If you apply even and coordinated pressure with your entire finger, the woman's sensation will be indescribable. When you notice the woman's vagina becoming increasingly wet, slightly withdraw your middle finger, press upwards for ten seconds, release for five seconds, repeat this process ten times, gradually increasing the pressure each time.
9. Remove your middle finger and use the water from it to massage the entire vulva, gradually transitioning to circular massage with the pads of your middle and ring fingers. Once the woman is fully engaged and your ring finger is also wet like your middle finger, then slide your right middle and ring fingers into the vagina. (You can also use your index and middle fingers.)
10. Insert two fingers as far into the vagina as possible, and repeat the previous step, gently rotating them left and right along the upper part of the vagina with your fingertips. After one or two minutes, press upwards with your two fingers for ten seconds, release for five seconds, press and release again, and repeat ten times, gradually increasing the pressure each time. Then, use the fingertips to alternately hook upwards, as if "walking" inside the vagina, for one or two minutes.
11. Change position, with your right two fingers remaining in the vagina and continuing to rotate, while your left hand presses on the woman's lower abdomen. Perform oral sex on the woman for one or two minutes, focusing on the labia majora and minora and the vaginal opening. Finally, gently sweep over the clitoris to finish, and then proceed with G-spot stimulation.
12. Sit up and kneel between the woman's legs, as shown in Figure (B). Slightly withdraw your fingers and place them against the vaginal wall behind the pubic bone, gradually applying pressure upwards. This is the most direct G-spot stimulation.
13. Please note that at this time, your middle and ring fingers should only be inserted at two knuckles; do not insert too much, otherwise you will not be able to massage the G-spot! Now, slowly bend the pads of your middle and ring fingers upwards, and gently poke at the rougher area above. Stimulate the G-spot by moving your fingers up and down simultaneously, as shown in the image below.

14. While using your middle and ring fingers to probe upwards, occasionally knead the labia and clitoris with your thumb. Place your left hand in a triangle shape below the woman's abdomen, above the pubic hair, and gently press on the bladder area, massaging in circles.
15. The depth of insertion doesn't matter, but it should be approximately where your fingers make the woman's abdomen strongly resist upwards. At this point, you'll feel a semi-spherical, neither soft nor hard, area gradually protruding inside the vagina—that's the G-spot.
16. Next, simultaneously probe upwards and downwards with your right middle and ring fingers, applying some pressure. Keep your left hand pressed on the woman's abdomen; do not let go. The fingers probing inside the vagina should feel as if they are about to touch the fingers pressing down with your left hand.
17. You should feel a soft hemisphere between your two hands. Gently massage that area with your right middle and ring fingers. Next, there are three different finger techniques. First: Use two fingers in a "Come Here" gesture to tease the G-spot. Hook the two fingers up and move your arm up and down, not a thrusting motion. Second: Hook the two fingers up and move your arm back and forth, teasing from the inside out. Before teasing outwards, your right hand must first squeeze the hemispherical shape, then tease outwards, as if you're trying to pull it out. Third: Hook the two fingers up and down while simultaneously making a thrusting motion.
18. Perform each of the three techniques for one or two minutes, asking the woman how she feels. Everyone has different preferences, so continue using the method she enjoys. If your hand feels tired, you can hook the two fingers up and move your arm (up and down or thrusting) for ten repetitions, pausing for one or two seconds after each repetition.
19. Your left hand can help with positioning. Maintain a steady rhythm with your right hand, teasing about once per second. After ten minutes of continuous teasing, the G-spot will swell, protrude outwards, and become firm like rubber. Slowly increase the intensity of your massage movements, making it feel like your entire palm is massaging the G-spot up and down with your middle and ring fingers! Increase the frequency slightly as well. Don't relax your left hand while pressing down.
20. Continue teasing; you'll feel the muscles deep inside her vagina contract, gradually tightening your fingers, while the vaginal opening opens. The clitoris seems to move outwards, and the vagina becomes very wet; you can faintly hear a squelching sound. At this point, the woman should feel the urge to urinate; remember to tell her not to hold it in and to follow her instincts.
21. At this point, gradually increase the pressure and speed of your fingers, making a final thrust, maintaining a rapid up-and-down motion. After 10 to 40 seconds, you'll notice the squelching sound getting louder and more frequent, followed by a continuous gush of fluid… Finally, she's successfully squirted! The woman will find it incredibly stimulating! Her first squirting will be one of the most unforgettable and passionate memories of her life.
22. If there is no squirting or G-spot orgasm, return to step 12 and continue the massage, or change to the positions shown in Figures (C) and (D) and continue using similar finger techniques. Most women will achieve a G-spot orgasm after changing to the second position at the latest. Although there may not be squirting, the first G-spot orgasm will still be her most passionate memory.
23. After the woman's first squirting, do not remove your fingers immediately. Slow down the speed for about one or two minutes, then slowly increase the speed. You can make her squirt again and experience intense pleasure. Whether to stop and how many times to make her squirt depends entirely on whether your hand gets tired and whether she can handle it. Generally, squirting two or three times is very common.
