We, this generation, were roughly similar from birth, but through years of evolution, we have become different species. Some became tycoons, like dinosaurs seizing every opportunity, devouring everything, invincible; others became ordinary, like a yew tree, living in harmony with nature, content and at ease.

However, whether you are successful or unsuccessful, everyone is like a blind man touching an elephant, only able to perceive a partial picture. We cannot truly learn from others' experiences; even if favorable circumstances can be replicated, each person's inner universe responds differently. Some are inevitably curious about the other side of the coin, willing to travel great distances to try a different approach.

Romain Rolland said that most people die in their twenties or thirties; after that age, they are merely shadows of themselves, spending the rest of their lives imitating themselves
. Yet some people, at certain stages of growth, undergo a genetic mutation, becoming insightful, fearless of change, possessing a beautiful, ageless life, a life of abundance and good fortune that comes naturally.

There's no standard answer to life. Youthful passion, youthful ambition, and middle-aged tranquility are good sequences, but starting at different times is perfectly acceptable. The young can be mature and composed, and the elderly can indulge in youthful exuberance. No matter how much youth remains, life always begins from this moment.

From birth to death, life is a one-way ticket, non-transferable and unredeemable, priced according to the length and quality of experience, and forever priceless. We may not be unique individuals, but we must live differently from ourselves, with a future distinct from the past.

No one has special privileges in this life; everyone must live it for themselves. Listening to others' advice won't bring new experiences; you have to dig your own pits, wade through your own muddy waters, earn your own money, spend your own money, wipe your own tears, and only then can you smile like a flower.

You may not be able to live your whole life the way you want, but at least you can live the second half of your life the way you want.
