This happened yesterday at noon, and I'm still shaken! Oh my god, I'm desperately seeking help from everyone.

Let me briefly introduce my company. I joined the R&D department of this state-owned listed company after the Spring Festival this year. The salary and benefits are pretty good. There are six people in our lab: the lab manager, five other staff members, and I was the last one to join. Besides the manager and me, everyone else in the lab is female. Our manager is a PhD who returned from the US; she's very efficient, energetic, and quite shrewd.

Here's what happened: Yesterday at noon, it was lunchtime, and a group of us in the lab were going to eat lunch together at the company cafeteria. As we were getting ready for lunch, our manager was still discussing some experimental data with a female colleague from our lab, let's call her H. She's average-looking, with a tall and full figure, and I always felt she was a bit of a drama queen; we didn't interact much. The manager told a few of us to go ahead, and they'd be back later...

So the rest of us went together. Our company is quite large, and the cafeteria is quite far from the lab, about a 10-minute walk. When I was almost at the cafeteria entrance, I suddenly realized I didn't have my wallet. We need to clock in for lunch, and my card was in my wallet. I wasn't sure if I'd lost it or left it in the lab. Panicked, I ran back to the lab. When I got there, wait, the door was locked. I hadn't seen the manager and H on the way, but I didn't think much of it. Luckily, I had my key. I opened the door and found my wallet in the drawer. Relieved, I was about to leave for lunch when I suddenly heard a woman's voice coming from a small testing lab next door, sounding a bit like crying. Curious, I went in and opened the door. What I saw shocked me! My female colleague, H, was sitting naked on top of the manager, both of their pants pulled down to their knees, intertwined in what seemed like the most suitable position for that space—performing sex! Or making love? The manager's hands weren't idle either, reaching inside H's clothes!

To this day, I still regret not being more alert, not thinking things through, and not reaching for that door. I wouldn't be in this awkward situation now. Maybe our manager didn't know the lock on that small testing lab door was broken? If it was broken, why didn't he fix it sooner? Was he deliberately messing with me?

I don't remember how I got out, but I was terrified. I ran away as fast as I could, but the look in the manager's eyes when I opened the door the next time I saw it was like he was saying: I'm going to devour you!!

Our manager is married with a family and children, and that H was also married. Why would she do something like this? Oh my god!!! From

noon yesterday until the end of the workday tonight, the manager acted as if nothing had happened, but that H seemed quite uncomfortable.

However, my biggest worry right now is that I haven't passed my probation period yet. As everyone knows, the manager has complete control over whether or not I pass probation. I finally found this job, am I going to lose it all again? The job market is so competitive right now, what should I do?
