My wife and I are both in our thirties. I work on ships, so we rarely see each other. We only get to spend two or three months together each year during our holidays, so our relationship is pretty good. This time when I came home for vacation, I found my wife had become an iPhone addict. From the moment she got home from work, through dinner, until bedtime, she was glued to her phone, playing online games and chatting. Although we've always tried to keep to ourselves, I still think it's bad for her to be on her phone all day, and I've tried to persuade her to use it less, but she won't listen.

After reading their chat history, I was in a daze, not sure if it was anger or something else, but it was all a mess. The content doesn't need details; it was just those "you exchange love" messages.
When she came back after washing up, I questioned her about what was going on. Unexpectedly, she became very impatient, saying I was paranoid and that I was too rigid and didn't know how to connect with people. She said that work requires tact and lightheartedness.
I was speechless. I'd always heard that office relationships were ambiguous, but I never imagined it would extend to the home. Someone says goodnight to your wife on the phone before bed, but then she's in bed with you the next minute—isn't that too strange?
At this age, I'm used to real-life situations, let alone having the energy to do so, but I still felt very uncomfortable.
My wife changed the passwords to her phone and computer, and said to me with a hint of pride, "I changed the passwords, don't try to sneak into my privacy." Of course, couples should give each other some space, but her so-called "playing it safe" made me very uncomfortable and uneasy.
