Exhale as the breath flows from the navel to the mingmen, repeating this cycle. Practice as many times as you like. (The Mingmen point is located at the spine, directly opposite the navel.)

After practicing the first two steps for a while, if you experience a warm sensation (like hot water flowing through the body), twitching (muscle twitching), or tingling (like an electric shock) in the genitals and lower back (any one of these is sufficient), proceed to this step.
Inhale into the lower abdomen at the navel, and exhale as the breath sinks into the scrotum. Inhale again, and the breath travels from the scrotum through the perineum, across the coccyx, along the spine to the Mingmen point. Hold your breath for four or five seconds, and exhale as the breath returns from the Mingmen point to the lower abdomen. This completes one cycle. Practice multiple cycles as desired. (This exercise is the foundation for Yin-Yang cultivation; however, Yin-Yang cultivation is considered immoral and will not be discussed further.)
IV. The Great Locking of Yang Gate Method
: This is the key to having sex with nine women at night. This step is quite strenuous. If you practice the first three steps well, your body's vital energy will be abundant, and lasting more than half an hour of sex will not be a major problem.
Standing posture: High horse stance, calm your mind and breath, take a deep breath, directing the breath into the perineum. While inhaling, tense your muscles starting from the big toe (Dadun acupoint), then down to the soles of your feet, calves, thighs, groin, lower back, chest, back, and neck, tensing in sequence. Hold your breath, contracting the perineum forcefully, raising the breath from the perineum to the navel and holding it there. Maintain this state until you can no longer hold your breath, then exhale in three stages (exhale one-third, inhale one-third, do not exhale all at once), allowing the breath to descend from the navel to the perineum. Slowly relax your whole body. This counts as one repetition. Practice several times a day, and you should see initial results within a month. (This can help you have sex for one to two hours without ejaculating.)
Fifth, Rejuvenation Exercise:
Lie on your back with your legs open, soles of your feet facing each other (Yongquan acupoints), but not touching. Place your hands beside your ears, blocking your ear canals with your middle fingers, ensuring that you cannot hear any external sounds. Calm your mind and eliminate all thoughts. Remain in this posture. Just let it be. If you fall asleep, then fall asleep. The key is to empty your mind and think of nothing. I. Iron Waist Bridge:
Find two chairs, place them at opposite ends, lie on your back, with one side of your head and shoulder on one chair, and the other side of your calf and heel on the other, keeping your lower back, buttocks, and thighs suspended and straight. Start from one minute and gradually increase to one hour. Daily practice will guarantee powerful thrusts, significantly increasing the frequency, speed, and intensity of your penetration. Lie on your back on the bed, make fists with both hands, and place them under your waist. Extend both legs straight, together, and raise them to a 45° angle. Then bend your head and hands towards your waist, and bend your legs and feet towards your waist, making your whole body resemble a drawn bow. Stretch as much as you can until you can't bear it anymore. Hold for three minutes. Do this at least ten times a day.
IV. Dragon Playing
with a Pearl: Place one hand on your navel and the other hand on your testicles, simultaneously kneading and rubbing. The hand on your navel should rub in circles around your navel, while the hand on your testicles should rub in circles around your scrotum, applying slight pressure until you feel a slight soreness. According to tradition, this should be done 81 times. Then switch hands and continue kneading. The mantra is: "One scoop, one rub, nine times nine returns to one, the yang does not leave."
V. Strengthening the Divine Whip (Turtle Spreading Method):
Grasp the base of the penis and quickly shake it up and down, letting the glans hit your belly and scrotum. Then swing it left and right, letting the glans hit the left and right sides of your abdomen. During this process, the penis will slowly become engorged and hard.
