden Horned Dragon's head wouldn't be easy. Gao Yuhan drew his dagger and tried to remove one of the golden horns of the coiled dragon. However, the dragon was virtually impervious to blades spears; no matter how Gao Yuhan tried to cut it, he couldn't remove the horn. The dragon's body was covered with a layer of fine scales, which hadn't shown any special properties during the battle with the dragon eagle. Now, as Gao Yuhan struggled for a long time with an exceptionally sharp dagger without cutting through the scales attached to the horn, Wu Tianjiao suddenly realized that the dragon's scales were practically invulnerable. Wu Tianjiao immediately commanded the dragon eagle to help. Under the dragon eagle's beak, comparable to a peerless divine weapon, the dragon's scales couldn't withstand the attack and were pecked open, and then the golden horn was pecked off. The dragon eagle's beak was unparalleled, pecking off the golden horns one by one, including the one Gao Yuhan hadn't managed to remove. Wu Tianjiao showered Gao Yuhan with gifts, generously presenting her with four golden horns. Gao Yuhan, overjoyed, accepted them without hesitation. Afterwards, the group carried firewood back to camp, dragging the corpses of the four golden-horned dragons along with them. These dragons, exceeding their level in rank, possessed scales impervious to blades and spears, making them treasures for armor crafting. Their meat was tender and delicious, a rare delicacy; it was said to nourish women and enhance their complexion, while strengthening men's virility and kidneys—a highly nutritious food! Having obtained the four golden-horned dragons, Gao Yuhan temporarily forgot about Qiao Ying's loss of virginity and did not punish Wu Tianjiao. She excitedly sent Hua Jieying and Yu Ping to inform Princess Jingguo. Upon learning of this, Princess Jingguo immediately led her guards and rushed to Wu Tianjiao's camp. Night had quietly fallen upon Rainbow Mausoleum, plunging the surroundings into complete darkness. Several bonfires burned in the camp, with iron pots simmering with golden-horned dragon snake meat. Some of the Heavenly Guards were roasting the meat over the fires, filling the camp with a rich, enticing aroma. Clearly, tonight everyone was in for a sumptuous snake feast. Golden-horned dragon snake meat was a rare and delicious delicacy, not easily obtained. Therefore, everyone was very happy, feeling fortunate to have such a meal. The golden-horned dragon was a treasure trove, exceptionally valuable, especially the superior-level golden-horned dragon, whose value was immeasurable . Its scales surpassed the toughness and flexibility of ordinary dragon scales, being lighter, softer, and more resistant to sharp weapons than ordinary soft armor. It was a coveted treasure for soldiers and martial artists alike, a weapon of choice for self-defense and survival.

Seeing the mountain of golden-horned dragons, Princess Jingguo beamed with delight. She

circled the four dragon carcasses and declared to Wu Tianjiao, "I'll buy all four of these golden-horned dragons!"

Wu Tianjiao was startled and surprised. He laughed and said, "Sister, you're too kind. If you want them, I'll

give them to you!"

He was truly shameless and audacious, calling Princess Jingguo "sister" to try and build

rapport.

Princess Jingguo didn't mind and ordered her soldiers to take the dragons back to camp. However, when she saw the dragon-eagle swaggering beside Wu

Tianjiao , her expression changed. She had heard

from Hua Jieying and Yu Ping on the way that Wu Tianjiao owned a dragon-eagle, and while she had initially found it hard to believe, seeing it with her own eyes made it impossible for her

to doubt it.

Princess Jingguo stared at the dragon eagle for a long time, then gave Wu Tianjiao a complex look before calmly

asking , "Is it your pet?"

Wu Tianjiao scratched his head, chuckled, and nodded, "Yes! This fellow is always flying around,

I can never find it, it's very mischievous."

At this moment, Gao Yuhan handed four golden horns to Princess Jingguo. Princess Jingguo's face lit up with joy upon seeing them

, and she quickly instructed Reina to put them away. Wu Tianjiao couldn't help but ask, "Princess, what are these golden horns

for?"

This question earned him eye-rolls from everyone, who all thought he was an idiot. Gao Yuhan

said, "It's incredibly useful. This golden horn is the essence of the Golden Horned Dragon's magic power, a top-tier

material for forging weapons. Didn't you know that?"

"Forging weapons?"

Wu Tianjiao was stunned for a moment, then asked, "Forging what kind of weapons?"

"Forging weapons, of course!"

Gao Yuhan almost cursed. He hadn't expected Wu Tianjiao to be so clueless, knowing absolutely nothing. Then he thought

again , only someone who knew nothing would be so generous as to give away the golden horn. Otherwise, he wouldn't be so

generous.

"The golden horn of a high-level magical beast is an excellent material for forging weapons!"

Princess Jingguo explained, "This golden horn is a rare material for forging weapons. Using a special process,

the golden horn is ground into powder, and then the powder is cast into weapon materials to forge powerful divine weapons.

Combined with a martial artist's internal energy, it can unleash the Golden Horned Dragon's ice-type magic power, multiplying its power."

Oh! Wu Tianjiao suddenly realized, thinking, "It has such a use!"

He secretly regretted not keeping one or two Golden Horns if he had known they were useful. Now that he had given them all away

, he couldn't get them back. However, when he looked at the Dragon Eagle beside him, he was delighted. The Dragon Eagle

had discovered the Golden Horned Dragon, and with it, he could have as many Golden Horned Dragons as he wanted.

Princess Jingguo stayed at Wu Tianjiao's camp for half an hour, ate a meal of snake meat, and then returned to her own camp

. Before leaving, she specifically looked at the Dragon Eagle beside Wu Tianjiao, which puzzled Wu Tianjiao. It was just

a Dragon Eagle, why was Princess Jingguo staring at it so intently?

After a hearty meal of Dragon-shaped Snake meat, Wu Tianjiao returned to his tent to rest early. He was the only man in the camp,

and according to his nature, it would be best to have a beautiful woman serve him in bed, especially since he and Qiao Ying had already had an affair. However, Gao Yuhan

kept a tight watch on him, preventing him from sleeping with Qiao Ying even if he wanted to. He thought to himself, "It seems that to conquer the Heavenly

Guards, I must first conquer Gao Yuhan. Only by conquering her can I conquer the others!"

In the middle of the night, Wu Tianjiao was suddenly shaken awake. Opening his eyes, he saw a cold and beautiful woman in white beside him—

none other than Hu Liniang. Overjoyed, Wu Tianjiao quickly embraced Hu Liniang, lowering his voice, "

Sister Hu, have you found Lady Yaoyu?"

Hu Liniang shook her head, frowning, "The demon and I have searched every inch of the area within dozens of miles, but

found nothing. The terrain here is too complex, and various magical beasts appear unpredictably. We have

no other choice but to wait and wait!"

Wu Tianjiao held Hu Liniang's waist with one hand, while the other rested on her perfectly toned abdomen

, gradually moving downwards. Since things had come to this, he accepted his fate with equanimity, and his wicked desires rekindled.

For some reason, ever since Hu Liniang began practicing witchcraft, their intimacy had diminished. Meanwhile, Wu Tianjiao

became increasingly interested in Hu Liniang's beautiful body. Thinking of the pleasures involved, his lust flared up instantly.
