(I) The Combination of Male "Voiceover" and "Conquest Desire".

Subconsciously, everyone harbors a desire to voyeurize. Accidentally witnessing a couple making love across the street, or overhearing moaning from next door, can evoke intense excitement and pleasure. Of course, this is from a male perspective; women likely experience the same. Making love takes this voyeuristic expression to its extreme. For this other stranger, the form in which their "voyeuristic desire" is satisfied is entirely different from that of the husband in the couple. They experience a genuine sexual relationship with a respectable stranger, a purely sexual encounter devoid of any ulterior motives. Generally speaking, the husband in the couple experiences the strongest satisfaction of his "voyeuristic desire," and he is often the initiator of this encounter.

The "desire to conquer" is not hard to understand. Men are born with a desire to conquer. Those with lofty ideals conquer territory and power, while those with humble ideals conquer the women around them. Making a woman achieve pleasure under his body is a source of pride for a man. This explains why men tend to boast about their sexual encounters and why there's the saying, "Women only ever let their partners know 80% of you." Sex gives men endless mystery; he remains forever a child who hasn't been weaned. Furthermore, some men prefer "anal sex," or what's called "back gardening" online. This is simply a different, realistic expression of a man's subconscious desire to conquer women in every way.

(II) Two men are more likely to bring pleasure to a woman.

A man has limited resources—limited hands, limited oral sex, limited sexual organs, limited time… Admittedly, these constraints cannot prevent a couple from achieving harmonious sexual pleasure, but this kind of pleasure is not the most pleasurable. When a man kisses a woman's upper body, he doesn't have a second tongue to pleasurable her sensitive spots. When he holds a woman and caresses her back, he can't simultaneously reach other sensitive areas. Therefore, in terms of sex, what a man can do and what a woman can accept are disproportionate. Furthermore, and importantly, a man's time is always shorter than a woman's; men have a refractory period, while women don't. Of course, this design is intended to prevent humans from spending all their time on sex, and perhaps it's precisely because of this design that our society has progressed so rapidly.

Some might ask, wouldn't three or four men be better? The answer is definitely no. Involving a stranger is within the husband's (or boyfriend's) control, and the woman's familiarity with these two men is about 50/50. This mix of familiarity and unfamiliarity creates an optimal sense of intoxication for the woman. If the number of strangers increases, the woman will first feel uncomfortable, even feeling manipulated. Moreover, such a multi-person model is not easy to operate and carries greater risk. In short, the chances of finding a suitable third party decrease significantly.

(III) Women's Acceptance Level

No matter how open or uninhibited a woman may be, she still retains a sense of reserve and conservatism. Even with a partner, she still hopes for 100% commitment. This creates an interesting situation. In a two-man-one-woman arrangement, the woman receives 100% commitment from her spouse and 100% unknown contribution from another stranger. Two-woman-one-man is different. Personally, I believe the man's approach to two women is purely psychological pleasure. Unless he takes Viagra or has multiple encounters, it's impossible to satisfy two women simultaneously. Furthermore, sharing a husband with another woman will inevitably lead to some jealousy. In a two-woman-one-man arrangement, perhaps influenced by pornography, lesbian-like behaviors may emerge, such as physical contact between the two women. Such actions are driven more by the man's psychological pleasure, and the woman may not necessarily accept them from the heart, except for those involving ketamine or excessive highs.

The emergence of casual relationships is not so much related to monogamy, but rather to aesthetic fatigue and the endless pursuit of pleasure. (There seems to be a scene involving dating in *Jin Ping Mei*, but I don't remember exactly.)

A married couple once consulted a doctor about their low libido (mainly the husband's) or psychogenic erectile dysfunction. The doctor suggested they try dating for wives or other partners. The suggestion of dating for wives came from a movie, but it seems the relationship didn't work out.

This extreme method could potentially raise a man's sexual threshold too high, causing him excitement. However, whether it will cause side effects such as addiction is unknown.

Furthermore, many couples who engage in dating are very loving. I saw a post on a couples' dating website seeking a single man, sincerely explaining their thoughts. Those who readily talk about "having sex" or "going to bed" and take pride in "going to a respectable woman" will generally not receive a response. They have a conflict in their minds: on the one hand, they want to find a single man to participate; on the other hand, they don't want to be taken advantage of by low-quality scoundrels with ulterior motives. Moreover, these couples are generally "high-income, highly educated, and have high standards." Of course, "three highs" is just a general term, a concept that originated in the West, which we'll discuss in more detail later.

So, some friendships can indeed improve a couple's sex life. You could call it regulation, or you could say it's just a matter of being bored or having too much sex – it's human nature to want food and sex. For those people, I personally think there's nothing wrong with it, since they're not forcing anyone. What do you think?
