Performing oral sex on a woman is a wonderful thing. From a sexual psychology perspective, the feeling of watching a woman struggle and moan during oral sex is extremely pleasurable.
The following guide to oral sex is for men to perform oral sex on women. It is based on my personal experience, and the feelings of women are based on my observations and feedback from my girlfriend, which I have slightly edited.
I. Preparations before oral sex:

Secondly, regarding women's sensitive areas:
Men shouldn't assume that licking the genitals means immediately rushing to kiss her clitoris upon entering the bedroom. Don't be so hasty. A woman's body reacts slowly; give her time to adjust. The clitoris is extremely sensitive; stimulating it immediately will be less effective.
Personally, I think the order should be like this: First, hug her and say a few sweet words, like "You're so beautiful," or "You're so sexy," to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. Begin to lightly touch and sweep her thighs with your tongue, from the outer edge of her labia majora—the crease between her thighs—upwards to her hip bones (the left and right sides of her lower abdomen), repeating this about ten times. She will feel a ticklish and tingling sensation, and a tingling feeling near the vaginal opening. Gently sweep your tongue along the thigh down to the Zusanli acupoint below the knee. Zusanli is a sensitive spot for women. If her skin is delicate, you can kiss this area several times. If her skin is rough, it will feel like rubbing sandpaper with your tongue, so skip it and kiss back down.
Return to the groin and repeat the above steps. This technique is called "assistance" in military terms. In bed, treat the woman as an "enemy, opponent." First, distract the "enemy," take the initiative, and guide her senses to follow your tongue. Engage in guerrilla warfare across any part of her body—the breasts, the lower abdomen, the groin, and the pubic area. When kissing a woman's vulva, if you can overcome your psychological barriers, you can surprise her by licking and touching her anus with your tongue. This will guarantee she screams with excitement.
If you have psychological barriers, lick upwards from the vulva to the labia. At this point, most women will be very wet. The vaginal fluid will be clear and thin; if you like, you can drink it (not a joke). It's freshly secreted and not dirty.
How should you kiss the labia? Don't touch them yet. Use your tongue to gently pry open the labia majora (some women have smaller labia majora, or the labia may separate on their own when they are more aroused). Take one labia into your mouth and sweep your tongue over it, paying attention to both the inside and outside. Then repeat the process with the other labia. Finally, turn your body slightly to the side, so that your lips are parallel to the woman's labia. Gently take both labia into your mouth at the same time, sucking them in. Remember, when kissing the labia, try to suck them as much as possible into your mouth, gently sweeping and licking with your tongue. You can gently bite her labia while she's enjoying it. The flesh is in your mouth; whether to bite and how to bite is entirely up to you. But don't bite too hard; just enough to make her suddenly scream, basically ruining the sensation she's built up.
Why ruin a woman's sensation for no reason? Male sexual arousal is achieved through eye contact and friction with the genitals. This direct stimulation allows men to reach orgasm quickly, which can be represented graphically as Mount Everest, rising and falling vertically. Female sexual arousal, on the other hand, is accumulated through the ears (sweet words) and the mind (imagination and sensation). Achieving orgasm requires repeated stimulation and accumulation. If you haven't kissed her clitoris yet, she will only feel a swelling and probably won't feel much sensation. At this point, you can pause briefly from kissing the vaginal opening. Instead, gently tease her clitoris a few times with the tip of your wet tongue, arousing her sensation from the clitoris. The woman will let out a few soft moans. Then, you can return to kissing her vaginal opening and labia. At this time, the woman's clitoris has just been stimulated and she will be eager for you to kiss it again.
Remember, under no circumstances should you kiss her clitoris again at this moment. You need to leave the woman half-suspended in that feeling, and the man should begin to gently lick upwards from the woman's perineum towards the clitoris, slowly. When the tongue reaches the vaginal opening, move it from side to side, parting the labia while continuing to lick upwards, gradually approaching the clitoris.
At this point, the woman should be telling herself, "We're almost there, almost there! Hurry, hurry and take it in!" Ignore her cries and pulls; just don't kiss her clitoris. When you're almost there, gently, as lightly as possible, use the tip of your tongue to lightly brush and touch her clitoris (your tongue should have a little saliva on it). Then, in the opposite direction, lick towards the vaginal opening. This will drive her crazy with anticipation, and her anticipation will naturally arouse her.
When kissing the vaginal opening, men with long tongues can try inserting their tongues into the woman's vagina and stirring them around. Stir however you like, as long as you can get it moving. holding it in your mouth. Don't interrupt her sensations abruptly; maintain a steady pace, as sudden, rapid movements can easily lead to orgasm. Men often prefer longer sex and a later ejaculation for greater pleasure. Women, like men, also crave prolonged pleasure, so be understanding. Only use a faster pace to help her reach orgasm if she strongly requests it or if your tongue becomes numb from prolonged kissing.
Here's a very effective technique: Don't imitate the random licking of clitoris like the male protagonist in pornographic films, and don't always kiss the clitoris using the methods described above. Once you've done those actions well enough to give her an orgasm, you should use your entire lip to engulf her clitoris. Press your upper lip against the base of the pubic hair above the clitoris, and use your lower lip to separate her labia, getting as close to the vaginal opening as possible (depending on the size of your lips, hehe). Use the five-word technique to launch your attack. This is the most meaningful moment for a man licking a woman's clitoris because you can control her arousal and orgasm through your lips and tongue.
