Bounty missions, doing favors for others

I recently met a nice guy, quite wealthy, who asked me to do two things.
First, find a college student, under 20, handsome, clean-cut, capable, and discreet.
Second, find a couple who are open to being kept as mistresses; their looks should be acceptable.
Third, find a relatively open-minded, fun-loving woman; her looks and figure shouldn't be bad.
Both of these tasks require her to be from Hebei or able to travel to Hebei. There will be payment for the first and third tasks. I won't elaborate on the second task; just to emphasize, I'm only the middleman.
I don't know if it's allowed to post this kind of thing on 69. If not, I hope the administrator will just delete it and not ban my account.
