The method of preserving semen during urination: Each time you urinate, take a deep breath into your dantian (lower abdomen), hold the breath, and guide the breath with your mind to the perineum, through the coccyx (the end of the spine, near the anus), to the mingmen (lower back), pause briefly at the mingmen, and then follow the Du meridian up to the baihui (crown of the head). Hold the baihui acupoint, imagining a pool of clear water at this point, and then urinate. After urinating, slowly exhale the breath you held, and guide the clear water from the baihui acupoint back to the dantian with your mind, focusing on the dantian for about 10 minutes.
