They are interdependent and correspond to each other, governing the normal flow of vital energy along the Ren and Du meridians, maintaining the balance of Yin and Yang in the body. It is a crucial point for human life activities. Regular massage of the Huiyin acupoint can clear blockages in the meridians, promote the exchange and circulation of Yin and Yang energy, and has a unique effect on regulating physiological and reproductive functions. Massaging the Huiyin acupoint can also treat hemorrhoids, rectal bleeding, constipation, gynecological diseases, frequent urination, and drowning.
Now everyone basically knows where the perineum is. The massage method is the same as massaging the inner triangle. When massaging, you will feel many lumps in this area, and initially, the massage may not be very effective. If you massage regularly, you will feel the lumps disappear.
