Who really benefits from sex, men or women?

    page views:1  Publication date:2016-10-02
I believe many women would say, "Of course, it's the man," but that's not the case. Let's discuss this from a medical perspective: who really benefits from sex? Mencius said, "Food and sex are human nature," meaning that sex is as important as eating. However, sex is more than just eating; it has a deeper meaning

for women. Gynecological diseases plague women today, especially the most common ones like vaginitis, cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and adnexitis, which occur in almost every woman, particularly single women and those with disharmonious sex lives.

From a kinesiological perspective, the uterus and ovaries need regular exercise and stimulation to maintain their vitality; otherwise, the uterus will atrophy and the ovaries will develop cysts. Every organ in our body has its unique function. If left unused, like an object, it will rust, mold, and grow cobwebs—and in humans, these manifest as disease. So how can we exercise the ovaries and uterus? The only way is through sexual activity. Orgasm strongly stimulates uterine contractions. This is the only way to exercise the uterus and stimulate the ovaries. These organs in your body are meant to be used; neglecting them is a form of abuse, and the result is illness and pain.

Our organs also need to enjoy good things; if you care for them, they will care for you in return. If you don't walk often, you won't be able to walk. If you exercise your legs every day, they will reward you with a healthy and agile figure. Surveys

show that few women suffering from gynecological diseases know how to exercise. Because they don't prioritize healthy sex lives, they can't exercise. Breasts that are never touched, rubbed, squeezed, or sucked, and are constantly covered by bras, lacking ventilation and blood circulation, lead to breast cancer—who can you blame then? A uterus that doesn't exercise leads to uterine fibroids—who can you blame then? A vagina that doesn't exercise grows spider webs inside—who can you blame then for vaginitis? Many women believe that sexual organs shouldn't be used casually, that using them benefits men, resulting in problems. They end up having them removed at the hospital—a costly and harmful experience? It's true that men don't get the benefits, but you do benefit the doctor; you'll have to pay them after they remove your organs.

Let's talk about semen and sperm. Semen contains a substance called "seminal plasma," a sterilizing agent with special functions. The vagina contains many kinds of bacteria, both beneficial and harmful. After sperm enters the vagina, it needs to survive for 36 hours to meet the egg. To ensure this survival, semen must kill harmful bacteria and prevent them from multiplying within 72 hours, thus ensuring the sperm safely reaches the uterus. Therefore, semen is the sperm's vanguard, eliminating pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Pneumococcus in the vagina. Semen not only kills bacteria in the vagina but also bacteria in the uterus and ovaries; it's a natural protector of the reproductive system. With the protection of semen, sperm can successfully reach the uterus and meet the egg, achieving conception. Some women are obsessive about cleanliness and immediately wash their genitals after intercourse, which is unscientific. Allowing semen to remain in the vagina overnight is most beneficial.

Women with regular sexual activity who maintain good hygiene rarely suffer from vaginitis, endometritis, or trichomoniasis.
As the saying goes, "Women in their thirties are like wolves, those in their forties like tigers," meaning women at this age have very strong sexual desires. If they don't achieve sexual satisfaction during this period, they may experience gynecological diseases, poor concentration, lethargy, a sallow complexion, dullness, spots, wrinkles, irritability, nervous and endocrine system disorders, and dysmenorrhea.
Suppressing desire and not providing it can lead to pelvic congestion, abdominal pain, and pelvic inflammatory disease.

Sexual activity is entirely beneficial for women; as long as it's enjoyable and feasible, women should engage in it as much as possible. Orgasm is the most effective way to stimulate the secretion of estrogen and other hormones in women. We know that the amount of estrogen and other hormones secreted is inextricably linked to a woman's appearance; sexologists often compare a woman's sex life to a "beauty salon."
As the saying goes:
"A woman in her fifties has the beauty of twenty,
her skin like white jade and her breasts like mountains. She has
exhausted her yang essence to nourish yin and prolong her life;
even the finest delicacies pale in comparison.

" In conclusion, the mental outlook of a woman who enjoys sexual pleasure is completely different from that of a woman who doesn't. The former is optimistic and energetic, while the latter is listless, lethargic, and constantly sleepy.

For men over 40, the opposite is true: sex should be minimized. There's always a saying: "Even an ox can die from exhaustion, but the land cannot be over-plowed." Traditional Chinese medicine says: "One drop of semen is worth ten drops of blood." Men shouldn't think that sleeping with many women means they've gotten a good deal. Semen is a mixture of sperm and seminal plasma, containing fructose, protein, fat, various enzymes, and inorganic salts. Semen also contains abundant zinc; a single sexual encounter results in the loss of 300-900 micrograms of zinc. Zinc deficiency leads to decreased immunity, reduced immunoglobulin levels, and decreased disease resistance, thus causing various illnesses. The most compelling evidence is that Chinese emperors typically had three palaces, six courtyards, 72 concubines, and over 3,000 other beauties. Throughout history, few emperors lived long lives, primarily due to excessive lust. However, Wu Zetian, China's female emperor, lived to 82, the longest-lived among Chinese emperors, despite the presence of male favorites.

As the saying goes, "
Beautiful women are all around,
but don't mistake a chance encounter for a good match.
Look at how many lustful men,
they lose both their achievements and their lives.

" Now, friends should understand who truly benefits in male-female sexual relationships.
