My wife recently met a man through work. He's about 1.85 meters tall, quite muscular, around 30 years old, and married—that's how she described him. He seems to be her type; let's call him Xiao Li for now. After adding each other on WeChat, they initially chatted about work. Later, Xiao Li started saying some flirtatious things, a bit provocative. My wife knows I have a cuckold's mentality, so she played along. They later learned that Xiao Li lives in the same neighborhood, even in the same building. Knowing this, Xiao Li became even more enthusiastic. That day, my wife said that when she was about to leave for her car that morning, she ran into Xiao Li in the underground parking garage. Xiao Li asked her where she was going, commenting on how beautifully she was dressed. (I'll share a screenshot of the chat later). I glanced at it briefly, and it seemed that Xiao Li was asking her what she had for lunch. My wife said she hadn't eaten yet and was cooking at home. Xiao Li said he was also preparing to eat at home and asked if he could come upstairs to my wife's house for a meal. Surprisingly, my wife replied casually, "Sure, come over when it's done in five minutes." I thought to myself, "When did my wife become so open?" Xiao Li was probably a little confused, since they hadn't known each other for very long. My wife actually took his joke in stride and even asked, "What? Five minutes?" I then asked my wife if he had... I asked if her husband was home, and she said she hadn't asked. I said, "Are you really planning to let him over?" She said, "It depends on you." I said, "Then I'll go out and give you two some space." She said, "No need, just stay in the bedroom. He won't hear what we're saying. Besides, he's just coming over for dinner, we're not going to do anything else." I said, "How can that be? What if you can't control yourselves and come into the bedroom and see me? That would be so awkward!" Just as I finished speaking, her phone rang. It was Xiao Li calling, probably to confirm if it was really her talking to him. I tossed the phone to her, and before she could say anything, I put on my shoes and left. Afraid of running into Xiao Li in the elevator, I specifically took the stairs downstairs. I saw the elevator stop at our floor as soon as I got to the first floor. After leaving the complex, I sent my wife a text message, "Enjoy yourself." She replied with a smiley face emoji.
