Can someone teach me how to upload photos?

I've talked to my wife about it several times, but she always refused to let me take photos. After much pleading and cajoling, she finally agreed to let me take a few pictures just before I reached my climax. They were quite tempting, and I wanted to share them with you all, but for some reason, I can't upload them. Any suggestions?
