Inhale again, the breath travels from the scrotum, through the perineum, across the coccyx, along the spine to the Mingmen acupoint. Hold your breath for four or five seconds, then exhale as the breath returns from the Mingmen to the lower abdomen. This completes one cycle. Practice multiple cycles as desired. (This exercise is the foundation of Yin-Yang cultivation; however, Yin-Yang cultivation is considered immoral and will not be discussed further.) Fourth, the Great Locking Yang Gate Method: This is the key to "Nine Women in One Night." This step is quite strenuous. In fact, if the first three steps are practiced well, the body's vital energy will be abundant, and intercourse will last for more than half an hour. This is a very serious problem. Stand in a high horse stance, calm your mind and breath deeply, drawing the breath into the perineum. While inhaling, tense your muscles starting from the big toe (Dadun acupoint), then down the sole of your foot, through your calf, thigh, groin, lower abdomen, chest, back, and neck, in that order. Hold your breath, forcefully contracting the perineum, raising the breath from the perineum to the navel and holding it there. Maintain this tension throughout your body (the perineum should be contracted as much as possible). Hold this position until you can no longer hold your breath, then exhale in three stages (exhale one-third, inhale one-third, and exhale the remaining air in three separate stages).
