As mentioned earlier, modern sex has far exceeded the needs of reproduction, so the risk of pregnancy must be considered. Common solutions include the safe period method, tubal ligation, and IUD insertion. The safe period method carries certain risks, especially for men with good semen quality and women who are prone to pregnancy. Tubal ligation is somewhat cruel and inconvenient for women, and since it completely destroys a woman's reproductive ability, it can negatively impact the psychological pleasure a man experiences during intercourse. IUD insertion is a good option for married women, allowing them to enjoy sex with peace of mind, accept sperm from different men, and remove it at any time. However, some women may experience adverse reactions, so the choice should be made based on individual circumstances.
The other drawback is sexually transmitted diseases, which is one of the main reasons many people choose to use condoms. In this regard, people generally choose relatively fixed sexual partners, people with relatively stable jobs, or people who know about the other person's life history, or people who carefully observe the genitals on the spot, or people who have a physical examination in advance, in order to satisfy their sexual needs while avoiding trouble as much as possible.
