pointed out in an interview with the Mainichi Shimbun that the medical community has noticed an increasing number of women worrying about whether their vaginas are loose.
Dr. Ikeshita stated that while vaginal laxity was previously a concern primarily seen in postpartum women, in the past five years, young girls have also begun seeking medical attention for this
issue. Women worry about vaginal laxity much like men worry about erectile dysfunction. Many teenage and twenty-year-old girls experience vaginal laxity exceeding what is expected for their age, primarily due to overly frequent sexual activity.
Dr. Ikeshita explained that restoring vaginal elasticity is not as simple as it seems, but with a little exercise, sexual pleasure can be significantly improved. However, she does not recommend using methods that involve holding urine ,
but suggests performing gentle contraction exercises after showering or while traveling. For women who particularly desire greater vaginal control, there are even better methods to try, such as using vaginal weights. A women's goods store in Tokyo called "Love and Peace Club" sells vaginal weights. "Many of my customers who buy vaginal dumbbells are older women. I can sell about 50 of these devices a month ," explained shop owner Kitahara Aoi. "The exercise method is very simple. Just insert the dumbbell into the vagina and then repeatedly contract and relax your muscles. At first, the exerciser can only try to hold the dumbbell with their vagina to prevent it from slipping. As the exercise progresses, the dumbbell can move freely up and down inside the vagina without using their hands."
