Flexion and Enlargement Exercises
Flexion and enlargement exercises are based on advanced PC muscle exercises. They work on the principle that the PC muscles push blood into the penis, increasing erectile strength and giving you an opportunity to increase size. For best results, contract and relax your PC muscles simultaneously during the exercise. Goal: Flexion and enlargement exercises should be done in conjunction with PC muscle exercises. However, do not overdo it. If you experience discomfort or pain in your PC muscles, stop exercising for 1-2 days. Continue exercising until your PC muscles are exhausted. Once you have overcome the PC muscle strength barrier, you will be able to exert more PC muscle strength in other exercises that require it. Flexion and Enlargement Exercise (Exercise 10) Exercise: Flexion and enlargement exercises are very similar to advanced PC muscle exercises. 1) Maintain a full erection during the exercise. Lubrication is also necessary. 2) Once fully erect, grasp the area about one inch from the base of the penis with your thumb, index, and middle fingers. 3) Contract your PC muscles and hold for 2 seconds, applying pressure to the penis with your hand holding it. You'll notice a portion of the penis enlarges when you release the pressure. Relax your PC muscles and loosen your grip. 4) Repeat step 3) for 3-5 minutes, depending on your comfort level. Move your hand holding the penis about 1 inch towards the glans, repeating step 3) the same number of times. Continue this until your hand reaches the glans. Then, move your hand 1 inch towards the base of the penis, repeating the above steps until you reach the base. Continue until your PC muscles are exhausted. 5) If your PC muscles are too tired to continue, stop practicing for the day and record the number of repetitions. Recording this data is helpful for tracking the effectiveness of your PC muscle training. As your PC muscles become stronger, you can practice for longer periods, but don't exceed 3-5 minutes of total practice time unless you are an advanced practitioner who has been practicing for more than a month.
