How to identify or choose a professional and qualified aromatherapy spa massage therapist

    page views:1  Publication date:2019-07-03
First, let me explain why I'm writing this article. Those who have read my novels know that I often mention aromatherapy spas. Aromatherapy spas offer many benefits, including relaxation and therapy, but their flirting effects are particularly prominent, especially for couples who are starting or preparing for a relationship. However, with the rising popularity of aromatherapy spas, many fake or even completely amateur spa practitioners have emerged. Most are single men, but some are male members of couples. The most despicable are the single men who use the guise of aromatherapy spas to scam women. Not only are their techniques unprofessional, but the essential oils they bring are also of serious quality problems. They apply the oils directly to women's bodies without conducting skin tests. It's better to be safe than sorry. Therefore, I advise couples to be cautious if they encounter a single man claiming to offer aromatherapy spa massages. Ask questions and learn more over time. So, how do you distinguish between genuine and fake therapists? Here, I'll share some experience.
Let me introduce myself. I'm from Huai'an, Jiangsu Province, 29 years old, with a Master of Laws degree. I work in administration and am not a full-time essential oil spa therapist, but I'm definitely not a fake. My essential oil spa techniques are partly self-taught (I have a fairly good learning ability), and partly learned from professional spa therapists at a friend's shop. I even interned at my friend's shop on weekends. I like to spend time researching and practicing things that interest me. I have a systematic understanding of essential oil knowledge, massage techniques, and precautions related to essential oil spas. Now, let's talk about how to identify an effective essential oil spa therapist.
First, you can ask them about essential oils. Different essential oils have different effects and are suitable for different skin types. The specifications of water-soluble essential oils used for dry skin and oily skin are also different. Professional essential oil spa therapists will have a wide variety of essential oils in stock. What are essential oils? Essential oils are volatile aromatic substances extracted from the flowers, leaves, stems, roots, or fruits of plants through steam distillation, expression, cold maceration, or solvent extraction. Essential oils are further divided into diluted (compound essential oils) and undiluted (single essential oils), such as cactus seed oil. Essential oil spa massage refers to the method of applying massage oil (a blend of carrier oil and essential oils) to the desired areas and massaging. We can relax and relieve stress through body massage. Therefore, the essential oils used in massage relaxation are blended, specialized essential oils, not pure natural essential oils. Next, let's discuss the suitability of essential oils for different skin types. Essential oils suitable for dry skin include lavender, sandalwood, sweet orange, rose, and geranium; those suitable for oily skin include bergamot, eucalyptus, lavender, tea tree, lemon, rosemary, geranium, and sandalwood; and those suitable for combination skin include ylang-ylang, jasmine, and lavender. It's also important to note that for sensitive skin, choose essential oils with low irritation, such as lavender, sandalwood, neroli, rose, and chamomile. As you can see from my list, lavender essential oil is a versatile option. If a woman's skin is particularly sensitive and she can't use any essential oils at all, does that mean she can't enjoy an essential oil spa? Not necessarily. Another alternative is glycerin, commonly used in skincare. Glycerin comes in different varieties and grades, each with different effects, such as whitening, moisturizing, and firming. It can replace essential oils to some extent, but if your skin can tolerate essential oils, then using them is still recommended. So if you ask the masseuse about the types of essential oils, or if the masseuse doesn't even have lavender essential oil readily available, or if the masseuse isn't familiar with the alternatives to essential oils, you can basically conclude that this masseuse is a fake.

Secondly, you can ask her about the essential oil spa procedure. Essential oil massage isn't just about the woman lying down, pouring essential oil on her body, and then massaging her. An essential oil spa has a specific procedure, especially the prescribed actions that professional essential oil spa masseuses will follow. Here, I'd like to share this with couples: The first step is to cleanse the skin and dry the body with a towel. The second step is to test the essential oil or glycerin. Take a small amount of essential oil and apply it to the woman's shoulders, then wait a while to see if she is allergic to the essential oil or glycerin. If an allergic reaction occurs, wash it off immediately and stop the essential oil spa treatment. Only after confirming there is no allergic reaction can the treatment continue. The third step is to take about 1ml of essential oil and drop it onto the customer's back, then spread it evenly until dry. There are three recommended procedures for back essential oil massage: A. Massage downwards along the Dazhui acupoint to the Yaoyangguan acupoint. B. Massage downwards along the shoulder blade, starting with the left side and then the right. C. Massage along the inner edge of the shoulder blade, down to the armpit, starting with the left side and then the right. The fourth step is a massage of the buttocks and legs. The fifth step is a massage of the chest and abdomen after turning over. The sixth step is a massage of the genital area. The level of intimacy during the massage gradually increases, and everything should be done according to the woman's wishes; only proceeding after permission is granted. A relatively discreet part of the procedure is the allergy test for essential oils or glycerin. If the technician ignores this step during your conversation, firstly, it indicates a lack of professionalism, and secondly, it shows a lack of care or concern for a woman's delicate skin; you can immediately pass on this.

Thirdly, it's best to agree that the first session will only involve an essential oil spa massage, without any other contact or communication. Unless it's a very close friend or someone you already know, you can agree with the therapist that your first experience is just an aromatherapy spa, to get to know each other better. If you're interested, you can contact them again later. Don't give a single man the impression that you want sex after a few simple touches. First, you don't know if he's a professional aromatherapy spa therapist or just a charlatan. Second, you don't know the quality of his technique. Only after experiencing a complete aromatherapy spa can you at least know if the man is sincere and genuine. If his character isn't up to par, it's best to pass on him.

These are some suggestions and thoughts I've shared with couples on how to identify and choose a professional aromatherapy spa therapist. I hope they are helpful. Thank you to the 69 platform for providing a good communication environment. I also hope you can meet truly professional aromatherapy spa therapists and experience perfect sex and aromatherapy stimulation.
