Ji Chuyan was busy with company matters and didn't contact her again all day.

Su Tian recalled that last week when she went to the break room to make coffee, she overheard two female colleagues gossiping, saying that Sister Maia was already thirty-eight years old and still unmarried, and could be called a "devilish nun".
Su Tian almost rushed in to argue with them back then. Now, seeing Sister Maia, she recalled that unpleasant incident and couldn't help but frown.

A magnetic female voice rang out, and Su Tian came back to her senses. She found that Sister Maia was staring at her, so she smiled awkwardly and then walked closer to the desk.
"Sister Maia, what can I do for you?"
Although Su Tian was unwilling to work at Su's, she liked Maia very much at first sight, so she treated her quite obediently and kindly.
Unlike Old Chen, Su Tian got goosebumps just thinking about his greasy eyes.
"Headquarters specifically requested that I mentor you." Maia raised an eyebrow, her tone calm. "But I must make it clear that I will not give you any special treatment just because of your special status. Therefore, please also abide by company regulations and arrive at work on time."
Su Tian paused for a moment, then nodded and said, "Okay... I will."
"There's a data analysis group meeting this afternoon with the business department. You and Bai Haofan should come together."
Su Tian was reluctant, but Maia's aura was too strong and she could not refuse. She had no choice but to agree and leave the office.
Even after she returned to her seat, Bai Haofan was still looking at her with sympathy, reaching out his hand to pat her shoulder in comfort.
The next second, Su Tian ripped it off with a claw.
Her gaze swept over him: "Take your hand away."
Bai Haofan was completely bewildered, realizing that she had misunderstood. He blushed and wanted to argue, but Su Tian glared at him, so he had no choice but to shut up in frustration.
The afternoon group meeting was held in a conference room on another floor.
Su Tian dawdled as she finished packing the documents and went over with Bai Haofan.
As she pushed open the door, countless eyes immediately converged on her. Su Tian, used to it, simply nodded slightly and sat down. Bai Haofan, on the other hand, seemed a bit timid, pausing for a couple of seconds before following her.
"Let me introduce you. These are two new interns from the finance department, Bai Haofan and Su Tian. They will be attending all the group meetings from now on, barring any unforeseen circumstances."
The branch company specializes in importing and exporting products and handling international trade for the group, and surprisingly, the entire business department is staffed entirely by men. When Sister Maia introduced the two of them, Bai Haofan's greetings received little response, but when Su Tian stood up, all eyes were on her.
Su Tian didn't mind at all, and forced a polite smile: "Hello everyone, you can just call me Xiao Su. I will need your guidance in the future."
Someone joked, "Little Su, you and the Su Group both have the surname Su, so you're even from the same family."
Su Tian chuckled and said, "Yes, I also think it's quite a coincidence. It shows that I have a special connection with the Su family."
Maia, who was standing to the side, lifted her eyelids slightly but did not say anything.
When the group meeting started, Su Tian and Bai Haofan had little experience. While Sister Maia and the business department discussed data issues, they could only listen from the sidelines.
After an hour, Su Tian tried her best to follow their train of thought, but she was still struggling. Bai Haofan, standing to the side, was even more confused, his face showing a bewildered expression.
After the meeting, everyone from the business department left, but Maia was still slowly organizing the documents.
After putting the documents away, she finally looked up at Bai Haofan and Su Tian: "It's understandable that you can't keep up when you're first starting out in this business. But when the second opportunity comes, you must seize it."
Su Tian stared blankly into Maia's eyes. Her expression remained calm, but her eyes were filled with a sternness that demanded no perfunctory treatment.
"Awesome without anger"—this phrase immediately popped into Su Tian's mind.
Maia walked out in her high heels.
Her voice was calm, as if it were drifting in from afar.
"Remember, the company doesn't have time to wait for you to grow slowly."
